According to Patrick Byrne at DeepCapture.com, Sidney Powell, General Flynn and he, leading a team of computer analysts, lawyers, etc., put together all the evidence needed by President Trump to invoke that “foreign interference in elections” Executive Order, call in the national guard to seize the handful of county voting records that are in dispute, conduct a recount or even a revote in those counties, and get it all done before January 20. For reasons that aren’t clear, Rudy (I don’t know how the internet works and am too old to learn) blocked them, made alliance with all those around the President who just wanted him out.
That was the opportunity to take on the Deep State, with Military Intelligence revealing the corrupt lying that came out from our national security agencies about the “most secure election in history.” A further step that occurred to me would have been for President Trump to find some highly regarded former AG, Solicitor General, retired judge, or the like, to join the team and write an independent legal opinion that the evidence in the package established probable cause for the President to invoke the EO.
Then the audit, and revote, would’ve either over-turned the election, or, if not, confirmed the result. That was the plan, but it suffered from the “s***show” nature of the Rudy-led effort, and the White House staff, generally.
Now, that evidence – so compiled and documented – needs to be published widely. It needs to be taken by those dissatisfied with the Dem/Deep State takeover to every local and state political gathering using Dominion, vote harvesting, and other election-stealing aids, and all those in authority at those levels need to be put to a Litmus test. Are they going to work to restore integrity in our election process? If not, they need to be challenged in their leadership roles, primaried, and removed. New lawsuits need to be filed in every jurisdiction where election corruption reigns to attack the means of that corruption, and those who manipulate them.
Sidney needs to be supported in her ongoing litigation efforts, and in defending the billion dollar suit brought against her by Dominion, which likely will draw a Deep State judge. To the maximum extent possible, she needs to use the discovery rules in that lawsuit to preserve and expose all evidence within Dominion.
I’m willing to participate in California, where the recall Newsom movement provides a great opportunity to reverse direction. I think a Republican candidate to replace him should
1) team with a Secretary of State candidate with impeccable integrity to restore transparent and non-corrupt elections,
2) enlist the brilliance of Thomas Sowell and Victor Davis Hanson, to articulate the philosophical bases for halting and reversing the “Progressive” movement, an ill-disguised march to Marxism, away from identity politics toward equal justice and opportunity for all under the law, away from political correctness and propaganda back to free speech, free press, and the marketplace for ideas
3) propose a major program to use technology to reduce state and local government workforces by half,
4) propose breaking up the University of California into 11 separate universities, each with its own governing board, to discard the top-heavy and bureaucratic “Regents of the University of California and its Office of the President.” Let them compete for excellence, along with an initiative to identify and disable the Marxist activists, foreign and domestic, fouling the impressionable minds of our youth,
5) help ICE secure our borders, stop the unregulated inflow of illegal immigrants, work to protect all jobs in California for California’s citizens, instead of the existing policies that favor foreigners, legal and illegal, with focus on building job and entrepreneurial opportunities within our historically underemployed
5) transform our policies toward the homeless from coddling with needle exchanges and free housing in luxury hotels, and elaborate and expensive and corrupt “low-income [high victimization stigma] housing projects,” to forced transport out of the cities, through detox and rehab programs, into job training programs in rural programs that include agriculture, animal husbandry, food production, construction, clothing and furniture making, machinery repair and maintenance, along with positive team sports and hobby activities to help build positive social relationships.
6) make a major focus on eliminating gangs, especially those that have foreign ties and engage in human trafficking
7) force tech companies that collect and sell our data to pay our citizens some percentage of the revenue generated from such sale, or else offer a paid version of their services in which our data is never used by anyone for anything

It does seem like something is going to happen. Biden cannot run the country. The dems ran us into a wuflu crisis to get rid of President Trump and they cannot fix it. We need Trump and his team, but will the grown ups ever admit it?
With respect, I think Trump is talking about working on cleaning up elections, and that is where our energy should be going, not into sideshows about let’s go backward.
All energy has to focus one place and it is not to turn the clock back to different decisions that might have been made, and not into revolutions and watering the tree of Liberty etc.
No more than the Deep State, can anyone gather forces to achieve change without PDJT. This is just dragging people away to a side battle that he has not chosen.
If we scatter into exciting juicy side shows, then we will not do what we have to do, which is win 2022, and in the march toward it, show that we are undertaking a reasonable approach likely to succeed.

