After reading for days and days of which lawyer argued for Path A and which for Path B, I’m driven to say that the only value in discussing lawyers, filings and courts at this point serves to educate an ever widening circle of Americans who are coming to believe that not only do the FBI, CIA, DOJ, CDC need to be eradicated, the discussions emphasize the futility of believing the government can reform itself. What can any court say at this point that would turn DC 180 degrees and install President Trump and get rid of not only worthless agencies, but also a seditious Congress?
Having said that, why is President Trump continuing to push court actions forward? I believe that he fully understands the depth and breadth of the sedition. He is simply building resentment and disgust of the Establishment politicians and Deep State. He is not confident of military support and he is forcing us to take stock of our lack of preparation…strategy, tactics, target list, organization. His understanding of this is probably the biggest reason President Trump urged us to be at a Peace Protest in DC on Jan. 6. He knew that he would see a huge crowd which might give pause to the corrupt force, and he might have seen a much larger group if he had asked us to come armed. He weighed our lack of preparation and decided to give us time to organize something.
I can’t expect the courts will solve anything at this juncture.
How about even being granted serious contemplation? Every one of these branches has nothing but utter contempt for the citizens of the United States and have the attitude of “how dare ANYONE question US!” I don’t understand why push through courts either but then, I’m just a regular “Joe Schmoe” and am not privy to the strategy or thought-process. Some say that all this is to wake more of us up – to let JoeBama show the world their black souls. I still feel like I’m living in an alternate reality.

I think the President continues to push the court actions because that is how one wins by making this continue to be a nation of laws and not emotions. It really is the only path forward and throughout his four years in office that is the one constant in all of President Trump’s actions – he followed the law and stayed true to the responsibilities of the office he held.
Even now, but using the system, forcing the system to work, he is still serving in that important role of making America great again, by making sure that everyone knows, without a doubt, whether we will continue to be a nation of law and order, or not.
His one undeniable talent – forcing others to drop their masks. It’s needed so we can see what if anything is salvageable, in my opinion.

He ran the cleanest administration in decades. When the Democrats and NeverTrumpers would constantly say he was the most corrupt president we’ve ever had it made me laugh. Has there ever been a Chief Executive of this country who was more scrutinized and investigated than our 45th president? They couldn’t find squat so they made it all up, and they know it. You think Biden, Pelosi, McConnell and any of the other Swamp Critters could of withstood the four year scrutiny that Donald Trump had to endure? All of those people would have a mountain of crimes listed to them after a day or two of real investigations.
Not only that, he was the most accessible. No president was more accessible ever!

I think he continues to push the court actions due to the disclosures made with subpoenas and interrogatories. Someone is bound to slip up and the only way anyone will believe anything anymore is through FOIA filings and disclosures… and even then the liberal constituency is too stiff-necked to believe. But at least it’s a matter of public record and hopefully some day… our country will come to its senses and try these people for sedition, racketeering, espionage, and crimes against humanity. Discovery can be a powerful thing.

So, according to federal judges President Trump had no standing to sue over the election count in five states but federal judges ruled that Al Gore had standing to sue over the election count in Florida in 2000. I’m not sure that I follow the logic on this one!

Effective bio weapons target population characteristics to achieve the desired end. That’s hard to accomplish and takes lots of experimentation and a long time to get it just right. The Chinese seem to be far ahead of the US in BIO weapons development. Some (in Taiwan and Australia) believe the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-Cov) which broke out in in the Middle East in 2012 was a deliberate PLA release meant to test their ability to target specific populations. Ditto with the SARS CoV released in 2003 in China itself.

Yes, we did, but we didn’t fight back hard enough and certainly not soon enough. The tactic works, yet we didn’t even boycott the companies that insulted us as “those Trump voters.”
We should have gone after the networks who allowed the late night hosts to tell lies about Trump and about us. We should have cost them their jobs. We have to adopt tactics that make examples of people as the LEFT has done.
We should have done what we could to force shareholders to fire the heads of the companies. We should have picketed. We should have shouted them down. We should have told every damn pol who took money from them that their political careers would end with the next election. We didn’t.
I think millions are ready to do such things, to fight back, dirty if need be, and give the left and their sympathizers some of their own medicine. They must be looking at each other and laughing, “What wimps.”
We’re not wimps but have been lazy. We do need youth on our side as youth are those with time and energy to carry out plans made by those wiser than they.
We need young college students, people in their 20s.
Youth love protests, as we know. Give them the, “You can’t tell me how and what to think” and they’ll back you up. There are millions of kids who are sick of sitting silently in their idiot professors’ classrooms, learning nothing, and being lectured to by old men who dream of Karl Marx. Keep telling them that ELITES are not going to let them have American lives that their grandparents had.

