Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schroeder was very frustrated by the prosecution in the case against Kyle Rittenhouse today. The defendant took the stand in his own defense after the prosecution clearly failed to present their case. Even the prosecution’s own witnesses affirmed the accused was acting in self-defense.
A desperate prosecution appears to prefer a mistrial in lieu of a most likely acquittal, by attempting today to introduce evidence against the accused. Judge Schroeder was furious at the prosecution for refusing to adhere to pretrial rulings.
There have been many people wondering why Kyle Rittenhouse would want to take the stand in his own defense given the weakness of the prosecution case. However, for those who remember the trial of George Zimmerman, the motive of Rittenhouse is not that difficult to see.
The case against George Zimmerman was just as weak and politically motivated as the case against Rittenhouse. Zimmerman was acquitted by the jury quickly, in part because a self-defense case was so clear and in part because the prosecution case was maliciously constructed and fraught with lies.
Like Zimmerman, the Rittenhouse case was similarly constructed for media and political use. It is a political trial with no basis in truth to the pretrial narrative.
George Zimmerman never took the stand before he was found not guilty. As a result, there was no counter-narrative to push back against the false media construct. After the not guilty verdict, the media continued to say George Zimmerman was guilty. The reality of manipulated public opinion haunted Zimmerman after the acquittal, and continued to destroy his life after trial.
It appears Kyle Rittenhouse is testifying to use the time where public attention is upon the case to avoid the post trial fate that George Zimmerman encountered. And, I will add, it is working. In a substantive way, Rittenhouse sitting and taking all of the prosecution manipulation upon himself in a very visible open court is generating more public awareness that he was/is wrongfully prosecuted.

The entire event was filmed by the media, and showed NOT only on TV, but on the web. This kid acted in his own defense. This so called prosecutor was an complete ass, and did his best to confuse the kid. In fact, I hope the Judge eats that prosecutor for lunch. The boy was attacked and only shot to protect himself.
The leftist press only showed edited cuts. The young Turks woman whatever her name is just came out and said she had no idea that Kyle was being chased. Prior to the trial she though Kyle was doing the chasing.
Wow, even Ana Kasparian is changing her mind on this? Amazing.
I don’t think the intent was for the prosecution to win. If they did win fine. If they lose, even better–let the riots begin. It’s all about sowing seeds of division, chaos, and strife. The whole motivation is quite satanic, really.
Ok… so I don’t foresee a bunch of leftists rioting because two white criminals were denied further oxygen and one more white scumbag had his arm vaporized.
The only way they’ll riot is if they’re paid to (gs). Just like the only way this kid was
charged was by someone buying this prosecutor (gs).
Contemplate this: Assistant DA Binger apparently desires to be elected DA. His conduct and blatant anti-property, anti-self defense stance, are designed to appeal to the Kenosha electorate.
I think the guy with the vaporized arm was FBLie. He was never charged for bringing an unregistered gun to the fight. Was it unregistered or was it FBLie issued? Just sayin’ Perhaps the ones he killed were FBLie as well?
This entire prosecution is an example of the left’s scorched earth policy aka … “By any means necessary”
The 2nd Amendment must be destroyed … “By any means Necessary” Kyle Rittenhouse is simply another opportunity for the Left to destroy part of our constitutional rights.
The left wants to win and throw the book at this kid. They want to scare citizens off from using guns to protect ourselves.
Hopefully, the Antifa wannabes learn a lesson here. It is not all fun and games even when the FBI lets you riot at will. There is an end to play time.
Many cases with far less robust fact patterns of self-defense have escaped both prosecution and even arrest. Then again, we have people stuck in the D.C. dungeons for months without bond or trial in apparently horrid conditions.
Political prosecutions. America. 2021. Will we let it stand?
Evidently. We haven’t done what our constitution says we must do.
He’s not an ass, forgive me for the vulgarity, but he’s a douche as Dean says in Supernatural. There’s a difference; an ass is a pain but strong, unless he’s a weak-@$$.
The prosecutor is small, weak, manipulative and stupid as well as a sociopath and mean.
I’ve never used that D word until last night but I’m pretty sure his face is the Here is What a D-word Looks Like picture in Vulgar Dictionary.
Love Supernatural…and Dean. You get an upvote. 😉
The prosecution is behaving EXACTLY like the BLM/ANTIFA mob. They are burning down our institutions and looting our constitutional rights in the same manner buildings were looted and burned.
