A group of Indiana University students asked the lower courts for help as the university was requiring COVID vaccinations as a condition of returning to school. The federal district court in Indiana and 7th Circuit court refused to block the vaccination mandate while the students sued the school. That lead to the students requesting emergency relief from the United States Supreme Court.
This track became the first test of COVID-19 vaccination requirements to reach the Supreme Court. Justice Amy Coney Barrett handles the region; however, she has rejected the student’s request and will not pass it along to the full court. [CASE Details Here]

Obviously Justice Barrett is not as conservative as many supporters believed she was.

President Trump knows EXACTLY who these Ivy Leaguers tend to be, which is why he never surrounded himself with them in his personal or professional life. In fact, I’m sure he knows more about them than you.
And as for “stable genius,” I think that was hilarious. Many of us sorely miss PDJT’s humor.
Peoria, most of us still love our president too. …in spite of some who live to try and rip him apart .
He did more for this country than any other president ever has or will and yet that’s still not good enough for these people.
Their negativity tells you all you need to know… but not about President Trump.
“Their negativity tells you all you need to know… but not about President Trump.”
Chooseamerica,
I nominate your quote for the “best quote of the day” award. Congratulations!

Employee/Student Medical & Religious COVID-19 Vaccine Exemption Letter
https://www.conservativebusinessjournal.com/2021/08/employee-student-medical-religious-vaccine-covid-19-exemption-letter/
The article says not to copy the following verbatim, but I think this is dangerous on a lot of levels to go with what apparently could be deemed as a “God told me”-like approach, even evidently invoking the Holy Spirit and His direction (which is something to be EXTREMELY cautious about ever doing, especially affirming such to others.)
“As I have prayed about what I should do, the Holy Spirit has moved on my heart and conscience that I must not accept the COVID shot. If I were to go against the moving of the Holy Spirit, I would be sinning and jeopardizing my relationship with God and violating my conscience.”
How about we not loo to shift the responsibility of the physical decision? Let’s take some responsibility for ourselves and let our yes be yes and our no be no.
For some people not retired and need their job to survive, something like this might help them find the time they need to stay employed while looking for another job.
Something like this that appeals to personal conscience and personal conviction is one thing; as mentioned, a “God called me”-type approach appears to potentially come with spiritual dangerous, not to mention how easily that can be turned into a political football.
What is “spiritually dangerous” about following your own conscience in matters pertaining to your own body, which you believe to be God’s temple? You are merely being a good steward of this most precious gift from God- which is life itself.
And your right to follow your God-consciousness is already codified in the US Constitution.
The religious exemption has been codified in the US Constitution in other matters. It is the safest fallback to survive a challenge.
Apparently, the case that ACB rejected out of hand did not meet this criteria for further exploration. And since colleges are offering “a way out” by way of narrowly-defined exemptions in order to legally absolve themselves of liability, I suggest taking this way out.
President Trump, if re-elected in 2024, or re-instated prior, had better wake up and understand whoever is advising him on the nominees is NOT a MAGA supporter and is an enemy of the State. We cannot afford any more of these judicial nominees that are a wolf in sheeps clothing. Wake up Mr. President. Our nation depends on your correct choices.
Or maybe, and hear me out, we don’t put Trump back in the WH. No more excuses for the man. He had four years to figure out how everyone around him was screwing him. He rose to fame for firing people, yet, here we are.
DeSantis 2024
I don’t think you have any clue about the gravity of the situation(s) that 45 has/is engaged in.
think is just another troll trying to cast doubt on PDJT
That’s the camp I’m in now.
Stop blaming Trump! He had 2 years with a majority in both the house and senate and the elected republicans fail us and him!
The swamp is too deep and it’s evil to strong to be voted out! You know the alternatives!
I still remember the numerous times he said he was going to veto this bill and that bill if it didn’t provide for wall funding only to watch him cave in the end. A couple of weeks before the midterms he threatens to release the unredacted FISA documents in hopes of destroying the left in the midterms only to renege on that and help them run out the clock.
And yes, I sense that his family being democrat New York Socialites he was also, which would explain why he never bothered cleaning house when he got into office. I personally have no use for him. We’ve got such urgent issues staring us in the face right now, we do not have the time to clown around with Trump.
Wait, what?
How many cabinet appointments of his did they confirm in those two years?
How many bills did they send him that he didn’t sign?
I would tell you to go take a flying leap, but you are not worth my time.
Any implication that Trump is anything less than a walk on water person, is met with extreme hostility around here. No nuance allowed. Everything he did was perfect and it worked out just the way he wanted it…etc etc.
Mattis, Tillerson, Bolton, Kelly, Wray, Rosenstein, all those people served their purpose in some yet to be determined plan.
Trump was always the best option. 16 losers in the 2016 nomination process attest to that. Don’t make a cult around him though.
Stop beating that dead horse. The man is part of the reason we are where we are. He may as well have been vetting for the other team with all the miserable picks he’s made. And you really believe he’s going banish is daughter and her husband as his primary counsel?
Rolcon.
Wake up David Crain. Mitch decides who is capable of being confirmed. What part of that don’t you understand since it’s been discussed here ad nauseam. Take your own advice, wake up.
