Comrade Rebels, there is a considerable disparity amid the Republic when it comes to authoritarian dictates and various State Ministries of Covid Compliance.
In recent developments NYC Comrade Minister DeBlasio has indicated he is allowing masked citizens to return to restrooms in restaurants which were previously forbidden. This is helpful progress to comply with the frequent hand-washing dictate; however, do not actually pause while in the restaurant venue proper or the Rona will apparently attack.

Perhaps these high-minded regulations from the New York Ministry are helping to drive people from New York to Florida where Rebel Alliance leader Ron DeSantis holds a more pragmatic perspective.
According to Florida officials the sunshine state strain of the Rona virus is not distinguishing between targets standing at a bar with a beer and targets sitting outside at a table with a beer. Apparently this is a conundrum not fully appreciated within the official COVID policy of the Minnesota, Michigan, California, Pennsylvania, New York and DC-based compliance authorities.
The northern regional ministry also indicates the virus in some states is triggered by rebellious activity at certain times of the evening. As a consequence many municipalities have curfews and hours of operation to avoid the greater Rona threat later in the evening.
WASHINGTON DC — With coronavirus numbers setting new daily records, the nation’s capital is temporarily suspending all indoor dining in restaurants over the holidays. Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser issued an executive order Friday night banning indoor dining for three weeks, starting Wednesday at 10 p.m. and extending through Jan. 15.
PHOENIX – Arizona residents are being told to “shrink their circles” of personal contacts and gatherings to help the state’s health care system handle coronavirus cases.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Republican Gov. Bill Lee has declined to require a mask order. Only a dozen other states lack a statewide mask requirement.
Interestingly, according to the AP “among the first 215,000 people to get vaccinated in the U.S., fewer than 1.5% of them had problems that left them unable to perform their normal activities or required medical care.” The current fatality rate for the Rona is around 0.7% so if the statistics hold up, twice as many people are injured by the vaccination as will likely suffer from the worst part of the virus.
Comrades, it is also good to know our proactive COVID ministry has mandated social distancing at the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race in Alaska.
Should a musher come across another team on the 1,000 mile expanse of isolated wilderness, said mushers will be required to put on a mask.
Obviously our nation breathes a collective sigh of relief for the hours of painstaking debate that went into the Rona preparations in the northern tundra. With the race scheduled in March 2021, decisions were coming down to the wire. Additionally, to ensure the safety of the polar inhabitants, each musher will be required to test for Rona exposure midway through the race.
MICHIGAN – Restaurants must remain closed; however, “casinos, movie theaters, bowling alleys and similar venues will be allowed to reopen on Monday, with some restrictions in place.” What type of restrictions?… “Indoor ice and roller rinks are allowed to operate, but only for individual workouts or one-on-one training, according to the order.” So if comrade rebels in Michigan can find an Ice-Skating rink open you will not ever suffer the embarrassment of another human seeing you fall down.
All of that said, what is your local areas’ current state of COVID-19 rules and regulations?
Feel free to share examples of Ministerial Compliance Decrees that seem to be, well, transparently silly.

Iowa is back to normal, hahaha, who am I kidding. Six feet people, only eight at a table, sorry folks. Masks, yep the lone wolf in his car passes by, mask deployed, shoppers probably 85% still wearing the diapers. Churches don’t seem restricted though!
Folks have good spirits given covid fear, election fraud and now the vaccine being released on the unsuspecting, just wish they would give up the mask compliance.
Oh, and President Trump won.
Yep, Pfhlipper, our Iowa town doesn’t seem to have many restrictions either, although 75% of shoppers are masked. We don’t have many sit-down restaurants left—our favorite (Cronks) called it quits back in May. Their Sunday morning breakfast bar was to die for: omelets made to order, waffles, sausage, crispy potatoes, cinnamon rolls, pastries, fruit bar. One of the bars has a small eating area that we patronize. Hubby loves their gizzards (yuk) while I order a pizzaburger (sandwich that is very hard to find).
My Lutheran church offers four services: Wednesday morning, Wednesday evening, and two Sunday morning. More folks are showing up with masks, and there is sanitizer available. And yes, WE.SING!!
