In February of this year the Wisconsin State Legislative Audit Committee, authorized a review of the 2020 election (link). Today the Committee Chairperson Rep. Janel Brandtjen (R-Menomonee Falls), issued subpoenas for Milwaukee and Brown County (Green Bay).
As noted by the Wisconsin State Journal – “The chairperson of the Assembly committee on elections subpoenaed Milwaukee and Brown counties on Friday for election materials — including ballots and voting machines — to aid in an ongoing committee investigation into the November 2020 presidential election reminiscent of an Arizona-style recount effort.”
Rep. Brandtjen’s goal is a full forensic audit very similar to the one conducted in Arizona (letter below) . OAN has more (Rumble Link):
It seems like it is taking these Republican legislatures far too long to respond to the demands of the citizens within the states. However, that said, at least there is forward progress in Wisconsin.

Sheriff Clarke has been a regular on the John Frederick’s Radio Show for at least two years, probably longer, usually on Wednesdays.
Sheriff Clarke has been saying for quite some time now he was going to achieve the Wisconsin audit, and by george he did it.

I live in Wisconsin, and a couple things to note. First, I have seen absolutely NO signs of support for Faux president Biden, yet signs for President Trump are STILL cropping up every single day. It isn’t like those “leave their Christmas lights up all year long”. These are new signs of support, nine months after the stolen election

My barrages of communication with my State reps about election integrity, and following the lead of Arizona, probably helped out a slight bit too.
I can second this observation.
I see quite a lot of Trump signs and flags out on display whenever I travel around, and I’ve even gotten into political conversations with a few random people while “out and about” and they’ve all ended up being fellow Trump supporters who believe that Biden was installed.
I see that some people have even modified their Trump/Pence signs in a manner which cuts out or covers up the “Pence” portion of it. Good for them!
There’s a number of us Wisconsinites who “get it”. 😉
I too have seen many Trump signs with a large red “X” across Pence. Most people recognize who has their back, and though they may support President Trump, they refuse to blindly support the former VP, understanding that he is a swamp rat.

Brown and Milwaukee Counties seem like two really brilliant choices.
Two large-ish Counties, with a good mix of politics.
The State Legislators DID take quite a while to get on board w/ this.
Seems they were taking a “wait and see what happens in AZ.” kind of scaredy-cat stance.
But! At least they are finally getting some gumption.
I like the choice of counties as well… Milwaukee is an obvious choice, and Brown is a good choice because it is a populous red county and it is home to Green Bay, which was a part of the whole Zuck Bucks deal.
In my emails with State reps, I had suggested that they follow Pennsylvania’s lead and mix it up between red counties and blue counties, and it appears that that’s what we’re getting (a red and a blue).

I just returned from this rally at the Wisconsin State Capitol. A local Talk-Radio host named Vicki McKenna introduced Rep. Janel Brantjen as “having a bigger sack than many of the men around here”!!!
So yes, KUDO’s to Janel. She got a thunderous ovation from the largish crowd. (2000 +/- ? ) Many Audit the Vote signs, many Trump signs waving around as well. She and Rep. RAMTHUN, Timothy (R-Campbellsport) , were as best I know, the ONLY, yes ONLY State Legislators willing to speak. THIS is problem for all of Wisconsin. Reps Ramthun, Brantjen and the keynote Speaker, Retired Sheriff David Clarke, spoke very clearly of the legislative inertia as being more like avoid, look the other way and seek to distract the voters with other stuff.
The problem for them is We The People are not and will not buy into this. There are suggested moves that each county Republican party state clearly that all county organization demand these full cyber/forensic audits…
I personally forwarded to Rep. Brantjen’s office about a week ago, summarizing Petitions asking for these measures and other related ideas. Over 5 days of the Sauk County Fair, we collected 85 signatures asking for a comprehensive Arizona-Style Audit, with more pending.

The reason is staring us all in the face, but its simply too depressing to accept: The Republicans were–if not complicit in the election steal–acquiescent in the election theft. That they are SLOWLY coming around to supporting audit reform is only because of extreme pressure from the grass roots, which potentially threatens their individual campaigns (positions).
All this audit movement is nothing more than kabuki theater–lots and lots of smoke meant to signify fire. Sadly, there is only the feint glow of dying embers.

I hope that Monday’s audit the vote demonstration in Madison is vociferous and spreads like a virus to the citizenry of Wisconsin, to demand this audit commence at once, and hold your politicians accountable. That’s the only way to win this battle without bloodshed. No malarkey, Trump won.

this whole mess in our time is, in my absolute belief, a God thing. The left is Satan. Satan has exposed himself. Now we need to step back and watch God do his work collectively through we the people. We do not need violence or hatred. All we need to do is keep pressing forward and have Faith. These moron leftists have managed to actually get the man bun crowd to stand along side the MAGA crowd to protest all that is wrong with our country today. So, as we all try to figure out what we can do as individuals, just know that people are aligning and God will put all the pieces together exactly when and where they are needed. Communism is a scourge and a perpetual failure. We need to keep having those conversations every chance we get to expose the lie.
Has anyone noticed that after the 2016 election the Dems only pursued the Russian hacking involvement? If they truly believed that was the case why didn’t they ask for an audit to compare vote totals to verified ballots. The reason was almost certaintly was they had rigged the vote prior to the election just as they did in 2020 through electronic manipulation. The problem was they miscalculated the depth of Trump’s support and weren’t ready to make adjustments. They had 4 years to make sure they had fail safe mechanisms if they miscalculated again in 2020 which they did. If they had called for ballot verification in 2016 their manipulation would have been exposed so they went with Russian interference.
The Legislature’s attorneys said in a June memo that only Robin Vos has the power to issue subpoenas. Brandtjen knows this so other than a publicity stunt for her, this is going no where. Vos has his own investigation underway and is going about that in another way. He’s selected retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman as a special counsel and empowered him to hire as many investigators as he wants, with the goal of completing the probe this fall. The selection of Gableman has stirred some controversy as he claimed the election was stolen at a rally for Trump last November.

“Punishment in courts. Inexcusable failure to attend any court of record is a contempt of the court, punishable by a fine not exceeding $200″.
I think they’re just take the $200 fine. Without Vos and the Legislatures’ attorneys behind you, this goes no where.

No, it is not. This is just political posture. Janelle Brandjten doesn’t have the authority to extend election subpoenas. By law only the speaker of the assembly has that authority. This “subpoenas “ are empty paper.
