A Georgia jury has found all three suspects in the shooting of Ahmaud Arbery guilty of murder. Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael and William Bryan were all found guilty of murder. Arbery was a black male victim and all three suspects -who claimed to be attempting to make a citizens arrest were white males.
Accusations of racism have propagated the framework of the case and the jury heard evidence that racism was a factor. As with the Rittenhouse verdict, this verdict in Georgia was accurate to the details of the case.

GEORGIA – […] The jury found Travis McMichael, who fatally shot Arbery on Feb. 23, 2020, in a Brunswick, Ga., neighborhood, guilty of all nine counts brought against him, including malice murder.
His father Gregory McMichael, who was with him at the time of the shooting, was found guilty of four counts of felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of false imprisonment and one count of criminal attempt to commit a felony.
William “Roddie” Bryan, who recorded the incident, was found guilty of three counts of felony murder, one count of aggravated assault, one count of false imprisonment and one count of criminal attempt to commit a felony. (read more)
Unfortunately, this case is again being exploited by a culturally Marxist media and those who promote race as a divisive business model. The verdict against the three men was justified and accurate to the horrific events that culminated in the death of Arbery. However, the exploitation of Arbery’s death to advance the divisive issue of race is destructive and damaging.
In the recent Waukesha, Wisconsin, mass killing and slaughter of people at the Christmas parade, the media went out of their way to deny the motive of race, because the accused driver of the vehicle, Darrell Edward Brooks Jr, was a black male targeting white people. The racial motive was/is intentionally downplayed.
Contrast that purposeful media framework against the media narrative against Kyle Rittenhouse, a situation that had nothing whatsoever to do with race, and then overlay the events around the Arbery case, and it is clear the media has an agenda to promote racism in one direction only.
The New York Post provides one of multiple examples of the double standard that creates toxic division and conflict:

Racism was likely a large part of the motive in the Georgia killing of Ahmaud Arbery, and The New York Post leads with that aspect. However, racism was also likely the motive for Darrell Brooks in Waukesha Wisconsin, and yet the media avoids that entirely.
Race is only used as a promotional hook for the media story when the attacker is white and the victim is black. When the races are reversed, the attacker is black and the victim white, suddenly political correctness dictates the racial dynamic is not safe for public discussion. This type of cultural Marxism only makes racial animosity worse.
It is a very sad state of affairs when social division is beneficial for political and electoral manipulation. Much of this intentional manipulation is what you find when you look into the conduct of the DOJ Community Relations Service (CRS), an agency within the DOJ civil rights division.
When the perpetrator is black and the victim(s) are white – the CRS activates quickly to instruct media and the judiciary system how to handle the racial component; the CRS goal is to downplay race as a motive. However, when the perpetrator is white and the victim(s) black – the CRS activates to support the professional grievance activists who thrive on racism as a business model. By approaching things this way, the DOJ-CRS actually flames racial animosity, the exact opposite of their presumed mission.
All of this is very unsettling… and THAT division is the tool of Marxists, in politics and media.
We are being played by a cunning and evil group of people. They and their game must be called out at every opportunity. Challenging given the most widespread communication platforms are censored.
Van Morrison has caused great concern amongst this evil group of people you mention just by writing a song titled “They Control The Media”

i also agree with the verdict, SD.
As everyone should.
Agreed. But. Vice Versa for Rittenhouse. Everyone should. But it is only the right which is lectured.
Agreed
Racial prejudice may well be a factor but this GA trial is still over the top to me.
See LegalInsurrection.com on the Arbery trial.
Legal Insurrection has some interesting comments on the trial.
I wanted to upvote your post but it won’t let me, don’t know why.

I am having the same problem. Couldn’t like any comments on the Thanksgiving post, either.
First of all, thank you Sundance and crew for getting maintenance done quickly.
You know this bs is not going to stop.
When one thing quiets down, they will start another one, another one, another one, ad naseum.
We have entered the later stages of all these kinds of devices invented a long time ago.
May God give us knowledge and wisdom to know how to deal with it without letting their darkness permeate our souls trying to do the right thing.

O, so you understand the Uniparty!
Among which there are many traitors who have souls of fools gold!
Good for you.
No wonder as a newbie here, I like to read your comments!
Many here understand and are aware of the Uniparty.
Most here see the strings.
And this is why I came on board a few days because of somebody over on the open thread a few days ago who told me I needed to read it and knew I would connect.
I have written for AT and Redstate years ago.
Welcome to the Treehouse.
You can’t define a person as a traitor if they were never on your side.
You actually make a good point.
Mitch McConnell was never on our side.
You might want to sharpen your pencil if you plan on listing all of them… lol
Solomon St. Lightstone,
Welcome, “Newbie”,
I hope you find the knowledge and fellowship that you (we all) seek here.
