I remember when Sky Phoenix took L-lysine early last year while waiting for a Covid test. She did end up positive. She didn’t have Quercetin and looked around her cabinet to find something to try to get the zinc into the cell. She said the l-lysine prevented her from dropping her oxygen and her wheezing stopped.

I have ordered ivermectin and hydroxychlorquin from these sites with no problems except it takes about 3 weeks. USPS was no problem and many sites have US contact numbers to track orders. Most use Paypal for safe payment. These sites also have Quercetin (substitute for hydroxychloroquin) but you can order it from GNC or Am zon in the US. The Canada pharmacys also have the same India produced ivermectin.
Also, http://www.sevencells.com seems to be a compounding pharmacy, and they compound your tabs to the dose you need, up to 22 MG for $8. The most common dose is 18MG, which makes it pretty cheap.

Think I read on here some time ago that most all of Ivermectin was made in India, so was somewhat assured of that concern. That it would be of good quality.
Your second was of maybe a bigger concern to me, having read here again that shipments were being confiscated. My hubby got his Covid shots through Walgreens and they asked for his Medicare card but not his Humana MA card. They then billed Medicare $60 for each injection. I won’t take any of this Pfyzermectin. I’ll stick with my horse paste. I’ve gotten used to it. By the way, I take horse dewormer twice a week. This stuff seems to work pretty well. I raised 4 kids back in the day and now I’m raising 3 grandkids. I’ve gotten every virus my kids have brought home over the last 40 years. I get sick a lot and it’s been all bad. A couple of weeks ago, all three of my granddaughters came home with a flu bug. They were really sick for around 10 days. About 3 days in, I started feeling really bad. Coincidentally, I had taken a dose of IM that morning. I was vomiting and pooping at the same time. About 4 hours later I started feeling a lot better, and that was the end of my flu bug. I never have recovered from a flu that quickly in my entire life. The only thing I’ve done differently is to take IM twice a week. I honestly think it works!