Yes MaineCoon, it appears that many forget what one individual is able to do.
President Trump is NOT, I repeat NOT a KING, Emperor, Dictator, Supreme Ruler. He can only do things with the tools that he has.
How quickly we forget, without PDJT, we would NEVER have been awakened (Some of us have). As to the Uniparty, Globalists, etc. across all branches of this country.
Local, County, State, Federal, Media, even more revealing are the unelected bureaucrats.
Well said Ninja7. Save your post. You’ll need to post it again, and again, and again. Some people just want to bash 45 on this issue while the “pretend” not to understand/know the truth. Mamet principle. Just whats the liberals do….hmmmm.
Yeah, going through the comments there comes a point where I can’t take it anymore.
Have to attempt to bring some perspective / sanity.
We are constantly being bombarded on all sides, and sometimes we need to get a different perspective to walk away.
Thanks for Sundance, giving us a Refuge, along with the Treepers, AdRem, moderates etc.
Good to be at a place where we are NOT 100% in AGREEMENT. Else we all would be going up and down in sync or perfect harmony.
Does Mitch ever get called on the carpet for his refusals and shenanigans by anyone?
45 s now doing it, repeatedly. Couldn’t really do that from the Oval. No one else though. Too fraid.
If/when President Trump is in his rightful place, with 4 yrs and not having to worry about re-election, how do you think she, Roberts, Kavanaugh, McConnell will be voting on things?
How did the Americans become so dumb to have supported this phony Barrett?
I recall lurking here when Barrett was nominated. Just a few clicks of research found huge red flags that so, so many here ignored and brushed off as ‘conspiracy theory’. The naysayers here were lambasted, and I recall one of the moderators gushing on about Barrett this and Barrett that. The naysayers were right all along. One thing most all of them noted was Barrett’s adopted third world kids were a virtue signal and status symbol of the liberal.
Mostly only liberal Americans adopt minority kids from third world countries. It’s a huge warning that these people view themselves as saviors to the “poor minority children”, which means they also see themselves as better than you. And now you can see Amy Coney Barrett thinks she’s better than all of you, and knows what’s best for all of you, and she’s going to make sure you do what she says.
That so many conservatives are so easily duped and fooled because the media labels someone as a “conservative” judge or “conservative” politician is disconcerting to those of us not in America but who look to your country as the leader of the free world.
OK. So besides telling us all about your superior prescience, what else ya got?
We had a hint that ACB was not so conservative after the Supreme Court declined to hear the Texas election case.
And that really hurt, as does this decision regarding vaccinations.
We no longer have any reasons to expect MAGA-favorable decisions to come from her.
I wonder if the students can sue Indiana University through the Indiana State courts. Would those courts even hear those cases, now that it has been rejected by the US Supreme Court?
The idea offered by Bogeyfree, to attend Hillsdale College is a good option for students to avoid the vaccine.
Yep. Hillsdale could probably double or triple in size if they wanted to. They have very little competition.
Poor boy, hurt feelings. Truth is hard. You’d never make in here in Poland. I speak from experience living in a communist regime. I am 76 years old.
You will one day speak from the same experience of living under the communist boot unless you get off your high sarcastic horse and start fighting for your country instead of sniping at fellow soldiers.
Bulls-eye ?
As a Catholic who attends the traditional Latin mass, I am actually quite suspicious of “non-trad” Catholic politicians and judges. The Church has become a major social welfare subcontractor of the USG. Catholics (of the non-trad variety) are all suspect in my book. ACB got slipped in via the Federalist Society. THEY should be completely cut out of the judicial nominating process from now on.
It’s been tough to be Catholic with an anti-pope occupying the papacy.
That’s okay, although I am exceedingly traditional in the practice of my faith, I am equally suspicious of the official Trad club.
I had heard she was not good on immigration law.
It seemed the only focus was that she was purportedly pro-life. And who knows if she would rule that way anyway.
I know; she wouldn’t. Fact.
Apparently, she’s “kids for me, but not for thee.”
I knew by the mere fact she used three names like her idol RBG.
That Attorney Robert Barnes was right. Before President Trump selected Amy Barrett, he looked into her court case history and said she sides with deep state/big corp/wall street/chamber of commerce/ establishment shill.
Yes he was… He
thoughtknew she would be a disaster..Two big pro and cons. She was admittedly, most impressive in the senate hearings. Her knowledge of case law, constitutional law and lack of notes and a handler whispering in her ear was impressive. The Con? Notre Dame. As a Catholic, her association with Notre Dame, given Notre Dame’s questionable policy decisions and recent trend toward liberal theology caused me pause. Add to that the gushing from students and faculty at Notre Dame…But I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Stupid me.
The vaccination mandate is destroying the US.
But
I Blame the CDC and The Indiana University .
“The Supreme Court ruled in 1905 that a state can require all members of the public to be vaccinated against smallpox.”
But how many years was the smallpox vaccine tested before releasing it to the public?
.
More than a hundred before that case.
They have been making corrupt rulings for well over 100 years.
Then you will fight the STATE. Shut down Commie STATES. Don’t attend STATE schools. Walk off jobs IN STATES that require mandatory pathogenic spike protein injections.
