A Question presented:
“Why do you think Trump didn’t do much in the last three months including declassifying stuff?“
The answer is simple, yet politically complex. President Trump’s cabinet, specifically those cabinet members feeling a greater responsibility to protect their institutions, would not comply with any executive office requests to declassify material.
This is the dynamic of being an outsider inside a corrupt political machine. The office of the president needs loyalty to the agenda from cabinet members and top operational support. If a compromised person(s) is/are put into high-level position to block or control the outcomes, they will impede any sunlight that will hurt their objective.
Look behind the man. Look behind the office of the presidency. Look at who was making the recommendations to POTUS Trump for cabinet level hires in his administration. Look there and we discover the people aligned with the DeceptiCon agenda.
The institutions belong to US All, not to the hidden agenda. Traitors. All of them
No, not really, Mikd. You are expressing an asperation, at direct variance with reality.
Look at it like this; the FIRST responsibilty of the government, is to protect the American people, right?
It is said often enough, But, the way the buerocracy sees it is, if the buerocracy can’t function, it certainly can’t protect the people.
So, the way they rationalise it is, their TRUE first priority, is th protect the buerocracy,….so that they can protect the people. And, gradually that last part gets eroded, as protect the buerocracu becomes the prime directive.
Those IN THERE, think this way, and contemptuously label as “boy scouts” any who place the Constitution, honor and duty above personal aggrandisement.
The buerocracy exists to serve itself, and those within it, that is all.
You’ve met my daughter?
Respectfully disagree.
The ONLY responsibility of government is to Protect the Natural Rights of the people.
People can protect the themselves and their property.
The current overreach of our government(s) (local/State/Federal) is due, in large part, to the misconception that “they” are to protect us. Which has allowed them to chip away at our Natural Rights in exchange for security.
But the scotus has said in multiple rulings that the population has no duty to protect us.
Police not population
You are not wrong, but Dutch is not disagreeing with the theory.
He is saying essentially that quoting the design document does not address the reality of how the machine is actually being operated today.
Good try.
The State Department employees that edited President Trump’s online biography to falsely state that his term of presidency ended many days earlier, have still not been caught.
President Trump was unable to succesfully declassify many things because we have many rogue federal employees in the Executive Branch.
Actually, the “rogue” employees are the ones who properly carry out their duties and serve the American people.
Really? Clearly, these entrenched govt employees … disagreed with the “America First” agenda of PDJT… who was elected by the American People to implement THAT agenda…. so these unelected bureaucrats are really quite arrogant to presume to refuse to do their jobs.
They are not serving the American people; they are RULING the American people … and that is … dictatorship.
Woops… I think I may have misunderstood what you said?
Maybe u were actually saying that the bureaucrats who obeyed PT’s directives… are the good govt employees who do their job as they r supposed to… but these good employees are viewed as “rogue” by the majority of pompous bureacrats who think rule us and this have a right to disobey the POTUS?
Precisely.
See, for example, Going Rogue: An American Life by Sarah Palin.
Spirit of the word comes to mind. Normally, a rogue person has evil intent. Sarah went rogue on her own..against the establishment with good intent. . It’s more of a play on words here and she owned it. FTR, I read the book in a day and a half. Couldn’t put it down.
Thought of a better way to put it. She went rogue against the evil, and owned the word.
Nail on head.!
Unelected “entrenched” govt employees are merely a SYMPTOM of the root problem:
The FACT that 99% of these unelected “entrenched” govt workers are parts of agencies/departments/bureaus that are NOT ENUMERATED POWERS in the Constitution IS the real problem.
Repeal/destroy these unlawful agencies/departments/bureaus and it ALL goes away…that being…the waste, regulations, budgets, corruption, special interest and so on.
Actually the entrenched government “workers” (the only work they do is undermining and obstructing justice) are a major part of the problem. They are merely clones of the DemoCommunist leaders who “inspire” them.
See Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Here is a snippet from Wikipedia’s review of the story:
“Lucas has noted that Palpatine’s rise to power is similar to that of Adolf Hitler in Nazi Germany; as Chancellor of Germany, the latter was granted “emergency powers”, as is Palpatine. Lucas has also said that one of the primary influences for the political backdrop behind the Clone Wars, and all of Star Wars, was the Vietnam War and Watergate scandal era, when leaders embraced corruption for what they thought was the best course of action. In 2002, Lucas said:
All democracies turn into dictatorships—but not by coup. The people give their democracy to a dictator, whether it’s Julius Caesar or Napoleon or Adolf Hitler. Ultimately, the general population goes along with the idea. What kinds of things push people and institutions in this direction? That’s the issue I’ve been exploring: how did the Republic turn into the Empire? … How does a good person go bad, and how does a democracy become a dictatorship?
Uncanny how easily that describes the DemoCommunists today.
You mean like; Strock, Page, Wolfe, Gray, etc….
Nope. Like General Flynn, Admiral Rogers. et al. Anyone who stands against the deep state is considered a “rogue”. Just as those who attend Trump rallies are “domestic terrorists”.
Lying to the people about the head of state’s term of office is not serving them. It is an appalling dereliction of duty.
I write as one with almost four decades in the military and the civil service in Canada.
You mean the SES?
Caught for what, being honest?
How were they being honest? The American people have an absolute right to the information except w/i margins specified in law. The President has ultimate & absolute authority to decide what can be released. Trump’s mistake was not firing for insubordination from day one. And, then not to keep firing until he found staff who would follow his orders. He did no one any favors by letting anyone be insubordinate. In the end, even the military (Milly) & DOD (Esper) appeared to refuse his commands. Compare their immediate response post Trump. Trump delegated then whined when it didn’t get done. Wrong approach.
Trump should’ve held a midnight massacre the moment he took office, and then again when the scope of what happened was becoming revealed. But he didn’t….
It’s so easy to say what someone should have done in hindsight.
He just wanted to get to work for Americans and was stunningly successful despite being handcuffed and in a box for his entire presidency.
Refusing to obey, because one knows one is protected by other corrupt actors in the chain of command, is precisely what many suspected was happening.
It is why there was no declaration of martial law or anything else similar: President Trump either sensed or knew that his orders would not be obeyed.
Avoiding the humiliation of such a showdown, he stayed silent, so that – possibly – he could retrench.
We need to use this same Art of Refusal now against the Biden Regime!!!
President Trump attended military school. He knows the first rule that all officers learn: NEVER GIVE AN ORDER THAT WILL NOT BE OBEYED. By the time he needed to do this stuff, he knew that he had little or no power to enforce his will because the bureaucracy could, and would, just stonewall him for the time he had left.
I was hoping what is left of the Nation Guard in DC might do the ‘Art of Refusal’.
The question I have is what it is the National Guard are still there?
To protect the police state now that it has been exposed?
This country needs regime change.
Ausonius- you are 100% correct. At the time after the ill fated election on November 3rd, we all had our hopes up that our President Trump would either
As time passed and none of these things happened, it became clear to many of us that the problem was simply that the military or other personnel involved would not obey the President’s orders.
That being said, I have read Patrick Byrne’s account of those days and the plan that was hatched by him, Sidney Powell and General Flynn to contest the election. (if you or anyone else wants a link, let me know and I will find it). The plan sounded great to me, very do-able.
They even got as far as being able to have a meeting with President Trump and he supposedly agreed to proceed as they had suggested. According to Patrick Byrne, their plan was scuttled by some insiders who were supposedly on his “team.”
Very disturbing saga retold by PB but as things worked out, I think he was telling the truth about what happened.
Link to Patrick Byrne’s account.
https://www.deepcapture.com/
Thanks for the link!
Amen! I will spread the news.
I tended to agree with that Seneca. But at the time PB was publicizing his “eyewitness account”, our blog host was not too subtle with his distrust of Byrne and possible “other agendas” being played out through PB’s versus others’ accounts of that consequential WH meeting.
I very much respect our host’s tireless and lengthy research on background of the many players in the Swamp, and I was not then and am still not sufficiently researched to debate the point.
I got the same impression and stopped posting stuff from Byrne around that time.
The insiders were Rudy Guiliani
And Jenn Ellis, Pat Cipollone
I’ve been reading them too. Heartbreaking on every level. Apparently President Trump was moving ahead, but over that weekend, Traitors Rudy, Cippollone, & Meadows talked him out of it. It’s mindboggling that this could happen. Why would POTUS go along with these slimeballs after he knew what they were!? That damn Rudy. And Cipollone needs throat punched at the very least. The President had at least five moves he could have made. The one proposed by Powell, Flynn etc was only one of them. All legal, all appropriate, all effective. President Trump would be in the oval four more years if only he would have done even one of them. Instead, the Republic has fallen to Bolsheviks…on his watch. Pardon my rant, going on very little sleep.
Add Jenna Ellis to the List.
I just read part 3.
I feel sick.
POTUS had the chance and didn’t reach for the brass ring.
Okay, I understand loyalty to Rudy, but POTUS, a bright man, could not possibly have believed that the Rudy plan was working. Nothing had been going right with the courts. GOP state legislators were behaving the way pols always behave unless someone with a whip and blackmail, like Pelosi, forces them to do something.
And it was weird that Don,Jr. was not involved in any of this, to be his dad’s eyes and ears.
