A group of Indiana University students asked the lower courts for help as the university was requiring COVID vaccinations as a condition of returning to school. The federal district court in Indiana and 7th Circuit court refused to block the vaccination mandate while the students sued the school. That lead to the students requesting emergency relief from the United States Supreme Court.

It was Trump that started the war on the virus. He put the full force of government behind the virus. He involved the military. He recommends the jab. He did not challenge an unconstitutional impeachment.
I think you have it backwards. The anti-Trump cabal started the war on President Trump using the virus and the 2nd sham impeachment in tandem. He was forced into a defensive posture from early on, although he did a great job of maintaining a staunch attitude of pressing forward.
I’m not sure what you truly believe President Trump could have done, given the extreme dearth of allies in government and media, to otherwise fight back. Every institution of federal government was aligned against him, seeking his political destruction. Even his White House counsel was quietly undermining him, giving advice that he was obliged to follow.
I should think the revelations that have been made since last year should provide an even clearer picture of the massive conspiracy against the President, and that his choices were increasingly narrow as time passed after the virus was introduced to the public by a very determined and artificially hyperbolic media.

Trump’s batting average on SC Justices was better than any Republican in 40 years, but that’s not saying much. To get a judge who believes in the rule of law and the Constitution, you’d have to start moving beyond law schools. Communists have owned law schools for a couple generations now.

I wonder how much longer most people will hang on to the belief that VSGPDJT was just poorly advised in driving Operation Warp Speed, and that he continues in a deafening silence on vaccine mandates out of political necessity. “He’s just staying away from that topic because he’s running again in 2024” isn’t good enough for me. He needs to step into the debate on this and knock some sense into our “public health” system with the same verve he applies to the stolen election.
I’ve been following and commenting on this site and its previous incarnation for years now. I’ve been a Trump supporter and will continue to be. But—as far as forced vaccinations go—this ‘buck’ has to stop with him. The programs and people behind the medical tyranny were installed by him, or at least tolerated by him while he was in the boss’ chair. Never mind the current occupant of the WH. Of course he’s a criminal, installed (not elected) idiot. And that idiot has installed even worse criminals and idiots.

You make great points. I have given this issue with Trump and Operation Warp speed a lot of thought. I believe that Trump is concerned that if he backs off the vaccine approval he will be crucified. What I wish he would do is explain that he wanted a vaccine primarily to help those at highest risk namely the elderly and those with comorbidities. He NEVER intended for there to be any mandates for anyone.. He believes in freedom of choice. Period.

Of all the working moms I know, they usually cut back or quit on the 3rd child. I do know female lawyers with 6 kids but they took years off and certainly didn’t do the adoption bit. I also know people who have adopted 10 children of various races and disabilities but they were serious Christians and stay at home moms with dads in the home working from home.
There are only so many hours in the day and if you are hiring the work out and taking credit for it well that tells us about you.

Me too; have yet to find the actual ruling; looking to see if it’s a technicality which will enable the students to appeal to the full Supreme Court.
At this point, any doubts (or hopes) about SCOTUS saving us from the scourge of this regime should be put to rest now.
