Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich [Twitter Acct Here] writes a strong letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and Deputy AG Lisa Monaco after their public threats to intervene in state election audits.
While reminding the DOJ about the 10th amendment, Brnovich writes: The DOJ seems “more interested in supporting the hysterical outcries of leftist pundits on cable television, rather than the rule of law.” … “My office is not amused by the DOJ’s posturing and will not tolerate any effort to undermine or interfere with our State Senate’s audit to reassure Arizonans of the accuracy of our elections:
And so it begins, Arizona AG, not playing the DC game. DC deserves no respect.
…its about time!
DC can respect these two middle fingers from the AZ AG.
AG Brnovich to US DOJ;

The Gadsden Flag, always great to see.
DC should be annihilated.
The entire DC area has absolutely no redeeming qualities. With the lack of leadership from the mayor on down, it’s hard to argue against a do over. As for the federal side, not one entity, agency, or office to include the pentagon, is worth keeping. The federal cancer that rules DC, needs to be, excised and destroyed.
Gosh, a really tough letter sent to Washington, DC directed to the Attorney General! I don’t feel like having dessert, this letter really is upsetting and straightforward…
Will the Arizona recount be accurate and true? Seems to me that should be at the top of the list! Letters come and go…
We’ll at least Brnovitch has taken a stand. . .finally. Don’t look a gift horse on the mouth. We need all the support we can get.
It’s a start. But I get the guy’s point that WE need to hold him to it and not allow the Lindsay Scam letter writing repeat.
If he doesn’t hold by it, we’re the new satellite state of the CCP which cannot stand. He has the law on his side, the voters’ side.
Both sides are sizing each other up for the inevitable clash in the near future… strongly-worded letters, statements, etc.
But at least we HAVE a side this time around, it seems.
Mr. Piddles – I agree.
Garland made idiotic comments and he got called out on it.
Next move…..I will not be surprised if Garland says nothing–on camera.
What Garland does next – — ?
Az isn’t going down without a fight. More important than ever..if we back off….the other States may follow and back off too.
Exactly right..
It is quite appropriate given that the DOJ has made implied threats.
Tough intimidation warning begets tough reply. No more needed or proper at this time.
Keeping the powder dry..
GB, great point. And, I don’t think this letter is issued without conversing with other state AGs.
I hear you – I’ve grown skeptical of ‘strongly worded letters’.
Understandably, when they actually inject state sovereignty, 10th amendment and federalism it is cause for hope that Patriots are rising up.
Real question is, was the Maricopa 11/3/20 election fair and accurate? More and more the answer appears to be no!
Nice…….…and great article tonight about Q and the Left’s Alinsky tactics SD. I can’t stop reading it. I guess I’m off topic here but both of these articles are going to crash into one another at some point.
With all due respect, we don’t need people decoding drops or engaging in any non-realistic thinking. Need rock-solid, grounded realists prepared to stand, fight (in whatever arena they choose), and through.
AG Brnovich has guts.
Question is, how long til he’s forced to knuckle under by whatever the deep state can rapidly dig up on him, real or imagined?
As our REAL President has often said….”we’ll see what happens”…
If enough people stand up against these jerks in government and the corporate world, it will become a movement against the fraud and corruption that will be unstoppable.
That’s what it takes. If we had all done that from the very beginning then we wouldn’t be where we are today.
I think there has been so much shock on the R side of the aisle about how truly evil those in power are that it has taken some time to catch our breath and look at it with wide-open eyes. As they say hindsight is 20-20. Let’s stay positive and keep our eyes on the truth and the fight for justice and freedom.
I have also been shocked by how many Republicans side with the deep state, against election integrity and everything else.
I am now convinced that our government is controlled by a criminal organization. The Democratic Party is all in on that. Many in the GOP are as well.
You are so right
AG Brnovich should be using the Arizona DPS Criminal Investigations Division which is equipped to investigate organized crime, terrorism, narcotics and corruption in local government to uncover the Maricopa County election fraud!
Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, was just heard saying he considers him to be a domestic terrorist, and likely Russian Agent, and has directed the DOD to put together a plan to deal with him. He has said that the more the plan resembles the plan to get Osama Bin Laden, the more medals the Joint Chiefs will get for executing it.