When the economy of one STATE grinds to a screeching halt, in marked contrast to the free and prosperous STATES, these unreasonable STATE edicts will not stand the test of time.
Don’t call yourself stupid. What could you have done?
Fair point. I did’t have a vote re conformation. The bigger issue for me is evaluating information. This was one I missed so I am more careful when it comes to vaccines, therapeutics, voter fraud, etc. I think we are all in this boat. How do we evaluate positions we hold? Can we “defend” those positions? Where do we get the information we base our decisions on? Are they reliable? Are they biased? Do they have an agenda. Am I expected to comply with the prevailing line? And Whistling_Past, thank you for a reality check…
Happy you received it in the right spirit Leenie?
Having two last names is another tell.
This is interesting that “mostly liberal Americans adopt minority kids from third world countries.” It never occurred to me that this was a “virtue signaling flag.” This was definitely something I did not consider when ACB was being confirmed, but certainly a telltale sign to look for in the future.
Oh, I considered it. ACB immediately reminded me of Angelina Jolie in that department, a virtue-signaling, self designated ‘we are the world’ Mother Teresa.
How about *not* supporting communist / fascist regimes that oppress their people and exploit these kids in the first place? Do these virtue signaling morons ever think about THAT?
I prefer to do *my* charity work locally and under the radar. It always works out so much better that way. Because I help my fellow man for all the right reasons, and I don’t need a book deal for it either.
Might I suggest to those at Indiana University who want out consider Hillsdale College in nearby MI. Small private school that is very conservative but worth it for undergrads.
And I can promise you there are no ACB’s there.
U of Iowa…no masks, no vax
I guess in all of her studies she missed the Nuremberg Code. Just NO!!!!
He attended University of Pennsylvania. It is also an Ivy school.
But for a graduate business MBA program. That’s not the same thing. Easier to get in — not as “social status.”
Wharton – right?
Someone please help me understand how that forcing of vaccinations is Constitutional.
Please.
The needs of the many (collectivism) outweigh the needs of the few or the one (individuals).
It’s not.
Well it by God is NOW!
Or its close relative.
There is precedent, very difficult to overcome that inertia.
There is also Constitutional precedent for refusing healthcare based solely on freedom of religion. That’s why they have this choice on their exemption forms which, right now anyway, they are also *required* to offer.
Technically, one does not need an “approved” excuse to opt out of a dangerous experiment, at least not according to the Nuremberg code, which is global.
It’s a complicated business trying to gaslight everybody to “volunteer” for experimental pathogenic spike protein injections.
Has anybody considered whether the current immunity from liability enjoyed by Big Harma, pertains only to this experimental stage? No wonder why they want to get as many as they can into this ‘we are lot legally liable’ stage.
When the “vaxxed” start getting sick from the injection itself, they will clamor for the booster shots to protect them from bogeyman variants. Even if people truly believe that a variant is the cause of hospitalized vaxxed patients, they should realize that no injections will work for constantly evolving coronaviruses.
They always mutate and your vaccine is always a day late, and a dollar short.
please explain to me how this gene therapy with all kinds of side effects is a “vaccine”
The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, based in Chicago, agreed.
It noted that the Supreme Court ruled in 1905 that a state can require all members of the public to be vaccinated against smallpox.
Indiana’s requirement is less demanding, the court said,
allowing exemptions for students who object on the basis of medical conditions or religious beliefs.
Unfortunately the current “vaccines” do not stop transmission of covid. I feel this is the major flaw in the applicability of the 1905 decision. Another issue is that the death rate of small pox was much worse than covid with a mortality rate of 30%. In that era people were so accustomed to a difficult life I don’t think they would have even blinked at a 97-99% survival rate during a pandemic. This is what is so crazy about mandating vaccines to the young and healthy.
I don’t know but would assume that the smallpox vaccine had been fully approved, meaning it’s not really a valid comparison.
Vaccines that haven’t even been approved by the FDA for anything except emergency use.
Well that will change any minute since the FDA is corrupt. In fact, I believe the only delay is because Big Harma May legally assume liability once their product changes from ‘experimental’ to full FDA approval. So they continue to goad people into taking it with a gun to their heads, while skirting around the legality of a true mandate.
Another disaster SCOTUS appointment. Never ever trust the federalist society. Trump was duped three times.
Pro life? Me thinks not.
…..or perhaps she is being blackmailed??????
Please stop giving her an out.
Well this must be considered. Some people are happy to be useful idiots and easily bribed, while others may need a bit of ‘persuading.’ Remember Scalia with the pillow over his head? The shooting gallery that was the Congressional softball game? Rand Paul getting assaulted on his front lawn? That sort of thing.
How many presidents have been deposed or even assassinated for trying to keep lethal injections out of their country? I’ve lost count of them already!
WOW.. this is bad news for those of us that refuse to conform..
Yes it is. They are going to force this on us
“We’ve not yet begun to fight.”
If not already having made a decision make one now and execute it. No need to broadcast it. What happens happens when it happens. The spirited discussion is entertaining and I hope it brings comfort and clarity to some or most.