Pentagon Orders ‘Stand-Down’ to Address Extremism in the Ranks
The order from Secretary of Defense Austin comes as the military struggles with what it knows about troops who have extremist ideologies – and to make up for what it doesn’t.
Defense Secretary Llyod Austin on Wednesday ordered a military-wide “stand down” to address the kind of extremism within the ranks that was thrust into the public view on Jan. 6 when supporters of President Donald Trump – including some active-duty war veterans – forcefully stormed the U.S. Capitol.
The dearth of details about the stand-down highlights the apparent lack of understanding overall on the issue of extremism among military leaders. Pentagon spokesman John Kirby on Wednesday afternoon told reporters that commanders would have 60 days to schedule events for “needed discussions” about extremism.
Kirby did not say what specific information, if any, Austin hoped to glean from the events. They come at a time the military itself is struggling to understand the extent to which those who may have extremist views serve, or what “extremism” itself may mean – whether belonging to a racist or violent ideological group such as the Proud Boys, having been recruited by a foreign terrorist organization or merely believing the widespread and debunked conspiracy theories like those espoused by the QAnon movement.
Austin, the first Black secretary of defense, during his confirmation hearing this month highlighted the threat and its effect on the military’s ability to protect Americans from foreign foes.
“We can’t do that if some of those enemies lie within our own ranks,” he said.
The military has previously issued stand-down orders to address endemic and sweeping problems throughout the force, such as sexual assault, suicide or racism. They usually take place over a period of time to allow commanders to schedule events without interfering with the unit’s readiness to wage war.
Such an order from the secretary achieves the recognition that the Defense Department has identified the issue as a serious problem and generally take the form of some highly visible event, such as a base-wide run led by senior officers or a day off for lower-level leaders to hold barbecues or other gatherings and discuss the issue with their troops. However, commanders who have previously worked through them tell U.S. News privately these events generally have little substance, particularly as career leaders seeking promotions may not want to admit a problem exists within their units. And the issues often remain under-addressed in the long-run once they have faded from public attention, as suicide and sexual assault have.
Kirby also acknowledged Wednesday that the military is still working to define and comprehend the scope of the problem before it begins to work to address it.
“We don’t know how we’re going to go after this,” he said.
“The sixth of January was a wake-up call for this specific problem. It’s not as if it hasn’t been studied and reviewed in the past,” Kirby said. “The problem is that it’s still a problem. And for all the focus that has gone on in the past … Jan. 6 brought it into stark relief.”
The Pentagon has released very little data about the extent to which it understands the effect of hate groups within the ranks. A 2020 survey conducted by The Military Times estimated that more than one-third of all active duty troops and more than half of minority service members themselves observed acts of white nationalism or other forms of racism among their fellow troops.
“The number of extremists in the military has increased due to a higher percentage of white supremacists attempting to join the military and the development of white supremacist leanings among some currently-serving personnel,” Mark Pitcavage, who specializes in analyzing far-right groups with the Anti-Defamation League, told the House Armed Services Committee last year. He later told Politico the military’s ability to detect extremist elements is “haphazard” at best.

I even surprised myself in my tone. I went livid in 5 seconds and it felt good. Caller claimed it was a recorded line so I unloaded. I told them to rot for not backing our President Trump and stop lying. Everyone knew they were C of C and China boot lickers. Everyone knew they back stabbed President Trump and were scared of demented Pelosi. Everybody knew how corrupt they were and did not write the bills but sold them and were paid to pass them. I ended with they’d never get a penny or a vote again. Never!

AOC wasn’t even in the Capitol building where all the action was going down. If she was in her office, she was in the Cannon Building which is nearby, but a different building. But of course, many didn’t get the logistics and just assumed that she was in the Capitol building.
AOC’s building appears to have been briefly evacuated during the day as police checked on a nearby suspicious package that was later cleared.
So her “near-death experience” was an overreaction to a Capitol Police officer knocking on her door to direct her to another building, the Longworth Building, where she then stayed in the office of Rep. Katie Porter (D-CA).

Because the Senate “trial” is an extra-constitutional exhibition, it has no authority or binding power. Trump as reality TV show celebrity, with neither constraints, nor fears of the outcome, will be free to present his case in any manner, form, or construct that he chooses — having no downside consequences.
Even the malleable SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts knows the Senate trial is illegitimate, a farce, and will not participate as presiding judge.
Trump himself will have at least three hours – with or sans counsel — to puff-off feather dust claims that he incited a riot on January 6th, but more important, present all of the material that formed his opinion about the lack of election integrity — most notably the exhaustive presentations by Peter Navarro — covering ballot fraud, numerous ballot process irregularities, and violations or rewrites of state legislature-enacted election laws by officials without sanction from legislatures, obviously unconstitutional at both the state and federal levels.
And so, Trump is playing with “house” money. It doesn’t matter if he infuriates RINO senators who abandon their earlier position that a former president can be neither impeached by the House nor tried by the Senate. A “conviction” will be a meaningless resolution, in the form of the “sense of the Senate.” Trump can walk away with tens of millions of followers and future voters in tow, with Democrats’ veins a-bursting, and RINO hair afire.
Trump will enjoy an entertaining day — or days — on the floor of the US Senate, knowing he can vindicate those tens of millions of loyal voters who are deeply skeptical of Biden’s legitimacy, set the stage for a dramatic shadow presidency, or lay down the pavers for another march towards the White House in 2024.

Any Senate repub voting to convict Trump might want to think about what happens to them if he gets convicted. It will go to the SC and the SC will rule it as unconstitutional.
