I think when people express “love” or “adoration” toward Trump, it is of the sort as may be directed toward a stranger that saved you from a raging inferno… and went back in to save your dog.

I see DeSantis returning the party to the Bush doctrine of outsourcing and endless wars.
You and I have butted heads previously. But we stand on shared ground here. Putting aside the emotional aspects that you highlight, my angle has always been that these sorts of questions need to be accounted for more for a consistent, honest approach to understanding the context. Limitations and strengths need to be fully understood in order to shape a comprehensive strategy. This part of the dynamic does not have to be an open kimono evolution in the popular media. But it does need to be conducted internally and absorbed by all the messengers and action agents. It also needs to be honestly assessed in order to effect needed course corrections.
If DJT is “the one” at this point in our history – so be it. He is a fighter and doesn’t back down. In my own mind, all that said, as the leader he needs to lay down a coherent, comprehensive MAGA strategy for the home team to rally around. Too much strikes me as disjoint or ad hoc responses to emergent challenges. At some point the discussion needs to turn from the internal threats to enunciation, point by point, of the MAGA way ahead and his expectations for everyone riding that train.
MAGA is a coalition – all political entities are to lesser/greater degree. I will argue that point forever. The MAGA creed that is visceral to the coalition needs to be clearly articulated and documented. The action plan needs to be articulated to all the players. The players need to link up in reenforcing top down/bottom up execution of diverse/local approaches to common objectives.

I found some of Trumps answers disappointing. Sean asked Trump why they haven’t released video from inside Mar-a-Lago during the raid. Trump replied “they asked me not to because it would put FBI agents at risk”. He didn’t say who “they” is but I assume it was the FBI.
Why should Trump care about the welfare of the FBI agents? The FBI agents tore apart his son’s bedroom which no doubt was traumatic for Baron. The FBI agents went through Melania’s closets. They violated the sanctity of his home and had he and his family been at Mar-a-Lago at the time they would have been terrorized by the experience. Why should anyone care about the welfare of these FBI agents? Trump added that he thought that most of the FBI agents voted for him! Can he really believe that?
Sean asked Trump why he selected as special master the judge who signed the FISA warrant and Trump replied that he was not aware of his background saying “I didn’t know any of these people”. What kind of lawyers does Trump have working for him? They couldn’t have picked a worse choice for special master if they tried!
Trump seemed to think that judge Dearie was a good choice because the judge had been “stung badly” by signing that warrant. I doubt the judge feels he was “stung badly”. I’m sure that judge Dearie knew damn well the warrant was hinky but he went along doing his part to set-up Trump.
In discussing the lawsuit filed today in NY Trump said that he thought it could have been solved out-of-court which struck me as not a very wise thing to say because it suggests that there was some wrongdoing. One of Trump’s best qualities is that he just says what is on his mind but sometimes it is better to measure your words carefully especially when you are involved in a court proceeding.
What I wanted to see in this interview – his first since the raid – was some strong counterpunching by Trump. Every chance that Trump gets he needs remind people that Joe Biden is an incestuous pedophile who forced his daughter Ashley to shower nude with him when she was just a little girl. He needs to remind people that Hunter Biden’s laptop has evidence of child pornography and evidence that Hunter was in a inappropriate sexual relationship with his then 14 year old niece. He needs to remind people that the Hunter laptop provides conclusive evidence that Joe Biden was not only aware of Hunter’s profitable influence peddling operation but as the “big guy” was also taking a cut from the deals.
Did it ever occur that maybe by “they,” he meant his own lawyers, because they might want to make sure he is not vulnerable to a charge of endangering agents?
I’m not saying that’s the right course of action – but it’s a more logical interpretation of that word than the idea that he somehow blindly accepted what the FIB was fibbing about…
“They” have clearly advised DJT that the retained documents are properly declassified. “They” could easily advise releasing said documents to get it all out in the open. If the future of the country is at stake, as many on this board openly assert, then let the chips fall where they may. Six years of “I have the evidence” is enough.

This is a great interview and serves a very important purpose for the MAGA movement.
I’m not a big fan of Hannity but give him credit for getting this story out to the American public.
Our VSGPDJT got to tell the story and stitch back in some of the prior corrupt dealings of the FBI and DOJ in a nice neat, tight package in this interview.
He also kept himself at arm’s length from dealing with all the corrupt actions taking place around him/actions against him by indicating his people were working with these records reviewers all along. He didn’t say he’s fed up. He said the American people are fed up. As a result, he looks Presidential while the attackers look petty.

It makes me sick when he pretends there’s anyone decent in the FBI. Either he’s a fool or lying. They are the worst scum in the country. Most people in prison are better humans and certainly better Americans than them.

I would gladly hear President Trump speak, however, I cannot abide Sean Hannity, so I’ll have to wait for someone to summarize it.
I canceled Fox News and everyone on it (except for excerpts from Tucker Carlson’s show posted by people) in April 2019 and I’ve never looked back. I canceled Direct tv and have no tv at all now and I’m better informed on the affairs of the world than I ever was.