The reality of Barrett was out there well before the election. No surprises here, at least to me. Everything, save for a very few rebels in various states, appears to be behind this op at the political and government levels and increasingly at the corporate levels. Apparently, loss of business doesn’t bother corporations any more. Fascinating, considering they’re responsible to their shareholders for making as much return on investment as possible. That ship has sailed along with the now demonstrably corrupt judicial system.
There’s something on the wall in the Jefferson Memorial worth reading. Pretty applicable right now. It’s from the Declaration of Independence.
I think she displays the fatal and dangerous difference between a conservative (which she is not) and a provincialist (which she is). The republican hierarchy is dominated by provincials. This certainly describes the RINO but more importantly, it explains what is malignantly wrong with the self-described “Big C” conservatives. They are anti-mutualist and comfortable with the emotions that authoritarianism has to offer.
As a general rule, the more legalistic the lawyer the more likely they will have an irrational trust and grasp of medical and scientific fact. They are rational materialists at heart because they are mostly illiterate about what science does not know and cannot know.
The modern scientist Gerald Pollack said it very well:
The legalists treat academic and medical science as religious cannon. The rational materialists dominating our universities, governments, corporate executives and courts don’t live in the natural world but the institutional world. They are institutionalized. They are blind to or otherwise willfully ignorant and unattending to how nature delimits their senses, attenuates their understanding or the very nature and trustworthy extent of what they decree to be fact by fiat of reductionism and rhetorical constructs of factoids that enjoy invisible magical credentials afforded by assumptive credence that is little more than a form of cryptic affirmative prejudice.
The truth? There really is no such thing as Science, per se. There is only scientific method and its good faith practice.
All else is politics and prevarication.
As this is also mostly true for The Law itself, thus the problem worsens as our nation slides further into peril and subjectification of the citizen as a mere object subordinate to the institution and its will.
Magnificent.
Excellent explanation of why so many in different professions chose form over substance and the letter of the law over the spirit of the law, etc.
Good analysis of ACB and her fellow travelers in the Swamp. Methinks you’ve “tagged and bagged” her quite accurately.
“Obviously Justice Barrett is not as conservative as many supporters believed she was.“
Dan Quayle, Mike Pence, Dan Coats, ACB—can any good thing come out of Indiana?
Bobby Knight?
No. Or anywhere for that matter.
The good things from anywhere are never allowed out!
man is evil and sinful by nature…only with God can the goodness of their spirit shine through…those who make decisions like this are not God led or inspired and may well be pretend Christians…we will know when we get to Glory and see many prominent people NOT there
Amen.
Double Amen.
Mike Tyson . . .and he isn’t from there.
Talk to your children folks. I’ve made it clear to mine, if cornered by a person w/a needle and a vile it’s attempted murder/assault/rape. They have my blessings to protect themselves at all costs, period.
It may be a lot of things but it isn’t a vaccine. If they aren’t testing for Covid (PCR test isn’t testing for it), then they aren’t treating for it.
I got my mandatory vax in the military and I’m still suffering the consequences of it.
Forced vax will be at the end of a gun. I’ll take the bullet before anything else.
CTH was almost fully onboard with her.
The only guy I saw raising alarm bells was Barnes.
On-board vs. suspicious vs. cautiously optimistic vs. cautiously pessimistic…
… but Barnes was definitely a vocal No-Go, IIRC.
sane with Kavanaugh
FFFFF
There were plenty of us sketched out by her weird family life. Pretty sure I wrote a very long post at the time about us needing normal people in power and I defined normal and used her as an example of what normal is not.
Not having any idea who she was when everyone was cheering for her figured she must be okay, after all, the resume looked good, and had high marks from the Federalist Society; so now one thing is a definite going forward, any future Judicial recommendations coming from the Federalist Society are going to be an automatic not going to fall for it this time, from me.
No more automatic acceptance just because “the other side” screams loudly against them. Learned that lesson too now that both Kavanaugh and this woman have shown their true colors.
If it is any consolation to others, neither Kavanagh nor Barret gave me the warm fuzzies.
I did not trust either of them implicitly as I only had second and third hand information about them and did not know either personally.
I was not expecting much of them honestly, only to observe how their actions contrasted with their words.
That person “Boots” here on the Tree was against her also. Haven’t read from them in a while.
The bottom line is that it mattered not whether CTH was majority “on board” or “in doubt.”
We had and still have no say nor any influence as to any SCOTUS nominee. By now we all know President Trump was surrounded and had to make a Hobson’s Choice for almost every nominee in his term.
I always find it interesting how the other side goes crazy over some choices like Barrett, and yet the people they go crazy over never fulfil that image.
Was it all a con job? Like Gingrich happily taking credit for “cutting” spending when he was really increasing spending at twice the rate of inflation? Boy did the left caterwaul and lie about that.
Or is it a successful influence game? Now you know the hell we will raise, better play right!
Or is that all just a nice side effect as they desperately lie, caterwaul and destroy people just to satisfy their base and bilk them for donations?
funny how Clinton took credit for the budget surplus when by your reckoning Newt did not cut spending
He actually may have cut spending, with one caveat.
The technicality was in reducing the increases in baseline budgeting, not the actual appropriations.
What happens if this is brought to a different region?