I’m an old geezer here, and my well-worn “branch” has bestowed upon me many learning experiences.
I wish you the same.
Warmest Best,

Thank you so much for one more warm welcome!
I am a student of the great trees of our planet. The great, oldest, largest pines and all the others.
Sometimes trees are the fellowship and communion like this tree.
I communicated to somebody called adrem on here, and told that person that I found a new tree to nest in.
I am not new to what is happening in our nation and world, but I find comfort and peace here in a world of terrible conflict.
It comforts my anguished heart to read and connect with others of the same mind and heart.
None of us are perfect, but we are of the same heart and determination…
Like this Nation’s forefathers.
I look forward to the fellowship of other branches here. Kinda like comfort soup in winter!
Kinda like you!
Be blessed!
Solomon St. Lightstone,
The pleasure is mine, I’m sure.
FYI,
AdRem, is one of the (BEST) moderators here @ CTH, and you were fortunate indeed to have correspondence with same.
Blessed indeed,

In war, truth is the first casualty.
So true! Unfortunately war seem to be the only defense, which every country in the world is preparing their own defense…
God Help Us All!!!
He will!

We’ll be like GW’s men and will walk in snow with bleeding feet if that’s what it takes.
Yes, and politics is simply war by another means.

Lots of people go into houses under construction after hours.
My wife and I did in Omaha when looking at a house we planned on purchasing.
Based on video I saw on Fox News of Arbery, it just showed him looking around to figure out what the finished house might look like.
Do you and your wife go into houses under construction month after month at 10 pm or later at night and wander around looking at stuff? You obviously didn’t watch the trial. I did and I felt that Travis McMichael was acting in self defense. Arbrey attacked him, just like in the Rittenhouse case.
Arbrey caused his own death- he could have de-escalated the event by stopping and waiting for the police to show up, a minute after he grabbed McManiels gun, instead he acted guilty by running and ignoring the people asking him to stop and wait for the police. He could have ran down the other street in front of him – he wasn’t “trapped” at all-the only thing is he would have been running towards where the police would be coming in. This guy wasn’t out for a “jog”. (Just like Trayvon)
He choose to run around the truck, advance on (just like Rosenbaum) and grab McMichaels gun plus the video shows Arbrey beating the crap out of McMichaels while trying to take his gun.
IMO another black person resisting any normal interaction in society with anyone that is white-because of an irrational
fear of “racism”.
The message is if you are white – you are not allowed to defend yourself against an attack by anyone that is black. White people can be beaten, robbed, raped, murdered by blacks but its ok because of slavery or something.
Not a chance in hell I let someone tell me to stop and hold me at gunpoint. I have walked into houses in my neighborhood over the past several years even into the evening, especially when it’s Daylight Savings. My wife and I look at the incomplete houses frequently. Those guys thought they were the law and they most certainly were not. It’s unfortunate but it certainly is not the same type of self-defense that Kyle was forced to use. The lesson with this trial is that they followed the guy who had not committed a violent crime and they tried to detain him, not a good idea. I’m a law abiding veteran but if you try to detain me at gunpoint, we have a damn monumental problem and it won’t end well.
Well one it was the middle of the day and they weren’t holding him at “gunpoint”. They asked him to stop and wait for the police without showing any guns – while they were in the truck. You obviously have bought into the msm lies. Arbrey wan’t being “threatened” he never stopped running long enough to be threatened.
This guy wasn’t walking through “unbuilt” houses he kept going back to the same one – not in his neighborhood and in the middle of the night. He knew he had been seen and ran away when someone wanted to talk to him. I’m sure if you and your wife were stopped or approached by anyone you wouldn’t run away. Why?
There’s a big difference. You seem to think it is perfectly okay to walk through unbuilt houses, not everyone does-thats why there are construction trailers with guards on many sites.
So its now against the law to “follow someone”? I don’t think so. They tried to have a conversation with the guy-he ignored them & ran-that is not normal behavior.
Had you watched the trial you would know they didn’t think they “were the law” – they called the police and wanted to let them handle Arbrey-Arbrey had another story-first run, ignore the people asking you to stop, then advance on the guy with the gun, grab it and beat him. Travis had every right to self-defense at that point.
None of the other crap you bring up means squat.
Based on all the evidence that I saw I could NOT render a guilty verdict. Once a person decides to get physical, then you have the right to defend your life.
I am with Wiliam. Anylne chases me down and vets out of his vehicle with a shotgun will be in a no-win situation.
No one “knows” what Ahmed thought as he looked through the house, as he was being chased by 2 white men in a truck, or if any threatening words were directed at him. What you “think” someone was going to do or did is not reason enough to hunt him down. A man can be enraged or frightened enough to do unwise things.
