The Constitution, and our Founders NEVER intended to have the massive Federal buerocracy we have today, a creature largely created by, and beholden to the Federal Congress.
And, the “bottom line” is that the Federal governments “power” and authority to dictate to the States is actually severely limited.
As examples, a POTUS proclamation declaring flags be at half staff ONLY applies to FEDERAL PROPERTIES, all others comply as a courtesy.
A FEDERAL mandate on mask wearing ONLY applies to FEDERAL properties.
A FEDERALLY declared moratorium on fracking ONLY applies to Federal lands.
Because the Federal government has no CONSTITUTIONAL authority to extend such orders BEYOND Federal properties, whether by EO or proclamation, OR by legislation.
Other examples of nullity include “Sanctuary cities/States” and Medical and recreational MJ laws.
The Federal government has “stopped short” of actually SUEING States for such open disregard of Federal laws, for a very simple reason; the Federal government would LOSE.
The Federal government instead resorts to THREATENING States with “withholding Federal funds” for non compliance by the States.
Broadly speaking “WE” have supported such threatening, whenwe supported the outcome,. Such as “santuary city/States” (on immigration) or regarding MJ laws, but oppose such threats,when we oppose the Federal overreach, for instance on 2A sanctuary.
As America First, WE need to have a consistent approach of supporting the Constitution and founders vision, and consistently support States rights to nullify and ignore Federal overreach.
Fact is, this is largely a false threat; the Feds have “backed down” from actually withholding significant Federal funding, either for “sanctuary cities” OR MJ laws, because if challenged in Court, again they would LOSE and they KNOW it.
The push for election integrity, at the STATE level, needs to be just the “opening salvo” in a broader effort by our movement to push for a return to Constitutional vision of a “weak” Federal government, with LIMITED powers, and MOST governing going on at the STATE level.
This requires a re-thinking of priorities; for example, many have posted about “WHO will be “our candidate” for POTUS in 2024?” with many suggesting DeSantis, for example.
I submit we need to focus more attention to “WHO will be Govenor next term?” and if Desantis isn’t “term limited”, keep him RIGHT where he is, and putting up more similar candidates for govenor in other States.
LOOK at traditional “turn out”#’s for elections, and you can see exactly where “WE, the People” screwed up;
POTUS elections, 60+% turn out.
Midterm elections? 35-45% turnout.
Mayor/City council and school boards, typically
10% turn out.
Decisions are made by those who show up.
If we WANT a Constitutional form of government, as intended by the Founders, if we WANT limited FEDERAL government, issueing one size fits all mandates, WE, the People need to STRENGTHEN our State governments, both Legislative and Executive, to stand up to and reject Federal overreach.

I withdrew from the republican party after 911 when GW declared islam a “religion” of peace. I have been independent since. I vote for the best or least worst candidate, 99% of the time republican.
I agree with you 100 percent. I find myself sometimes thinking this way when I’m tired. For years and years we said things like this to each other, possibly in the hope that those we elected would wake up. But now we must see the truth. They are awake and have been all along. All this behavior is purposeful.
I also say respectfully that people need to stop using phrases like “the dims hate President Trump” or “their hate causes the dims to do these extreme things.” It is not hate. It is a desire to obtain their goals (power and money) and they will do so at any cost.
I think the reason they went to the mat on this election is they must have money for the failed dim cities (like New York and L.A.). If they didn’t get the money (if President Trump was elected and stopped them), their globalist plans would have been in jeopardy. So please everyone. Stay conscious of the fact that it is not hate that drives them. It is money and power, and our President Trump is the focus of their wrath because he is most effective at blocking their way.

The funny thing is……they can’t really print money that fast. Did you ever try to imagine what it would take to print that much money? Imagine if you will, a machine that could print a $100 dollar bill per second that never shuts down or needs maintenance and runs every single second of every minute of every hour of every single day of the 365 days per year.
In one year you would only have $3,153,600,000 dollars. So you would need 317 of these perfect super speedy machines to get to $1,000,000,000,000 dollars. So we now need 1,902 of these machines to get to 6 trillion dollars.
But wait, there’s so much more involved than that. 1st you have to be able to have enough paper and ink to continuously feed this magic machine. Then you also need to be able to cut the sheets into individual bills, bundle, wrap, stack, load up and deliver said bills at the same speed as the output of the machine.
Much easier to just wave your magic wand, press a computer button, and Presto, the books now say we have 6 Trillion dollars in our account. I only have worn masks to go to the dentist and doctor…no choice if you need to see one.
I have been verbally attacked a couple of times by customers; my tactic is to not look at them at all and keep shopping…they go away eventually.
Here, there are stores I cannot shop in any more, all health food stores, Trader Joes the worst. I do not want to spend my money there any more so who cares.
Some stores have people at the door asking if you want a mask, you do not have to take one and they cannot force you to take one. I’ve started taking one occasioally not to wear but it makes the young employ at the door happy and also I a collecting them in case some day I find a lab that can examine them for contamination and the virus.