I suspect she consulted Roberts first…
A decision such as this is far to important to be decided by one crazy person. I hope the students unite, rebel, and somehow figure out a way to fight back effectively.
Me too.
Another fake conservative judge. I remember prior to her confirmation seeing a video in front of a very conservative audience (university) where she made the point that she did not think there were justices who were biased in their interpretation of the Constitution, they just had a different way of interpreting the Constitution. I knew then she was a lightweight.
Amazing how democrats can confirm known radical justices that believe the constitution is a “evolving” document but republicans cannot figure a way to confirm traditionalist interpretation justices. The answer is “UniParty” and a fractured Republican Party wanting to be bipartisan in a non-bipartisan operating environment (Lindsey Graham et. al.). They think their bipartisanship will pay dividends when they are in power (probably a lot more dark incentives than that).
The base is not fractured anymore. The Politicians are. They have a rude awakening coming. That they have not figured that out yet does note bode well for their intelligence and their future. Establishment republicans must be replaced with America First candidates.
You have two cards in your hand. They have 7. What’s your move? The US is a salvage operation now.
The nation’s law schools turn out lefties and lefty lites. Rarely dues a true conservative make it through
You all want a fact? LOL 1 undeniable fact. Robert Barnes briefed President Trump on this nomination BEFORE she was nominated. He went over here entire bio and TOLD HIM she was for forced lock downs and forced jabs. Trump knew exactly what he was getting with her. I took so much heat for this on social media but really does it matter anymore. Hope people can see what is really real here. They are 10 steps ahead of us STILL!!!!!!!!!
Its seriously time to get caught up now. RON DESANTIS SIGNED EO FOR THE FORCED JAB, FORCED INTERNMENT OF ANYONE IN HIS STATE SO DID GOVERNOR BILL LEE OF TENSENESS. Wake up time for the serious out there. Not much time left in this game.
History lesson: During the Nuremberg Trials the doctors that were condemned to death for what they did to many many people used Jacobson v. Massachusetts as part of their defense for why they did what they did. Barrett did the same thing defending her position in Illinois Republican Party et al. v. J.B. Pritzker, Governor of Illinois on his covid lockdown orders. Think about that one for a min. Trump knew allllllll of this……..
self deleted
What are you talking about? Gov DeSantis signed an EO in April *against* vaccine passports and mandatory vaccines. Our beef is not with President Trump, who threw a great big wrench in their Great Reset, nor is it with Governor DeSantis.
Here is the 2 page PDF case, I know everyone is freaking out, but read it.
https://aldia.microjuris.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Klaassen-v-Trs-of-Ind-Univ-7th-Cir-2021.pdf
I’m not taking the side of the court and is why understanding law is crucial.
That wasn’t a legal decision, that was purely a decision defending the mandate. It is pathetic
This reflects the typical unserious medical ignorance that pervades the nation. C19 is NOT the measles and is not treated the same. I swear the ignorance in DC is sickening.
I understand completely, but arguments before a court without a conditional offer is a lose/lose situation.
If you claim a Religious or a medical issue, then you can claim exemption.
7 of the 8 are home free but that last one put things out of balance.
If you have conditions in order to accept you can beat them at this game. See comments on page 1 of CTH for the PDF’s
I don’t know how The Great Reset / UN Agenda 21 New/ One World Order comes as a shock to the DC swamp. They have been knee deep in this for decades now, since Poppy Bush signed on in 1992!
Joachim Mrugowsky – German bacteriologist who conducted experiments on humans at the Sachsenhausen concentration camp. He coordinated human experimentation, including testing of typhus vaccines, biological warfare agents, poisoned bullets, and lethal injections. Mrugowsky was convicted of crimes against humanity in the Nuremberg trials, sentenced to death August 1947, and executed on 2 June 1948.

“The motion for injunction pending appeal is denied” is the ruling – so it looks like a technicality, the students were seeking an injunction before they appealed the lower court’s ruling and that is what was denied.
Seems like this woman justice is sticking to form, the formula so making a decision impacting these students lives without making an actual ruling, just saying they have to follow proper procedure, i.e. appeal the lower court’s ruling and if they lose that then they can file with the higher court.
Lazy to hide behind formalities when children’s lives are at stake. Then again, the comments at the ScotusBlog on this decision are positively glowing that these students are back to square one, as if not wanting this vaccine is going to cause death to all the students who take the vaccine. Crazy world to see such emotional comments on that scotus blog post.
Hopefully these students file the appeal this woman justice said they needed to do, or, they decide to find a good trade school or university that doesn’t force emergency use authorization genetic therapy inoculations.
When you hear doctors like Vladimir Zelenko calling these pathogenic spike protein injections crimes against humanity ala Holocaust; Nobel prize winner and HIV discoverer Luc Montagnier calling this the biggest genocide in history; Dr Robert Malone who invented and patented the mRNA vaccine deplatformed for saying it’s too dangerous to test in humans; world leading scientist and bio-medicine academic Dr Dolores Cahill predicting 90 percent vaxxed will die within 2 years; and that’s not even getting into America’s Frontline Doctors and other worldwide consortiums of scientists and surgeons who are deplatformed and censored for speaking truth .. yes, I would think this is an *emergency* to force deadly injections on healthy young people, children, students, pregnant moms.. and even the elderly who can take safe therapeutics instead. I agree the world has gone stark raving mad.