Hannity looked like hammered hell. I caught the last couple minutes of Tucker and saw Bill Gates’ bizzaro corn commercial dubbed over in little kids voices. I had already watched about an hour of Free Speech TV yesterday and I didn’t have what it took to handle Sean. I knew I could come here for the “Cliff Notes”..

Okay, finally sufficiently caffeinated to watch both parts…
Does anyone else feel like the longer of the two videos kind of cuts off abruptly while PDJT was answering a rather important question?
He says “When I left the White House, they (the documents) were declassified…” and then it just ends.
Seems to me he was about to nail the crux of the argument Mike Davis and others who actually understand the Constitution have been making – that the classification crap is nothing but crap because the President is the ultimate declassifier.
But… what happened?
I don’t think it really matters in the end. People are taking this whole thing as real with out considering the possibility it’s all just completely scripted.
For a government to rule you have to consent. All Trump is really doing in the big picture is getting the discontented rounded up and continuing to consent by participation.
We’ve seen far more diabolical government scandals take place.
It does reflect continued corruption. We irrefutably know that others (e.g., Clinton) held (hold for some others) classified information. A democracy cannot survive a two tier justice system.
We are not and have never been a democracy.
Two tier just systems can be found in just about every democracy.
That’s not the full picture.
Anyone who handles classified information knows that there is a process to follow. They also know that everyone signs documentation acknowledging that the government owns its information in perpetuity.
Hard to tell where this is headed. Most of it has been head fakes. In my own mind, since it’s what the rectal orifices at Lawfare prefer, this will end state in some process claim.
We know Sean will go on endlessly with his observations. But, our President looked extremely stressed. I can’t imagine how having all your things stolen, paperwork, official docs – passports, wills, maybe even electronics, personal pictures – would affect the average Joe.
They totally stripped him of everything but his intellect, his fervor, his strong will, his love for what our country once was. What they did, using their so-called laws IS the crime here. The Fourth Amendment was totally ignored.
The next thing is this relentless, vindictive AG in NY. No one knew her from a hot rock before she somehow got into office. Yet, the hate continues.
Who are these people commenting on here? Are they trolls? All I read is negative. I thought the interview was good. There were ALOT of CLARIFYING parts asked so that people watching WOULD UNDERSTAND the difference in FALSE media and corrupt narratives could HEAR the TRUTH. There are ALOT of mixed up narratives going on so TOPICS were asked and CLARIFIED. KUDOS to Hannity and GRACIOUS thanks to President Trump for taking the time to do this interview. Like it or not President Trump does like Hannity or he wouldn’t do the interview.

And I’ve never seen a deep conspiracy to destroy a presidential candidate and then take down an elected President, so this is THE MOST “diabolical government scandal” I have ever seen.

Also, as President Trump has said before, he is President of ALL the people. That includes people who watch Hannity regularly.
I do not have any idea how President Trump thinks. He knows he had the right to declassify anything and the right to take everything but his lawyers don’t seem to know that…whaaat???? It makes no sense. Why are his lawyers not presenting this orders and acts to the judge, who by the way looks like a Democrat to me…the whole thing is a mess.
Also I thought the Special Master was just supposed to get the documents and separate and figure out what was what, not make decisions for or against anyone. What a mess.
He should get off the golf course and pay attention to what his lawyer’s are doing.

As a general rule the smart people ask questions ( even when they know the answer).
If Hannity wants to be relevant AND continue his success, he needs to alter his TV presence from his radio presence.

Wasn’t SEAN HANNITY the one who first announced that President Trump had lost the 2020 Election? Or it was during his showtime? I think it was Sean who did it.
I am sorry that Trump went to Sean for this interview.
I got sick of Sean 20 years ago meowling for Newt Gingrich the Depopulationist RINO who Sean thought would make “The Best President Ever”, even after Newt spent 45 MINUTES of one show laughing at Sean Hannity about the Arizona Border Minute Men trying to halt illegal alien invasions.
Sean bragged heavily on John McCain, even though the stories about McCain were EVERYWHERE in those days, as well as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, and other s of their ilk.
LONG before Trump began to run for President.
Sean may still want to look like a “nice guy” and dress up his act, but he showed his heart even in his earliest days. He would do a peek-a-boo question of these guys once in a blue moon that showed he KNEW the underbellies, and knew they were true, would ask one Zinger and then let it drop and die.
As much as I support the President and his God-blessed efforts to get the word out and fight the good fight, watching a Hannity clip is just a bridge too far for me. I’m sorry, but alert me when he gives the same interview to Carlson.
I wonder if President Trump is kicking his own a__ for not knowing exactly what he had in each and every box in his possession. They should have been cataloged for his own records.
Thanks for posting this Sundance. Hannity was on his best behavior IMO. It’s been over two years since I tuned in to his nightly show. I thought I’d be safe and not have to hear the words “Bleach Bit” or “hammers”. Well, I was wrong.
Nevertheless, it was worth listening to our beloved President Trump share his thoughts.
