It is remarkable how many corporations; and yes, professional sports are corporations first and foremost; are willing to collapse their business model on behalf of wokeism and political ideology. Major League Baseball (MLB) has announced they will not hold the All Star game in Georgia due to the recently passed law ensuring voting integrity.
If we are to follow the progression of this continuum, we will see further division of our nation based on leftist politics. Eventually you get to a situation where the Red State -vs- Blue State issues (Red Region/Blue Region) will break down into liberty and freedom zones (red), and totalitarian control or communal zones (blue).
Exactly as we have been predicting for over a decade.
Screw those overpaid children. Go watch a little league game instead. Mostly free and you get to meet your neighbors.
My grandsons play tomorrow, it has been the highlight this last year. The weather is beautiful in Ponte Vedra this time of year, no mask and the boys are learning to love the game. Life almost feels normal.

Immediately, Fort Worth based “American” Airline and Dallas based Southwest Airline denounced ID requirements and other provisions. This one hurts as baseball still is my favorite sport. Unbelievable that no one in the organization seems to have read and understands the new law. Two items in the law that resonate with me: 1) If for some reason you are dying to vote but have no ID, the state will provide you with one free of charge; 2) THREE WEEKS of early voting. If you are dying to vote yet can’t make it in a 21 day span, it doesn’t matter how much time you’re given.

It would be informative to know all the people that squishy Commissioner Manfred spoke to before this ludicrous decision was made. Was one call from Obama or Hillary or one of Biden’s handlers enough or did the black ball players demand it and so on. With no crowds or a very limited one at the All Star “festivities” this woke tactic is more just for show. It punishes a team owner and hotels etc that had no involvement in the Georgia election Bill.

This legislation, while good, DOES NOT ADDRESS THE MASSIVE FRAUD BY COMPUTER CHEATWARE. Gov. Kemp would never have signed this modest reform if it touched the Computer Fraud.
There were many times on election night when hundreds of thousands of Trump votes were erased or transferred to Biden live on television.
The CheatWare even has a setting that literally allows a Trump voter to be counted as 3/5ths of a person.

Time to start rescinding all those stadium deals that provided city and/or state funding to build their ball parks. I’m pretty sure there was some kind of contract with the city of Atlanta that MLB just broke so if they can break a contract the cities should do the same. Make them pay their own way or relocate to China since they love them so much.