Can someone explain to me please how Small Pox killing 30% of those effected and Covid which kills less than 1% are the same……….
The context in which I hear this come up is that the Delta variant is so contagious that is has an “R naught” that is so high it approaches that of small pox.
But the vaccine they’re mandating doesn’t protect against the Delta variant.
Yes, this fact is lost on so many: In the same breath the CDC admits they have no accurate test for Covid-19 and so they’re rolling out a new test, they have no vaccine for Delta variant and so they’re rolling out a booster, and there is already a Lamda variant that will presumably require yet another booster to be invented.
So WHY are these morons now mandating an old, outdated vaccine (that never worked) for a virus they can’t even test for yet?
The so-called Delta variant is deadlier in vaccinated people, which leads me to believe it is a scapegoat for these deadly vaccines themselves. People who did *not* have a problem with Covid-19 (99 percent), will *not* have a problem with any variants thereof.
The vaccinated are in trouble from the vaccine. It is clear as day. And children get a more virulent summer virus called RSV which, like last year’s flu that statistically disappeared, is now being blamed on coronavirus.
I think this decision is the fault of the lawyer(s) these students used. Basing the case on the 14th amendment which opened the door for Barrett to cite the smallpox vaccination requirements; surely there are several other Constitutional issues the lawyer(s) could have chosen that would not have opened that smallpox requirement window?
Hopefully, the AFLDS class action lawsuit on behalf of other college students will hit the correct mark. I am sure it will therefore be dragged out in the courts well past the start of the school semester, guaranteeing that most students will be coerced into these injections in the meantime.
If my kids were at IU, I’d be calling the registrar and having my transcripts sent to competing schools that are not requiring vaccines and pushing absurd, coercive, measures.
Mizzou learned the hard way how painful a 25% enrollment decline can be.
A flood of transfer requests would scare the hell out of the University.
They’re COUNTING on you thinking that the “switching costs” are too high. You get your power back by transferring to another college.
We are NOT going to solve this through the anti-democratic institutions of the Government Party.
Btw, this is the same problem many of you are having with Twitter. You whine and complain, but ATEOTD you do nothing. You still have Twitter. You still have Fakebook.
Because you are unable to tell them to FOAD, and then you rationalize it.
That’s what IU is doing to these students. You don’t win by participating in their corrupt system. You leave, and you go someplace that doesn’t require the shot.
Pulling kids out of school and going our own way is a far more effective weapon than waiting for the backstabbing traitors on SCOTUS to save our liberties.
Absolutely right on all counts, but would your kid say “relax, I’m getting the shots,” and pull the rug out from under you?
If he or she did, then I’d inform them that the tuition and other payments cease immediately. They’re free to continue under their own financial power.
YESSSSSSSS!
One red flag that stood out to me is how relatively “easy” she was confirmed after the amount of “stink” the left raised…
This lady suckssssssss
what a travesty
This is unConstitutional.
Can another case be brought forward? And who will look it over?
So we’ve been suckered- again. Seems like a pattern. No more lifetime appoints to SCOTUS. Term limits- 8 years your out.In fact it should be an elected position- vote in person no ballot harvesting no machines.
What secret society do she belong too ?
Brett skull and bones will soon have his strings pulled too
Bush Inc….so yeah, skull and bones
Here is what you get when you subtract the politics from the scamdemic:

McTurtle’s only success was keeping Garland off the SC. The others are disasters.
Were stealth, sleeper cells etc. When crunch time occurred, their true colors were displayed. ???
The PSA’s in the teevee for jabbing children are playing incessantly here in NY
She doesn’t even take the position that the vaccine is only approved for emergency use? It is lawful to mandate unapproved drugs, it is incredibly difficult to understand the logic or how the Constitution supports this. We are under complete totalitarian rule.
I’ll be the one to say it plainly: dirty , conniving, communist, female dog.
I don’t think I can ever support anyone for the rest of my life nominated to SCOTUS, no matter who nominates them short of Jesus of Nazareth himself!
Fool me thrice, shame , shame , shame on me. Though, I wasn’t really fooled. The weird family life had all kinds of red flags for me.
All that trouble to get her on the court and she’s as big a waste of space as Kavannaugh.
I Knew this Bitch ws one of them for years !
But, she did make the decision without any notes;
Remember when she was gushed over for that?
RBG 2.0
Is there any way the students can make a direct appeal to the full Supreme Court?
We need a lawsuit to be filed in the region handled by Justice Thomas or Alito.
What is so illogical about this all is that the vaccine is now proving to be ineffective for the contraction and more importantly the spread of covid. This inability to block the spread is where the focus should be for any lawsuit. If the spread is not slowed down by the vaccine the forced vaccination is simply to reduce the medical costs for the insurance companies or the government.
There is not a lesser threat to others contracting covid when more people are vaccinated, so the small pox vaccine case doesn’t really seem applicable to the current “vaccines” which are really gene therapeutics. In fact, the false sense of security afforded to people by being vaccinated may have led to the current spike.
Excellent post A+! Sorry but on the IU scale you get a C CP.
