This horrific story is grotesque and enraging. A 14 year-old student was raped and sodomized by a teenage sexual predator in Virginia on May 28th. The school never called the police and apparently wanted to keep the incident covered up because the rapist identifies as a transgender student.
The predator used the transgender bathroom policies of the Loudoun County school system to gain access to the girls bathroom, where he raped and sodomized the victim.
When the father Mr. Scott Smith went to confront the school board in June, he was arrested. [CTH Covered the School Board Meeting HERE] The National School Board Association later used the incident of Mr. Smith’s arrest to label the victim’s father as a “domestic terrorist” in their demand letter to the U.S. Department of Justice.
The Virginia police and county prosecutors told Mr. Smith to keep his mouth shut. Meanwhile, the rapist was transferred to another school where he sexually assaulted another teenage girl last week. Only after the second rape did the issue start to become public as the father of the first victim would no longer stay quiet.

[Via Daily Mail] – A Virginia father who went viral after being dragged out of a Loudoun County school board meeting and arrested for protesting its proposed transgender policies has now revealed he was trying to tell the room that his daughter had been raped by a boy at school in the girls’ bathroom.
Scott Smith was photographed on June 22 being dragged out of the heated meeting with his torso exposed in Leesburg, Virginia. The 48-year-old plumber was ridiculed on social media afterwards and was painted by the left to be a deranged, right-wing bigot.
But in an interview with The Daily Wire that was published on Monday, he explains that he was trying to stick up for his daughter, who was attacked at Stone Bridge High School on May 28 by a boy ‘wearing in a skirt.’
Smith says the boy took advantage of the school’s trans policies to get into the girls’ bathrooms and assault her.
Two months after the incident, the boy – who has not been named because he is a juvenile – was arrested for forced sodomy.
And in October, he was arrested again on different charges for allegedly assaulting a different girl, at a different school. He is now in a juvenile detention center.
But Smith says Loudoun County schools went out of their way to protect the child – ‘a sexual predator’. The school still has not commented.
‘It has been so hard to keep my mouth shut and wait this out. It has been the most powerless thing I’ve ever been through,’ he said. (read more)
What the hell is going on in Virginia public schools? Everything about this story is sickening on an unfathomable scale.
The June School Board meeting that Mr. Smith attended was discussing the district transgender policies that led to the rape of his daughter the month before. If there was anyone who should have been permitted to speak, it should have been Scott Smith….
Police around the country should take note. Many police and gestapo in post war Germany suffered greatly at the hands of the German people for enforcing despicable immoral laws and policies. I expect those police officers and soldiers who enforce immoral policies of local, state and federal government will not be forgiven and will suffer the same fate.

Meanwhile the victims father comes to the school, finds out what happened and of course he freaked out. So you called the police on the father and sent a letter informing parents there was a bit of a scene in the school office. Did you send a letter out saying a student had been raped in the transgender bathroom? NOPE… Unbelievable!

This is how & why a parent might walk up to a school board member & take their life (think the movie, A Time To Kill). The righteous & unconscious rage is real & expecting a parent to not react accordingly belittles the event that happened. Any of us parents are susceptible to this kind of rage, even with prayer.

Why are the names of the school board members and the principal not published? Also the judge who issued the gag order. Make them publicly stand behind their decisions. That’s what they do to conservatives. Protest in front of their houses and places of work where it is legal. Certainly a less risky and more reasonable approach than advocating violence. You can puff out your chest all you want but if you’re not even willing to hold a rally for this tragedy to support this family then that is exactly why we always lose. I vaguely remember a bus “tour” of Republicans homes at some point. Find out where they go to church and make an appointment with their pastor to express sincere concerns for their souls. I did this once, years ago, when my daughter was in jr. high. She was being harassed at school for being Jewish. Most of the kids went to the same church. Results were pretty funny. One mother called me, furious about it. However, the father called later that day and apologized. I simply explained, calmly to the minister the situation, showed him the horrible notes and asked him if this was what he was preaching in his church. He was upset and actually called the parents about it. This was in the early 90s and even then the school did nothing.
I understand your view point. When I was chosen to be chaplain of a Christian motorcycle group I preached the truth from the devar of Hashem. Very few of these christian men, women, children received the truth. They preferred to continue in the way they’d been raised. The president of the group asked many questions, which I answered to the best of my ability, but I wonder why he asked. For instance he once asked about kosher and then when I presented scripture he suddenly changed the conversation by saying, “I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree.”

In a situation like this, the parents should have by-passed school authorities and gone straight to the police.
Furthermore, if the parents of this young girl has not yet already done so, they should seek legal counsel. It may very well be possible to bring a lawsuit against both the school administration and the local school board.
This incident reminds me of a certain religious organization and how they would reassign predator priests after they assaulted young boys.

I am sorry to say this; school boards are elected. If the school board in Loudon County is racist and promotes teaching children to hate others based on skin color, then that ELECTED BOARD was elected by the people who are now protesting. If some people have become alarmed, after they were asleep, and NOW they want to change the board… they had their chance when they were electing the members of the board. This sounds like it is the parents’ fault, they got what they voted for. And OF COURSE opposition to CRT is a critical issue, but wake up and stop voting in racist CRT apologists, stop voting in communists and socialists and woke progressives who hate you. Investigate what they represent BEFORE the vote and get off your @$$ and vote in good people who love our country and love WE THE PEOPLE.
