The numbers don’t lie, so let’s look at what they tell us. Australia has a population of about 26 million. The Government says 19.8 million Australians are fully vaccinated. Of those 19.8 million, some 79,000 have suffered some sort of “adverse” reaction to the shot. So that means 99.6% of those receiving the shot had no adverse effects while 0.4% did have an adverse effect. The death rate from the Omicron variant is reportedly very low. In fact, in the U.S., since vaccinations were begun the death rate from ALL variants has fallen from 1.6% to 0.4%, and approximately zero of that 0.4% had Omicron. You get to decide if the risk is appropriate or not, especially if you are in a major “at risk” population.

‘Provisional’ could be wordsmithing for ‘Emergency’ but the details don’t read like that, more like the US approvals with requirements for post marketing studies.
In the U.S. we have the Federal Court of Claims to handle certain vaccine injuries. Historically it’s apparently been used mostly regarding childhood vaccination requirements and subsequent injuries since a law on that was passed in the 80’s. My bet is it will expand.

I recall reading the leaked Albanian contract with Pfizer, which I can’t find right now.