Dred Scott decision.
The Dred Scott decision was more Constitutional.
This is an Indiana State University.
To me it’s clear that it is a state matter. Not a US supreme court matter.
I never thought she was going to be anything but a squish.
Break the school. LEAVE NOW!
“Obviously Justice Barrett is not as conservative as many supporters believed she was.”
Was this your first clue?
Another failed recommendation from PDJT. Jeez. Leave the cult, people!
PDJT literally hired the Swamp. I knew we had been had by a billionaire used car salesman when Rex Tillerson (who enabled homosexuals in the BSA) was chosen for Sec of State. I also remember a good number of middle-aged female Treepers going on about Tillerson’s “good-looks.” Nauseating, it was.
Tillerson was a real failure in Trump’s cabinet. Did Trump knew about the BSA homosexual policy Tillerson enacted as head of that organization? It seems like he should have, if his vetting program was any good.
Tillerson also wanted to remain in the Paris Climate Accords, but Trump got us out of that mess.
My question: Would a REAL Constitutional judge, who owns a different district, give us the correct answer?
Hope Springs Eternal.
May she rot in hell, and may she experience ADE.
Let’s get this party started. ?
Like our other institutions, the SC is hanging on to its credibility by a thread. It does not want to be the arbiter of piles of crap State legislatures or other State entities lay at its feet. It will destroy what’s left of the court and make it the fixer of all things politically divisive/dysfunctional. The left knows this and will continue to push their destructive agenda unless stopped at the policy level. That’s why they have their blockers in State Attorney or DA offices and Secretary of State or other election offices. That dynamic runs through local offices (registrar of voters school boards) and public lower and higher education. The fix is the people influencing the local government and the local government acting on our behalf. The SC is not going to intervene. This is the job of the Indiana legislature or governor or IU alums or IU Board of Governors, not ACB (who I admit is the soccer Mom complement to basketball Dad Kavanaugh. Both of whom appear to just want to be good neighborhood legal nerds and have their kids go to the Ivy League and collect big speaking or book fees at some point.) But I may be cynical.
I never believed she was anything conservative because I never saw her actions in real time.
However, if that was my son or daughter, my husband and I would be telling them to transfer to a school that did NOT force this tyranny upon them.
At some point, the parents have to teach their children when it is time to stand up and move on to a better situation and lifestyle. This college is not as unique and special to waste anyone’s time on. There are much bigger fights to be had.
Walk away and go to a real school that believe in the constitutional rights of all students.
No one is forcing these students to attend this school.
What are the equivalent alternatives in the region? Is there really choice.
U of Iowa…no masks, no vaccines
You gonna trust the U of Iowa?
What are parents to do when their child is starting his senior year, paying out-of-state tuition for an engineering degree, and the school mandates vaccinations for all? Transfer to another expensive frickin’ out-of-state institution and take an additional half-dozen expensive courses to meet the minimum requirements? Jeez. Wake up people!
This thing is not going away unless we make it go away. That requires strong, local through state-level organization independent of the Republican Party, a bit of money, and people who are willing to put their employment, retirement, and lives on the line.
Its better than death. Wake up people. The money thing/extra courses is just an inconvenience.
I know 5 dead + 2 with defibrillators implanted. Do you realize how superficial your objections sound? Has anyone close to you died? Death is final.
Who died bc?
Talk about superficial. And selfish. You sound like the typical self-centered member of my boomtard generation. ME Tv much? Clearly you don’t give a damn about the younger generations.
I know four fellow boomers dead from the Coof, 65-75. Three were quite overweight, diabetic, w/high blood pressure. Lived lives of ease, they did, in the Laguna Hills-Lake Forest-Aliso Viejo axis. Lawns mowed by Manuel. Houses cleaned by Rosa. One was a paraplegic who (allegedly) caught the coof in the hospital where he was taken for pneumonia. I pity the paraplegic, for he actually worked for a living before his severe injury 6 years ago.
Life is a series of choices and trade offs.
Chose accordingly.
Pennsylvania?
I don’t live there so I cannot answer that with any knowledge. What I can respond without a doubt, (because we have lived it for more than 50 years together), there is always an alternative solution, especially when it comes to tyranny.
No one should be forced to take a “shot” for anything ordered or directed by any entity BECAUSE every body has a unique, individual chemical make-up. Everyone IS different. One “shot” DOES NOT fit all.
There is no school or other entity in this entire world that would EVER mandate me or anyone in my immediate family to comply.
Tyranny will not happen in this world for me or my immediate family. P.E.R.I.O.D.
I am so with you abigail.
As far as this phony AC Barrett- may she rot in hell with the other Supremes who sold our country down the river.
I live in NY, have not had the shot but am surrounded by family members and friends who have it. The pressure is enormous.
They are starting with the muzzle masks which I understand the local Walmart just mandated.
I went to a local supermarket upstate near Schenectady and they were full blown mask Nazis. I was literally the only person in the store not wearing a face diaper.
I filled my basket with ice cream, frozen and cold items (for my grand kids) and if I was challenged I was going to dump everything on the floor as I have done in the past under similar circumstances.
Nobody said a word, but the checkout lady acted like she was terrified of me.
