The hubris and disconnect from the ideological manipulators within the Biden administration continues today with DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas discussing the ridiculous narrative about mounted border patrol agents attempting to stop the massive illegal influx and being accused by Joe Biden of “strapping” them.
On Friday, with absolutely no accurate information to explain his position, Joe Biden declared the mounted border patrol officers were “strapping” Haitian illegal aliens attempting to swarm the border. Promising to punish the border patrol, Biden then told the media: “Those people will pay.”
Today, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was questioned about the false narrative surrounding the events and the Biden administration pushing it. Attempting to navigate the issue created by their own incompetence, in this soundbite Mayorkas attempts to obfuscate the issue he and Biden created. WATCH:

What this whole episode demonstrated was that these people trying to get past the horses were bringing food back from Mexico because Biden & Co. were not feeding them.
The Border Patrol on horses were attempting to stop them from RE-ENTERING our country illegally, because these migrants are showing the world that they have no fear of being in Mexico, nor any fear of repercussions from seeking asylum in the U.S. AGAIN after re-entry.
That a couple of these ‘best and brightest’ from Haiti managed to cross the river with styrafoam boxes of food NOT contained in a plastic sack, only to have a cowboy on horseback startle them enough that all that food got wasted in the river, is the only thing I see that is ‘upsetting’.
Unless you are an rabid environmentalist and are livid that that styrofoam is now polluting the water . . .

These horses are very high strung when working, almost like cutting horses in their ability to react.
The reins are twirled to move the horse’s head in the opposite direction. It’s a much quicker response than normal reining is. Watch the video. Rein twirl causes an immediate turn by the horse.
Also the Agents grabbed the illegals to hold them away from the horses lest someone get trampled.