These people are ALL the same. Whether they’re wearing dirty t-shirts … or a button down shirt and tie.
And, they (the DA- Binger) tried to get a witness to change his statement and story (testimony clip provided). The witness had to hire an attorney because of being put in this position:
Kyle Hooten on Twitter: “Kenosha witness describes how the prosecution tried to make him change his statement: https://t.co/gVG3OIZJHU” / Twitter
I find it interesting that the same media that claims Kyle Rittenhouse brought a gun to Kenosha because he was “looking for trouble” overlook the fact that one of the guys he shot also brought a gun to Kenosha.
the reoccuring statement of guidance on this – seems to be ‘accept that they are doing this on purpose’ the lies
Gaige was a CONVICTED FELON in possession of a weapon…
But not even arrested… smells like an fbi “asset” to me…
I was amused to hear a leftist journalist reason , “When does a skateboard kill anyone?” Kyle was smashed in the head with one before he shot the assailant.
Initial video shows the assailant had a skateboard in one hand and a Glock in the other… The Glock was edited out of the video by our “msm”…
I observed skateboards being employed as a weapon of choice among many of the summer’s rioters. I doubt not that it is the advised weapon suggested by professional rioters because it (1) can be used to increase movement (2) appears to be innocent and not a weapon, (3) can be swiftly deployed (ala bike locks) as a club to disable or maim an adversary.
Yes, and that guy brought his gun illegally. He was in the system at the time and not allowed to even carry a gun, which is why they don’t mention it.
Do not overlook that the felon Grosskreutz brought that gun illegally. He admits to attending approximately 75 riots (wonder how he supports himself) and he used deception to get Rittenhouse to power his rifle only to quickly draw his one pistol and move to murder Rittenhouse. Hard to understand why these unjustified actions escape prosecution. https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/grosskreutz-rittenhouse-didnt-shoot-me-until-i-pointed-my-gun-at-him/
Prosecutors must mistrial w prejudice or face the wrath of the mob. The whole woke mob!
It appears as if they found a prosecutor that hangs out with the antifa crowd.
They ALL get paid by the same guy (gs).
I can’t wait for Kyle’s defamation case civil settlement. Hope he gets as much as Sandmann.
IMO, he should seek more. Sandmann was never drug to a trial as a result of the malicious lies.
I think the media learned a lot from Sandman and the Covington students Robert Barnes represented in suits against them, namely how to skate the borders of defamation that the courts would rubber stamp.
One big difference is Kyle’s trial is a high profile murder trial and, self defense or not, he did kill two people and wound one. That opens up a lot of avenues foreclosing defamation/libel/slander.
I’ll go out on a limb that, if suits are filed, it’s highly unlikely they’ll be settled or successful. I might wish for different but such are the realities of today’s America. It’s up to us to change it. The enemies aren’t going to take their ball and go home. They’re in it to win it at any cost, here a young man’s life. Sobering.
I think and hope that you are wrong that Kyle would lose defamation suits against msm and politicians. How does shooting 3 white guys equal to calling him a “white supremacist?
The same way our “scotUS” said Texas didn’t have “standing” when they sued pennsylvania over their certification of the fraudulent vote.
In these insane times, I would take care to get ahead of ourselves. I trust nothing, even when somethings seems so obvious on its face.
The unconscionable takeaway from today: Leftists are saying Schroeder is the white supremacist Judge
That’s a given in today’s insanity.
It was more than just going against pretrial rulings. The prosecurion was calling into question the defendants previous invocation of his 5th ammendment rights. The prosecutor was WAY over the line here and clearly inviolation of well established civil rights case law.
I was surprised Binger’s demeanor didn’t get him a jail cell for the day. Schroeder must’ve given him the BOTD from their 400+ prior interactions in his court.
Ass DA was very disrespectful toward the Judge. It infuriated the Judge. Binger violated Kyles civil rights at least in one instance. Mistrial and no retrial is what should happen.
Feds would probably prosecute him then. My mother’s heart wept for Kyle and his mom. Note there is no father figure to guide him. He did not even know that ‘full metal jacket’ ammo is what is sold for target rounds. It is not a bullet more evil than the next. In NJ hollow points are mandatory 7year sentence per bullet…two bullets in your car? Fourteen years in prison.
Another aspect of this trial is the disintegration of American families.
(Not that women don’t know about weapons but Kyle did need a dad to tell him that carrying a weapon brings about the potential to change lives forever. Kids are invincible and dads love them enough to tell them don’t do dumb stuff. Like protect for free a family of car dealers with insurance.)