We have not understood, I think that POTUS felt that Rudy was the only true friend who had enough integrity to stick with him and he would NOT throw away Rudy’s counsel. I do think that alcohol or not, Rudy understood political realities better than Byrne or Sidney even though the latter had met reality in the face many times.
It’s really easy for Byrne to say they just needed 6 states to undergo this evaluation. It’s easy for him to say US Marshals and National Guard, if necessary would be ordered by POTUS to do this.
Sounds reasonable until you realize how the media would have portrayed it. The pounding, the likely riots in the streets because the Dems would have ordered BLM AND Antifa and then they could have blamed all that on “the narcissist who wouldn’t give up power” and so on and so on.
Because you KNOW the Dems, Big Tech, the Intel community, the DS altogether would not have stood by as it was PROVED to Americans and to the world that they had stolen the election.

All the rhetoric, this might happen, this might not happen doesn’t matter. There was a stolen election and it needs to be addressed; one way or another. Open one door and try to go through; if that doesn’t work, open another one; if that doesn’t work throw a chair through a window and climb down the balcony. You may be correct re: the US Military’s refusal to obey the C-in-C… but that act is also mutiny.
The oath the US military takes is to protect & defend the US Constitution. Overwhelming evidence exists to PROVE to the US Military that the 2020 election was severely corrupted and that it is LIKELY that PDJT won, not Biden.
Therefore, for the US Military to refuse to obey the C-in-C, President Trump,… is effectively…. sedition. They are deliberately refusing to OBEY the OATH they took to protect & defend the US Constitution and “We the People’s” right to fair and honest elections which is fundamental/core to protecting the COTUS.

Do you believe that Gen. Flynn is believable? Flynn, on twitter, encouraged everyone who followed him to read the Byrne piece. He was there with Byrne and Sidney as they witnessed what happened in the WH. Flynn did not take issue with one thing Bryne said.
Rudy did NOT forsake POTUS. He simply didn’t think the other way would work and yeah, I DO believe he was getting sloshed and working18 hour days. The man flew all over the place but we all noticed at that one presser where the hair dye was pouring off his hair that he was TIRED.
Both can be right. Rudy, tired sloshed and all, could have been perfectly right that going the way Sidney and Byrne wanted was all wrong because 1) the Dems would write the narrative and it would be bad for the country and 2) A “defeated” Potus’ legacy would forever be tarnished and 4) POTUS would be left with NO political capital, something he DOES have right now.
OTOH, Byrne and Sidney felt Rudy’s way had little to no chance and that they had the goods and felt people would indeed listen.
My opinion: 1)The Dems are the masters of lies. 2)The media is the master of spreading the lies. 3) Big Tech doesn’t allow our side to be told.

I spent 4 years defending the President b/c I believed there was a Trump Sting Op in operation these 4 years… because… all the things you list above are true and inexplicable. It WAS an absurd and exhausting “sh*t show”– and none of it needed to occur … so I viewed “the sh*t show” as a necessary part of a larger strategy … intended to draw out of hiding… the corrupt DS operatives. THEY must be CONFIDENT they are winning in order for them to come out of the darkness and expose/indict themselves.
In addition, Trump was masterful on both the international front and domestic/economic front… so the absurd, practically deliberate, incompetence on the home front was inconsistent.
ALL that was needed was for PDJT to MERELY close the deal:
(1) INDICT/bring to justice those CAUGHT in their crimes (plenty of evidence) … and Trump told us we could trust Barr. THAT is why we trusted him.

Look how Military Leadership blew a gasket at the suggestion of using the Military to quell the riots over the summer -including the riots that were dangerously close to the White House. Actually, having lived in New York during the Giuliani years, I find Byrne’s account detailed and credible – and sad. When Rudy was named to lead the charge, my wife and I looked at each other and said, geez, there goes the President’s legal effort. According to Byrne, Giuliani was not receptive to any election fraud arguments, preferring instead to bring cases on grounds of administrative procedure; this appeared to be the key problem between him and Sydney Powell.
Byrne’s account of the way he, Flynn, and Powell all but tricked their way into the oval office is entertaining, frustrating, and disappointing. He treats Trump with sympathy, and although he opposed Trump in ‘16, his estimation of the President grew over time. His articles on Deepcapture.com are worth the read.

intriguing account by Byrne… and before rushing to judgement here maybe better to wait for other accounts or facts to unfold but for now i will say this.
Rudy NEVER inspired much confidence during any of his press briefings, court appearances or his podcast. he was very hard to listen to and often his rambling arguments sounded very disjointed and incoherent so maybe there is some truth to those 8 SHOTS OF WHISKEY the night before one of the BIGGEST court appearances in our republics history with our democracy hanging on the line