So what we have here is an indecisive POTUS. Back and forth.
It suddenly hit me: I don’t think he wanted the job any more at that point. It’s the only explanation that makes sense. He KNEW those other folks were protecting themselves for future career moves. He knew they weren’t on his side.
He also knew that Rudy had done a bang up job getting the truth about Ukraine and the Bidens earlier and that the damn press wouldn’t let him tell the story.
This group would at least have had a chance to show the country the corruption in elections.
Dammit. The election wasn’t just stolen from POTUS; it was stolen from the country. That is the most important thing historically.
I think he was tired. Maybe it was personal. Maybe his wife and especially his 15 year old son had just had enough?
BTW, some have wondered if Byrne’s account is accurate. As someone pointed out, General Mike Flynn was there and in his twitter account he urged people to read the piece. There was not a word from Flynn that any of the account was in error or exaggerated.
Did POTUS at least have the decency to call Sidney and tell her himself that he had changed his mind or did he have staff do it?
WE can, if we organise at the State level, and go beyond JUST fixing election system, to put a backbone into State governments.
Its called “nullification”, and has been used many times, in many ways.
“Sanctuary cities and States” is an example, as are Medical and recreational marajiuana laws.
The TRUTH is the Constitution puts most power in the hands of “the States, and the People”; READ it.
The Federal govt has not changed its laws, making mj illegal; the States have simply IGNORED the Federal government.
Ditto for immigration. Don’t like common core, critical race theory, and boys in girls sports and locker rooms?
Your State education dept can tell the Feds to “stuff it”, and there isn’t much the Fed can do.
They can THREATEN to withhold Federal funds, but you notice they don’t actually DO that, to force the States to hand over illegals, or enforce mj law.
Reason is, if States REALLY wanted to push it, and take them to court, the courts would probably agree the threat to withhold federal funding is an attempt to coercd the States into getting them to do what the Fed has no Constitutional authority to order the States to do. i.e. its an “end run around the Constitution”, and so a no go.
Biden can sign HR1, with its “mandate” of nationwide mail out ballots, etc.
And the States can tell the Fed to pound sand.
Notice Bidens promised National mask mandate ONLY applies on Federal property; cause thats the ONLY place the Federal government has authority.
STATE governments just need to assert themselves, AS INTENDED BY THE CONSTITUTION, and tell the Feds to “F off!”.
Its a way to take back the power that rightly and Constitutionally belongs to the States and the People.
Nullification is exactly how this should go.
However, this needs organized MONEY at the state level to keep the local politicians in line.
I was very disappointed that the local fracking interests in Pennsylvania couldn’t get the PA state legislature to decertify the election until the evident irregularities in Philadelphia could be resolved.
I had believed that the state reps in Pennsylvania were mostly OWNED by the local frackers, who are very vulnerable now that Biden is in power, and yet . . . it seems that the lure of globalist money is too powerful even for state and local reps.
That is, the republican party appears to be controlled from the top down, directed by its BIGGEST globalist and corporate funders, leaving the local fracking companies without much influence over their bought politicians.
This, I believe, is why we need a new party.
We need a party that will ONLY accept money from the local frackers in Pennsylvania. The Local Fracking Party let’s call it. And let’s vote them in at the state level.
They need to be INSULATED from the big national party and its money.
Anyway, that’s what it seems to me at this point.
And that’s why I strongly support a new America First Pro Constitution Business Party.
they got the law and the gun to legally shoot you.
——
without addressing that – you are in a losing war.
An EXCELLENT and ACCURATE Post.
Throw into the mix “anti-commandeering” precedents and nullification becomes even more viable.
And to expand this concept…nullification can also be done on the local level against unlawful dictates of the State (local businesses not enforcing mask wearing) AND the individual level (people not wearing masks).
This concept paired with boycotts/strikes AND moving to areas that support Liberty and away from areas that promote tyranny ARE the means for which WIN regain FREEDOM.
I have been tellingt people forever that education, policing, and elections are STATE MATTERS, and constitutionally, BELONG TO THE STATES.
These things CANNOT BE CHANGED without a constitutional amendment. They mY not be changed by statutory law, although venal politicians will try to do so.
Puerto Rico and DC CANNOT be admitted as states without a Constitutional Amendment. If states will hold their ground on this, and the ELECTORAL COLLEGE, etal, refuse to comply, to vote on such actions, the states can prevail. It only takes 12-13 states to say “no”. We can get that done, starting with Texas.
I esp appreciate the comments of Dutchman and Seneca the Elder. Apparently much wisdom in the “way that it is” not the way one may hope that it was. true, We didn’t know what to expect Jan 6 and are still trying to make sense of it.
The capitol DC complex was full of two-faced traitors to President Trump.
So disappointed in Radcliffe!
I think Radcliffe was in the same boat. I remember Ric Grinnell saying they could not force departments to comply. Slow walking, denial of any more docs, etc.
Where are the laws to protect a Presidents rights? Seems many things are only words on a piece a paper .
The Presidents powers were intentionally limited, as a way to preemptively guard against tyranny.
But, tyranny finds a way; tyranny of the LEGISLATURE.
Founders preemptively tried to guard against THAT, thru Federalism.
17th amendment WAS a major erosion, however States STILL have more power, IF they choose to exert it.
Unfortunately the states that chose to exert it in November all assisted the massive fraud that was perpetrated on the voters.
Except it was actually the state legislatures that held the power to stop the fraudulent electors in their states and they did not try to assert it until it was too late.
You think there might have been a reason behind their “lateness”? I do.
Nonsense.
Radcliffe probably tried his best…but if everyone else just slow rolled or ignored his requests….tell us please, how should he have changed that?
None of these excuses works. If a dept. won’t comply, next day POTUS sends U S Marshalls in to seize the documents, or the computers holding the docs. Simple. They work for POTUS. People just don’t get it. POTUS is the freaking BOSS! He says jump, they say how high. The President says release the documents, it’s not a request, it’s an order. Do it. If not, you’re fired. Next. For four years, nobodies working in departments defied the President of the United States…because he didn’t MAKE them do what he wanted. They would say no, & he would back down, then complain about it on twatter. That’s no way to run a country.
No, you don’t understand the federal government. The President is not dictator and has very few people over which he has unilateral authority.
Its RATcliffe not Rad.
Whatever.
You can’t simply trust every politician from Texas just because he or she is from Texas.
The attempt to deflect blame rom Trump on this issue will simply not work. Yes there were bureaucrats that worked behind the scents to thwart any Trump attempt to declassify and release, but Trump knew this from day 1 and did nothing but fail to deliver.
Trump had 4 years with the sole and unfettered power/discretion to declassify and release. Trump failed to deliver in this 4 year period and that pervasive failure on this issue cost Trump an corrupt election. As a result of Trump’s failure Trump loses the election and all of Trump’s executive orders go away as fast as they came. Failure = lost elections. Lost elections = policies erased. This makes Trump a loser.
Yawn.
Trolls like you have no idea what Trump did or did not know from day 1. Trump had zero days of unfettered power to declassify. There are rules that even the president has to follow about things that are involved in national security. If Trump had violated those requirements, then he would have been impeached and convicted for certain. He would have been truly without a friend or support.. It is blatantly obvious that massive voting fraud is what cost Trump a landslide win in the election, and it had nothing to do with his inability to declassify classified information. Grow a pair and own up to the truth and stop being a professional troll.
So what you are saying is whoever disagrees with you is a troll. Isn’t there enough room here in the Tree House for people to disagree and not to be called names?
It isn’t just a disagreement when you’re telling lies. We’re sick to death of lies masquerading as an opinion or worse.
Do tell us exactly what the “lies” are and how you know for certain that they are “lies”.
Sundance belabored the entire laborious process of declassification within each dept/agency and stated it is not in PT’s power as he isn’t the custodian of those docs.
Instead of asking Barb to bring you up to snuff on this complex issue that Sundance detailed 2x (at least), how about you use the site search tool and locate the archived posts and do your own research. Get started.
You are exhibiting total troll behavior with the “tell me exactly” BS.
You’re not very smart if that’s what you think was said.
Barb is correct. This statement is utterly and demonstrably untrue:
“ Trump had 4 years with the sole and unfettered power/discretion to declassify and release.”
Please move to another we site.
You are either extraordinarily ignorant or a lying troll. If the first, educate yourself. Your ignorance is embarrassing. If the second, leave these premises and don’t come back. You and your neverTrump message are not welcome here. We know those people for the liars they are and they get no credence here.
Ok here it is. At least by September of 2018 Trump knew the depth of the corruption inside doj, cia and the fbi, so much so that Trump ordered the immediate declassification and release of it all. What did Trump do? Well within just a few days like beaten slave Trump walked that order back. That my friend was cowardice and failure, cowardice and failure that cost Trump the election.
Listen up tbh. Read my comment above. You are way out of your league on this site. You are clueless on the declass process. Does custodian of the records hold meaning for you????
Definition of a troll – one who isn’t even smart enough to RolCon, but simply reveals agenda for all to see.
There is a dog catcher position you could run for in Bismarck ND. Perhaps you could start there build your power base and then run for POTUS and show us all how to fix it.
May tbh could run as some kind of social worker?
Or Community organizer.
