In an unusual twist to the strength of the multinationals, many large corporations are worried they will lose critical employees to smaller organizations with less than 100 employees who do not have to enforce the national worker vaccine mandate.
By itself the 100 worker rule, in combination with the exemptions being provided by the federal government for some politically connected union organizations, would seem to undercut the premise of the “national health emergency.” If the COVID pandemic is such a national threat, why would any groups be excluded from the mandate? However, until the Dept of Labor rule is officially registered, court cases to hear such arguments are not possible.
A recent survey by The Society for Human Resource Management, as shared by The Hill, indicates that 9 out of 10 large employers are concerned about losing significant amounts of workers due to the federal mandate:

I heard someone say the other day that food banks and type things need to be set up as some sort of social services for those that have lost their jobs. An underground network of sorts for the non-vax.

Each time I take items to the local food bank there are more people in luxury vehicles picking up free food than there are the type of cars people in need would downgrade to if truly needy. This is not a new trend. I’ve noticed it since our local food bank first opened. The larger town to our north gives out free turkeys at thanksgiving. My law enforcement friend volunteers there and tells each year there are lots Escalades and Mercedes’ and other high end cars in the line to get the free turkeys. Too many mooches these days. They really don’t know what it is to be hungry. As a kid I often took lard sandwiches with pepper for flavor to school for lunch. No free food.
I was referring to those that have lost their jobs because they are fighting back against the system. They will need help, it is going to be shock to those that are used to making a decent salary to be living on the edge. I happen to agree w/the person that put the idea out there. I know if I encounter any of those people I will happily share w/them.
I understand what you are saying though. I used to volunteer at a food bank, lots of tax write-offs and such by grocery stores, bakeries etc. Gimmicks for businesses to promote themselves for doing positive things in the community. However, I saw lots of elderly, disabled, and genuinely poor getting help, so not all are con-artists. It is frustrating to see high end people taking advantage and at the same time it isn’t fair to those that need it to punish them for the greedy hogs.

Once you’ve driven your innovative programmers out and they go form a Brave or a Gab or a Rumble and they decide to NOT go public specifically so you can just buy them out, how can you remain competitive? The same for medicine, engineers, truck drivers and all the other people who make things work.
See, it turns out that those the elites classify as “useless eaters” are actually the life’s blood of the civilization they want to rule. Excise them from your society and you’ll quickly find yourself in a dead husk where even the elites won’t be able maintain a standard of living on par with what the productive class enjoyed.

Laws become even more meaningless and following them becomes impossible for some and very profitable to circumvent for the risk takers. I don’t think we are going to be nearly as easy to corral and control as say Australia not just due to size and geographical diversity which by itself presents major problems for the controllers but, all states there are in agreement while many of ours thank God are in virtual open rebellion. State variation in this little experiment is going to be very volatile as an economist might say meaning with large variation in compliance or outcomes. Interesting times.

Places that need manufacturing engineers with 28+ years experience to make their underperforming site in XYZ red state improve? Happened briefly to my husband; we’re lucky that he works in a high-demand field that nobody wants to work in, so someone is always hiring; I have friends in other fields that can’t find jobs to save their lives, but loads and loads of scams.
This is a scam that’s been going on for at least 10 to 20 years. They post the jobs here in the United States, only because they have to. But the real goal is to get the H-1B workers to actually fill those jobs because they can do it for a lot less money hiring those people. It’s all a ruse to have us believe that they are actually advertising for American workers.

At the risk of being redundant, it seems rather strange that they’re insisting on a high compliance number, and doing everything within their power to try and reach that magic 60 to 70% and eventually 100%… But why? It reminds me of my husband’s job in construction. The only thing it was is PedoJoe reading off his teleprompter at a press conference that he would use OSHA to require (make a rule) about companies with 100+ employees. OSHA has done squat about it. WHY the companies folded I am not sure other than the fact they are run by corporations in bed with government (crapitalism).
We had our company meeting yesterday, I asked to see a copy of the mandate before they fire us over it,I was told by the CEO that he had gotten an email and he wasn’t letting us see his emails,meeting ended after that.
The key word is critical employees. The type of person who will refuse to vaxx tends, on an average, not all, to be in the top 15% productive and innovative. The bottom 60% of employees are expendable and interchangeable with higher turnovers.
But if the higher quality workers leave an organization to a competitor, this is a large problem. Raw numbers and percentages do not make this distinction, but it is key, and management knows this reality. It might make an interesting dynamic over time and good karma if the mandate fascist companies lose stature and revenue and the liberty prone companies rise to prominence. Natural selection of the brightest!
I watched a video of all the fired Seattle First Responders marching to the state capital to deliver their boots. I was amazed at how many highly trained people they are foolishly tossing aside. One man was carrying an infant in a carrier. Made me sick to watch. Absolutely heartbreaking, and it is being repeated across the country.
If John Robert’s is a strong believer in the FEDERAL authority for a vaccine mandate, as head of the judiciary branch he can issue the edict/mandate to all of the thousands of Federal Judicial branch employees. “No jab, no job!”