How is Byrne credible? He previously claimed he bribed Clinton for the FBI, then he voted for her? His stories seem like just that, stories.
Well, I didnt intent my comments as a full-fledged defense of Byrne. But I consider it unlikely that he’d fabricate an account of a meeting attended by Powell, Flynn, and Trump (and others, in and out). To my knowledge, neither Powell nor Flynn have contradicted Byrne’s account – which they could easily do.
Byrne is actually kinder to Rudy than I’d have been, but Trump (apparently) insisted on Rudy’s involvement. I mightve cast my lot with Powell, but it’s impossible to sit here in my chair in Georgia and know all the facts.
Rudy was NOT secretive about his plan. In conversations he had with Bannon on War Room he explained WHY proving fraud through the courts would be impossible.
I wish I could list his every reason but I think the first was that time wouldn’t allow it. They could be stalled forever.
I’m not so sure Rudy was in with the traitors, it looks to be total incompetence and negligence by intoxication. But there is more to the story we haven’t seen yet.
I didn’t see Mr. Byrne saying Rudy got in the way. Rudy had to be convinced but when they left the whitehouse they were all in agreement including Sidney being appointed special council. Something else happened by the next morning no one is talking about. I strongly suspect that WH lawyer that objected all the way during the meeting. He is deep state.

Rudy aside, Cipplione and Meadows (and many others) were giving PDJT bad advise, encouraging him to concede, etc.
Donald Trump came to his senses. He realized that the Dems, DS, Big Tech, Media would spin his orders as that of a tyrant. He would lose his reputation and any political capital he’d leave office with.
Patrick writes like the narcissist that he is. Something isn’t quite right with his stories. Claims the FBI had him screw Maria Buttina (Russian Spy) and then he framed Hillary Clinton with an 18 million dollar bribe? Really, you buy that hook, line, and sinker? Now he’s back to save the world, smarter than Mitch Rapp and wielding a dolphin squad?
I have loved “America’s Mayor” since he cleaned up NYC and was a far better leader during 9/11 than Bush. No matter who you are, you have to see Rudy isn’t who he was. Rudy’s really missed a few beats and his performance at times was clownish, lending an air of illegitimacy to the whole process. A few points I will agree with, Rudy took umbrage with Sidney Powell, why we don’t know. Maybe he thought he too could be the hero of this story. Everyone recognizes General Flynn has creds. Sadly Pence took him out really early in the game.
My main thoughts are always,… What did Hillary Clinton mean when she said if they didn’t fix the election they would hang from nooses? Was Trump unable to find out, or does he and Pompeo have the goods? For me it’s really that basic.

I agree with you that the reasons Rudy blocked Powell are “not yet clear” . the only hypothesis I have is that Powell upset some important GOP politicians when she implicated them in the dominion corruption, and she suffered backlash. –also it was noted by other attorneys e.g. Barnes, that Rudy did not want to share the limelight with any other attorneys ,so maybe that was the problem. I think it is too bad that Rudy and Powell did not work together and now that they both are being sued by Dominion it is time they joined forces in my opinion. Rudy’s uncovering of the evidence was invaluable and should be respected and combined with Sydney’s work.
Rudy will take you into the weeds so fast. Just watch any of his press conferences about the steal. Start with just a few minutes of one and then watch a few minutes of Sidney at a press conference, on target and lightning fast with a complete command of the facts.
From Byrne’s account, I believe that Rudy, as a consummate trial lawyer, but non-computer geek, could never understand how he was going to prove anything in court, other than things like “dead men voted.” He couldn’t see himself making a case of remote access, vote swaps, and foreign interference that he couldn’t understand himself. What he didn’t see was that maybe some other lawyer could make him and a court and the whole world understand.
Rudy did gather important evidence, and so did Sidney and so did Phill Kline and Mike Lindell and peter Navarro and many others. They need to stop competing and join forces in my opinion . Each have some strengths and weaknesses.

POTUS will only know what happened from his perspective. His second term was stolen and the DOJ is against him and the Supremes are against him. When every one looks for a scapegoat and we try to blame each other and Rudy all we do is divide further.
There is no freedom of speech. DC looks like East Berlin yet the Congress, the supreme court the WH are trying to lure him into DC. Holding out hope to him that he will finally be able to show how he was robbed of his second term will get him into DC but they can never allow him to present any evidence of a stolen election. I am really afraid they will arrest him or he’ll disappear into those tunnels.
Looking back, it was obvious the Congress was ready to impeach and convict him within a few days should he invoked anything involving military. The military would have disobeyed his order and the Congress would have impeached/convicted him within a week if not sooner, and Pence would have been sworn in as President within days, thus nullified his order. Perhaps his only armed support would have come from militia, that were highly uncertain and would have resulted in armed conflict even with the best scenario. His option was few to none in terms of getting military involved.
I have no doubt the deep state was well prepared to counter PDJT’s every move when they decided to go for the steal openly.