Trump failed at nothing. But you fail utterly at analysis of facts.
How does that Biden presidency taste? Whatever the taste, that taste is Trump failure.
Hate to no longer receive your insightful analysis, but I’m afraid your branch has been discovered to contain rot. TTFN….
You’re a dim thru and thru. Projecting a loser status on anyone but yourself.
Saying that someone who disagrees with your assessment of the situation has a “mental acumen of slow witted 7th grader…” sounds to me like YOU are still in 7th Grade. Grown ups can disagree without name calling. Is there just one opinion allowed here at the TreeHouse?
OOOOOOh, I’m so scared by your big bad bold print. Vewy Scawey!
Why don’t you answer my question, Barb? Can we have an exchange of ideas without name calling? I don’t know how to get the print back to normal. I did a “copy” of MustangBlues post where he used bold print and my post just continued using it. Sorry if you were offended.
Barb sounds way too young to be offended Gary.
Opinions are fine. We all have them. But when “opinions” are stated as assertions of fact but are based upon previously debunked false statements or assumptions, they deserve to be called out.
We get enough of that garbage in the rest of the media. We try to discourage such misrepresentation and disinformation in here.
By all means “call out” and state your opinion as to why you believe the post is wrong, but name calling (troll,) and asking people to leave the site has no place in adult discussions.
..is that you, Hunter?
That only works if you are a dictator .
Read a history book , educate yourself
. Trump played within the rules – he found out that government is rigged , elections are rigged etc etc etc .
Now we all know that the whole government -media – legal system are rigged .
Trump won and he is still winning . Trump is just pearl before swine to you .
Take your bleating to another forum .
Fired Comey. Accused of ‘obstructing justice.’
Talked to Ukrainian leadership about Joe’s corrupt interaction to prevent investigating Burisma. Impeached.
Was impeded by Mitch.
TROLL ALERT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
The acumen here is quite keen. The acumen here stated over 3 years ago Trump either delivers on spygate declassification and release or Trump loses the election. Well you tell me now how does that Biden presidency taste child?
You may be disappointed. A lot of us are. But summing up a person’s character as a failure is harsh. I see the most important result of the Trump presidency as the uncovering of the depths of greed, the viciousness of the well dressed who deceived hundreds of millions of Americans across the nation, on both sides to vote for their promises only to consistently vote against the Voters and casually fail to deliver.
“Promises Made Promises Kept” was coined for Trump. It was a new thing. Imagine that. We watched Obama’s beloved Hollywood take off their stage masks and shock us with their ugliness. We listened to Congressmen and women contort their faces while demanding violence; then give a pass to hatred as long as it targeted the president.
Do you recall a day, a single day, without violent acts or words, lies, name calling, accusation or ugliness aimed at the president? His family mocked, threatened continually and every friend who worked to get him elected was threatened, tricked, drug out of their home, had family members threatened, fined, forced to spend million of dollars on attorney fees, had their name shamed and were locked up in prison. Not jail. Prison. Less then a handful inside our federal govt. defended Trump. Let that sink in. Then remember the videos of the size of the crowds at the rally’s waiting in the rain and cold and heat, being attacked; and what elected person put a stop to the violence and what judge obeyed the law?
He encouraged multitudes, accomplished much and taught us how these hopes could be done. In 2015 few saw Washington DC as clearly as we do post Trump. This is what we needed.Extend grace not judgement.
He never forgot the people. A bit like a Dad who defended his family who were marginalized. He enjoyed a fight; like a professional boxer. And then his friends joined his foes, bet big money and their influence in Congress on his match for world champ. But they bet against him not for him. They fixed the match and while he was still down they ran to collect their winnings denying they threw the game and blaming him. They’d changed the rules; they’d tied one hand behind his back and organized a whole team in the ring to beat him up. The man didn’t do all he or we wanted. What president has?
Yours is a fair and insightful comment. Hope tbh comprehends it.
Excellent.
Armchair Smartypants here thinks it would have been so easy for the President to do what he says.
He was in a box from day one being investigated and was also focused on accomplishing big things for the country and the world. Which he did better than any president in recent history.
He did not want to start a war with DC.
He won re-election, but the swamp enabled the steal.
Lol. I was just saying they were like 14 year-olds on the spectrum.
Got the exact same vibe.
Saying that as a mom of one.
You offer a very weak argument.
There really isn’t an American that doesn’t know now, because of Potus that 1) we can have low unemployment with the right policies, his policies;
2) manufacturing jobs can come back and the trades can indeed be rejuvenated with the right policies;
3) minorities really can see there are jobs for them with the right policies and a Potus that cares about them
4) blue collar jobs can indeed see significant wage increases with the right policies
5) other countries really were taking advantage of the American tax dollar and a POTUS CAN put an end to that;
6) there really ARE better trade deals to be made with other countries if you have the will to get those deals done and you appoint people who really know their stuff;
7) we can prevent illegals from crossing in large numbers into the country;
8) both parties are corrupt and it takes one POTUS to withstand the corruption and the help of the citizens to defeat that corruption
and a whole lot more….
He showed the way.
Pence I thought he was a so-so VP but in the end what a traitor to Pres Trump! Nicky Haley No thanks! I hope Pres Trump comes out swinging after this .2nd peach mint nonsense is put to bed. Treepers keep praying for our President Trump & family and for our country – which was s going downhill fast with the 2 usurpers unlawfully installed
“Look at who was making the recommendations to POTUS Trump for cabinet level hires in his administration.”
OK. Who?
Look at the picture. Pence was in charge of personnel.
Judas Pence. He makes Brutus and Benedict Arnold look good by comparison.
Do you think Pence will get absolution for his sins ?
from whom?.
If you’ve on the CTH for awhile you would know that Mueller held tight control on what the Pres could do and who he could bring in as advisors, etc.
McConnell
Pence
chris christie championed chris wray
s appointment(wray was christie
s “bridgegate” lawyer)…with friends like christie………….And McCain quickly gave Wray his support which equated to confirmation.
It’s not one person. Pence, McConnell, Priebus, Kelly …. There was a succession of Swamp GOPe in critical positions that controlled appointments and confirmation.
In the Senate, Schumer and the Democrats used the rules so that every confirmation required 30 hours of floor debate after the committee hearings. Why aren’t Republicans returning the favor?
Paul Ryan, Reince Priebus, Chris Christie, Mitch McConnell (Mitch wasn’t “recommending”, Mitch was telling POTUS who would get approved versus who would not). Just to name a few….
In reality, I think the President was getting bad recommendations from EVERYONE inside the DC Swamp, regardless of their so-called “conservative” bona fides.
Heck, even Mick Mulvaney, one who we all admired and praised for a few years turned on the President right after the Jan. 6 melee. They’re all linguini-spined.
https://nypost.com/2021/01/07/mick-mulvaney-resigns-after-capitol-siege-i-cant-stay/
“linguini-spined” ! ?
Think of how limp a piece of cooked linguini is…then imagine that in place of a normal backbone of these turncoats..
Flaccid is a pretty good descriptor.
Last summer Sundance told us that there is someone very close to the President giving him bad advice. I believe that Sundance’s phrase was “whispering in his ear”. Sundance also said that this person had 5 letters in his/her name.
Most people here hypothesized that it was “Pence” but many defended him by saying that Pence is a “good Christian”.
I always like to remind people that the BTK serial murderer was a deacon in his church. Satan has planted a lot of his army in churches.
Snake and snakess.
We know.
Message to RNC: don’t you dare foist these lowlifes on the American people in any future elections. We will collapse you.
Exactly. Collapse and bankrupt.
Thank you, Trump, for exposing the deadbeats who would sell us out and their country out for dollars. There is no redemption for these people — human garbage.
This is, IMHO, perhaps the most important and lasting accomplishment of President Donald Trump. He pulled the curtain back far enough that anyone who was not either stupid or willfully blind could actually see how things worked.
To many of us, it was not the country we thought we were living in.
Yes, in the sense of exposing them, President Trump HAS drained the swamp for many of us.
The water is gone, and they are standing there in the barren lake.
As in; we can see all the snakes on the bottom now. Scary.
Bingo!
I was saying that he was “wading” in the Rubicon. Testing the waters. But, unlike Julius Caesar, Donald Trump discovered that his timing was wrong. You can only really change the trend when the trend is ready to change. This is not at all unlike the markets. When Donald Trump announced that he was a candidate, I said that of everyone who was running, he was the only one who had a chance to actually make necessary changes. But I also knew that the most likely scenario, after he had won, was that he was a counter-trend rally in a bear market (for this country). In order to really change the trend, many more people in this country need to be ready for it to change. And, IMHO, we are not there yet. Not even close. From decades in the markets, I know what a major cycle low feels like. People are going to, at the very least, have to get to the edge of the abyss and look in – and decide that we cannot go there. This is not unlike an alcoholic finally realizing things *have to* change. Not unlike someone contemplating suicide – walking to the edge of the abyss – and deciding that they just cannot go there.
In contrast, the timing was right for Caesar. According to Plutarch, Rome was unbelievably corrupt. And Caesar’s men loved him. Citizens of Rome, other than the Senators – then the oligarchs – loved Caesar. Things were ready. But, when Caesar threatened the Senators, who were the bankers, with reappraising all the underwater loans they held, they murdered him. See the similarities to now??
