Apparently, the U.K. courts were sympathetic to the claims by Julian Assange lawyers that U.S. government assassins would kill him. However, after the DOJ assured the Brits that Assange would be imprisoned in Australia, not the U.S. after trial, the U.K. are ok with extraditing him. However, Assange still has six appeals and three courts left who will hear his appeals, so don’t expect anything to actually happen soon.
LONDON, June 17 (Reuters) – The wife of Julian Assange vowed to fight using every possible legal avenue after British Home Secretary Priti Patel on Friday approved the WikiLeaks’ founder’s extradition to the United States to face criminal charges.
Assange is wanted by U.S. authorities on 18 counts, including a spying charge, relating to WikiLeaks’ release of vast troves of confidential U.S. military records and diplomatic cables which Washington said had put lives in danger.
His wife Stella said Assange would appeal after the Home Office said his extradition had been approved as British courts had concluded it would not be unjust or an abuse of process.
[…] Originally, a British judge ruled Assange, 50, should not be deported, saying his mental health meant he would be at risk of suicide if convicted and held in a maximum security prison.

Make no mistake, Assange is at the top of their list because he can prove the emails were leaked by Seth Rich. From what I understand is the circumstances surrounding his murder, and the subsequent ‘Russia hacked the server’ narrative, has been deemed a matter of national security.

Seth handed the emails off on a jump drive, and the hit was farmed out to two MS-13 hitmen who were found dead themselves shorlty after. The metadata from their phones appears to be very revealing, including Seth’s approximate arrival to the hospital because he was very much still alive.
So, at about 4:30-5:00am on a Sunday morning two people inexplicably showed up at the hospital right as Seth was arriving in an ambulance. Donna Brazille and DC Mayor Muriel Bowser… the wee hours on a Sunday morning… how did they know, and how did they get there so fast?
One things for sure, they ruled it a robbery, yet Seth still had all of his effects on him… his wallet, phone, and I believe whatever jewelry he was wearing. A watch maybe, but he definitely wasn’t robbed. A few other details I can’t confirm, so I’ll just leave it at that.
The Aussie police seemed pretty adept at beating the tar out of unarmed citizens recently. Can’t say I believe it will be any safer there than in the US. He will also be very surprised by his own suicide.

Any promise made by this administration and the DOJ or FBI you can bet is an out and out lie. He is better off fighting to the end and hope for the best from a system with more integrity that our current administration.

Julian Assange is not a US citizen and not subject to US law. Moreover, the US Supreme Court ruled in the Pentagon Papers that publishers cannot be punished for publishing materials given to them. Every rabid dog that has participated in the imprisonment and persecution of Julian Assange deserves to be put down.
The person who persuaded President Trump not to pardon this man is a threat to America, and that person is still within the president’s inner circle.
What are we going to do about it?