Everyone has the right to freely reject a layperson’s order to stop. Everyone has the right to flee when he fears for his own life or safety. No one, innocent or guilty, has to interupt his life, sit down and wait just because someone says that the police were called.
The crime was committed when the 3 forcibly tried to deprive a man of his rights. Eveŕything that happened after that falls on the heads of the felons.
Well said, and as a Vet myself, I agree.
“Vet” with a capital “V”? Yeah, right, everyone’s a “Vet” now.
You might wish to vet your pointless snark more carefully.
Glad you spoke up to FM!
That was a terrible thing for a person to say to somebody they don’t know! 🤬
Why the hell did you say that to somebody you don’t know?!!!
Re: “Vet” with a capital “V”? Yeah, right, everyone’s a “Vet” now.
I’ve never been in the military; so, I can’t refer to myself as a Vet. But, anytime I’m referring to a retired member of the military, I ALWAYS refer to them as a Veteran, with a capital “V” out of respect.
Francis, I live in SC, do you? Big mouth???
In whatever Branch, thank you for your service.
I remember the attorneys in the Rittenhouse trial, saying that you can’t create the situation, Kyle didn’t, but they did. …
Going back to the Zimmerman trial, George might have been convicted if a witness had reported he fired when Trav0n first swung at him. With Travon on t0p doing the ground and pound it was a different story.
William and Dwayne,
I have owned a res. construction company for twenty five years. In that period I’ve had sites or work vehicles cleared out five times, I really don’t enjoy that. Now of course I want potential clients visiting my clean, quality, friendly josites ONLY if my client who owns the property allows AND I know when you are going to be there so I can walk you through it. Otherwise don’t you dare step a foot on my jobsite. You would have my number and website to schedule a visit from my sign posted at the entrance. You come on my site and I don’t know about it, what if you step on a nail, traffic through a walk-board that collapses or lean over a temp railing and fall to your death. Especially if you “visit” in the evening when there is no light. If I catch you like that and you throw an attitude at me, I will detain you, I will call my posse comitatus and our friendly sherrifs department. They can then escort you off-site, and I will nicely give you my business card for you to call and schedule a proper visit.
Again Michael and Dwayne, and thank you for your service, if you don’t politely leave, we will have a problem and it will not end well for you.
“William” and “Dwayne” are trolls. Ignore them.
Troll, okay girl.
👍👍👍
I get your point. I have never stolen anything in my life and never will. I will not be a debtor to anybody. I also fear nobody, no man. I’m fiscally conservative and I am socially conservative. I agree it was Not my property to walk onto but it was right behind my house when they were building I would walk over and look at it. Your point is valid.
I upvoted you, we are square, thank you.
I like to view house constructions too. But not in the middle of the night.
As for gunpoint situations, well, lots of situational issues, not clear cut. But one thing is clear, jumping a gun should only because you expect to die anyway. Jumping 17 yo Kyle was fatal twice, its bad odds.
After wards lots of options.
Just what America doesn’t need. Another bleeding heart ‘veteran’.
Keep it up Francis
The law doesn’t have the backs of white people. That’s what this is all about. Whites have no institutional power, yet we are always told we hold all of the power. It is BS.
The difference is that Rittenhouse (the defendant)was being pursued by (first) a violent psycho, and (second) a violent mob seeking retribution. KR fired clearly in self defense.
AA (the victim) was unarmed, and attempting to flee the scene when an armed “posse” intervened.
As much as I appreciate community policing, guns shouldn’t have part of the pursuit of AA.
That’s a big difference, imo.
The police had advised people in the neighborhood that Arbery might be armed. That is why the McMichaels were armed and there guns were legal and it’s my understanding that it was also legal at that time to be armed when effecting a citizen’s arrest, so no laws were broken. Arbery did not have to attack the younger McMichael and I don’t know what video you saw because his gun wasn’t point at Arbery until Arbery tried grabbing the gun.
All good points, but the brandishing of a weapon and pointing it at him crossed the line and was illegal – they could have just followed him while on their cell phones with law enforcement – he was obviously unarmed and had no stolen items in his hands – they unlawfully escalated the situation by introducing the weapon and were wrong to do so….
Arbery was a well known thief in his area…… store employees and home owners knew this. He was not a good person.
McMichaels mistake was allowing Arbrey to close that distance, I know the truck was obstructing, I think M was shocked A would even consider that act.
Totally agree with Mist
Exactly. Thanks for the common sense post but most posters are getting all caught up in virtue signaling. Arbery had a criminal record and was no mere jogger or budding home inspector.
Just wait until whites are so weak and demoralized that they allow their guns to be taken away. Then it is open season. No such thing as a fair fight anymore especially when the other guy or usually guys are 6’4” 250lbs football players. Good luck.
