As we previously outlined, this is not about vaccines per se’, this is more about a slippery slope of having the government dictate how you can live your life and earn a living.
If they can force you to have a medical procedure, and then carry documentation of that procedure in order to work… why can’t they force you to get a small electronic implant of your identification, which would coincidentally include your medical authorizations for work?
It’s just a metal detector…. it’s just taking off your shoes… it’s just wearing a mask…. it’s just a vaccination….. it’s just a COVID passport… it’s always, “just”.
Factually I do not believe a federal mandate for a vaccine is even possible or legal. It appears to me that all of Biden’s threats in this regard are simply that, threats.
The purpose of the threat is to push people to take the vaccine without actually attempting a legal federal mandate; and that approach so far has been successful. However, now they are going to encounter the more hard-core groups who will not concede liberty or freedom to a federal mandate.
It is obvious Anthony Fauci also knows a federal mandate will lose in court when challenged. The fact that Fauci brings up state vaccination requirements for education, as examples of historically forced vaccinations is both a strawman argument and structurally false. There has never been a FEDERAL mandate for any vaccination. All the vaccinations Fauci discusses (ex. his kids) were state mandates. Each state also has a different set of standards and laws for children and vaccines. There is nothing federal.
The federal government is attempting to set up a federal work authorization standard for private businesses. Non compliance means you cannot work, or you lose your existing job if your employer goes along with the government demand. THAT alone should alarm everyone.
It’s funny. This country was founded on anti-government sentiment and a fundamental mistrust of government. The US Constitution was written with that very sentiment in mind.
So when I hear politicians and especially the left identify the people as threat and terrorists because we support and defend the principles of the founders and the constitution? I’d say that’s effectively two against one. The people disagree and the LAW disagrees.
We need more TEETH in our anti-government laws.
I think we already have what we need and that more federal legislation goes in the wrong direction. The Constitution makes clear that moral concerns, which is what individual liberty is, are the domain of the state and local governments, whereas the federal government is the level at which freedom is the dominant concern in that state and local governments are to be permitted the freedom to make decisions without federal interference.
This seems to me to be the basis for Sundance’s extreme federalism argument, which runs counter to the dominance of Lincolnian nationalism (and the corrosive effects of the 14th amendment) that has held sway since the Civil War.

The US Constitution drastically expanded the power of the federal government. It certainly is not the result of “anti-government sentiment.” The opposite is true. The Articles of Confederation was far superior.
We need more anti-government/libertarian sentiment in the US. Venerating the US Constitution is not it. Secession is the particular type of anti-government sentiment that we need. For liberty, we need smaller, weaker political jurisdictions.

Got a buddy in defense work. And was wondering with him the other day, what happens if the feds issue a change order, mandating all workers to have the clot shot. So you fire 30% of your work force (they are going to try and place them on other contracts) and then need to rehire (at higher wages?) to fulfill the contract. Interestingly, he said that the vaccine is worthless at this point because the delta is the only strain in circulation now, and the delta evades the narrow band vaccine. Its’ a forcing function for the virus to mutate and escape, again, and it will, and probably has already. So the only way out is treatment. I have a friend who is a commercial pilot but only does prop plane charter flights (licensed for jets as well). He’s a retired doctorate-level pharmacist who is married to a PhD biochemist/VP of a food production company. Talk about the strength of propaganda, both are avidly pro-Covid vax despite being pretty conservative otherwise! It’s a very tight knit family and all the adult kids are gung-ho crazy libs so I guess that is rubbing off on them. They’ve been really wanting my husband and I to come visit their new home in Nevada, once they escape CA, but their enthusiasm definitely waned once I told him we were proudly unvaxxed. I hope he is finally getting an education from the rebelling pilots and crew. Sadly a little too late in their case.

Here’s what you get for the Pfizer brand of clot shot which has VAERS database data only for the mere 10 months it has been in use. These are the events logged which occurred 0 to 14 days after vaccination:

I did the same thing for the same 0 to 14 day post-vaccination interval for all flu vaccines of all types and all manufacturers over the entire history of the VAERS database (established in 1990) with the noted exception. If I were a parent of young children, I’d be extremely suspicious of the need for ANY so-called vaccine going forward. I’d be researching and trying to find out which shots are truly needed to protect the health of my child and I would never subject them to the cocktail of shots pediatricians push in their office during well-baby care visits.
It has become all too apparent to me that these so-called vaccines are a big, BIG money-makers for big pharma and in all things “follow the money” is still a very good reason to think very carefully about injecting our children.
I would not even give my kids the “flu” shots. I never did.
Instead I would be cooking healthy meals for them devoid of all factory foods. I would make them to go out and play with their friends. I would create an environment at home for good quality rest and would severely limit on-line/device usage.

In Spring 2020 when this mass psychotic episode started, pediatricians stopped well baby visits, and thus infant vaccinations.
Lo and behold, the sudden infant death rate also dropped, “mysteriously” by about 200 fewer infants not-dying of SIDS, per week.
My intuition is that infant vaccinations are not as safe as the authorities claim.
My baby or grandbaby is just a statistic to them…. While the center of the Universe, for me. Probably many families would be better off keeping infants out of crowded, contagious situations, and not vaccinating until school age (if at all)

Dallas-based Southwest Airlines will ignore a Texas Executive Order prohibiting any entity from imposing Covid-19 vaccine mandates on employees or customers.
Instead, the beleaguered airline will comply with a yet-to-be issued Biden federal mandate which requires that government employees and contractors get vaccinated, according to CEO Gary Kelly in a Tuesday interview with CNBC.
“I’ve never been in favor of corporations imposing that kind of a mandate. I’m not in favor that. Never have been,” Kelly told “Squawk on the Street,” adding “But the executive order from President Biden mandates that all federal employees and then all federal contractors, which covers all the major airlines, have to have a [vaccine] mandate … in place by December the 8th, so we’re working through that.”

There is no official government mandate. Biden just made a press release urging businesses to mandate the shot. So if the businesses do that they can be sued and the government will not help them. The government is not liable because t was never mandated by the government and it is unconstitutional.
I find it amazing just how many millions of Americans willingly submit to this ‘obedience’ training. I know I shouldn’t be at all surprised. Thank God for those Americans who will never submit.
There are issues most people who aren’t pilots don’t know via, if any pilot jabbed develops heart issues it will ground him or her for life. My husband is retired military, EMS pilot and they can ground you for good if you develop blood clots or have a significant heart issue. For young pilots the jabba could end their entire career for a lifetime.
Already confirmed of one pilot post jab dying suddenly in the cockpit requiring emergency divert and landing by co-pilot. Can it happen to anyone? Sure. Is it happening to jabbed people who are of excellent health and young? Sadly yes. Note the story of the 25 YO mother who sat down after finishing dinner for her kids and died suddenly on the couch. Pilots, crew support, flight attendants, baggage handlers are taking personal time, earned vacation leave. Union grievances being filed. The Union filed lawsuit against mandate and Friday.
And the best – maintenance crews are following FAA maintenance safety checks STRICTLY TO THE LETTER – flights are being redirected for maintenance and then taken out of service. Any component borderline fail or critical and near life will call aircraft out for maintenance.
According to Flightaware.com this morning 11:38 EST of the 903 flights scheduled 370 are delayed or cancelled – 41% are Southwest flights. CEO Kelley of Southwest is lying to MSM in attempt keep stock prices from cratering!