Vaccines won’t be for us. Our county went for Trump, too
choirmarm, know where your coming from!cronks was awesome.and i agree my wife loves pizzaburgers and they are hard to find.western iowa is trump country.i travel alot of the state and i don’t think a single trump sign has been taken down.the 2 bidens i saw in town are gone.
We have been taking drives and noticed the same things — Trump flags and signs still very much around, even on some really back roads. It’s like they’re permanent fixtures. There’s no way he didn’t win in a landslide.
You’re lucky to see on 85% masked. I’m in a conservative part of NC (65% voted for Trump) and yet 98% are masked when shopping.
The media and Dems in western New Yorkistan have the populace convinced the world is coming to an end because of Covid 19, PDJT and his policies and they imply “resistance is futile” – like the Borg.
Nevada’s idiot governor “paused” the phased “return to normalcy” for a few weeks, and apparently, the virus knows if you lower your mask below your nose to ACTUALLY BREATHE while on cardio equipment at the gym, because we’ve been told that if we can’t do cardio with a mask fully covering the organs through which we breathe, then we can just skip those cardio workouts, dammit.
Though I don’t go out a lot, when I do, traffic in Vegas seems back to normal, which is weird, since so many people are out of work. Masks are still mandatory everywhere and I don’t think I’ve seen a person without one when I’ve been out and about. I put one on as I enter the store and take it off as soon as I walk out the door.
The idiot governor loves him some Twitter, and harangues his subjects regularly about “masking up” and the faux dire situation with new “cases” of COVID in NV and the corresponding faux dire situation in our hospitals. Most of the responses to his tweets these days indicate people are on to his B.S. and have had it with him. About every third response is OPEN THE STATE AND RESIGN! He also gets beat up regularly for withholding hydroxychloroquine, for the dumpster fire that is the state’s unemployment compensation system, for the false positive “cases” resulting from the inaccurate PCR tests, and for election fraud.
I am leaving the POS state of Nevada specifically because the population here seems too weak to fight back and actually do anything about it. I have had it with weak people.
Yeah, there’s not much fire in the belly here in Las Vegas. People are mad. They’re losing their livelihoods, cars, homes, etc. But they just can’t seem to work up much passion to do anything about it.
Sheeple are followers. They wait for the TV people to tell them what to think and what to do.
It’s not that they don’t have the courage of their convictions. They don’t even have convictions.
I live in Vegas too, and I’ve worked every day of the lockdown. The strip is dead, conventions are canceled until June, and shows are closed. Schools are online only and no end to that in sight. I went to a party last weekend, and within 10 minutes this Brazilian lady said to me, “You’re a Republican!” Ended up being a party full of Republicans, so they’re still around, but I agree that nobody seems to want to fight back.
I’ve worked straight through as well. I work from home. The other variety of Sisolak haters on Twitter are those cowering in fear in their homes who keep screaming at him to “shut the Strip” because all the visitors are a risk to locals. It fascinates me that these idiots haven’t figured out that without the Strip, Vegas ceases to exist. We’re headed there anyway at this rate.
Many Floridians are afraid of tourists also. Some actually seem upset that we’re spending our tourist dollars in their cities. It’s crazy!
They especially loathe NYers, believing we are all liberals. But of course we aren’t.
With Canadian business obviously dried up, residents should be relieved that Florida looks awfully good to us NYers right now.
#USA??
Central North Carolina – Things are getting worse rather than better. Small businesses are threatened with fines if customers are not wearing masks. Was thinking that I’d rather deal with the Mafia than our local and state government as the Mafia is more reasonable and a lot more honest.
Conmunism IS a Con, ignore the ideological claptrap intended to distract.
Its actually VERY like Government by the Mafia. Corruption is rampant, indemic throughout the society.
But, they don’t have to “pay off” the police, cause they ARE the police.
Instead, everyone “pays off” the government.
Instead of “nice store ya got here, be a SHAME if something happened to it.” Followed by taking the profits out of the till,…Conmunism says “nice little INDUSTRY you got here,…we’ll just NATIONALISE it, take the whole thing, and pass the profits up the chain.
Instead of loyalty to “the family”, its loyalty to “the Party”, but the paying a percentage of the take up, is the same.