Also, I read elsewhere that Arbery was enrolled at a technical school and wanted to be an electrician like two of his uncles.
Even though it’s usually illegal (in FL it’s a felony) to trespass on construction sites, this might explain why he would be curious and/or fascinated by the work progress.
“Newly introduced information in Glynn County, Georgia court documents shows that Ahmaud Arbery was known as “the jogger” and had a long history of breaking into homes and businesses while using jogging as both an alibi and tactic for his crimes.”This is more fitting. Cannot totally blame the neighborhood for reacting as they did.
Newly introduced??
The quotation seems to indicate that this was extracted from earlier reporting, how much earlier is surely worthy of note.
That introduction alone begs the inclusion of a link for readers to examine the statement, its provenance, and the possible significance of the timing of the statement.
I heard that he was accepted at Harvard on a scholarship and starting college the next week!
That he was turning his life around according to his 13 baby mommas
He was also on the list for astronaut training until his life was cut short.
I had read where he was going to be an astronaut.
Ahhh-choobull@$!t
…or looking around to see what he could steal. Either way he was trespassing! It’s private property not a park.
I also agree with your analysis of the msm’s manipulation of racist tropes and focus on always going in one direction with it.
As with the MSM’s treatment of muh Russia and PDJT, the “facts” always follow the subversive narrative.
Good analysis.
Will this bring out the protesters, rioters, looters, shoplifters, or holiday shoppers to the glass storefront near you?

I agree with the Verdict, but the MSM (especially Ted Williams 0n Fox) are still peddling the lie that Arbery was just “jogging”.
Was any evidence ever presented to show that Arbery actually stole anything?
Dan Abrams/Mediate directly blame Biden and Harris for Waukesha White Massacre.
https://hotair.com/ed-morrissey/2021/11/24/abrams-biden-harris-media-comments-on-rittenhouse-verdict-impugn-our-entire-judicial-system-for-political-gain-n431270
I knew these white guys would get away with murder… oh wait.
Have the burglary’s stopped in this neighborhood since Arbery’s death?
That’s an interesting question…
Your post reminds me of the scene in Apocalypse Now where Capt. Willard tells the story of Col. Kurz ordering the assasinations of some local South Vietnamese he suspected were double agents. The enemy activity immediately stops after the assasinations proving him right yet the US Goverment was going to try him for murder because of it.
Let’s all go riot because white people were convicted for killing a black man! Oh wait…. we don’t actually do that… we make jokes about it trying to shame the left for what they do though… also stupid. You have to have any sort of conscience or self-awareness in order to feel shame. What were we thinking?
And you’ll notice the media at large isn’t covering this one so much. Previously, I pointed out the only stories the media will cover are the ones where there is a clear opportunity to create division. There was in the Rittenhouse case. They created it big-time and people are repeating the lies and will continue repeating the lies about Rittenhouse.
But no such division existed in the case of these three men. Any extra attention will (#1) Damage their claims about the “racist” nature of the justice system and (#2) prove the claims of the media are completely false. So they won’t want people bringing that up in response to their rants on Rittenhouse.
Look into who owns the lying anti-American MSM. Look into all Western nations MSM.
There are Protocols for these types of things
The Waukesha story has disappeared almost as fast as the ‘Navy Yard Shooting’ but not quite as fast as the ‘Fort Hood Shooting.’
The shooting at the ‘Little Rock Military Recruiting Office’ disappeared pretty damn quickly too, and SAME for another deadly shooting at a military recruiting office and then a US Navy recruiting office in Chattanooga, TN.
I cannot though put my finger on what all of these very short-lived ‘news’ stories had in common.

New Criminal Complaint Reveals How Truly Evil Waukesha White Massacre Was

“Again, this has been used multiple times. This is not an accident.”

“Crash Suspect.” Good pickup. Adding to the dictionary. Democrats Changing the World and Making a Difference one word, one narrative at a time.
The Children of Lies.
“Crash suspect”?
Not fooling everyone. Dozens of eyewitnesses had seen this one driving through and running over members of the crowd.
This perpetrator killed several and injured dozens more.
Should be no doubt of culpability.
In CS Lewis great book “That Hideous Strength” God takes away the ability of the Liberal/Communist/Bolsheviks to speak.
I bet there was no accident report done. A Criminal Investigation Report was done.
There was a video shot from overhead that showed him swerving back and forth to run over his targets. It’s probably gone now.
He intentionally ran over all of them. Calling it an “accident” is a bald-faced lie, so typical of the media.
It is a vile outrageous falsehood and a moral crime against the innocent victims of this evil man.
