Oh dear, this statement by Senator Ted Cruz is going to put Ms. Julie Kelly in quite a pickle. Earlier today, Senator Cruz called the J6 protesting groups a bunch of “violent terrorists … who should go to jail for a long, long time.”

I have not trusted Lyin Ted Cruz since his 2016 nomination convention speech, nor have I paid much attention to his pandering to MAGA Trump supporters. Cruz is a damn, ambitious phony and his true colors were revealed to the world that night in July.
Nevertheless, I am aware that any person in elected office will from time to time say, do or believe something that I don’t agree with. For example, Donald Trump’s continued support of the “vaccine”. I vehemently disagree with President Trump on this issue, but strongly support him based on his actions, policies and promises kept that were good for the country. Trump, in spite of losing money during his presidency, continuing lawfare harassment, etc. continues to fight for our Constitutional Republic.
However, this statement by Ted Cruz calling J6 protesters “terrorist” is a bridge to far for any true constitutional conservative to stomach. Lyin Ted is using the language of the Communist Democrat Party (apparently GOPe sellouts too) This is a major disgrace.

I really wanted to go the j6 rally. Distance and not trying hard enough to find someone to go with eventually stopped me. I am sure many on here attended and most in their heart wanted to go.