Not sure insurance works for riots.
Fact: Like war – it doesn’t
Still. I watched an interview with one of the the car store owners; not Kyle’s job. My own kids had alturistic notions and I firmly (more than once) explained that if something goes wrong, you’re on your own, whomever you’re helping won’t help you. Better to stay in your own lane. I would have taken the freaking gun away.
Those store owners could have hired security. Or not. But shouldn’t have allowed citizens to protect their property. It was selfish of them. They weren’t there were they????
No they weren’t. Why not?
The more I learn about the events of that night, the it looks like a FIB scripted Hunger Games, with Kyle unknowingly being drafted to play Peeta.
Who were all these people around him really?
Car lot owner drafts him. Does he know Kyle has an AR-15?
Rosenbaum gets released and goes straight to the site of the games from the mental hospital. One attack dog placed.
Mob of Antifa (on the FIB payroll?) is bussed in from Seattle. Second attack group placed.
Local Marxist groups (who funds them?) show up. Is Gaige actually the same as Enrique Tario basically?
Kyle goes out to give medical help accompanied by “Army militia guy” who he has known for all of 15 minutes. Stewart Rhodes anyone?
Cops who are otherwise doing nothing except guarding the borders of the arena pass Kyle water, to keep him going and presumably encourage him to stay in the game.
“Army militia guy” abandons Kyle, having lured him out by making it feel safe to go out.
Kyle hits a sort of safe spot at the other car location. So they set a fire at car lot 1 to lure him back onto the street to get him cornered.
Rosenbaum and Zeminski corner him. Zeminkski (fed asset?) fires the starter pistol for the gauntlet run and tells attack dog Rosenbaum to go get Kyle. Release the hound.
Chase scene. Script writers win whether it’s Kyle who dies or Rosenbaum because Rosenbaum is just a useful mad hound.
All the while, the FIB is filming the whole thing.
This was an elaborate set up. Aimed at a 17 year old boy as the ritual sacrifice victim.
Kyle was like a barefoot infant treading among serpents, for Satan’s viewing delight.
God had other plans.
Pray for Kyle. Pray for us, that we may see through the deceives of these demons.
We need someone to uncover the FIB actions that night, and find out who Zeminski really answers to.
“Army guy” sho
The principles of self defence remains constant no matter where you are, or your age.
In this instance he acted appropriately, and proportionately.
His composure( especially for his age) was superb, considering the extreme duress he was under.
It may sound harsh to you, bur his only error was not hitting centre mass, when he engaged the third assailant.
I agree. Kyle was in the right.
I also believe that though the third assailant is angry now that his arm muscle is gone, on reflection he should be grateful to be alive.
Third assailant must realize the stupidity and arrogance on his own part to first riot, and then point a gun at an armed man.
He deserves the consequences and he knows it.
If that was my son, that is what I would tell that young man.
If he hadn’t had his weapon he would be dead.
Kyle should not have been there imo, but he seems like a really fine kid to me. He evidently wanted to protect his neighborhood from the rioters since the police were not doing it.
But at 17 who can foresee the trouble that might come upon you? Who would predict the craziness of a mob? Kyle was calling out “friendly, friendly” like those words would keep him safe. That said, his actions were definitely self defense . .
I don’t know if his dad is in the picture or if his mom knew what he was doing.
Kyle is all grown up now. I think Sundance is correct about Kyle taking the stand and telling his story. He was impressive. Fair minded people see what happened.
Kids who grow up in the country often are familiar with rifles and shot guns. This was a good lesson for all the Antifa rioters who the FBI lets run wild. If you push and push, sometimes people push back. It is not a woke game to burn down a city. Who chases a man with a gun?
My ol’ Texas Rancher Daddy always said: “Don’t piss off the nice guys… If you do, they will become your worst nightmare”…
These scum are so emboldened that this prosecutor feels comfortable speaking over the judge and talking down to the judge, it’s unreal.
They are completely emboldened and it is our fault unfortunately for letting them push us so far.
Yes!!!!
The “prosecutor” is trying his best to force the judge to declare a mistrial… The judge is smart enough to know what is going on.
I agree with everything you said except it is not our fault. They should know better on their own.

True then, and true now…
Remember that the Zimmerman prosecution and trial were pushed by Florida Governor Rick Scott and his blonde bimbo AG!