Ax-Wielding Antifa Member Attacks GOP Senator’s Office, Dems Give Him Money, FBI Returns Ax
Thomas Alexander Starks, 31, of Lisbon, North Dakota, pleaded guilty to destruction of government property last April. Starks brought an ax to Sen. John Hoeven’s office in Fargo on December 21, 2020, and smashed an intercom and glass door. The attack was captured on video.
Federal guidelines suggested Starks should spend 10–16 months in the hoosegow, but because he is a protected member of Antifa, he was sentenced to mere probation and ordered to pay $2,784 in restitution.
(Like I’ve said before, it was better when our side controlled the Establishment.)
I wonder if having black militias and the New black panthers outside the courthouse had any effect on the verdicts? There is a manufactured narrative spewed by the marxist msm that everyone believes. Without knowing any of the facts or the details of the trial. IMO I think the jury got it wrong. It was clearly self-defense and the other two defendants did do anything. They didn’t “attack” Arbrey, Arbrey “attacked” McMichaels. The one guy following him was yards and yards away filming it-he was convicted of murder? common man
The prosecution’s case didn’t match the evidence-they blatantly lied to fit the media narrative.
House and Senate Rethuglicans could have put a stop to the CRS shenanigans decades ago, but chose not to bust up their useful UniParty tool against Americans. They could have blunted much of the harm evil media does with the race tool also, but chose not to and instead played the hapless idiots role against their UniParty counterpart openly racist Demothugs. Every American loses except the politicians and their funders/string pullers.
I agree with this verdict, MOSTLY. I personally think their attempt to effect a citizen’s arrest was defective. Therefore, their claim of self defense was defective. Aubery deservedly won his Darwin award by rushing a man with a shotgun, but McMichael was out of his lane. He had not seen the attempted burglary. So, he had no right to hop in his pick-up and pull over the first black man he sees, even if he pulled over the right one.
I say mostly, because Turley pointed out something interesting about the citizens arrest statute. Apparently, it allows an arrest if you see the crime or if you have “immediate knowledge” of it. I have no idea what immediate knowledge is supposed to mean. Furthermore there is a thing called the rule of lenity. It says that if a criminal statute is in any way vague, it must be construed in the criminal defendant’s favor. Therefore, they may have had immediate knowledge of Aubery’s attempted burglary, the citizen’s arrest may have been valid, and the verdict maybe should have been different.
It was always a “difficult” case in my mind. It had horrible optics. So, I think it was wise to stay out of it. It could fairly go both ways. So, let the jury system handle it. However, they will have an interesting issue on appeal.
The McMichaels thought they were acting within the law and two DA’s who reviewed the case believed they were also but then woke politics intervened.
From what I know about the case guilty seems appropriate. What is ridiculous for all cases is stacking charges.
yes, the stacking is BS. convicted 5 times for murder is nonsense. “Felony murder” in general, where the defendant did not directly cause the death of the defendant is BS too.
An honest question, I watched the video of the shooting and it looked like Arbery started the fight.
There is also another video with police body cam footage that doesn’t portray Arbery in a very good light.
What makes this case so clear cut in your guys’ minds? Were they actually attempting a citizens arrest and believed he was up to no good? Did they prove that the defendants had malicious intent? Why did the camera guy get slapped with all the charges when it looked like he didn’t really do anything.
Arbrey did start the fight. Arbrey was free to go the other way there was not anyone blocking his way to the street the police were coming down. The police were called and Arbrey was told that they had been called.
There weren’t any guns out until Abrey started running directly at the truck which was in its lane in the road – not sideways – not blocking the road. Arbrey ran right around it – instead of keeping going straight he circled around the truck and attacked McMichaels.
That is what the video shows. They were attempting a citizen’s arrest but Arbrey wouldn’t stop long enough to even have a conversation with any of them.
The camera guy didn’t do anything and neither did the father except being there…
I find the verdict bizzare, just like the juries decision in that case in Hilton Head, where a black man CONFESSED to killing an old guy in a failed carjacking and was set free.
First, there were FIVE counts of murder. How is that possible when you have ONE dead man? How can two of them be convicted of “Murder” when neither fired a shot? How can the old guy be convicted of “Malice Murder” when Arbery assaulted him, punched him, and tried to take away his shotgun. Its not even clear if the Shotgun went off by accident. How can it be “kidnapping” when Arbery was free to run away?
Maybe, we’ve gotten to the point where libtards and blacks can’t be trusted on Juries anymore. Or maybe, the people for these juries are so stupid, or blinded by predjudice, they can’t be trusted. Anyway, its another sad day in the USA. God help us All.
I am well aware of…
Remember the Texas case years ago where whites dragged a black man behind their truck.
James Bryd Jr, Jasper, TX.
There is no excuse for this kind of hideous, evil hatred. That occasion made me angry beyond compare.