If you read about this, do not rely on accounts from Cicero and his colleagues. Remember that they were the Deep State of the time. This would be like reading today’s history written by Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell.
Now, what might the country look like when the people actually are on the edge and looking into the abyss? Who knows? Things like that are not very predictable. We cannot count on anything looking like it has looked up until now. Just my opinion, of course.
Dangerous times.
Exactly. The vast majority of Americans aren’t ready for it. If Congress can defy our will so easily, out in the open, then we are nowhere near ready.
People are going to have to see and feel the “burn”. This could be 6-months to a year from now. Most people have no idea the indicator the Stock market is and they lag the indicator by at least 80% before they feel the effect.
IMO, there will be no real Trump nostalgia until the “see and feel” and obviously we are not there yet.
There is nothing that the American people … have to be READY FOR…. except the truth:
We have a colossally corrupt and dangerous Fed Govt, which most Americans both sides already know. Even the 20-somethings know. They think their generation is already screwed… and they are correct.
We JUST need to show the American People the cold, hard, ugly truth… and then start cleaning house– all 3 branches.. and most state govts too
LIGHT is a great cleanser.
The American people ARE READY. We were ready when we hired DJT.
We KNOW the country is in big trouble… we need someone to ADMIT it and FIX it.
By the end of 2021, the US Debt will likely be over 32 TRILLION. This is catastrophic.
We must clean-up and clear-out the corruption in DC.
We must seriously DISCUSS as a nation WHAT the hell we are going to DO… to SAVE America from certain financial economic collapse… if we continue on this reckless trajectory.
We have 24/7 cable networks that are a total waste of time bc its all dumbed down crap, repeated over and over again.
Lets have … discussions of SUBSTANCE. Lets discuss climate change and have opposing experts debate each other so we can figure out what WE– not Paris– want to DO about it, what we CAN do about it.
There are many issues we need to discuss as thoughtful adults and as a unified nation… that wants to at least survive…. and not go the way of the once great Roman Empire that destroyed itself from within.
WHO are we going to be in 20, 40, 70 years… and IS THAT who we want to be?
Oh yes, the American People ARE ready and we are going to … HAVE to be… bc TIME is running out.
“There is nothing that the American people … have to be READY FOR…. except the truth”
But that’s my point. You are. I am. We now know exactly how much that means, don’t we? I’ve been in many bear markets where I’ve been more than ready for a bottom to be put in, but the market has never cared what I’m ready for. And, if you are not familiar with how the commodity markets work, I’m sorry, but I don’t really know how to describe what it feels like to put in a major cycle low. We aren’t there. We’re not even close.
“We JUST need to show the American People the cold, hard, ugly truth… and then start cleaning house– all 3 branches.. and most state govts too”
Just what do you think President Trump has been trying so hard to do?? It appears that he finally recognized the massively huge resistance he was up against. As I said, I pictured him wading in the Rubicon – testing the waters, so to speak. It is my opinion that he finally decided that the support was simply not there to cross. The timing was not yet right. The question is – when the timing is right, what will our country look like? Don’t we have to assume that the Left is real busy consolidating power – including plans to replace people in the military that are not their friends? How many people in this country will be totally dependent on government checks from the Magic Money Tree for food and shelter by then?
“Oh yes, the American People ARE ready and we are going to … HAVE to be… bc TIME is running out.”
You know that. But by now it has to be painfully obvious that enough people in this country to make the change are NOT ready.
Again, Julius Caesar actually crossed the Rubicon. There was no turning back at that point. His army followed him. The citizens of Rome welcomed him. Donald Trump appeared to wade in the water, but it turns out he realized that he was pretty much alone.
That is the painful reality.
Remember the names of those who did not side with Hawley. Marsha Blackburn and Rand Paul were on the list of those who turned their backs on Trump, on us. There were others, but those shocked me.
Rand Paul talks, and people believe him because they want to believe him.
The same old con, over and over.
Look at who is FUNDING these politicians.
Where is Col Walburn and his team of white hat hackers? Did he just give up? Is it that dangerous for them to speak up anymore?
I thought he and his team was going to be involved in the Arizona recount starting tomorrow or Thursday.
The Bible says to make our petitions precise. I know precisely what to pray for when it comes to these traitors.
I like that. Do you have the verse that asks for precision?
John 16:23-24 is one that reminds us to do this….
Try the Imprecatory Psalms.
Most people think of history unfolding as linear. It is not. IMHO, if a person wants to get a picture of what is happening, simply read Ecclesiastes 3. This was wisdom way back then.
“To everything there is a season”
Nail meet hammer . Nothing new under the sun
Genital mutilation might be a bit over the top. Well … maybe not? I’ll pray for that too!
I believe President Trump did not pursue releasing the declassified incriminating evidence for two reasons:
1. Nobody was going to properly investigate the material and bring charges. The release would have been mostly tamped down by the media.
2 The unreleased material is the leverage President Trump retains. The decepticons (how I enjoy using this term!) do not know what he knows. And none of them want to be the subject of a targeted release of compromising material.
These people would sell each other out in an instant, if it meant a better position at the feeding trough. And somebody who is attracting attention is vulnerable to a shanking.
They only stick together at this point, because President Trump is the common threat.
Shocking that decepticons are supporting Liz Cheney
“They” have been so emboldened as to not even try to hide their agenda. Why bother? The fascist/communist/Marxists took over the education system, the media, big tech and our voting systems. And, they know there is nothing we can do about it.
However, as educational as all the “outings”, explanations, behind the scenes drama and subterfuge are, none of it does anything to affect change. Knowledge is power only if we can use it to combat the evil. It seems to me we are all waiting to follow a leader who will lead us out of this mess. And, our main leader is going through another impeachment challenge and then probably a criminal charge challenge from the AG of the State of New York. A never ending barrage of distraction and time used to fight the evil cabal. We need more people and unfortunately I can’t think of one I would trust that would be willing to do the job, can offer up the talent and time, and survive the quiver of lies brought forth. Anyone I could think of is already doing yeoman’s work in the house/senate or governorship as part of the conservative group.
Look….this is what happens when an outsider manages to sneak into the club without a working and functioning infrastructure of institutional support.
Trump may have won the GOP nomination and may have ran as the “GOP” candidate, but he DID NOT have more that a handful of even reluctant supporters within the GOP party either inside or outside government.
Add to that the Deep State bureaucracy that was institutionally predisposed to oppose ANY and EVERY nominally GOP President….and it’s a wonder that the guy got anything done at all.
In the end, his attempts to declassify stuff was obstructed and blocked by just about everyone within the Deep State and its institutions.
In my opinion — for the little THAT is worth 🙂 — Trump should have demanded hard copies of ALL documents related to all of the corruption we all know about a FULL YEAR before the election….and when he didn’t get it, he should have fired people publicly for obstructing his legal requests until he either got the stuff, or the government was being run by the few remaining GS-7s left 🙂
Trump understood he had a huge base of patriots, and he loved to meet with them. I think our president’s mistake was in never making a base organization via the STATE Republican parties and never asking his supporters to join him in any active endeavor other than casting votes.
We would have de-Decepticoned the House and Senate for our Mr Trump, but he had give his approval and ask us to do it. If DJT wouldn’t say “I need your help to drain the swampers” the we were left trusting in some unspoken plan.
Given significant state-level election reforms, THIS may be the best pathway for Americans in all states to wrest the levers of government power back from the commies. Expect a long, strenuous fight against the Dhimmicrats & the GOPe, but it may be do-able, if marshalled by an effective high-profile leader like The Donald.
If it gets traction and the commies run out of rhetorical tricks & traps, they will escalate to kinetics. And this time, they need to break their teeth on it.
From day one and even before really, President Trump never was free to do anything, They were after him right out of the gate, actually before, but still ANY little or big thing he tried to do would have been something they would have used to impeach him.
The only way I see things changing is if there is a National disaster or something, not a pandemic, but something because those in power at the moment will not give it up willingly.
It’s really truly a miracle that Trump became president at all. I sure am glad he did. I know the election was stolen and I keep saying that we can’t let this stand, but it seems there is no avenue for us to find relief from this travesty
L4G – Challenger Trump ALSO knew beyond any doubt that in 2016 he had a snowball’s chance in he!! of coming out on top of a 3-way split: beating Hillary AND an establishment RepubliCON in sufficient states to achieve 270 EC votes.
Nikki – Mike – look, Nikki is covering her lips so we can’t read whatever she is saying
Sadly, I know plenty of people who would normally be reliable Republican voters in a Presidential election who did not vote for Trump because he was “too divisive.” They didn’t all necessarily vote for Biden, but some of them wrote in another candidate and others just didn’t vote. Makes me want to tear my freaking hair out, that they were so blind they didn’t see that the nation has been “divided” for at least the last 15 years.
Donald Trump was our last best shot. And, in the end, I will NEVER understand what his purpose was in inviting hundreds of thousands of supporters to D.C. on Jan. 6 when he did not have a plan or some kind of tangible reward for all the trouble so many went to to get to Washington in the middle of the week in the middle of the winter. I’m very sorry, but THAT much is on HIM.
yada yada yada, paychecks are moving here
OK, so then explain away what the purpose was of inviting his supporters to Washington that day for something he said was “going to be wild,” then sending them away at the end of the day with a hostage video? Did he invite them to hear a concession speech? Because we didn’t need another rally on Jan. 6. We needed to save our Go*damn republic.