She packed my bags and said next time you come in here you have to wear a mask. I told her no way will I be back.
As far as the vax, I am more determined than ever that the only way I am going to get this particular jab is if it is physically forced on me in which case, I am going to take one of the MF with me, so help me G-d.
That’s easy to say if you’re not the parent of a young adult who is not yet old and tough.
Well Pepper, that is why God made parents!
Hillsdale College
How about freedom? How’s that for an “alternative choice” to tyranny?
I was always impressed with College of the Ozarks, who I 1st saw on Faux many years ago. It looks like they do not require you to take the drug, and that perhaps masking is minimal. IF that is truly the case, it might be worth consideration.

It looks like they are fighting against Delusional Joe’s mandates that women should share dorms, bathrooms and showers with men.

ACB is a liberal New Orleans, Louisiana demonRAT piece of evil trash … used her social justice “catholic” education to pretend she’s conservative … while in reality – like Pelosi – she’s a baby-slaughtering devilRAT … Satan is celebrating.
Well, MGBSE, if that is true that is very sad, especially for those who will live through her “evil trash” long after I have left this world.
But I do believe wholeheartedly that there are ways for free people to live in a free world making free choices.
We don’t always show all of our cards in the game of life.
The objective of ACB’s “Court” … is to make certain there are ZERO free people … in a ZERO free world … incapable of ZERO free choices … “Sweet catholic girl” ACB – with her 7, props, I mean children … is making certain her RAT evil … is our reality.
And what’s the real story with those Haitian kids?
First we have to teach the parents.
Maybe but from where I come from; the parents teach the children.
I don’t know why we are agonizing over these Indiana students…whatever the number may be.
No one agonized over our children when my husband and I fought the public school system (our Catholic school only went from K-8), and we also found colleges for our kids to attend. The high school guidance counselor did not even know that our son was an honor student or that he played all sports and was being watched for college scholarships. She was only interested in the teenage antics of his younger sister, and the classes she cut, going off campus and smoking in front of the local grocery store.
We didn’t go to an attorney, we fought the school board ourselves and our kids graduated in spite of going to that public school. graduated college and both are successful professionals today.
There are not many like you.
I don’t get your point. My son is severely dyslexic (determined by iq vs spelling ability). I fought as did he every day 1st grade through 12. Your lack of sympathy for struggling parents and frightened students doesn’t seem to show empathy. Just bitterness.
Not bitter at all; just realistic.
Overtime, most grown a spine and a thick skin, as they deal with reality of life.
Sympathy for someone in a very bad situation is one thing, expecting sympathy for what life hands each of us is a sign of weakness. Everyone has bad experiences in life but must overcome that and push forward because God has a plan for each of us.
It is success in beating the odds and evilness around us daily when we overcome and stand up for our rights and think critically about the subject and the solution.
No bitterness at all.
Abigail, you’ve just eloquently outlined exactly why SCOTUS wouldn’t take the case. The students have available alternatives, so they aren’t damaged. They can attend another school, or even train for a different profession. And schools demanding requirements like shots, attending chapel, specific classes by major etc., is nothing new. It’s long-established precedent.
It’s also significant that no other justices wrote a dissent, an elaborated reason why they SHOULD accept the case. Folks in here can whine about ACB, but all the others agreed with her – there’s nothing solid to litigate.
She never presented it to the other Justices. Right there in the writeup.
Explain their alternatives? Or why they should switch schools? Tuition is in now. Loans taken out. Leases signed. So financial hardship as an option vs the jab?
The lack of empathy for these students or my child is frustrating not bc I want sympathy but bc there seems to be a short-sightedness that nurses are ok to not be forced to vaccinate but young, healthy students who wish for higher education are sniveling whiners?
No more words bc my next ones would be very very rude.
If ACB is comparing this injection to the mandated meningitis vaccine for college students, she has her wires crossed. Last I checked this is an experimental trial and therefore it is unlawful to be forced into it in any school.
I realize the FDA will approve it any day now, because they too are compromised beyond belief.
Good luck finding another school. Nobody is “forcing” but most schools seem to be on this path. My own child was in tears bc of this news today.
OK. Plan B. Take a year, bank some money and increase your options.
Like Tyson said, everyone has a plan, until they get hit in the mouth.
My plans rarely worked the way I wanted but many of my detours turned into great unforeseen opportunities.
Man closes doors; God opens windows.
Can your child take online classes until they make a plan B? It is an awful predicament for these students who just want to continue their exciting young lives again.
All these people who are so “scared” of Covid are the biggest hypocrites going. They go out constantly to their own activities and yet they couldn’t care less that these kids will miss out on life’s milestones that they can never get back.
And all these injected people are sick because of the injection not some stupid variant.
Well said and I made a terrible error in my initial response.
On the Gateway Pundit site you often get these little quizzes like ‘How well do you know the US Constitution?’. Another one is:”How well Do You Know Amy Coney Barrett?” They need to amend the quiz to include a question like: “When did she sell her soul?”
Right after she took the bench. Book deal.
I simply cannot believe how many supposedly righteous “ leaders “ sell their souls at the first dollar sign.
it’s beyond disgusting.
She’s on the Bench BECAUSE she sold her soul.