I have some very close, loving black friends, and if anybody would have done that to one of my black friends, it would have been ugly and over for them.
But the hypocrisy is, that the left and media doesn’t cover the other side of the things, like polar bear hunting, rioting, burning down cities, etc.
I despise hatred of all kinds from all races, but the media have chosen their position, unbalanced as it is, and I hate them most of all.
Sorry for the rant.
Righteous rants are a good thing!
That was horrifying but this isn’t the same case. I believe it was the Byrd case that started hate crime charges.
It may have aided their adoption, but I seem to recall a longstanding push to create this social engineering tool.
Hmmm. Before he got banned off Youtube, I watched what I felt was a very informative video by Stefan Molyneux on this case. There are still frame photos that appear to show Arbery reaching for the gun in the middle of the street. Look, I think these guys were idiots for trying to make a ‘citizens arrest’ with a gun, but if you cross a street to grab at the gun of an armed person, you’re stupid. Should these guys have called law enforcement on a trespasser instead of trying to make a ‘citizens arrest’? Yes. But if Arbery tried to take a gun from an armed person, and if he was really involved in criminal activity on that property (we’ll never know as he’s dead now) , that changes things. I’ve heard claims he was emptying stuff out of his pockets as he ran off, and I’ve also seen video of somebody who looks a lot like him on the same property in the middle of the night. Regardless, the ‘citizens arrest’ angle was no excuse for chasing after him with a gun without absolute proof he’d done anything criminal. Call the cops and let them sort it out.
From what I understand they did call the cops and were trying to stop him from getting away before they arrive. They should have left the gun in the truck and if the “jogger” kept going then let the cops find him.
I do not concur, especially in the case of William Bryan. Felony murder has always been a bullshit charge pretty much across the board. But the statute specifically requires the defendant to have “cause(d) the death of” the victim while committing a felony. That just doesn’t fit at all for the man down the road in a truck with a phone.
So, tell me how Michael Byrd a 250 lb trained LEO killing a young unarmed White woman standing a dozen feet away from him and posing no threat to him or the two SWAT officers standing next to her is….justifiable but having a Black guy grabbing your rifle while you’re waiting for the police that YOU CALLED is murder?
There’s no answer for it, Joe.
Byrd is a killer. He should be in prison.
The guys in the AA case don’t have the protection of the .gov.
AA was dumb, the posse was dumb. Someone died.
Byrd gets a pass because he’s .gov.
Thats as close to an answer as I have.
Instead, Killer Lt. Byrd, goes on TV and brags about his “Courage” in killing a 110 unarmed woman. And US Senators applaud. I read a couple weeks ago, it came out in House Committee testimony, that Miss Lindsey Graham on Jan 6th had screeched at the Capital Hill Police “use your guns, that’s what they’re there for” before he ran away. I haven’t seen much of Miss Lindsey on TV since.
And we know that the Republican Senator Cramer from ND said on Radio talk show that “Babbitt was a criminal who deserved to be shot”. And that Mitt Romney, cried during the Jan 6th attack and profusely thanked Lt. Byrd and the Capital Hill police for “Saving him“
Because White women are the least important members of WOKE society. Easy peazy. And Byrd is 1) Black, 2) Male, and 3) an immigrant. He hit the trifecta for victimhood status. If Ashli had been a tranny, she might have gotten a little more sympathy, but a het White woman? Ha.
I prefer Perverts in place of Marxists. Marx would be horrified by what is retailed now using his name. Not that his ideas are sound or helpful, but these ones going by Marxism today are not his. These are just sex and drugs Perverts.
They are Cultural Marxists by way of Bolsheviks Trotsky through Gramsci. The one good thing Stalin did was assassinate that piece of human excrement Trotsky. Saul Alinsky was another pos
Marx saw himself striding the earth above the ashes of Creation itself, he pioneered perversions that persist to this day.
The innovations of his disciples does not in any fashion elevate him or lower themselves in relation to the demonic depravity of his goals, his means, and his contempt for Heaven’s beloved children.
Marx supported the Paris Commune which killed hostages. He wasn’t a good guy. The idea that “marx wouldn’t have approved” is rather odd. Very, very odd.
Indeed, I feel the same.
The Georgia trial verdict was the right one, and I also believe the doj/crs crew, will not succeed in suppressing what happened in Wisconsin. It matters not, if they have the media in their pocket, local law enforcement and the courts. Too many people are asking questions. Because too many innocents were hurt or killed. Crs won’t be able to sweep the race issue under the rug.
I think it was a case of vigilantism.
Lots to learn from this case.
Sad all the way around. Was Arbery really jogging? I also recall seeing in a report that they had surveillance video of him inside a home under construction prior to this and that’s part of why they went after him. I don’t know if anyone has it.