Maybe we don’t know and you sure as hell don’t know either but just take your shots at President Trump. He has big shoulders and you are just a tiny person and you sound smaller with each post.
I read awhile back on CTH a comment that stayed with me. I believe it is the answer to your question. I regret not being able to give attribution. The comment was something like this:
“A mountain commits no violence but its presence cannot be ignored.”
The multitude of Americans who believed the election was stolen represented the mountain on January 6th. Unfortunately the spoilers there who committed violence is what was seen and remembered.
President Trump called for a peaceful demonstration. He wanted Pence and the others to see us.
Mike Pence was too busy sticking a shiv in Donald Trump’s back to notice, or care, what the American people were doing.
President Trump’s “wild” comment was made on or around Dec 19th and there were numerous discussions around that time as well concerning Pence’s power to reject fraudulent electoral votes.
I think PT believed that Pence would refuse to certify fraudulent electoral votes, (I know I did) and all hell would break loose in the joint session, thus the joint session would be “wild.”
President Trump certainly did not call for his supporters to commit violence, but dishonest persons want you to believe that he did.
so very well stated both the mountain and multitude represented the truth of a stolen election while our president believed the judas pence thus a cause to celebrate a victory in 2020
If I knew anyone like that, I’d never let them within 100 yards of me and my family again. Traitors all.
Couldn’t possibly be that some circumstances changed on January 5th or 6th. Without knowing the inside story you condemn him.
I don’t condemn him. I question the why of it. And people like you turn this place every bit as repressive as Facebook and Twitter by shutting down any valid criticisms of the last administration. Donald Trump was the best shot we had, but he was not beyond reproach, and he did not bat 1.000 with either his decisions or his character judgments on his appointments. If you were intellectually honest with yourself, you’d admit that.
Oh, and I’ve been around here for six years. I’m not a troll. But I’m also not an acolyte, and, frankly, both the insight and the decorum of commenters around here have taken an unfortunate downturn since 2015.
Gee, no upvotes…….I wonder why……whine much?
Actually, my initial comment in this thread is up to 7 upvotes, which is six more than your snide and childish comment here has received.
Boogystew a LOT of people right here in CTH much less elsewhere are unaware of the contingencies that PDJT had planned and were in place on January 6, and on January 20. And IMHO that is quite understandable because hardly ANY popular conservative news outlets / blogs discussed those contingencies.
One had to visit some far less-popular blogs and information sites to get a feel for what was going on behind the scenes, and even then there was little hard evidence, only the established good reputation of those site hosts lent credibility to the stories.
MSM was of course either oblivious of those plans or deliberately silent about them to avoid giving anyone on our side any reason for hope,
mexico president MAGA forever is one checkmate
the arab alliance to check mate Iran is another one.
training Americans to like cheap energy is another – it will cause Biden hell soon
—POTUS set these contingencies everywhere.
He did have a plan – the best one he could have had under the circumstances.
He wanted to shine sunlight, using the Constitution.
It was only that day that Pence revealed his perfidy.
only way to expose pence.. without that move – we would asking pence for 2024
I think Trump knew before Wednesday that Pence was going to bail on him. If you read between the lines of prior Trump tweets and speech references to it, it sounded like Trump wasn’t sure he could count on his vice-president.
Before Jan 6th I puzzled the call to come to DC and said the very same; in bitter cold, stuck outside for hours, some sharing rides and busses, sleeping on floors but why? Once gathered, what was the plan?! Sadly it appears to be a fatal mistake and perhaps because our wonderful president hadn’t articulated a purpose his enemies did.
I got the RNC call telling me how the repugs are fighting for me. I laughed that poor man off the phone. Can you imagine being a cold caller for the RNC. What a depressing job
I would relish the opportunity to get some fundraising RNC flack on the phone so I could lay into them.
I got the same call as well. I was quite nasty and told them off. I told them that I will never support Republicans again for the way GOP treated President Trump.
A better class of criminal, after all.
Yes! I got called today by a Ted Cruz volunteer. Soliciting donations.
I told her that despite being a Republican for 41 years, I was no longer donating to Cruz or any other Republican Senators for their indefensible undermining of the President and their refusal to challenge the blatantly obvious massive election fraud.
She was quiet for a few seconds and said ok thank you very much. Click.
This discussion will go on for decades.
President Trump was the can opener that peeled back the putrid, spoiled, decaying monstrosity that once was a Republic, that the masses from around the world wanted to emigrate to.
Our liberties and freedoms the magnet that attracted all people.
Donald Trump gave us the energy and knowledge to do things we once thought were beyond our reach.
We were shocked to see how fellow Americans treated him and his family. How our Government despised us and treated us. And how ineffective and impotent our multi-tiered Justice system is.
It’s up to us now We have to revenge the hatred and deceptions the left bombarded our President and voters within on a daily basis. The lies of the media, the control of the social platforms.
Its our turn now Trump can trust us. We only have one agenda, to save ourselves, our families, our communities, our states, our America.
THIS IS OUR AMERICA TOO GOD HELP THE LEFT WHO ARE TRYING TO DESTROY US AND OUR COUNTRY.
WE ARE NOT DECEPTICONS. WE ARE THE TRUE AMERICANS.
good comment
Reading the disappointments I keep thinking we don’t have a plan but the opposition to Trump, and us, does. It’s the same on every Christian based news and blog site. You’ve composed our thoughts.
Uncovering the pride in deception, the indifference to beating up Trump supporters and maiming police, the coaching of false witnesses to accuse only conservatives; defaulting to an obsession to fabricate disgusting sexually centered accusations to demoralize whole families and callously destroy people has been exposed by Trump at a price that has changed observers. The most important gift of the 4 years has been the uncovering of truth.
Having come this far we cannot wait to see what the next election offers. That would be accepting their methods, their hatred, their oppression. I agree revenge is a good thing; it teaches lessons to the insolent, the abuser, the liar, the mocker. Except this, we’re not supposed to take revenge. God says revenge is His. No one does it as well as God. We’ve only to ask and plead our case. Count me in.
We need a plan. And fast isn’t fast enough. Obama hasn’t been idle nor did he move only a few blocks away in 2016 because his daughter was still in school there. He has an army in the wings to carry out his shocking plans; most of which he already announced openly to disbelieving opposition.
By Feb 3rd, 2021 the ‘Biden’ administration will have been in motion for 90 days. Fourteen days legally. They’re announcing EO’s after they’re signed. No discussion, no debate, no leaks, no legislation. Does it matter which Congressman you voted for? They’re not legislating or voting. Republican defectors are telling them what direction to go. They aren’t representing us.
We’re still hoping to turn the election around. Without a plan. More then anything else we need a plan and leadership. We’re a powerful ship with a loyal crew but without a rudder, a map, or a captain.
Found in the bin…. 🙁
Looks Like the New Secretary of Defense is clearing out Trump supporters https://www.politico.com/news/2021/02/02/lloyd-austin-pentagon-advisory-board-members-465108
“In the memo dated Saturday, Austin fired all members serving on 31 defense advisory boards effective Feb. 16, including the Defense Policy Board, the Defense Business Board, and the Defense Innovation Board. Austin directed the immediate suspension of operations for 42 panels in total, while the Pentagon completes a “zero-based review” of the department’s boards and commissions.”
The entire Executive Branch of Government will be cleared of ALL but Swamp Loyalists. This is the advantage of control from A-List Appointees through mid-level management and command. Having control as well as support of the IG, DoJ and SEIU also removes possibility of court cases and labor disputes. Also, there are dire consequences for anybody acting out of line.
yes it was chilling to read this…
That’s how it’s done. Trumps appointees did none of this, and he didn’t encourage them to do so.
This firing/hiring cycle was the standard gig with a change in administrations, until GWB decided that DC needed a “new tone.” Remember that one? This was after his election in 2000, having promised the US military that “help is on the way” in relief from the Clinton agenda, etc. Not so much.
Hence there were Clintonista appointees who should have been dumped in 2000, that sailed on through to the O-bummer years with a 30-year government career, making ‘policy.’ On our dime.
Doom On Them
The House did not even bother to hold a hearing on whether or not they should grant a waiver for an ex-military general to become the new Secretary of Defense.
In the context of president Trump attempting to get declassify and expose materials there are 2 primary requirements:
First of course was authority and delegation of authority, which was well established. This was not the issue.
Second and MOST IMPORTANT is this context is POSSESSION. The President did not possess the materials, physically and not having control of the DoJ and full control of the Executive Branch precluded the ability to compel release via punishment.
President Trump ordered the police state to expose itself.
And the police state said, “We’re looking for the documents. I’m sure they’re here somewhere.”
And the people saw that, and now we know not to trust the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, or any other federal institution, as they are very probably completely corrupt.
So Mike Pence is for human trafficking, abortion and destruction of American industry and energy production.
He had the Mark of the Fly.
The horror is that Pence truly is in favor of abortion and the destruction of American industry.
He favors Biden, and he will do whatever the U.S. Chamber of Commerce tells him to do.