Time to kick fascist traitor butt.
What a piece of traitorous schitt. Posse comatitus.
Link please.
I pray that he can keep his wife and two children (do not know their ages) safe!
Ya No. If Brnovitch had done his job in the first place this would not be necessary.
Better late than never, I guess.
Queen Victoria may not have said it, but Brnovich wrote it. Got that, “Barron” Karlan?
Sundance, it would be nice if you could slowdown a bit. I have smoke pouring out of my ears as the gears grind to keep up.
Seriously though…..great job!
On that note I can’t wait for whatever the Project Veritas thread is going to be. Is that tonight too I wonder. Yeah, definitely a hard worker.
Arrest any Fed scumbag that interferes.
Garland will send in the alphabet boys as he just said he would to stop the audit and arrest anyone associated with Q or anyone who is pushing stop the steal or in any way questioning the election. It looks like the Patriots are going to have to make a stand. You are either a Patriot or a traitor. This will separate the wheat from the chaff. Christopher Wray and his alphabet boys better think twice before set foot on Arizona soil. The American spirit will rise up to this atrocity of the Biden administration
After the steal I told my husband it would be up to the states to battle the corrupt and illegitimate Biden Admin.
You are wise.
Austin/Garland HAVE . NO. JURISDICTION.
Arrest hell, meet them with lethal force when they cross the state line! Time to strike fear in their hearts that we are no longer going to sit back. Let the war begin!
As we would say in the Corps,
“Out F*****g Standing!”
The gloves are about to come off.
Patriots love to slap around arrogant bullies.
it’s an American tradition!
Paragraph #4 is Pure Gold.
God bless Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, a competent patriot who understand what the left brings quite well… his own mother had to flee, via legal emigration, the tyranny of Yugoslavian state atheist radical leftist Marxists.
Excellent info, great insight into the man who wrote the letter. Thank you
We need to hold to account our state REPS and Senators.
AG Garland should recuse himself. His job would be gone if Biden would be found to have lost the November election in states where audits will be run, including Arizona. The Democrats know all about how important it is to recuse AGs. Sarcasm intended.
If Garland does not recuse he is protecting the person who appointed him and is obstructing justice.
“What if” . . . Merrick Garland has been a mole, working his way to this top position, realizing all along since a youth that here were people – in Chicago – that really did seem to have their sights set on a future totalitarian state –
and his school project – with other students who participated with him in a seminar – about “their” totalitarian state which they named “Mitto” – from whence they ruled the world with the help of computers “raised his consciousness”
as he met people along the way who were not thinking about school projects but the real deal, thinking it would be a great thing to sweep aside our Constitution and install a Marxist totalitarian government –
perhaps the teacher who set up that seminar was actually trying to give them a unique perspective and awareness of those who would want to override our system of governance, all of our history and our Constitutional protections –
maybe he had a teacher like we had that had us read Ayn Rand whose books warned of the dangers of socialism –
what if the guy is a mole and Obama does not know it?
(yes, I realize, about as likely that Merrick Garland would pull out a set of bagpipes and start blowing)
Yeah, nah. Don’t post rubbish like this please.
What on earth gives you the idea that Garland is a “Trump MAGA mole”? Get off the heavy stuff!
Garland has the classic conflict of interest and should resign once evidence of substantial election fraud is announced especially since Garland continues to investigate the wrongdoing by local election officials!
… hey! You forget the double standard here!
Good letter.
AG Brnovitch, AG Paxton, and Gov Desantis leading the way.
I think there are quite a few state AG’s who are true patriots.
This is the line.
Yes it is. Bannon refers to it as the “Concord Bridge.”
Paragraph IV. Take a look at some articles of secession history and we can see where this ends up if Garland interferes. An AG confidently reminding the Federal govt who gives them their rights, from a place with constitutional carry is not just “unamused.”
Feel the Brn.
Very well worded. I agree that Paragraph 4 is fantastic!
It might be wise to bring out the Arizona National Guard and guard the ballots to prevent a government seizure.
It might be good to do that for the media it would generate. With all eyes watching, it might prevent middle of the night raids like the DOJ has done in the past.
In a weird way… it’s almost better if The Feds went in heavy and seized everything.
‘Cuz they totally expose themselves to The World, and you’d eventually beat them in Court anyway and finish America’s Audit.