I don’t know what this means for protecting property but I think shooting the guy went too far. At some point, the one being attacked also needs to defend himself, too, especially to someone who is not a police officer trying to detain him.
Some people on the Left claim that the people that attacked Kyle was because he shot someone and was still armed and thought dangerous. This is all getting very murky.
I suppose it goes back to motive and they did not agree with the motive and targeting of these three men. And I’m sure his race led to the assumption that Arbery was up to no good.
I also don’t understand why all three are guilty of murder when only one person shot him. I don’t know if anyone has the video that the third guy took of this incident. I think I saw something months before but don’t know where it is.
Arbery effectively shot himself. Suicide by ex-cop’s son…
All three are guilty of murder the same way all gang bangers get charged – because they were there and didn’t do anything to stop it, their actions and inactions caused the murder.
I’d have to read the statute to get more particular, but a lot of jurisdictions write the penal code to include those who indirectly participate are also guilty of the underlying murder charge.
That can get murky, too. I mean, maybe I didn’t intend on my friend shooting the guy and yet if I am there, I get charged with murder, too?
I think the law should be more cut and dry here. I can see plotting to have someone get killed, but I don’t think any of them intended to kill him as a goal.
AOC on Waukesha White Massacre:
AOC: This would be a great time to combat “excessive bail”
https://townhall.com/tipsheet/juliorosas/2021/11/24/aoc-decided-it-was-a-good-time-to-tweet-about-this-after-the-christmas-parade-attack-n2599616?utm_campaign=rightrailsticky1
I prefer we combat permissive bail.
Shooting a black man when he is trying to pry your gun away from you is a “lynching” and running over a bunch of White children at a Christmas parade is a car accident. Arbery is just like every other jogging individual: We all just take a Hammer and run in while ransacking construction sites.
and wearing high top untied shoes with no socks and long baggy cargo shorts. NO runner or jogger does that. Also he was something like 12 miles from home. The jogging narrative is BS
So Arbery was trying to grab the gun and somehow the white guy shot him instead.
So, does this come back to the Safari Principle that the three white guys should not have stopped the breaking and entering business they thought this guy was doing? Not get out of the car like Zimmerman?
That’s the implied message the Left wants to send.
But I’m not buying it.
Essentially so.
They shouldn’t have left their homes.
I see a lot of similarities to some extent between the Rittenhouse case and this one. Rittenhouse decided to go on patrol instead of staying home and found himself having to defend himself.
These guys wanted to check out and detain this person they thought was stealing stuff off of construction sites or whatever, the suspect goes for the guy’s gun so then the armed person has to defend himself.
Am I not seeing the parallels here?
I just found the video someone posted. It looks to me Arbury ran to the armed man and was somewhat attacking him so the armed man shot him at close range, while Arubury was facing him.
I don’t think they really sorted out what happened. So it’s murder if you are trying to stop a suspected burglar and the burglar attacks you and you have to use your weapon.
How is this much different for what happened with Rittenhouse?
A thief can charge u and try to take ur shotgun and u will be found guilty.
Divide and conquer.
“In 2019 and 2020, local convenience store witness interviews reveal Mr. Arbery became known as “the jogger” for his repeated conduct and behavior of running up, stretching in front in, and then entering several convenience stores where he would grab items and run out before he could be caught,” the court documents read.
Judge Blocks ‘Jogger’ Armaud Arbery’s History of Robbery from Evidence in Murder Trial
https://headlinewealth.com/judge-blocks-jogger-armaud-arberys-history-of-robbery-from-evidence-in-murder-trial/
These white guys who were convicted now face federal charges in February for hate crimes based on this incident.
It’s a racket. While everyone is happy abt the VA Gov’s race outcome – let’s see now – spent $16mil of his own money for a $175K/yr job. Hmmmmmmmmm.
Justice was served in each instance. But the real villains remain to be held accountable.
Although I do agree with the Arbery verdict, not a peep to be heard of “Say their names” although it is quite obvious the Waukesha butcher is a Black BLM sympathizer who targeted White children and older ladies. On a positive note, I think the BLM sympathizer movement is fizzling out. For now, they’re sustained by the Corrupt Media.
Another take.
Please consider my opinion as somebody who has beloved black friends who I would do anything to protect. I love them like brothers and sisters. We put politics aside and support each other, me for them, them for me.
I confess, I am a Christian who understands God’s grace through Jesus Christ’s birth, death, Resurrection…for all of us, regardless of color, creed, nationality.
That in itself is reason for Thanksgiving.
It was the greatest, most wholesome, loving thing God ever did for His Creation and humanity.
No matter my personal feelings, I must abide by that.
