I am not watching any of this for the same reason so many of you have stated why you are not watching. The key at the end of all this is whether this leads to whether a fraudulent election stands.
If in fact Trump is impeached the fraudulent election will stand. If Trump is not impeached, it is my opinion the fraudulent election will be thrown out the window. It really gets down to whether we are a Communist government or an America Constitutional government.
But to me that’s the issue, why are they impeaching someone who they say isn’t President?
Impeachment is for a sitting President.

VIDEO – the “evidence” that President Trump speech directed “riots” is based on hand shadow puppetry. What is MISSING IS THE DATE TIME (Emphasis: TIME) stamp on these videos. In order to establish causation one must establish without any error the arrow of time. (there is MORE to proving a convincing argument, but one MUST start with this approach FIRST!). Take note, the “producers” of this theater KNOW there exists a time stamp but have INTENTIONALLY REFUSED to show it during this hearing. The simple fact is that the time stamps will PROVE the riot began much earlier than President Trumps ALLEGED incitations.

Second, while the constitution IS clear that the senate shall have the power (exclusive power) TO TRY ALL impeachments, the reality is that these same members are WITNESSES TO AN ALLEGED CRIME. Regarding codified statute, regarded as one of the gold standards recognized by every single court regulation, NO WITNESSES MAY BE JURORS! pay attention to this. (I will not go into other remedies for this obvious conflict, only to note that this violates the legitimacy, credibility and legality of any part of this “trial”. In its present form, until that violation is solved, this proceeding has no authenticity.
Third, members who were present during the “riot” are eyewitnesses, are NOW presented as officers of the prosecution. In other words, similar to the above conflict, this is against every single principle of law regarding that presenters of evidence, those arguing an alleged crime, may not be prosecutors. They may be witnesses, but not prosecutors…they may be witnesses, but not jurors. pay attention to this.
Fourth, impeachment contained in the constitution is crystal clear the president presiding will be the chief justice (scotus). By his refusal to preside AND the fact that the rules have allowed ANOTHER WITNESS (Leahy) to preside in lieu of this primary position is another fraud and a unlawful exercise of the law. Pay attention to this.
Fifth, constitutional “scholars” are important to consider the merits of the allegations of the crime being discussed. But there are two critically important concepts to fully understand…expert witnesses DO NOT TRY CASES. They only provide legal opinion. Further, expert witnesses on scholarly constitutional matters are not experts with regard to proving the actual action and thresholds necessary to meet reasonable doubt. So far, the so called experts have been held up to show the current impeachment is on solid provable grounds to move forward. But these same scholars ARE NOT being called to provide any inspections that a crime is provable. Maybe those experts come next…We call them witnesses. Witnesses are generally not called to be subject matter experts who’s roles are advisory…informative capacities only…at the current stage, the prosecutors are attempting to conflate and regard subject matter constitutional experts ALSO as witnesses and hold them out as advisors that a crime has been committed. pay attention to this.
I will weight in more as this charade move toward it’s predictable finale.
spoiler: The senate WILL NOT impeach President Trump. It will not impeach because these problems are well known. They also understand the peril of allowing this impeachment opens hell’s gates towards anyone and them when they leave “office”. I think the democrats also understand this and will allow this impeachment to die, but use it as another rhetoric political narrative that points to republicans as radicals against the constitution. Never mind, that the entire premise of this impeachment is flawed…on purpose.

The first time Biden used the “chains” comment was while campaigning in Danville, Virginia and he was speaking at a meeting heavily attended by blacks. If I recall, even then he thought he was in another state as he referred to Danville, Va being in North Caroliina as he ended his speech. This was in 2012.

One was held before the constitution was ratified.
The second was an Acquittal — not based on evidence, but based on the decision that they did not have jurisdiction to impeach.

I think the case can be made that the Democrats created the climate that led to the Capitol violence. That it was the Democrats turning a blind eye to the violence, looting, arson, and death that BLM and Antifa caused over the last year. That the Hollywood elite bailing criminals out of jail so they could get back on the streets to continue their violence created a climate where violence was OK. Where arson was OK. Where even death was OK.
Congressional leaders encouraged their supporters to get in the face of Republicans. Republicans were told to leave restaurants, were harassed, were doxed, and were threatened. It even went so far as to put a US Senator in the hospital. And the Democrats remained silent.
