In case you missed it, March 1st has been declared as the unofficial end date for COVID-19 as a political weapon.
Domestically, the political leftists, who weaponized science for their totalitarian control, have decided it is time to head for the exits. We are now supposed to ignore the last two years of brutal impact they inflicted on society. You can always spot the shift by looking at how Hollywood and pop culture are triggered by the messaging from the political crew.
Once given the nod, there’s a silent move toward the exits while everyone is distracted. Of course, the exit strategy is always frustrating for those who have watched this play out. The SNL segment is presented as humor, but when you recognize the inherent message, there’s nothing funny about it.
The left weaponized COVID for their political needs. However, within this COVID fiasco there were real victims. Many people lost incomes, small businesses were closed, families were torn apart as people were caught up in the frenzy. All of that now positioned as a joke, as the professionally political left try to find a way to tell their tribe it’s over.
We are supposed to forget the pain they inflicted as loved ones were choking in anguish, unable to visit family in hospital, the funerals that were not permitted, the catastrophic damage to our children’s lives, and the massive ridicule deployed (with maximum snark) in their condescending attacks against anyone who did not kneel at the altar of COVID virtue signaling. All of it…. ALL OF IT… now boiled down to a few jokes as they walk backwards trying to avoid the political fallout.

We need to bring them back to reality — yes, as kindly and gently as possible — but we need to do it. Stop complying with irrational mandates.
I do live in an area fully traumatized — our mandates went away this past Tuesday, and still this weekend 98% of people I see are masked indoors, and over 50% of people outdoors are voluntarily wearing their masks. Some stores have new signs up requiring masks — because why not.

It depends on who you listened to. I have a BS in bio (big deal..), but my cousin has a PhD, worked in pharma and was a lead author of the Human Genome Project. She corrected every mistruth in the press for me. I began to read international studies in early 2020 and quickly understood “risk factors”. Even though these were identified in early 2020, Fauci never talked about them until nearly the end. I commented incessantly online about risk factors for two years, urging people to see doctors if they had them, and get the cheap, common meds which prevent covid in many cases. Likely no one paid attention. My cousin and I didn’t vax (not enough good studies). We didn’t wear masks bc we were healthy. I got Covid last Dec for 1o-12 days. NBD. But I know two 20-somethings who took their lives during fake pandemic. Fauci created an atmosphere of doom while trying to sell vaxes. He created panic, distress, killed jobs, divided families, prevented friends and loved ones from socializing. During the time he presided, he only talked about risk factors toward the end of pandemic which was no help to the deceased. Because of constant chant of doom and gloom, more than one misinformed, young fragile person who’d lost their job, lost their friends during mandatory lockdown, shutdown, or quarantine, some were driven to an emotional precipice. They came believed maybe wearing masks, being confined, losing contact with those they loved had become a grotesque reality for the future. That was the real tragedy. Sorry for the length but still in grief over the losses.

On the one hand, one would hope some people woke up. On the other hand, when a person has been so invested for so long in a certain belief, adults tend not to take in new information and shift perspective (at least in my experience). It’s part of child development, but with adults, from what I’ve observed, it’s the rare person who can take in information that challenges or contradicts what they “know” and adapt their thinking.
I suppose on some level it’s hard because it means the person has to let go of the familiar and/or realize they’ve been lied to and/or admit they were wrong and/or experience uncomfortable emotions (such as anger), etc.
Because covid has rolled for so long, masses of people are deeply invested in the narrative. And if any of them have niggling questions in the back of their mind, the regime will take care of that pronto by, among other things, shoving another 5-alarm fire distraction in their face to become consumed with.

There was a documentary that I can’t find for the life of me. I think it was aired on Discovery or the History channel…
anyway, it was about the world of the future and in it, they monitored every aspect of your health from home. One story followed a guy who tried to cheat the system by using yesterday’s urine and flushing it down the toilet instead of fresh pee (he had gotten drunk). The system detected it and his doctor called him up saying his insurance had gone up due to not only lying but drinking as well. Anyway, the guy is going to work when he slips on a roomba (I wish I were joking) and falls out a window. The robot paramedics take him to the hospital only there’s a fortunate mix up for him. He was meant to go to the poor people hospital but there was a glitch and was sent to the high end hospital instead, while the rich man scheduled for surgery that day ends up in the socialist healthcare part and it’s pure misery. No one has a room, everyone is just crammed onto the main floor and basically left there to die.
I really wish I could find it because I find it disturbing that Discovery, History, whatever was touting that along with all the other “benefits” of the future as if it were inevitable and a good thing.

I chose to not get the jab. Because of that, the COVID debacle cost me half my family in a rift that will never be healed. I will neither forgive nor forget.

When 5 to 12 year olds were greenlighted to get the jab, it almost cost my son a costly court battle with his ex. She badgered him with texts and calls for 8 months to get the 11 year old vaxxed, threatening court.
Suddenly, in the middle of January she stopped the harassment. Don’t know what happened, could have been all our prayers, but he hasn’t heard a word about it since then.

Retired Magistrate here: Unfortunately, many lives have been permanently changed by this “pandemic” and scaring people into taking the shots.
A lady in our church, who is 83, was just diagnosed with breast cancer. It does not run in her family and yes she took the Pfizer shots and the booster. Talked to her today; naturally she is very upset. I did not mention to her the studies that show the dramatic increase in breast cancer for those women who have taken the shot. She is upset enough as it is plus the damage is done. Another neighbor’s 56 year old daughter has aggressive breast cancer, she too took the shot. Don’t know which type though.
A friend’s husband took the first Pfizer shot and was rushed to the hospital with afib which medical personnel had a hard time getting under control. His heart was fine before the shot; not now. He will be on heart meds for the rest of his life. I know of several others that took the shots but got coivd anyway and not mild cases.
Of course we have traumatized a whole generation of children who think they are going to die if they get covid. Then we have all the people who lost their business by everything being shut down for so long, people dying alone in nursing homes with loved ones outside crying because they could not get in. Weddings postponed, funerals postponed and life in general, for many, postponed for two years.
No, I will never forget what these evil people have done to people I care for and to our country. Franklin D. Roosevelt stated after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor that was a day which would live in infamy; well, the last two years should be years which will live in infamy for what this government has done to us.

My close friends wife just got diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer. They both took the jab back in August to go on safari in South Africa. No way to know if that the cause, but now when you here about these things your mind immediately heads there.

Biden is working with the WHO again, and there’s an international pandemic treaty being formed designed to give the WHO more power along with rushing mRNA vaccines out faster.

I just mentioned to my wife that it was funny how Covid just seemed to magically dissappear from any and all news cycles the past week. I figured it was the end as they’ve transitioned and jumped head first into 24/7 Putin the bad man cometh comedy routine.

As such our weekly visits amounted to a year visit and as such I was not able to spend the time to comfort him that we were used to and let him know that I was there for him.

Add me to the list of those who lost income due to state mandated jabs. Then, we are labeled vaxed vs. unvaxed. I know of a 23-year old who dropped dead of a heart attack. I know someone in his 30s who had a massive heart attack out of the blue and is now in for a long haul of recovery. I know someone else who had a stroke, fell hit his head, died a week later from the damage of the fall to his brain. Guess you know what they all had in common.
We will not forget and the negative effects of the jab will be felt for months to come. Not to mention the health issues from long-time mask wearing.

Two and half year old grandson not talking was concerned he might be autistic but since moving near me in Florida remarkable improvement in a month. Step granddaughter just transfered to Florida high school from Decatur High School and is flunking two courses she was getting A’s in.