I doubt we can take that chance.
Just throwin’ it out there. It’s not practical… indeed, a complicated scenario, to say the least. But I don’t think The Feds have too many good options at this point… if any… to the point where even a seizure and shutdown could just make their position even worse than it would otherwise be.
Given the depths of their corruption, they may have no choice.
Exactly
They are all-in.
And, they are prepared to burn it down to the bitter end.
Starting to make sense why Trump said to bring out the National Guard.
Garland will go to the FBI SAC, who will link up with Sheriff Penzone, and together with DOJ lawyers they will form a strategy based on some imaginative interpretation of State law to shut down the audit.
Penzone is eager to please S0ros of course, but he also has a backlog of 1800 Internal Affairs cases, each taking about 500 days on average to resolve. This situation is being monitored by a Federal judge, and a suspicious person might conclude that the Sheriff has serious corruption issues in his department, and is dragging his feet on getting to them.
He likely will be in on the audit shutdown so that his IA problems suddenly resolve themselves.
If those numbers are correct that is incredible.
500 days to resolve an IA case?
Does that number include adjudication and disciplinary action or just the investigative end?
Where I worked, the vast majority of IA cases were service complaints, which could be investigated in a matter of a week or two.
Final disposition might take 30 to 60 days if the case was founded.
The more serious cases were jumped on quickly.
If our IAB had that kind of a backlog and resolution rate, THEY would be the ones getting investigated.
Never let a crisis go to waste……
“Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich launches bid to unseat Sen. Mark Kelly”
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/arizona-attorney-general-mark-brnovich-launches-bid-unseat-sen-mark-n1270447
So this is a nice little resume stuffer while he’s b-slapping the DOJ.
After that “shot across the bow,” ya better reload double quick, Mr. AG!
And please, can we play offense this time rather than defense?
No one is afraid of Garland and the corrupt DOJ because we saw how they operate for four years. We know their playbook now. The constitution is clear in the states running elections. Let them leak. Let their anonymous sources source. Let them threaten indictments . Let the media construct whatever narratives they want. They cant do anything. When lawfare failed to stop these audits they knew this was trouble for them. Garland is twisting in the wind.
From your mouth to God’s ears.
I hope he has the assets in place to start backing this up as they arrive. And the stones to enforce this. As in numerous paddy wagons in place to round them up as soon as they start making trouble.
Just what assets does an AG have? Or the state senate?
This has been my concern all along. I don’t think for a minute that Ducy would call up the National Guard or State Police.
Garland, what are you ? Biden’s “wingman” ? Mind your own business, stay out of partisan battles, just like any AG that was supposedly a Republican like Sessions and Barr was supposed to.
The cowardly Supreme Court refused to listen to any election fraud cases some say because of the resulting inferno that would come from the Marxist crowd BLM and Antifa. Here we are months later and States have ongoing election audits and other are considering them, all because of election fraud. When this comes to a head and election fraud is exposed do not expect any justice from the highest court in the land.
EXACTLY! Taking this to court is a waste of time!
What’s to take to court?
The AZ Senate decertifies the election, nullifies the electors, The Feds sue AZ… then SCOTUS is free to wipe its ass with The Constitution, ACTIVELY side with the Federal Government, and ACTIVELY flush States’ Rights down the toilet. There ain’t no procedural cop-out in that scenario.
Secession.
Arizona AG you are the man! Carry on. I know in my heart & mind awesome amounts of fraud will be proved in the AZ audit
Boom ? roasted
Tick-Tock the PAIN is coming….just sayin’
Another stern letter …. isn’t that in the Lindsey handbook …. send a stern lette then do nothing?
Let’s see if thre is any follow up……
Truth spoken to meddlesome, communist BS.
He’s told the bullies in DC that he and the State of Arizona will not be intimidated. Good for him. This letter makes it official. The Attorney General has put things on public record. He knows the people of Arizona support him. He also has provided the people evidence they can use to hold the Attorney’s feet to the flame, lest he gets a bit wobbly in the fight later on.
0bama fronted Garland for the SCOTUS as a “moderate”, but the dude’s simply an apparatchik, IMO . . . . . and, having actually spent some time on the bench dealing with real cases and real constitutional issues, isn’t going to be a dumb flunky like Loretta Lynch or a radical activist like Eric “the red” Holder.
