TS is completely privately owned and operated. If you’ve been reading CTH for at least two months you know Twitter is covertly hosted by the government with unlimited resources. Facebook was developed by DARPA and likely also run by government resources on the back end.

None of the previous big tech social media apps were developed, stood up, launched and operated 100% by privately owned entities. And NONE of those “legacy” Big Tech apps were stood up in the midst of an extremely hostile media environment with tens of millions of people clamoring to all join up and start using them simultaneously. They all came up slowly and quietly because few people knew about them at the beginning.

Unlike the legacy social media apps being run by Big Tech, Truth Social was stood up amidst tremendous hostility but also with millions of potential users clamoring to join immediately. The apps developers had to carefully proceed to determine how to handle matters of scalability versus maintaining security against relentless hack attacks trying to crash the TS system.

It seems that your opinion about what constitutes “successful” has probably been based on false assumptions and/ or a simple lack of knowledge about the process.

• every action they take can be denied by insurance companies
• Their privileges to practice in a large hospital system denied

• The AMA, pediatricians, internist, family physician, and OB, Hospice and Pallitive professional organizations have all been taken over by progressive/woke people on the boards, the conservative voices are silences.
• Conservative scientists, physician researchers, academicians are denied tenure, standing as department leaders, access to research funding, publishing in journals
• Just like there are not only a few media outlets or social media networks, there are now only a few major academic knowledge piplines that physicians use to gain information, and this information is now biased as well.
• Basic premed and medical education, residency training of physicians, pharmacies are in woke academic settings
• Increasing numbers (most) Mid level training programs of PAs and NPs are more degree mills and the “clinical experience” is more shadowing rather than highly supervised, training rich environments.
• Any woke/progressive pharmacist, DON, hospital administrator, nursing home administrator can tank the career and reputation of an outspoken conservative practitioner.

The large hospital systems work together with insurance companies to maximize their access to $4 trillion that the American public stupidly puts into the hands of large insurance companies.

The growth in rural health quality that took place in the 70s and 80s has been reversed as large hospital systems turn rural hospitals into band-aid stations, diverting patients and more importantly revenue and infrastruction from red communities back int blue cities. New industry will not go to rural communities with no good medical care.
