Details are starting to come out about the ridiculous FBI raid on the home of Donald and Melania Trump in Mar-a-Lago. According to information provided to Miranda Devine of the New York Post, FBI agents from Washington DC raided the home despite cooperation from Trump attorneys.
The raid was executed focused solely on presidential records and evidence of classified information being stored there. A dubious pretext considering that Trump attorneys and records administrators had previously look through 15 boxes of personal documents that were part of the Trump administration.
The FBI did not leave a copy of the search warrant and left no list of items they confiscated. The documents were of a general nature including letters and mementos from Trump’s presidency, reportedly including letters from Barack Obama and Kim Jong Un, and other correspondence with world leaders.
(Via New York Post) FBI agents scoured Melania Trump’s wardrobe and spent several hours combing through Donald Trump’s private office, breaking open his safe and rifling through drawers when they raided the former First Family’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida Monday morning.
The Post has learned that the search warrant used by the FBI to enter the palatial Palm Beach property focused solely on presidential records and evidence of classified information being stored there.
A source close to the former president expressed concern that FBI agents or DOJ lawyers conducting the search could have “planted stuff” because they would not allow Trump’s attorneys inside the 128-room building to observe the operation, which lasted more than nine hours.
The raid by over 30 plain clothes agents from the Southern District of Florida and the FBI’s Washington Field Office extended through the Trump family’s entire 3,000-square-foot private quarters, as well as to a separate office and safe, and a locked basement storage room in which 15 cardboard boxes of material from the White House were stored.
Feds arrived at 9 a.m. and didn’t leave until 6:30 p.m.
An eyewitness to the raid said all of the boxes were confiscated by federal agents Monday, but it is unknown if anything else was taken as no itemized list of items was provided by the FBI. (read more)

I hold this to be a blatant threat on Donald Trump’s safety, if not life. Even without the seedy background of the Biden family, and the atrocious record of the US government regarding the treatment of President Trump, this would thus seem to be an impeachable act. With all of these circumstances in view, it looks a lot like a Bolshevik take down of the United States. Every day people who participated in a serious ruckus sit in jail, no trial, in the harshest of conditions.
Meanwhile, this administration refuses to faithfully execute the law. A copy of the warrant and a list of the items seized also had to be provided to the subject of the warrant.

No. You can execute a search warrant with no one present but the police, and leave a copy of the search warrant on the kitchen table. All evidence if it relates to the evidence being sought for the crime is admissable. The chain of custody begins when the evidence is removed from the premises and is in possession of the LEO.

If the charges stem from the documents removed from the WH, that is in the DC court’s jurisdiction. Good luck in getting a fair trial in that third world court. If the charges stem from J6, that is also DC court jurisdiction. You can rest assured, if any criminal charges are filed against President Trump, they will be filed in the DC court. The law should require, in cases like this, that everything removed from the premises (including the contents of those 15 boxes) must be itemized in detail and certified prior to removal as accurate by the owner or the owner’s attorney.
With a corrupt FBI, planting evidence is all too easy.
the intelligence of someone like President Trump and his team is that even IF the FBI did take documents, records, etc. He probably has already certified them true before he left office. That is not just some notary either. It would be legal identification of a verified and certified to be true document. Fortunately, all that work is done for him with respect to any classified documents. They all contain a unique serialized marking. Like a digital watermark if you want to think of it that way. But in this case, it serves to identify the document as serialized and no other document may contain that marking. This makes falsifiability fairly easy to establish . a proof that the document is indeed a mirror copy with no edits whatsoever. That verification is separate from the serialized fingerprint marking. That involves at least two other AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL who have the authority and the access to the original classified documents. When they have verified the copies are 100 percent identical corner to corner, then those members who eye witness the verification either hand write their signatures as witnesses with full formal official citation on the copy. IN addition, there is usually a black stamp placed top and bottom margin with certified to be a true copy …at least that was the nomenclature from back in the day.

The law should also provide that in all cases brought by the government and won by the defendant, the government must reimburse defendant for all reasonable expenses incurred in his defense, plus actual damages (such as lost wages for lost time from work) and court costs. In other words, “make the defendant whole again”. This would include IRS audits.

Here’s a pic of two of the FBI knuckleheads toting boxes off the premises. They don’t look like FBI evidence boxes – as if they just grabbed what was there already boxed and walked off with it. They don’t necesscisarily have to put the items in their own evidence boxes, but each box removed should have some sort of numerical marking on it for inventory, chain of custody & storage / evidence retrieval purposes.
From this one pic alone it can be seen that this operation was unprofessional, slip-shod, disorganized and could easily be picked apart by a competent attorney should anything they took end up being evidence in a legal proceeding – But I don’t think they really care about that because this is just plain Gestapo style harassment.
They could have photographed the boxes in the places the boxes were, showing pic. of room, surroundings, etc. to ID each box. The photo on an FBI issued phone which would show the date, time of photo, would suffice and would be downloaded to the evidence room files. Technology has replaced the old methods once used. They could also have videoed the process. The FBLie are scum, but you can rest assured, a federal attorney is going to make sure they dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s with regards to that evidence.
