We know that the democrats also stole a number of senate seats (including both senate seats in Georgia), costing the Republicans the majority in the senate. It may be that President Trump coattails carried the house. The audits need to include the down the ballot races.

Throckmorton, the ruling is that fraud vitiates everything. If any vaxed person tells me they cannot be around me, in anyway they tell me. I tell them they, “You just murdered yourself with the death needle”. That shuts them up.

i think we lost a friendly neighbor over my NextDoor posts. I started two threads about the vaccine that each went on for a full day with many hundreds of responses on both sides. A lot of really valuable information was put out there until I got turned in an had my account suspended. It was worth it just to get information out there that clearly had never been seen before.
Yesterday I was going into a store and a lady was coming out all masked up. The look of absolute hatred in her eyes was astounding. It really bugged me and I wanted to smack her. She is lucky she was a she. I think. At least yesterday she was.

ATF authorized the first pistol brace products almost ten years ago. These products provide an attachment to pistols that distributes weight of the pistol to the forearm and were designed to help disabled persons control and safely shoot brace-equipped pistols.
Guidance regarding the legality of braces and their features has been issued by ATF over the last 10 years. This guidance seemed to attempt to balance the needs of disabled persons with ATF’s desire to prevent the brace from being used as a stock, which in ATF’s view makes the braced device a rifle subject to the National Firearms Act, including its rules on transfer, the imposition of a $200 transfer tax, and restrictions on transport and possession.
These proposed rules utterly disrupt this balance and fly in the face of the purpose for which the brace was designed and sold. The proposed rules are highly restrictive and would cause the vast majority of the millions of braced pistols in the hands of US citizens to be reclassified as NFA items. This reclassification would impose incredible costs on US citizens who have purchased braces and braced products in the last ten years and significantly limit the future availability of these devices to the disabled community.
Worse is that the rule’s point criteria used to evaluate braced pistols to determine if they are pistols or NFA items penalize firearms with features that are useful to the disabled and have nothing to do with whether the brace acts as a stock. Examples include restrictions on the minimum and maximum weights of braced firearms, and brace adjustability and attachment methods. Moreover, ATF ignores the benefits of features that are clearly beneficial to the disabled community, and instead based on unsupported conjecture proposes rules that these features (such as adjustability) define the brace as a stock, denying beneficial features and making the device less effective or unavailable to the disabled community.
ATF is prohibited from making such discriminatory rules under The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Section 504 states that “no… individual with a disability… shall be excluded from, denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any activity that… is conducted by any Executive agency.” Here ATF’s rulemaking discriminates against disabled persons by arbitrarily limiting design characteristics that enhance the effectiveness of the brace design for the disabled person and for no discernible purpose.
The balance that previously existed in ATF’s pistol brace guidance and rulemaking has been lost. We urge ATF to reconsider the proposed rule in order to make appropriate accommodations for the disabled, as originally intended and required by statute.

“The reduction in cross-border traffic has had a significant impact on local economies along the northern border, including agriculture, small businesses, and tourism,” the two wrote. “These industries are the lifeblood of many northern border communities from New York to Montana that continue to inordinately feel the economic repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
The lawmakers urged “immediate action” on the Restoring Northern Border Travel Act after the closure of the northern US border has been repeatedly extended since March 2020.
On Aug. 20, the Department of Homeland Security extended the closure to at least Sept. 21, despite the Canadian government opening its border to vaccinated Americans in early August.