People hear his pious words, and they think that’s the real Pence.
The real Pence is revealed by whose money he takes.
True. Mike Pence is a Godless, backstabbing Judas who never had this country’s best interests at heart.
My own experience with Religious Church Going people, was that some of the biggest “bandits” in business would attend Church every Sunday & then proceed to “screw” people in their business dealings thru the workweek!
“GOD is not up there, but in your heart”!
For those of you that need an explanation to what I mean by this, I would not be a better person IF I forced myself to attend church every Sunday to listen to a person tell me that I had to be there & donate my money to him & the church in order not to fry in Hell for eternity.
You can hate me for being “Godless”, but I know in my heart that I am a good person so I don’t really care what others think of me & since man cannot prove that God exists, I guess I’ll find out when I die.
And, I am content with that.
You’ll be ok with that until you find out.
I don’t think Pence is godless. He’s worse. He’s a lukewarm Christian -Christian-INO. This is God’s assessment.
Revelation 3:15-16. “Because you are lukewarm–neither hot nor cold–I am about to spit you out of my mouth.”
The “cold” are the unbelievers who don’t know God at all, but the Christian-INO does know God and Pence is just as much a traitor to God, his faith, and is useless in the earthly Kingdom of God – hence, God spews them out of His mouth.
The unbelievers knows naught. Pence was a believer. He knew God and rejected His teachings. He is the worst kind of Christian there is and that’s God’s assessment (mine too).
his actions of betrayal of our president condems him to H%LL
I voted and supported Trump but I do have issues with his appointments. Bolton, Mattis, etc. I am just an average Joe and I would have put in Bill Binney at ODNI, Joe DeGenoiva at DOJ and Ric Grennel at State. Two years ago he should have put in the right people and then if they did not produce what the dept. heads wanted it would be “your fired” time until there was no one left or the docs were produced. Quite baffling to me. The MSM and dems could not hate him anymore than they did.
Too many of President Trump’s appointments were confounding mistakes that we could see a mile away (i.e., Bolton, Priebus, Tillerson, etc.). Why couldn’t HE see that? For four years folks here were excusing these decisions as the 4D chess maneuvers of a brilliant tactician who was “keeping his enemies close.” And all of that twaddle actually turned out to be sadly ill-conceived apologizing for terrible, destructive personnel decisions.
Donald Trump is a man of character. Unfortunately, he too often was not a good judge of character in whom he appointed and whom he listened to.
I think they had Trump completely walled off at all times.
These appointments require the advise and consent of the Senate.
The Senate must approve.
And the Senate was controlled by globalist Mitch McConnell, who owns a Chinese ship trading interest.
The President CANNOT just appoint his own people. That’s one of the checks and balances in the Constitution.
The problem is . . . the founders failed to perceive that the Senate would be entirely corrupt and force a president to appoint traitors.
Richard Henry Lee foresaw it. But the 17th amendment was the death knell, along with the 16th (never fully ratified), and the establishment of the Fed.
And I know that there was some plan behind moving the Fed into the Treasury, I wonder how that will be used to destroy the dollar under Biteme.
Just go back 60 years Kennedy a ♊️ appointed his brother Bobby a ♏️ as AG as praetorian guard to fend off attacks! And Teddy was the one who did the senate fights!
Next Gemini was Bush 41 Reagan’s bad pick though compatible w/ him an Aquarius!
He announced New World Order but was totally clueless! Slick Willy put him on ? peel! And did all the NWO setup with CCP slave labor expecting rewards prolly did!
Americans were so stupid they gave him second term while the factories were being shipped off to China & Mexico!
Actually Trump retweeted my tweet about him about Chinese trade 5 years ago! I attended his rally in sanctuary state! He is a third Gemini pres, a messenger & talker! He thought he will convert the guys he will hire to his side and that doesn’t happen in Beltway bc every one with few exceptions is there for freeloading off NWO & party! What value added work they do? none! As a matter of fact value added work is Chinese thing and they like to continue that so they get their cut one way or the other. Look Slick Willy home state Walmart a Chinese outlet!
Astrologically speaking Geminis don’t make presidents or good ones! Don’t take my word for it! Do your own research in looking up the birthdays of all POTUS!
Trump needed some executioner to demolish the opposition that he couldn’t find anywhere! Hell from the get go who he gets as AG? That sawed off runt Sessions that was the beginning of an end; then panda look alike Barr holy crap that not like last straw on Trumps camelback? Why on gods green earth hire a Bushie and then wait for Durhams BS!
He couldn’t have done worse w/ Matt
DJT should have placed his on ground corps all over the battle ground states instead of endless rallies like preaching to the choir! That required an organizer likes of an Aquarius Leo or Melania type Taurus that was not to be found anywhere on the 1600 Pennsylvania! Pence another Gemini ♊️ a useless idiot! He had too many ♑️ on his team not good for the fight!
Nancy had an astrologer to check the compatibility working the Reagan machine & it worked!
Any these are my 2 cent rant
English is my second language excuse typos ?
As Lincoln said, I work with the tools I have.
And Donald Trump was certainly saddled with many tools he had to work with.
PDJT is a businessman – not a “professional” politician. Cut him some slack. If he gets back in, he will not make the same mistake(s).
Still, or he would be on Gab. Or one of them left.
You never had dozens of well-known and respected (at the time) GOP heavyweights schmoozing you, talking in your ears and “confiding” in you about the great qualifications of the people they were recommending.
President Trump knew the problems in DC by heart; he just was never before “on the inside” so he wasn’t privy to the immense magnitude of deception and disingenuousness that ran amok throughout both parties.
It does not change my respect and admiration for him or his efforts one iota.
Agree.
Look at my post below. I feel exactly as you do. For a man who had a reality show about “you are fired” he fired very few people and was selecting the worst rats for his cabinet and staff. This alone cost him his presidency. Now we have to live with a dementia patient as president.
Not for long, Raffaella. The dementia patient will be out of the White House well before 2022, at which point the President will be a full-on, unapologetic communist.
It’s no good rehashing whom he should have appointed.
The fact is that he was blocked by ? McConnell from appointing good and honest people.
The misplacing of blame is something I expect from leftists, not treepers.
Figuring out a way to sink McConnell and the RINOs in power – without making it worse by putting in DementoRats – difficult though it may be – is our only action path.
.
.
Oh my, I just watched the Richard Burton version of George Orwells book 1984 and the most frightening scene to me was when they had the rats attached to the Wrong Think plebs face — Leon you are spot on! 2 + 2 = 4 will always be my answer Nancy and Chuck, just will!
Look up Lightbringers
Looking back, I blame President Trump.
He constantly until the very end hired deep state operatives and expected them to behave differently. After several years of failed strategy and many disloyal enemies around him, you would have thought he would have changed direction for the last year and would have completely cleaned house (It did not matter that his appointments were not approved, he could have just appointed INTERIM TEMPORARY positions). But President did not clean house and just tolerated the same traitors and just tweeted and complained about them.
Maybe he was threatened or his children were threatened and that is the reason behind his lack of action to change personnel. We will never know.
Correct.

Hey Boogystew, nobody went after YOU personally. You’re trying to shut down and censor critical thought here and turn this place into nothing but an echo chamber. My posts over the last five years have been 95% supportive of Donald Trump, and none of my posts were personal attacks on anybody.
Perhaps Ad Rem needs to take a look at your divisive responses to posts you don’t agree with.
lawfare
Why is it that you think you can call others names just because they disagree with you? I feel like I’m in an Obama chat room with a bunch of kids that think Obama is their Messiah only now I’m in a chat room with Conservatives that are worshiping President Trump and claiming he can do no wrong. Really people? Conservative are not supposed to able to criticize their leaders and if they do they are called names? I used to claim the difference between Liberals and Conservatives is that Liberals worship their leaders, but Conservatives are not afraid to let their leaders know when they mess up. President Trump would be ashamed and readily admit that not all his decisions worked out they way he hoped. He hates “Yes Men”.
Generally you do not criticize your leader or you get walked into the woods and put down.
if you know President Trump to be a traitor – lets us know,,, because we easily stop our loyalty to traitors – See Pence as an example.
Yes, maybe in a totalitarian state, no one is allowed to criticize the leader, but this is America and every citizen is free to question the leader of the country. Or would you have people put down for speaking their mind? No one said anything about being a traitor. People rightly have questioned some of his decisions.
What? What country do you live in? You obviously are not an American, and any country that “puts down critics in the woods” don’t allow their citizens free access to internet.
I am truly curious
Read the advise and consent of the Senate section of the Constitution.
The President CANNOT just appoint his own people. That’s basic knowledge about how our constitution works. It’s a check and balance between the three branches.
The problem was that Senator Mitch McConnell had to approve these choices. This is also why the three judges on the Supreme Court will probably not be very good.
I don’t know and I don’t blame him. This has been going on since the 1st of forever. I remember when Carter became president and I thought he was so aweful and someone told me that the president didn’t really decide anything but had a team of people around to tell him what to do. Well Trump isn’t like that of course but they have been lying nd cheating for decades. Trump tried! But he needed help.
And for the We will never know part, I bet he could write one hellava book
??