My impression is that he’s not going to do what the “progressive” morons running the Biden regime want him to do…just my impression.
YES!!!!!!
Wow Bravo! sort of up-comings!
States are taking control as they should by the Constitution. Ultimately the Constitution wins as well as we the people win. The criminals are panicking and justice will be served. The genie is out of the bottle.
We need a lot more audits, they cannot effectively derail multiple audits across the country, all at once. Particularly if other States also push back. Courage is contagious.
Let justice prevail!
Reminding the Deep State that even in this day and age, its powers are in fact limited. If they try to exceed that which is authorized, they can expect major blowback from an increasingly alerted populace.
What that man lacks in vowels, he makes up for 100x in dignity and wisdom.
Sad state when we are all praising a guy, just for actually doing his job.
I am old enough to remember when that was not a question. Everyone did their job, not for recognition, but because they had enough respect for themselves to do the best job they could.
Ain’t these folks never read the Constitoooshun? They must think we are stooopid or sumthin. Why they is actin like we is plum ignorant and this is some kinda backwater third world shit hole of a country. Where in the hades did these Commie bastards get learned up at? Roosha or chine? Sumptin outta be done. It ant fittin..it just ain’t fittin!
I think we all are going to learn a great deal more about our Constitution and it’s guarantees in the ensuing days and weeks. Hopefully we all takes notes and make sure this ugly specter of evil never raises its godless head again in this land.
From your keyboard to God’s ears. Amen, brother!!!
IRRC He’s changed his tune … for the better!
What kind of physical force can the AG muster? Seriously, love the letter but if/when push comes to shove, the DoJ/FBI have all sorts of armed force at their disposal. Hard to see Arizona preventing the Feds marching in and physically taking control of the site. And there goes the audit. Lawsuits will ensue but that all works in favor of the Feds–drag this out until it reaches the SCOTUS (if they take the case that is) and then await the disappointing result Roberts is sure to hand down. Kinda puts a chill on the GA efforts, too. Bonus points for the Feds!
The feds know the optics of one of their patented gestapo raids wouldn’t favor them right now.
They are in a dilemma . . . . they seized power in a blatant coup that would have made Stalin envious and the only way to maintain that power now is via even more Stalinistic moves.
I really don’t think they’ll push that far at this point. Too many folks are aware and watching.
Perhaps. But I don’t think they give a rat’s azz about the optics. The MSM will provide the cover optics. Might is right and the Feds hold the cards. All those folks aware and watching cannot prevent the Feds strong arming Arizona.
The hard part of the audit, counting and tallying the ballots, is almost over. What are they going to stop?
God Forgives You, to put it politely.
Shot across the bow or direct hit? My take is that Garland may well be Obama’s Jeff Sessions.
So proud of Arizona!
Brnovich is a sleazebag that decided to run for the Senate against M. Kelly. He’s now playing a bit of hardball but Senator Wendy Rogers is the person that told AG Garland not to put a finger on anything to do with our audit or he would be in an AZ Jail. At least so far the McCain democrats in our GOP seem to be shamed into holding together.
Maaaaybe Senator Wendy Rogers’ Statement was the Boot in the Azz that motivated AG Brnovich .
That and his bid against Mark Kelly .. ?
Just thinking out loud here ?
That and his bid against Mark Kelly ..
Correct – he has a political reason to be “seen to do something” (like sending a letter).
What has this feckless AG done for the last 8-9 months since November 3?
NOTHING. Brnobitch is Ducey 2.0.
STAY AWAY.
‘The DOJ seems “more interested in supporting the hysterical outcries of leftist pundits on cable television, rather than the rule of law.’
Well, not exactly – it’s more to keep their high-crimes from becoming irrefutable public knowledge.
My God, how many people deserve prison for this?
We’re going to need a bigger (boat) building!!!
Loved reading this letter! Gives some hope to hear from good people who uphold (def: to prevent from failing or sinking; support) our constitution and put big government back in their place. Thanks for posting!
Like to see that Arizona AG force the governor to put all of the state’s law enforcement officers shoulder to shoulder around the audit location, “a show of force” by the state against the eunuch feds