I have always felt Scott is a Rino.
Really? I have always felt he was an *sshole.
HE DEFINETELY is the latter….NO, MUCHO GRANDE EL BRASSO CAJONES!!!!!! Like ALL Pols today, save ONE…PDJT!!!!

Asswhole RINO.

As Euclid said:
“Things which are equal to the same thing are equal to each other.”
He certainly demonstrated his allegiance to the RINO, big money club yesterday when he started that he was looking forward to supporting Lisa Murkowski in her re-election campaign.
Rick Scott is too dumb to realize that statements like that out him as the sort of duplicitous, swamp dweller that the American people are rejecting. He has placed himself squarely at odds with the Republican base who are fervently MAGA. I guess MAGA doesn’t enrich one’s bank account as much as partying with the big money interests. But it pays better in respect (both self respect as well as the respect of the voters).
But I say let these weasels show the public who they are so we can get them out of office. Bring back the citizen legislator.
Per your last point: Edward Durr.
I say we replace them all with Truck drivers and Mothers.
I agree, replace them with Mother Truckers!
Outstanding.
World Class RINO..
I have no doubt Scott is a Rino.
I just read Scott will do anything to get Murkowski re elected. humm.. affair maybe?
Eewwww…
You simply don’t know what you are running your mouth about…
The Florida A.G., Pam Bondi, was ordered by “governor” rick scott to appoint a special prosecutor to try Zimmerman.
I’ve been watching the trial directly, without any media assholes to tell me what to think. When I do look at coverage from outlets like the Clown News Network, it just makes me laugh because they deliberately leave out so much of the story. They’re not even trying to be anything other than activists. Their coverage is pure farce.
This judge was pissed and the defense moved for a mistrial with prejudice, which would end this farce directly. That’s a tough one to get, but with the judge yelling “I don’t believe you” to Binger’s protestations that he was acting in good faith, it’s at least a maybe. The standard for that is that you have to show that the prosecution is throwing the trial to get another chance at it after this one going badly.
Having watched a lot of this trial, I honestly think that is exactly why he’s doing that. I would throw this out and hold Binger in contempt of court at this point.
Also of note was the part where Binger tried to say that pinch & zoom doesn’t add “pickles” (pixels) to the image, but that’s nonsense. Any time you enlarge an image, you have to create those pixels from somewhere. The algorithms do NOT work like a magnifying glass and they can insert artifacts and data not present in the original image.
Despite some idiot lefties trying to claim this doesn’t happen and that the judge is ignorant (and, frankly, literally everyone there had little idea how these things work), he made the correct call to require an actual expert opine on that for the court. I think they couldn’t get one because they seemed to use the video as is without any enhancement and nobody could make anything out of it. I think Binger wasted his time and managed to bore the jury to death, so the defense was probably wise not to go to re-direct, stopping Binger from wasting any more time with dumb questions.
I think the only correct action here is mistrial with prejudice. Binger violated the Constitution and disrespected the judge, openly, to his face, oozing condescension. The judge seems to be grappling and weighing something … but here’s the thing.
If The judge let’s this go to the jury (without calling a mistrial w/ prejudice), Binger gets away with outright prosecutorial misconduct and law-breaking is tolerated. If jury then acquits – great – but the takeaway will be “the judge was prudent, he left it to the jury and the jury did the right thing. ” But that doesn’t help the next defendant. Or the public’s faith in the system. And, it’s not even fair to a jury to let this conduct go, expecting they’ll perceive the misconduct the judge failed to properly address.
If the jury DOESN’T acquit, it’s an absolute travesty. Kyle can appeal, but this is his LIFE the judge is playing with while he (the judge) grapples what to do about lawlessness in his courtroom, on his watch. He may WISH he didn’t have to act — yes, it would be better for a fairly prosecuted case to be decided by a jury — but the prosecutor has denied that option. The judge may not like the position he’s been placed in, but he must act. Not acting would epitomize the tragedy of our present moment — good men in positions to do something do nothing, wishing things were different.
I think you’re spot on there.
If it wasn’t such a high profile trial – it must be the highest profile trial since George Zimmerman – I’m sure he would declare a mistrial with prejudice.
But in the situation he is in, if he did that there are two problems. 1 – he would deny Rittenhouse the ability to be acquitted by the jury which I’m sure Rittenhouse would personally love (even if his defence called for a mistrial with prejudice) and 2 – he would make himself and his family Enemy No. 1 for all the crazies out there (including the unhinged media who might hound him out of his job – frankly – it’s possible).