He had four years to get a grasp on this and formulate a plan. I didn’t see him do any of that. Instead, he delegated most of it to his enemies from his own side.
“I didn’t see him do any of that.” Yep, you’re coming through loud and clear Capt 2020 Vision!
Tell me, what years were you President again?
I’m sorry but who exactly is to blame for the people surrounding Trump other then Trump? To just keep saying he is being stabbed in the back can only hold water for so long, at the end of the day Trump hand picked his cabinet and it’s been of my biggest criticisms of Trump that every one seems to give him a pass on. Being a decent judge of character is also a hallmark of a good leader.
in this department Trump was clearly lacking.
DCinNC and Nathan — There are NO good characters in DC! PDJT was a breath of fresh air and Carbon Credits will not cancel him out.
I agree. I loved Trump and thank him for his service lord knows he sacrificed far more then he should have.
I agree Lotbusy. So bring in people from outside DC only. Don’t just sit there on your duff and hire Bush cronies that don’t support you, while leaving subversive Obammunists in place everywhere that should’ve been fired Day 1.
He should’ve cleaned house on Day 1. There’s no arguing against that IMO.
I can relate to your frustrations. Trump is the best policy President of my lifetime. But administration building and personnel wise, he was entirely incompetent. Telling fellow Trump supporters that earns you a big clapback. They don’t want to accept what even their own eyes can see.
He went into Office naively thinking that an “R” by a Congressman’s name meant that they were on his side.
Have you been living in a cave the last 5 years? President Trump was severely hampered by RINO Senators in getting just who he wanted in the way of appointments. Hindsight is so 2020.
Yep Boogey,
Nathan and DCinNC sure do talk a great game. classless and impudent. With support like theirs who needs enemies?
I am ashamed and FURIOUS that I gave LG a penny. I did it with great hesitation but felt his seat was truly in danger. He is no friend of PDJT, you or ME! Only people who will ever get a dime from me are those PDJT tells me to support AND Sundance 😉
If donations went through Redwin they are offering returns I heard. Ask LG for a refund. What a POS he is.
Time for MAGA minded people to move into four or five key states (Texas north to Kansas) and succeed.
It wouldn’t take much; maybe a few million dedicated patriots moving into identified Red States and then succeed in a three to five year time frame.
Form our own union for the people and by the people.
I’ll stay put in Florida, thanks. We got it goin’ on!
I appreciate your enturisams; but the domographic tide of Florida is against you….as it is against almost every state in the union. And that includes Texas. That is why succession now is the answer.
Thank you for this Sundance.
President Trump was President, not King. He did his best to work through the framework of the Constitution.
The fact he had so many traitors in the party and in his cabinet is more on us, than on him. WE put all those people in positions of power long before President Trump came to DC.
No he was not King but to be an effective chief executive of the country, you need to hire the right people and fire decisively and immediately when it does not work out.
I have run big organizations. What you see from the outside is rarely close to what happens inside.
The only one who knows all the ins and outs is President DJ Trump. I trusted him now. I might trust him even more with all the 20/20 hindsight cherry picking of the one man since Ronald Reagan to take on the establishment.
Bunch of friggin Chihuahua’s nipping at the heels of a Lion. That man put more at risk than all of the commenters on this board combined.
Great comment 100,000^^^
Amen.
Raffaella,
President Trump CANNOT hire and fire the people he wants. This is basic knowledge about the Constitution that you are weirdly lacking. It makes people wonder if you might be a troll???
Appointments require the advise and consent of the Senate. That means globalist Mitch McConnell must approve.
Jimmy Carter’s Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 grants civil service protections to career federal employees in government.
Meanwhile, political appointments serve at the pleasure of the president.
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_Service_Reform_Act_of_1978
We put those swine in office through compromised voting machines ( according to Texas who would have nothing to do with said machines).
You have in the past used the excuse that Trump was REQUESTING and not ORDERING declassifications as the reason there were no declassifications. NOW, the excuse is because they didn’t comply with ORDERS? Sorry, I don’t buy that.
If he’d have wanted to, he could have just fired anyone who did not comply with his order ASAP and go down the line firing their insubordinate asses until someone complied, so your excuse doesn’t wash. In the process it would have had the great benefit of flushing out the copious amount of scum at high levels.
Trump was mostly tweet and little bite for the the same reason ALL “political saviors” aren’t and never will be unless they are willing to pay a severe price for crossing the deep state. THIS:
As I’ve pointed out before, a book mentioned by Sidney Powell shows why there will NEVER be a “politician savior” unless he’s willing to almost literally sacrifice his life, the lives of his immediate family, and anyone brave enough to associate with him.
On that last point, you can see why swamp scum were mostly the only ones willing to take cabinet and adviser positions because they knew they were, by virtue of being swamp scum, protected from the following:
Three Felonies A Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent
The average professional in this country wakes up in the morning, goes to work, comes home, eats dinner, and then goes to sleep, unaware that he or she has likely committed several federal crimes that day. Why? The answer lies in the very nature of modern federal criminal laws, which have exploded in number but also become impossibly broad and vague. In Three Felonies a Day, Harvey A. Silverglate reveals how federal criminal laws have become dangerously disconnected from the English common law tradition and how prosecutors can pin arguable federal crimes on any one of us, for even the most seemingly innocuous behavior. The volume of federal crimes in recent decades has increased well beyond the statute books and into the morass of the Code of Federal Regulations, handing federal prosecutors an additional trove of vague and exceedingly complex and technical prohibitions to stick on their hapless targets. The dangers spelled out in Three Felonies a Day do not apply solely to “white collar criminals,” state and local politicians [NOT just state and local – W], and professionals. No social class or profession is safe from this troubling form of social control by the executive branch, and nothing less than the integrity of our constitutional democracy hangs in the balance.
And that doesn’t even take into account the “six ways from Sunday” intel agency threat, does it?
Now, do an internet search on all of the talk of the SDNY prosecuting him in an unpardonable fashion for any of the (far too many) fed laws someone somewhere in his business might have violated.
A cavalier and sophomoric opining of reality.
The great Sydney Powell would reject everything you are claiming about Trump, so it ironic that you quote her and wrongly imply it sums up P Trump’s failure.
“Trump was mostly tweet and little bite for the the same reason ALL “political saviors” aren’t and never will be unless they are willing to pay a severe price for crossing the deep state..”
P Trump and his family have risked more than any preceding president (founding fathers aside). His financial platform has been decimated because of the positions he took and how he stood up for The Forgotten Man. He literally had to move out of his home state because of the false hatred directed at him and his family – something that our Founders never faced.

Can someone answer this question, Why couldn’t the President just go himself into those agencies HQ’s ask for what ever it is he wants or needs, and wait until it is given. He could have made the request formally and once it wasn’t carried out in a timely manner gone over himself. He may have to wait a few hours, But could he not make them walk to the computer or storage area and, again make whom ever is in charge make a copy of said material and hand it right over.
OMG – that’s how it worked on 24!!!!

I have said for years that they had better tread softly around Trump. They looked at him and saw one man. Stupid. They forgot about the 80 million pissed off Americans standing behind him. Like I said, they should have tread softly, because if they didn’t like Trump, they’re REALLY not going to like who we send in next.
I like your thinking. We are definitely an army to contend with. Hence the fence around the Capitol. They are terrified of us, and we need to keep them that way.
Come on, we did nothing.
All talk on our side
Yes this is all true but NO A FKN EXCUSE.
The not getting control of the executive branch when you are the executive is ALL Trumps failing. I love Trump but he failed failed hard at personnel management a key skill he should have had in spades.
Yes of course I hear the “well the senate never would have approved his appointments” yeah so. Trump could have either used temporary appointments after firing (which he did a few times) or he could have just fired down to someone willing to do their jobs. Hell he would have been better off just firing every body if the senate wouldn’t play ball.
If we had the executive branches in control the election fraud would have been impossible or a suicide mission not even considering the fact of how we could have rounded up the deep state and their soldiers in the years prior. Can anyone imagine a year of the FBI just going through the congress senate financial records like your average puke would get for a upper security clearance looking for corruption or foreign influence? Hell Biden and his whole family would have been in prison a year ago with probably 1/2 the repub/dem congressional force.
.
Trump hired them all, including throwing General Flynn under the Bus to save Mike Pence. Two years ago Devin Nunes said at the end of the day this is President Trump’s D.O.J. This mess belongs to President Trump all day long!!
Bless your heart.
This is what happens when Rush gives a shout out.?
No kidding. This one lasted barely two weeks. SMH…..
Things are making more sense now. We’ve been invaded.
Man I am excited for the Presidential election in 4 years.
What with all the Presidential experts commenting here, we ought to have a great group of future Presidents with which we can choose from.
So many on here know exactly what is needed and wanted in a real president. We are fortunate indeed.
When are you all gonna announce?
There will not be a free and fair election in 2024. Believing there will be is a quaint notion from a bygone age.
then Why act like it was a fair and free presidency for PDJT? It wasn’t.
It was a rolling coup from before inauguration.
Funny how President Trump could do a partial DeClass of the JFK Files in the beginning. But nothing was done about a full DeClass before he left about that either!!
Geesh….Frankie….I wonder why that was……1963 vs 2021
What a bunch of dummies posting here tonight.
They are so dumb. They think this will all blow over with us. It never will.
