The same FDA is now saying they need 75 years to provide the public with the same data. John Kennedy was the darling of the American Political Left when he as elected. However as time went on it became obvious to the Left he was really more of a left of center moderate and seemed to be moving more to the Right as his administration continued. He was having second thoughts about the involvement in Viet Nam and limiting involvement to only training and military equipment to the South. The Civil Rights legislation was going no where in congress because of Constitutional questions about potential affirmative action programs and the fear among politicians in the North that it could be used against their state’s defacto segregation not just Jim Crow laws in the South. The social legislation and much expanded welfare programs were also stalled and the Left was concerned Kennedy was not pushing them hard enough. Once Kennedy was dead he was replaced by LBJ, a master political insider who knew how to motivative Congress and the Senate. LBJ was sympatric to Civil Rights legislation and massive welfare programs because he believed it would lock up the Black vote for the next 100 years for the Democratic party. He could be bought by the Military-Industrial complex and would support a massive expansion of the war in Viet Nam but still limit the military so that the war would be extended indefinitely and not won and ended quickly. LBJ became the ideal replacement for Kennedy and the sympathy engendered by the assassination of Kennedy would insure his reelection in 1964 regardless of any political blowback from the Left’s policies. The Press would deflect any suspicions by promoting initially the theory that right wing segregationist were behind the assassination then that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin motivated by his fanatical obsession with Russia.

This is all operating under the EUA in response to the emergency as was determined at the time the EUA was granted. What. pray tell was the emergence?
The emergency was the lack of any effective treatment. Because, as claimed at the time, there was no effective treatment, for this reason only the experimental mRNA vaccines were made eligible for the EUA.
But here is the rub. They knew or should have known there WAS effective treatment and, in fact, no EUA qualifying emergency existed.
The facts unshakably show the publicly available history testifies to the truth that effective treatment exists and always existed and attending physicians would and did quickly learn how to effectively treat patients and reduce hospitalizations.
There is no emergency.
There is no basis for the EUA. The only question is whether the EUA is void, voidable or void on its face.
The American Public is entitled to have the mRNA vaccine technologies restored and returned to the standard non-emergency FDA registration process and protection mechanisms designed to prevent avoidable death and unreasonable side effects.
We should be asking FDA to restore the black letter law. We should be demanding FDA restore the process for registering biologics in a manner consistent with all non-emergency registration processes.
With the EUA void, the authorization is gone. All distribution and use of these experimental vaccines in the United States must immediately cease and return to the proven standard regulatory pathway to ensure only the safest vaccines will be released and used upon the American Public.

The EUA is the keystone issue in the American dynamic. The most important argument is not to ban these vaccines but to return them to The Gold Standard of registering biologics under FDA. There is a lawful and standard process that was usurped by fiat of deceptive acts and demonstrable error.
The collapse of EUA validity and justification is a good thing. Experimental vaccines are INCOMPLETE; fundamentally unfit for their intended purpose (UCC Implied Warranty of Merchantability and Fitness for a particular purpose).
The Cure: return the mRNA products to their proper and true regulatory status so the standard FDA registration process can be restored for the benefit of the public to ensure the full and normal protective scrutiny is applied to these technologies.

The physicians and lawyers and some public health officials are under professional oaths as professional persons and are liable under those oaths as a private person who took them to gain possession of the very independently gained credentials that made them employable.
A government or other corporate employee may have qualified immunity. The private individual so employed, in some instances, might not.
You typically can’t sue the government for the actions of an employee who violated their professional duty that arises from their independently gained professional credentials. But you may find cause to sue the private individual so employed and the entity that certified their credentials, provided plaintiff can show injury and damages to recover.

Yes I agree. Why hasn’t anyone sued to end the EUA? There are ample cases where other treatments rapidly cured the afflicted – often times people expected to die otherwise!
As part of the suit discovery of the FDA and CDC and the Biden administration’s basis for denying the fact that alternative treatments exist and are more effective than these things redefined as vaccines.
The answer is they have a S-ton of obstacles stacked along the way. We occasionally get lucky when a judge will shut down things they are trying to do. But with evidence world-wide and even here in this country in states which are allowing it, alternative treatments WORK.

When we are denied information vital for informed consent, as Sundance mentions, no informed consent can be given. Then it is a fair choice – if not the only right choice – to protect yourself and not take the vaccination.
Each person should weigh their own risk profile. For myself this kind of FDA secrecy only affirms my previous belief that it is better to take a waiting stance against experimental medicine and not take it now — or not take it at all.
I had read Pfizer had requested the FDA not allow ingredients to be known and to extend their no liability for 75 years, a couple of weeks ago. FDA of course agreed to their request. In 75 years there will be no one left who even remembers the vaccine existed, or alive if they got a Pfizer vaccine.

This information is misleading. ALPA magazine does the same thing with retirements – sometimes somebody gets missed or their details mislaid and a future edition will catch up on reporting – in this instance the additional death in 2019 and 6 in 2020. If you went back through the monthly editions of the mag, you would see the monthly stats. Yes, the 2021 numbers seem a little high, but not having accurate month by month numbers from the previous 2 years for comparison, one cannot leap to the assumptions this individual did.