I can’t see any way the Jury doesn’t acquit on the homicide charges.
Spent time at a funeral and dinner afterwards today.
A lot of people were talking about the case (Sorry, our dear departed) about the case.
Pleasantly surprised.
so sorry for your loss

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/11/10/rittenhouse-bulletproof-vest-grayslake/
Watched the trial on and off, missed that he gave his bullet proof vest to Smith.
Heard the prosecutor talking about Kyle going to Others to buy a bullet proof vest.
Thanks for the info.
Stop me if I am wrong, but did the prosecutor just argue that there is a parellel between making an indirect joke about wishing he had a gun to shoot shoplifters and shooting someone trying to take his weapon away who had just maniacally threatened to kill him and had him cornered? Is he traying to say Kyle shot Rosenbaum to protect property? None of that makes any sense. Rosenbaum CHASED Kyle. Rosenbaum cornered and advanced on Kyle and grabbed hold of his loaded weapon. This is a farce beyond belief and at this point I almost feel sorry for the prosecutor because he is obviously the one with some kind of gun pointed at his head to go forward with this trial. My question, is who is holding the gun?
In the case of either Huber or Rosenbaum, Huber being the most obvious by his injuries indicating he had contact with the rifle barrel, both were armed with a deadly weapon at the moment they touched Kyle’s rifle.
The time dilation of the trial obfuscates the reality that all this happened in seconds, forex Rosenbaum’s interaction with the gun took less than a second from start to four shots and him going down. All interactions were in the self defense danger zone given the closure rates even though the prosecutor tried to widen the gaps and even lied about it and got caught.
This is what political persecution through operation of law looks like. Take it all in. That’s the enemy we’re up against. In real life.

“No Govt., no matter how tyranical, can govern without the consent of the governed. If the people, by word and action and in UNITY, withdraw their consent, the government is exposed as having NO power, like the buck naked Emperor.” The KEY is UNITY, which is why they work SO hard at sewing division.

Wilder Report tonight had a daisy of a thought: The America that we all grew up in is gone, but we each now have a stake in what will replace it, over the next few years. What an opportunity! Kyle Rittenhouse will go down in the history of this revolution as a catalyst, a champion, and a true Hero, tested by fire and proven. God Bless you, young man, you’re being set up to play a pivotal role in the Troubles ahead.
I just said the same to a friend.
the legal understanding and brief provided by this judge was a fresh breath of air. It was very engaging to hear a judge with a proper command of the law and his courts. Impressive.
Setting the legal issues aside, the focus needs to be something described early in the video.
It is the defense counsel objecting AND ACCUSSING THE PROSECUTOR TO THROW THIS CASE INTO MISTRIAL.
So this wasn’t simply trying to ignore the silence period during pre-trial….or blattantly ignoring the ruling of the court “nothing has changed my view on this case and all rules stand…(paraphrasing).
Nope…this prosecutor needs the case to go away. And one way to do it, but still keeping future prosecutorial options open, is to spike the ball on this case. Mistrial.
The defense also challenged to court (the judge) that if this persists and the prosecutor is not held in contempt, THE DEFENSE WILL MOTION MISTRIAL.
Looks like a mistrial folks.
God Bless America
I believe direct and cross on Kyle is finished but IDK about what else Richards has left and how Kyle taking the stand figures into that. Schroeder opined today at close that he expects to have the case to the jury by close of Monday so, barring extraordinary events, he doesn’t expect any mistrials or directed verdicts at this point. Of course, lawyers can make any motions they choose.
“…generating more public awareness that he was/is wrongfully prosecuted.”
You misspelled ‘persecuted’.
Kyle was a minor when the attack happened. He was fleeing and chased until down. Struck repeatedly, and with weapons including a skate board. He had firearms trained on him, including while down. It is a significant offense in many places to assault a minor. Using a weapon to strike someone is classified as aggravated assault, which I believe, I’m not a policeman or lawyer, can be a felony.
The cretin who admitted to being shot after brandishing a weapon participated in the chase and attack and should be, as a participant, held responsible for the entire attack.
If a lawyer in his own front yard in St Louis is charged for brandishing without even directing the weapon on any one, and this creep goes free, the 2A is already dead.
That’s a fair point. I believe the convicted felon who assaulted him with a skateboard is currently serving his penance – so don’t worry about the Huber.
