Laughably, the White House says “pending FDA approval“, as if the FDA would not approve the Pfizer pill.
Pretending not to know things, just two days ago the White House Press Secretary said this:

The Ivermectin plus the immune vitamin caps that contain vitamin C, D3, Zinc & Quercetin should do it for you. Thats what worked in India to wipe out the Chinese bioweapon.

Same here. It was around .90 per 12 mg pill, 10 to a blister/push pack. River wanted an electronic check which made me uncomfortable but the $ was not a make or break deal. If it went bad, lesson learned. It did not. All went well. They suggested 4-5 weeks for delivery, it arrived in 3 and was definitely from India.

I am not a medicinal chemist, but when I compared the Pfizer drug’s molecular structure with ivermectin’s, they were not the same and did not seem similar. Which may be why the Pfizer drug is less effective…

I read somewhere that Dr. Fauci recommends Remdesivir because he owns part of the patent on it. That would explain why, as an untested drug, the FDA fast tracked it rather than using Ivermectin or HCQ (which President Trump recommended). I read yesterday that the FDA has gone in front of a judge to ask for 55 YEARS before unsealing all the Pfizer data. This is because there is a FOIA request for it as well as their communication with Pfizer prior to vaccine approval.