The concept is you allow the person (or group or class of voters)to vote, so no disenfranchisement, but by HOW you COUNT their votes, subsequently has the effect of nullifying, or reducing the value or impact of THEIR vote, on the outcome in relation to OTHER votes.
Again, this had to do with redistricting, and whether by dividing a “black district” in 1/2, and putting each 1/2 with 2 much larger “white” districts, the black voters votes were ‘watered down’ hence the term “dissolution”.

Standing is another construct of the courts which on the face is nonsensical because why does a person or group have to be damaged before bringing action if the potential for damage is obvious. I also wonder why the Plaintiffs requested all ballots in questionable categories to be categorized as invalid. That does seem like overreach in my opinion. Could the argument by plaintiffs have been better written?

In answer to your question, and maybe addressing why the enemies effort was not to have the cases heard at all;
Election law is a seperate category unto itself, and one of the key ways is this;
BURDEN OF PROOF;
In criminal law, the one making the accusation (prosecution) has the burden of proof.
In Civil law, likewise the plaintiff; the one making the accusation and claiming harm, has the burden of proof.
However, in ELECTION law, it seems reversed;
Court precedent is that it is NOT the one making the accusation that certain ballots are fraudulent, illegitimate or illegal.
It is the party arguing that the ballots that are legitimate, that has the burden of proof.
Seems bass aqwards, but it is deemed that it is in the public interest that ONLY legitimate, lawful ballots be counted, and that IF the ballots ARE legitimate, lawful and legal, it should be easy to prove.
Hence, if the other side can not prove, in court that the ballots ARE Legitimate, lawful ballots, they get tossed.
I think this MAY have been a source for some of the overconfidence of Rudy and the legal team;
They simply couldn’t fathom that the Court system was “in on it” and would block any hearing of the case, thereby relieving the “other side” of any burden of proof, while media spun it that PDJT’s legal team had failed to meet a nonexistent burden of proof.

On the face of it, it’s an absolute farce; Trump cannot be subject to a process the sole purpose of which is to remove him from an elected office that he no longer occupies. If one needs to go beyond that, the “charges” against him are completely baseless, without merit, and defy the timeline of events that occurred on Black Wednesday, January 6th.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Wednesday requested the dismissal of its Trump-era case against Yale University that accused the school of admissions discrimination against white and Asian Americans.
Prosecutors submitted a notice to drop the case in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, saying the government’s dismissal was “voluntary.”
The lawsuit, which was filed in October after a two-year investigation, argued that the Ivy League university had violated federal civil rights law for “at least 50 years” by using admissions practices that favored Black and Hispanic students.
The DOJ had asserted that Asian Americans and white students were one-eighth and one-fourth as likely to be accepted, respectively, when compared to Black applicants.
The legal battle represented one of the Trump administration’s moves to challenge affirmative action programs aimed at increasing diversity on campus, which some conservatives consider unfair and illegal.
Yale, which staunchly defended its admission practices, praised the DOJ’s decision to drop the case in a statement, saying it was “gratified” by the decision.

The approach is to have MTG’s committee assignments revoked. Assigments of Republican congresspersons is a function of the Minority Leader. If Kevin wants her off the 2 committees, he can easily do so. One of her committee assignments is to the education committee. Losing all committee assigments weakens a congressional districts representation in congress.
The Democrats got rid of Steve King by getting his committee assignments revoked. In the process, he was thoroughly demonized. His constituents were exposed to the drama on the 6 o’clock news. When his next election rolled around, he was out. I did not follow that story much at all. He knew or should have known that there was a political target on his back. He had signed the letter asking for Huma Abedin to be investigated for her radical islamic connections. His even greater sin was that he was the one who dared to speak against Senator BH Obama’s boondoggle called Pigford Farms.

Not one time, not even once, was there mention that MTG has entered articles of impeachment against Joe Biden for his corruption using his office. She is low-hanging fruit for any totalitarians who wish to subvert the processes in the House and make Republican congressmen and leaders beholden to the control of Democrats. Going after her for what she has said or “liked” on social media is a way to go after unapproved speech. She apparently is a Qanon follower to some extent or other and detects a conspiracy behind every bush. That makes her all the more useful to the people who desire to control speech they do not like. Some of what was said came close to accusing her of domestic terrorism.

My wife, my son, and I were near the spot where this was recorded (the area between the Ellipse and the Washington Monument). When you watch this, note that this is basically the “overflow” crowd that couldn’t fit into the 52-acre Ellipse area.
There were huge jumbotrons way, way in front of us – between us and the President – but we were so far away, you still couldn’t hear him. That’s why the crowd was shouting at the end, “Turn it up! Turn it up!”