CNN’s coverage of the trial is laughable. They are pushing their narrative hard.
No one should be aware of that since it requires viewing that network.
The only time I ever see anything on CNN is at the lower right-hand corner of the screen when I’m watching Louder with Crowder.
Very interesting analysis of yesterday’s court proceedings including a lot of discussion about the risks of putting the defendant on the stand under the section heading: “The risks of having Kyle testify.”
https://legalinsurrection.com/2021/11/rittenhouse-trial-day-7-kyle-survives-abusive-3-hour-cross-examination/
Good summary of today’s trial: “It’s the highlight of the day that Rittenhouse testified, but NOT that Rittenhouse testified and blew the trial, but that Binger might have blown the trial!”
Great trial live stream of a panel of up to around 10 former prosecutors, criminal lawyers commenting on the testimony and the events. Everyone was screaming when the judge yelled at Binger not once, but twice! A rare event.
I am at the point in Kyle’s testimony now where he is being a little coy with the prosecutor about what he was doing that night. It’s evident he was having a grand time, a real adventure, running around putting out fires, looking for people who needed first aid, and patrolling the area. He even says when the police told him and the rest of the men he was with the appreciated what they were doing that it meant nothing to him. Clearly, it did make him feel good but he denies it.
None of which impeaches him in the least, IMO. The prosecutor is acting as if only the protesters and rioters had a right to be out on the street that night, and if Kyle antagonized them by putting out fires and being present as armed security then he was looking for trouble and hoping to put a bullet in somebody.
Not gonna fly.
Everything everyone does is to make themselves feel good/better if you dig deep enough.

If you accuse Kyle Rittenhouse of “faking tears” from being forced to relive the trauma of having to shoot violent, armed child-rapists and arsonists, but claim PTSD from being called the wrong pronouns

LeBron doesn’t care about the tears of the slaves making his crap tennis shoes either.
Important point, as I see a lot of people saying they were “fake tears.” Kyle wasn’t crying. Kyle was having a panic attack, likely caused by PTSD. I recognize it because I have them. He wasn’t crying. His body was in fight or flight mode. He couldn’t control his body motions, his facial contortions, his voice and certainly was having a difficult time breathing. His behavior was as real as it gets. And knowing what I know about Kyle, if he was going to fake it, he’d certainly try to make it seem more manly than what came out of him.
Kyle is innocent, as there was no law holding jurisdiction at the time.
Just as ALL the rioters are innocent, and not being prosecuted.
The law does not get to call time out and let shit go crazy.
That is what Martial Law is for.

Otherwise, if the cops are standing down, it’s obviously game on.
As we saw that entire summer all over the country.
There is no jurisdiction when the cops stand down, imo.

I’d be very surprised if the prosecution isn’t trying to provoke the judge into declaring a mistrial. As I said elsewhere, this judge – who does seem like a righteous guy – should have declared a mistrial due to jury intimidation. (While that may not work to Mr Rittenhouse’s benefit, it is justified.) Further, if the reports from the trial are accurate, the judge would also be justified in directing verdicts of acquittal on any murder or manslaughter charges. I don’t think he will declare a mistrial but I do think it’s possible he will issue some directed verdicts. (He already threw out curfew violation charges due to lack of evidence.)
It does seem like the prosecutor is trying for a mistrial. It would take the onerous off of him for losing a case that never should have been charged. Judges have ordered mistrial for much less.
The Judge seems equally determined to have it go to the jury. He doesn’t want the responsibility of making the decision.
It’s a legal mess all the way around. The young man is caught in the drama of a justifiable shooting that should have never happened if the politicians had put a stop to the rioting.
The point where Rittenhouse actually breaks down, uncontrollably sobbing, was heart breaking. Regardless of the result of the trial, that experience that night has changed his life forever. The ADA is an insufferable, nasty moron, attempting to throw anything into the trial to reduce the fact that his case is baseless.
???
The tactic used by that trial lawyer is the exact tactic being used across the country towards all of us – they are trying to make it a crime to have an opinion, to use words they don’t like, to have beliefs they don’t like. Just like the J6 attendees, just like all of us who speak out against the government and threaten to use force, if necessary, to protect ourselves. They want to make thoughts and words a crime. The FACT IS that Kyle was defending his life. That’s obvious and clear. I like the Judge, but that’s not what matters. What matters is that true Justice is done.
I read/heard prosecutors within 48 hrs indicted Kyle.