Sorry, but I don’t buy it.
After the Mueller report was released, President Trump could have ordered the declassification of Coup materials and allow for sufficient “buffer time” to deal with insubordinate bureaucrats before the election, but he did nothing. Devin Nunes, Sidney Powell, Tom Fitton, and many others were screaming for two years for President Trump to be more aggressive with the declassification process, but he did nothing. President Trump tweeted many times that he could have gotten more involved with the declassification process and the affairs of the DOJ / FBI, but chose not to. He let the Deep State run out the clock right underneath him.
He could have fired people for insubordination, but did not. Biden is clearing out the entire Executive Branch of Trump people, so apparently this was feasible. If the Senate would not confirm replacements, then he could have governed with interim department heads with authority to act and follow his orders.
Even in the last days of his Presidency, when President Trump announced that he had ordered the declassification and release of Russia Hoax materials in binders stacked over 1ft tall, he did not enforce his order and follow-up to ensure the materials were released before he left the Oval Office for the last time. The Trump Administration said that the materials would be released no later than Wednesday afternoon, January 20, but I guess they did not think about Joe Biden blocking the process when he became President at 12pm on Jan 20.
In baseball. the manager picks the lineup based on the availability of talent (skills) of the players. The players must execute. They are on the field. The Manager doesn’t get to pitch or hit. The Rules of the Game are made up by the League. Many times the umpire (JUDICIAL) decides the game…. high and just a little bit outside…. STEEERIKE 3!!!
Slimy Obama Clinton and Bush would have done that
trump wasnt sneaky or sly and didnt know the inner workings of the Swamp
You forgot the Democrat house impeached him in 2019 and he was put on trial by his republican senate in 2020.
Pretty sure that loser Paul Ryan and the republicans threw the midterms so they wouldn’t have to be the ones to impeach him, which was always the plan once Mueller finished.
But PDJT was squeaky clean, so they had nothing.
So the house had to do a sham impeachment based on a perversion of his legitimate phone call.
Had he declassified anything at any time they would have convicted him and removed him from office.
Republicans in the senate would have loved to be able to convict him.
But the couldn’t because it was such a sham.
How dumb are you to think they would let PDJT do anything they are now letting Biden do?
President Trump was impeached for something that Biden did.
You can’t be naive enough to think it’s all fairness in Washington.
The Byzantine Empire (330 to 1453 AD)
Byzantine = (of a system or situation) excessively complicated, and typically involving a great deal of administrative detail.
The greedy administrative state (bureaucrats on the take) large contribution to the failure of “the Eastern Roman Empire”.
It is clear that many on this board have never been up close and personal within the administrative state. The bureaucracy is something to behold when it starts gumming up the gears. Borg like.
Lin Wood went hard after Mark Meadows and Traitor Pence. Pence was bad from the get go. Remember how he filled the Trump Transition team with people loyal to him and he recommended Dan Coats who was loyal to him.
Lin Wood is an insane, unhinged lunatic who makes our side look very, very bad by association.
He may have said that Pence was a Judas, but Wood also made a bunch of other wildly off-the-mark predictions that didn’t come close to coming true.
Which side? Don’t think we’re on the same side.
Getting pretty sick of your talking points comments.
And you suck.
You really have no factual basis to say Lin is insane. While he hasn’t provided proof for all his claims, no one has proved him wrong.
He and Sidney and General Flynn are pretty well aligned. Are you suggesting they are ALL insane.
I don’t pretend to know what’s fact and what’s fiction on the foreign interference angle, but I just can’t believe all 3 of them went nuts at the same time.
I await further developments with an open mind
Has anyone noticed there hasn’t been any leaks out of the WH? President Trump’s administration was always having information being leaked. I wonder why that is. I NEVER trusted Mike Pence.
Yup, in hindsight it appears that Pence, the ultimate rat, was the main leaker.
Do a lot of the comments on this posting appear to be open season on PDJT?
I admired and supported President Trump. But he was not beyond reproach, and a certain amount of critical thinking concerning some of his appointments and decisions should not be shut down with the censoring frenzy of a Facebook or Twitter. But there are folks here who still want to keep the rose-colored glasses on and not confront themselves with any difficult questions.
Why don’t you explain to others on what you would do about FISC judges who hand light sentences to corrupt FBI agents, then?
Why is the Judicial Branch left out of your criticisms?
By the way, all the current FISC judges were personally appointed by Chief Justice John Roberts and not a single one of them were confirmed by the Senate to the FISC court.
Chief Justice John Roberts both appointed and confirmed all the FISC judges, himself, without requiring consent from both the president and the Senate.
Redlion, I have leveled plenty of criticism at the corrupt and completely compromised Supreme Court in the past here. All three of Donald Trumps SC appointments stabbed him in the back. We have a 7-2 leftist court now (not 6-3 conservative like the myth would suggest). With a ratio like that and the corruption reeking from all of them except Thomas and Alito now, who the hell even needs to “pack the court.” It is already packed and positioned against us.
Happy now??
Of course, firing political appointments would be easy for President Trump but what about him mass firing career federal employees?
If you were President Trump, how would you successfully fire all the federal career employees that are granted civil service protections under Jimmy Carter’s Civil Service Reform Act of 1978?
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_Service_Reform_Act_of_1978
For example, if you were President Trump, would you be able to convince yourself that firing everybody working at the IRS would not only be doable but the firings remaining permanent, despite expected push back from the Judicial Branch?
Would you be willing to publicly disagree with the Supreme Court that you stand by your decision to fire all these federal IRS employees and that you refuse to reinstate their jobs even if the Supreme Court decided to rule that you were not allowed to fire everyone working at the IRS?
In my opinion, a President should be able to fire anybody who works in the Executive Branch, both political appointees and career employees, included, and that even the Supreme Court is not allowed to take this power away from the President.
However, the Supreme Court has long stopped caring about the seperation of powers as they increasingly usurp powers reserved for only the Executive and Legislative branch like for example, the lower court judges that ordered the Department of Defense to not comply with President Trump’s ban on transexuals serving in the military even though judges are not part of the military chain of command and do not possess the consistitional authority to order the military around.
In fact, I won’t be surprised to read in the news one day that a judge from California or Hawaii has decided to issue a nationwide injunction against nuclear launches.
Okey-dokey, then…dictator it is. Happy?
point well taken
I can tell your comments are from talking points you have been given. Nice try Rolcon.
Yep. Sundance drawing them in like flies to honey.
Trying to turn us before they peach 45.
Too bad, we know.
Trolls have invaded here.
So what if people around President Trump were giving him bad advice about who he should hire? He didn’t have to hire who they recommended.
Have you been paying attention for the last 60 years?…. oh that’s right Sloths are real sloooooowwwww. /s
I don’t accept the premise that President Trump wasn’t smart enough to recognize when people around him were repeatedly give him bad advice. I apparently think more highly of his intelligence than you do.
….. with the advice and consent of the Senate.
I commented previously that the Constitution gives the Senate too much power in this matter.
Disagree. The Senate would work as the Founders intended if the whole intent of the Senate as a state centered deliberative body had not been gutted by the 17th Amendment.
The Founders originally had more power given to the house until the anti-Republic, pro-Democracy (aka mob rule) dingalings, turned the Senate into another corrupt popularity contest.
McConnell was much of the problem. He would only confirm those who were full-fledged swamp rats, and therefore most were not Trump’s choices. Remember, McConnell also would not allow Trump to make recess appointments.
I am convinced the trolls that are making the stupid comments like this are really 14 year olds on the spectrum.
“President Trump’s cabinet, specifically those cabinet members feeling a greater responsibility to protect their institutions, would not comply with any executive office requests to declassify material.”
Now that is insurrection!
The country is the real thing, the substantial thing, the eternal thing; it is the thing to watch over, and care for, and be loyal to; institutions (like the FBI, CIA, DOJ, State Dept, DOD) are extraneous [or worse – dangerous], they are its mere clothing, and clothing can wear out, become ragged, cease to be comfortable, [become criminal], cease to protect the body from winter, disease, and death. To be loyal to rags [institutions], to shout for rags [institutions, to worship rags [institutions], to die for rag [institutions] — this is loyalty to unreason, it is pure lower animal; it belongs to monarchy [which our Founding Fathers rebelled against, went to war against], was invented by monarchy; let monarchy keep it.
– Mark Twain
God will judge pence. Not me.
Blade,
But we must judge and do so with wisdom.
Yes, ultimately there is one Judge over the heavens and the earth, but whilst we are here, if we believe in the best in everyone and avoid the signs, I am afraid we would get what we deserved.
Mike Pence is a snake and a poor excuse of a man. The miracle is, how the heck could PDT achieve so much in such little time? A modern day miracle.
Peace on you
Um, we need to judge Pence, too. That traitor deserves to feel our wrath for his actions.
Pence is insulated from our wrath.
Did Pence move back to Indiana yet or is he still in DC?
Judging and Discerning a person’s character are two different tasks. I WILL discern that Pontius Pence is a traitor to God and the USA. President Trump went after abortionists, child sex traffickers, and those opposed to Freedom of Religion. Why would a “christian” try to destroy a man fighting these evil practices?
I will DISCERN. Almighty God will JUDGE.