You are so right about Trader Joes. I don’t go there but a few times a year, but I did go this past weekend (I had a gift card). I was told before I went in to bring my mask up over my nose to get in (you know, so my glasses can get all fogged up and not only can I not speak, but I can’t see). So I did. And then I let it slip below my nose again so I could see. I was told 3 times inside the store to pull my mask up. Karen #1, #2 and #3…all part of that great Trader Joe’s crew – holding up the captain’s orders. At check out, there was a he/she with more rings/clips in all sorts of places and I thought to myself, “I am so glad I don’t live in the city”. I think there is $2 left on the gift card. I am willing to let it go. So sad. TJ’s used to be great back in the day.

It feels great, doesn’t it? I have been going without a mask as often as I can get away with it. As I explained to one of my kids, it isn’t that wearing a mask is so awful physically (though it is annoying and definitely inhibits breathing), but I go without a mask because someone needs to show others that we don’t have to submit. Yesterday I saw a woman who was at least as old as me, maybe older, and she was going without a mask too. She seemed perfectly carefree as if there wasn’t even a mandate in effect.

I, and many like me, have been at work throughout this plandemic – exposed to much riskier situations than these teachers – who will be among the lowest risk of all – young people – when back in the classrooms.
Then again this morning I had to hear on a morning program about how hard the teachers work and for such low pay! Not for nothing, many teachers, between their pay, the amount of time off they enjoy, and the benefits they receive, are in a much better position than many of us.
And again, this is not a knock on teachers as a whole – I know there are many good ones, but I’m sorry these teachers resisting getting back into the classroom simply have no legs to stand on at this point.

It must be very discouraging to watch your childrens future and abilities be wasted, without being able to prevent their disablement. Simple support for school choice with transferrable tuition (the same amount spent if they were in the bad public school) would almost immediately give parents the ability to have improved education, and fairly quickly also result in competition to improve the now-degraded public schools.
This is yet another area that President Trump championed and tried to get the Swamp Cartel on board to do this – have the money follow the student to the school of choice, or education vouchers – which effectively do the same thing.
With a Dem controlled Congress and presidency, it will never happen – it’s all about control and the DC Cartel is not about to relinquish control.

I’m pretty sure the Senate amendment stated singles earning up to $75,000 and couples earning up to $150,000 are eligible. The house bill had doubled those amounts so the senate amendment would bring it back down in line with the 1st round.
Do you actually mean 0 to 6, $4,600 a year and then $3,000 a year? “4600 k” means the number 4,600 times 1,000. “K” means 1,000. If you’re making 300K, you’re making three hundred thousand dollars.
This is all to get people on board with the Dems Universal Basic Income Plan. So will welfare, snap, and free health care continue in addition to these payments?

The end of the family is already well on its way, with about half of the children now being born to single mothers.
So, the project to end the family is a big success, so far.

You are “privileged” if you were raised in a family, and therefore your opportunities should be restricted, to be fair to those who were not privileged . . . etc
So . . . promote homosexuality . . . promote single motherhood . . . imprison fathers who are unable to pay child support because they lost their job . . . all of this is GOVERNMENT POLICY aimed at ending the family.
There are obvious short term economic gains to ending the family.
These payments to single mothers are part of that overall strategy.
To make more money in the short term, you want a high divorce rate and a high rate of single mothers.
See . . . take this easy example and multiply it up into the general population.
You have a man and a woman. They get married.
Now they share a house, a tv, a stove, a washer, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, a computer; they share books, they share one dining room table.
Now they divorce.
Immediately, a new tv is bought, a new residence is rented or bought, a new vacuum cleaner is needed . . . nothing is shared.
Divorce is GREAT for the short term economy.
This is why homosexuality is being promoted.
It prevents the formation of families, keeps people living alone — and also the divorce rate between homosexuals is much higher than that between heterosexuals.
If tomorrow, every family in the country were to be broken up, the very next week, the explosion in purchases and home construction would begin, and separate purchases would continue until death.
If tomorrow, all the broken families were to reunite, there would be a catastrophic contraction in the economy, as suddenly many items would be shared and houses vacant.
Pro family government policies are BAD for the short term economy, and probably also bad for the long term economy.

I believe there is a very big difference between “Independent” and “No Party Affiliation” or “No Party Preference” so choose carefully.
In some states that may be true but not all. If there is an Independent Party in you state you need to say unaffiliated. In other states they basically mean the same thing.
Why bother to register at all? I’ve never registered for a party – where’s the benefit? I can’t vote in Michigan primaries because they’re closed (also known as another way to badger people for money because you are required to register for a party to vote in a primary).
The benefit is that you can vote in the primaries. A person shouldn’t complain about the candidates, if they don’t participate in the primaries to select them. Even when there aren’t good choices, there are bad choices to vote against.
Primaries are probably at least as important as the generals.

OK, so if a person blows off their rent, month after month, the one and only remedy afforded the landlord………….kicking them to the street..………….is now illegal. On top of that, no matter how large a debt is accrued, even after Covid is a distant memory, the landlord cannot evict them based on the debt. It can stay on the books forever, and the only reason for an eviction would be, for example, if the guy tried to burn the entire complex to the ground. It can’t be about the past-due rent.
So this makes plain that you can’t even get debt collectors to pursue the monies due………………EVER!

I am sympathetic to those thrown out of work, jobs lost, because of the crazy government lockdowns. They should be able to sue the governor(s) and states directly for violation of civil rights under color of law. Only the minimum restrictions of civil rights is permissible in ‘crises”.