I have a question, and I don’t know who to ask, so I am putting this out there…my company is mandating the jab, (so I am retiring early)…but, some of my younger co-workers have not had enough time to find another job, and have children to feed, they are pinned in a corner, especially as the company is now rejecting legitimate medical waivers!
Here is the question: If they take their Rx for Ivermectin, would it neutralize the effect of the jab? (That way they would have the “vaccine” papers, but be protected from the long range side effects…
I suspect yes, but have not found a scientific evaluation of this possibility in my scans of the web…can someone here refer me to some sources that respond to this idea of neutralizing the jab by taking Ivermectin?

I wouldn’t want to take any chances on that plan . . .
Now if someone took the vaccine early this year in good faith, not knowing the risks, then there are some medicines like Ivermectin that can help reduce the spike proteins and strengthen your immune system. That makes sense.
But to take the jab hoping to neutralize it with these medicines, still like Russian Roulette.

I agree, especially as this is not a vaccine in the traditional sense (made with a live or dead virus);Instead, it is more of a Gene or blood therapy, originally designed as a replacement or an additional treatment to chemotherapy. And the reported inclusion of graphene, if true, cannot be removed. I’m not sure if chelation would even help.
I’ve been trying to find more hopeful information myself without success do far… My siblings both took the jab in good faith early as first responders, and my little sister now has a pacemaker. Good luck to your co-workers and please encourage them to seek anything to avoid giving in to the jab.
I’m sorry, idid forget something I have an engineering friend looking into… I read that if you received an electrical charge at the site if injection within half an hour, it could negate the injection, but that sounded so out there that I wasn’t sure if I should repeal it. But if they’re as desperate asi am for some hope I can’t neglect to mention it. When my friend gets back to me I can give you his findings, but please don’t try anything like this on your own!

If you look at the actual protocol, it says:
“This protocol has also been used to treat post-vaccine inflammatory syndromes with similar success” [bolding is theirs]
Ivermectin is listed as “initial therapy”.
If I were forced to get the jab, I would be looking this protocol over and likely using it if there were issues after the jab. For sure, I’d personally be doing the OC items like Vit C, D3, melatonin, Omega-3 Fatty Acids & would start before the jab.
If after the jab any of the symptoms appear that are on the protocol, I’d be contacting docs who would treat as per the FLCCC protocol.

If I were one willing to get the jab and treat it post-jab I would most certainly NOT wait for any symptoms to appear. God only knows what has already happened within your body before that. I would treat myself BEFORE AND AFTER the jab.

I agree with what posters have answered here. Plus your colleagues have choices. If they want to keep their jobs, they need expert constitutional legal help to fight this illegal action. Liberty Council just filed a class action suit Oct 15 on behalf of military, fed employees and govt contractors with an injunction. Look it up on http://www.lc.org. The certainty is that getting the jab will shorten their life. How short is unknown but 17,000 are dead from the jab and likely millions are already injured. The hypothesis is 3-5 years. During that time one can count on clotting disorders leading to strokes, heart attacks and heart failure, immune system failure leading to cancers and/or neurological disorders all preventing one from working which is the goal. All too grave a risk to take the jab.

Ivermectin is good for COVID, but COVID is the least of the concerns with the jab.
It is the side effects that are the killer…decreasing white blood cell count, cancer, blood clots. Ivermectin would only help those to a very minor degree…if at all.
Avoid the jab. Get a crappy job, less pay. Ride out the storm. Perhaps in 1-3 years things will be different. It is a war and we are occupied.

That whole audio is worth listening to of her interview. Quite a few interesting points and I am sure her experience is typical of most hospitals. Which means the VAERS data are grossly, grossly underreported.
The interviewer is with a hospitalist in Upstate New York in a small community hospital. What she reports is appalling. You will not be surprised but it is riveting to hear it described by a first-person Witness.
She was fired for refusing the death jab, and is heartbroken chiefly for her vaccine-injured patients. “Who’s going to be their voice?” she laments.

Dan Bongino announced on his Oct 19 podcast that he told Cumulus media they could have his show or the vaccine mandate but not both. He is willing to walk away from his radio venture. Personally I prefer listening to his daily 1 hour podcast on Rumble. But aside from that he is putting his money where his mouth is. I emailed station conglomerate, Cumulus Media, and told them this family will no longer listen to ANY show on a Cumulus station as long as they are pushing a vax mandate.

Think of an employer about to lose 5 of 10 engineers on a one-year project. Most likely they were doing 80% of the designing and the other are educated draftsmen. The project has 6 months of sunk costs at a $200+/hour engineering rate. It may never recover these costs due to late fees and cancelation. There will have a huge loss. Managers will be released.
Now imagine if that project was a 6-year design of a new plane for Boeing.

Large corporations should be able to circumvent any vaccine mandate with a threshold of 100 employees with some imaginative reorganization. One might start by setting up corporate divisions as corporations in their own right, and then partitioning each division into sufficiently small corporations to get below the threshold. Where there’s a will there’s a way– and if the CEO’s can be made to feel the pain, they’ll find the will.