I grew up in El Paso, and in the recent senate election lots of young liberal women for some reason were obsessed with Goofball O’Rourke and would ask me about him. I always just said that it didn’t matter what party the person represented, any politician from El Paso was a unique blend of stupid, corrupt, and crazy. And it was impossible to figure out in what proportions that blend was from an individual because it all looked the same.
And it’s true. Stupid, corrupt, and crazy all look exactly the same when the people have the liberal woke communist mindset. And if you gather enough of them in DC, they might well cook up a conspiracy.
That piece had me seriously wondering just how wrong that guy is, and if he is intentionally working to let the guilty off of the hook.
Two or more people secretly planning to do something unlawful or harmful. A conspiracy. Pretty much every criminal group is conspiring when they plan crimes, unless they immediately post their plans on Facebook. Except even openly discussing your plans on Facebook is considered conspiring nowadays.
People have clearly shown that laws and E.O.s were violated in the Afghanistan withdrawal. And trust me, government does nothing without planning. And they kept those plans secret from our people and our allies.
And if you back away from illegal, there is still a lot of harm that has been done by these secret plans. But we do grant a lot of leeway to government in regards to lawbreaking, so it may never be treated as a ‘criminal’ conspiracy.
The most worrisome part is how the theorists predict what the next move of the conspirators will be. Like predicting Epstein will kill himself in jail. After the predictions we are told he did so despite being on suicide watch. How convenient.
It is hard to plan secret moves that can’t be predicted once someone is on to your secret planning. Like Japan figuring out where we planned to invade. Once you know invasion is the goal, the secrets can be unveiled, even without spies and codebreaking.
So far, good people on this site have predicted a lot of things. All were counter to official denials. Many have happened as predicted. Most of the rest, despite prior official denials, are now being openly discussed by officials as what they will do in the future.
But is planning something that will harm people, including Americans, while scrapping existing plans to save these people, and keeping it a secret, and lying their asses off about all of it, a ‘conspiracy’?
Yes, it is conspiracy. Secret plans to do harm to people are conspiracies.
I am not going to discard wise council as ‘conspiracy nonsense’ nor wise councilors as ‘conspiracy theorists’ no matter how erudite or delightfully cynical are the efforts to persuade me.
This seems to have been written without a Christian worldview. Instead, I think God has given all of these people over to their depravity, we are suffering the consequences, and the end is near. There needs to be a nation-wide school inspection system that measures school quality including students’ test scores, leadership capacity, instructional strengths and weaknesses, historical performance, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development etc.. Schools that fail inspections can have their leadership replaced.
In the UK, such a system is in place and is feared by many teachers. It would have prevented Gabriel Gipe from being appointed in the first place.
My question to these parents-who were terrific in standing up to this schoolboard–where were you or others for the time this teacher has been there? Some parents indicated on the video that he’s been around a while. Did no one before now have any idea what their kids were learning?
The Superintendent of this school district, along with the principal and fellow teachers and the kids themselves had to know what was being taught in that teacher’s classes. Why did no one speak up before now? Why no questions asked of this guy? How did he manage to get hired and who hired him?

An attorney who is representing 17 accused Jan. 6 Capitol breach defendants has disappeared, possibly suffering from COVID-19, according to a court filing on Monday.
Acting U.S. Attorney Channing D. Phillips said in a court document (pdf) that nearly 20 cases related to the Jan. 6 incident are not proceeding after John Pierce, the lawyer, went missing.
On Aug. 26, Marshall appeared in place of Pierce, telling a U.S. attorney’s assistant that he hasn’t had any contact with Pierce and adding that one of his friends “had told him that Mr. Pierce was sick with COVID-19 and another had said he was not,” the filing said.
“From the government’s perspective,” said Phillips’ office, “given Mr. Pierce’s reported illness and the fact that Mr. Marshall is not a licensed attorney, this case is effectively at a standstill.”
Even though Marshall “has been the government’s main or sole point of contact for many of the defendants represented by Mr. Pierce, the government does not believe it appropriate to continue to communicate with him in Mr. Pierce’s absence, during which he would necessarily be acting without supervision by a licensed attorney,” the court document said.
Some of Pierce’s clients said they are starting to become concerned.
Paul Rae, an alleged Proud Boy from Florida who has pleaded not guilty, told ABC News on Monday that he is “a bit concerned” about the lawyer’s health and the overall situation regarding his representation. An associate of Pierce, Rae said, told him that the attorney isn’t on a ventilator and is recovering.
“Unless I’m being lied to, I’m hearing ‘Don’t be concerned,’” Rae told the network. “I don’t know what’s going on.”
The Epoch Times contacted Pierce’s office for comment. When reached for comment via telephone, the phone lines for his law firm appeared to be disconnected.
He’s representing 17 clients involved in the same legal matter and he works alone with no other licensed attorney partner or backup? A law firm of 1 attorney to handle all these important cases? This along with his disappearance is a wee bit worrisome.
