Years ago, I listened to a guest on a Focus on the Family radio show. She said many problems in society could be nipped in the bud if more conservatives were on school boards. Unfortunately, many conservatives fall for the myth that local races aren’t important.

I think the plan, on the part of both Parties in D.C. In terms of raw numbers, since the population of the USA is far larger than Sodom and Gomorrah, Egypt, and Canaan combined, these sins are practiced on a much greater scale. Homosexual marriage is officially encouraged by the state, and churches which refuse to marry homosexuals may see their 503(c) status revoked under the incoming illegitimate administration. We are enthusiastic idolaters, worshipping self, money, fame, prowess in sports, and more. We Americans sacrifice millions of babies to the idol of self every year.
Since knowledge creates responsibility, and we have the entire Bible freely available, how much more is the USA liable to judgment? We are not a righteous nation like many want to think. We’re no better than the people recorded in scripture who experienced the judgments of God in one form or another.

While I do hope that conservative America will regroup, absent real revival, I am skeptical that we can reverse the decline of the American empire. We KNOW what “violence” is, and we no longer have to believe the lie that a “mostly peaceful protest” is somehow not violence and that millions of people chanting “USA! No, people should still register as “unaffiliated”. If in an open-primary state, they can vote in any primary they want. The mailers aren’t just based on voter registrations. I fully expect to still receive letters in the mail because we have, in the past, donated to Pres. Trump and select Republicans and GOP-related organizations.

I had an epiphany – the republican party hasn’t allowed a conservative in the primaries without actively trying to subvert them within my lifetime. I went in reserve chronological order, and when reading about 1988 saw people tried to draft Donald Trump that year. His platforms – pretty much the same thing as now. He’s consistent. How much better off would this country have been with 2 terms of Trump in ’88 and ’92? Instead of GWB then 2 terms of Clinton? All those manufacturing jobs lost in the upper midwest in the late 80s early 90s, NAFTA, the massive migrations and loss of the standard of living.
An interesting thought exercise. Probably no Somalia. Minnesota may never have turned into Mogadishu. Mexico might not have fallen into the dire straits it did with NAFTA. No Bosnia involvement maybe? Perhaps no Desert Storm? Which could have meant no Al Qaeda. If only.

President Trump is a true American hero. He has earned the right to be on a pedestal. There are countless people on this site that have stated they would crawl over glass for him.
We are grieving for the loss of him by a stolen election. Yes, he is just a man, but to many of us Treepers, he is Superman. Now is not the time for anyone to say how we should esteem him.
How can you say this, knowing that the man went out there day after day, doing what is right for the country even as they disparaged his name and dragged him through the mud 24/7?
I’m afraid there won’t be another Donald Trump to lead us. He’s one of a kind. Very few could withstand the arrows he has taken. He raised the bar -that’s for sure!