That doesn’t mean God, according to Romans 1, hasn’t cast off wicked souls forever.
Jude says the same.
But where we can forgive some who haven’t crossed over that line, let our hearts find and pray firr the mercy of God for them.
It is a difficult choice at times.
But let us listen to the Lord’s Heart so that we can separate the holy from the profane, good from evil.
So that God is Judge of all and not us.
Accurate to the details of the case.
PERFECT DESCRIPTION. 😎
Who cares?
Strange isnt it.???….. those that are called white supremacists (thats all of us that are not AA) that sat on a jury got to the right verdict even though white………..
Do you suppose if the situation had reversed colors they would then have had the correct verdict? I dont think so!
This was actually the case that the the blm/left/msm wanted to exploit to the maximum. But they just were not getting the traction.
For one thing, Brunswick is not very big, and is not close to a big city, so getting angry mobs was problematical. Also it is home to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), with hundreds of sworn officers to draw from if needed. FLETC maintains ties to local black churches, such as First African.
Another problem was that race relations are not bad in Brunswick. If you recall a few years ago when a black gang member in Brunswick murdered an infant in his stroller, local pastors and others were able to keep things calm.
Lastly, the suspects were not police.
Then the Floyd video surfaced, and they had what they needed.
Local pastors and others–there’s your tell. You guys were played by the DOJ-CRS was working overtime. Let’s al “come together” and sing Kumbaya over the murdered White child killed by a racist Black POS. Barf. FLETC is the FBI, remember, the DOJ’s enforcement arm to make us White serfs tow the line.
Sometimes rage needs to be felt in the White community, too, and we need to be given “room to destroy” when our children are murdered and our elders are slaughtered by racist Blacks. You can’t make me not hate those people who do that out of race animus. You can’t CRS and preacher-preach me out of it. My people are being TARGETED and then forced to swallow the anger and hurt like good little serfs–“Thank you sir, may I have another?” Every. Darn. Time.
I don’t ever read of Aryan Nations or any other White racist group going around targeting innocent random Black kids or grannies for spree racist motivated murder, do you?
I explained some of the reasons the Aubrey case did not result in the planned ignition. Nothing else beyond this. Sorry I angered you.
Manslaughter maybe but no way murder.
The McMichaels were previously exonerated by two separate DA investigations, but then politics happened. The evidence that this shooting was motivated by anti-black racism is pretty thin. Arbery attacked the younger McMichael and attempted to take his shotgun away from him.
I am driven to follow up on my last comment this case.
Like most of you, all I can do is follow news about this situation, both types of media presentation.
I wasn’t there.
Just like I wasn’t there in the situation Kyle was in.
There’s only One Eye Witness Who was there in all these situations.
The confusion of internet, media, a 1000 opinions, is difficult to navigate at times.
What to think?
I think I need to take a breath, wait a minute, and then follow some course of truth that might or might come out, and leave the rest in God’s Hands, far larger than my small, mortal hands and mind.
I am too small to figure all this out.
But I have faith that God, knowing who loves Him and desires real, actual truth, will get us to that higher Goal.

NO….you first! Back to the swamp foxy….
Why?
Is he being ungracious and senselessly striving to spoil our beloved Treehouse?
Have NO qualms….BUT….
Don’t ALLOW media, press, tv, etc TO FORGET WISCONSIN…which they will likely do….move on and Brooks gets NO attn and no coverage and those people, including those dearest children lives go in vain……
I’m all about fairness and what’s right. Don’t know how, why this got so out of hand, but it did….JUSTICE WAS SERVED.
NOW, SERVE JUSTICE IN Wisconsin….And that includes ALL THOSE THAT ALLOWED Brooks to skate and walk and MURDER…innocent people…for God’s sake, in a Christmas parade.
EVERY PERSON in the country should be SHOUTING about Wisconsin……
Agreed. The media will use this as an excuse, better known as a shiny little something, to distract everyone’s attention away from an event they’re not at all comfortable with acknowledging.
I hope this doesn’t divide us and create a thread of vitriolic back and forth.
Ive already seen that happen on other blogs after the Rittenhouse verdict.
We can agree to disagree about the legal mechanics of this case,
But ALL agree that the spin only goes in one direction, as SD points out.
Lets remember to be gracious and polite in disagreement, please.
I read an article at American Thinker that said the narrative they are crafting has the goal of running Michelle Obama for president in 2024. They are going to make race such a central issue that not voting for a black woman for president will be seen as egregiously wrong and shameful.
https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2021/11/the_disturbing_and_shocking_plan_to_replace_kamala_harris.html
I fully support the verdict. I’ve never cared one way or another about skin color or ethnicity. Justice and the rule of law was served. I just get damn tired of being called a “racist” or “White Supremacist” if I speak facts.