Think about all the evidence they did not review before indicting.
Clearly, Binger wanted fame and now he has it. Lol!
I hope Kyle is able to somehow go after the prosecution team for their harm to him and his family.
Be sure to review Michael Steele’s rebuke..
THOSE of you self-professing republicans, WHY??
YOUR former leader..
Precisely WHY after Reagan I could no longer be a republican. The Bushes, NO WAY they represented me. McCain, Romney represent me? Mitch McConnell, McCarthy, Liz Cheney???? They are MY party…NOPE….
The republicans may get Congress in 2022 and 2024; have it before, with Trump, did NOTHING.
I have NO faith nor belief in the republican party…
Attacker number three, did not have a valid CC permit…
He concealed his firearm, and should have open carried…
Is he a Wisconsin resident?
Did he bring his firearm in from another state into Wisconsin?
If Rittenhouse is successful in defending his innocence, will assailant number 3, be charged with attempted murder?
Statist like Toobin crying out that Kyle was a bloody idiot for arming himself – this logic is so backwards to me
The question instead should be: What kind of idiot chases and then threatens a guy with an AK? A guy whom has shown the brains to use it when under attack?
Adults failed this kid – did you see his face when the prosecutor asked why he didn’t just call 911. 911 is a fricken joke.
We failed him. The democrat machine failed this kid.
The prosecution proves the state cares nothing for truth and justice. Everything comes down to politics and which side you are on. My contempt for the judicial system is boundless.
I was a juror for a murder trial. Prosecutor had very convincing witnesses, even though they were not very likable. The defense attorney tried very hard to make the defendant look like some type of upstanding person, the victim a low life bum.
Two weeks…two days of deliberation…guilty-life/no parole.
Defense attorney did the best he could to put a murderer back on the street.
The judge was no nonsense, twice the defendants family tried to intimidate jurors. We were surrounded by sheriff deputies, and we did our job.
I pray that Kyle stays strong. I am convinced that good will prevail.
On Wisconsin!. Time for a good judge to smack down these left wing political hacks as they audition for the big time! Disbar the low life.
Any God-fearing and good citizen of this nation could see yesterday that Kyle Rittenhouse is a great young man and had been raised correctly and would have not shot those people had he not been confronted. Us God-fearing good people who saw his testimony know he is not guilty of what he has been charged with… Godspeed Kyle!
Just watched the video and I have to commend the judge for not stepping down and smacking the prosecutor’s smug face. I spent the entire video wanting nothing more than for the persecutor…er, prosecutor to trip and fall over or have his elbow slide off the lectern causing him to face plant onto the floor. If the leftists conducting this fiasco were trying to win the optics they failed magnificently.
I still think that the judge should issue a directed verdict: quite plainly, there is nothing here for a jury to “consider.” The legal definition of self-defense is quite clear, and this case matches that on all points. Three people each tried to kill Kyle that night. Two died in the attempt, and it would have been best if the third had, too.
It is obvious that Binger’s zingers are designed to give him an out of this travesty. To taint the jury, muddy the trial so he can get out of there as quickly as possible.
Why has flying kick guy never been identified? This sounds like another mission for the public. Let’s all take a good look at the images and decide if we know this thug.
Not only did the judge admonish the idiot prosecutor, but he (along with Mr. Rittenhouse) also had to school him on ammunition and Wisconsin gun law:
Ammunition correction:
Greg Price on Twitter: “This trial is such a clown show that the judge had to LITERALLY CORRECT the prosecutor on his understanding of ammunition types https://t.co/cELfUElgrR” / Twitter
Tweet referring to Quote on gun laws:
Stephen L. Miller on Twitter: “”You could have been carrying a hand gun instead of this long rifle.” “I would have had it been legal for me to carry a hand gun.” And then the prosecutor moved on.” / Twitter
Somehow, some way, the few thugs that control Media and the Internet, must be stopped. The destruction of the American Nation, brick by brick, is paved by the barrage of lies on the only messages available for the average American.
First Media and Internet, then the District of Corruption.
A lot of what the prosecution did was for quick media sound bites to be shown on the fake news shows to smear Rittenhouse.
Were the guys who came after Kyle FBI assets?
Wouldn’t surprise me one iota.
I seriously think the whole thing might’ve been a setup. It looked coordinated and the DA covered up all evidence on that from Grosskretz’ phone by interfering with the search warrant the cops had already gotten signed and telling them not to execute it.