And isn’t it interesting that the total deaths in NC so far this year are 80% of the expected number? In 2018 there were about 95,000 and this year, as of 12/18, there are 66,000. Yet the governor continues ranting about “cases,” when tests are cycled 35-40 times and no one is told if they were positive at a low number of cycles or a high number of cycles, which likely found a fragment of dead virus. Every news conference the lapdog reporters buy into the idiotic fascination with testing and “cases.” No one dares ask about the low number of total deaths or the significance of cycles. It is sickening.
Marian ! Stop it! You’re too informed and common-sensical! Stop it and put on that face diaper NOW! /sarc
Delaware:Most establishments limited to 30 percent capacity; larger retail limited to 20 percent to reduce crowds; 10 p.m. curfew instituted at restaurants and bars; additional enforcement measures announced; Stay-at-Home advisory in effect December 14-January 11. Masks required in all stores. Lines form outside, people stand 6 ft.apart. Everyone very polite and customers strike up conversations while shopping. All employees are delightful; helpful, and also chatty. I wish everyone Merry Christmas and all respond with Merry Christmas.
Yes I live in Delaware too (but Joe Xiden will never be my President) I have written/emailed to our Governor to no response. That I figured. I see the sheeple at all stores but I put my face diapers below the nose. I am more than fed up right now
I live in Shitcago but spend my $ in Wisconsin. Wife and I out to dinner near Burlington and witnessed a birthday party for a senior citizen. The family was actually maskless and laughing. My lord…
SE TN. I honestly don’t know and stopped participating some time ago. Was in a Walgreens today and half the shoppers wore masks and have did not. Cashier was wearing his on his chin.
Fort Collins CO. All indoor dining closed, carry out only. Took wife to Village Inn for breakfast Wednesday. They fought the lockdown. Had a talk with owner, they finally caved under pressure from Gov. Polis. Sad, they had gone to 50% capacity to live with shutdown but not enough.
Owner hoping or re open after first of year.. Dream on.
So sad to see his discouraged face..Same day Sundance wrote “we need HOPE”
Here in east texas churchs are open, many wear masks and many dont. Most businesses are open and the governor has declared there will be no more shutdowns as they dont work verbatim.
In Pensacola, too many people running around with masks but I’m not getting pestered for not wearing one. Never wore one, will never wear one.
The real brain trust people are the ones riding in their cars alone with the windows up wearing a mask, SMH
Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area. Majority wearing masks. I do NOT but I’m not getting any grief.
Hospital visit recently. Was not subjected to brain swab – temp scan only. Florida is definately better than most places but the mask BS is still a dark cloud over head. It’s like people Want to be afraid and let nanny state take care of me. Anyone not wearing I give them the thumbs up!
Thanks Mycroft. My wife and I are about the only ones that are NOT wearing masks in public. It’s a real shame that we hear everyone pounding there fist, yelling and screaming about we need to do this or that but won’t even disobey a MASK mandate. Pathetic and disheartening. There should be at least 75 million maskless faces out there.
We even have a Repub state (WI) speaker that has made a video stating that we should all wear a mask. Spit.
It is also disheartening to see everyone masked where we can’t see someones face. They get to see ours. All our emotions, but all we see are zombie faces. No, for those who pound sand, I say as soon as you go out without a mask, then I will listen to you.
“It’s like people Want to be afraid …”
It seems that being miserable is now the in thing. And it’s the coolest if you actually get COVID, no matter how non-existent or slight the symptoms. Heck all you need to get likes on FaceBook is to say you got a positive test.
I don’t recall hearing constantly about prayers needed for someone’s distant cousin who has the flu, but I see do see it with COVID. Some people need their 15 minutes of fame any way they can get it. A sad commentary.
I support mask mandates and believe nitrile gloves should be required to enter grocery and other stores. Why? Well it may reduce Covid intestions but more importantly it will exclude the ‘underclass’ from inflicting themselves on me.
You are a sheeple and most likely the reason we will have to fight a war.
I think that was sarcasm.
Then he, Scott, should have said so. If sarc it’s clever. If not Darrell.s comment stands,
I’m s.e. okla which is probably considered rural / country living. w/ the added advantage of being a red red state
as might be expected, even from the beginning, the state never came down hard. further, the first month or so it was ‘they said what … yeah ok, whatever; then you did as you pleased.
true business, i couldn’t live where big brother was telling me what to do. especially so for onto nearly a year now. we sometimes work and live where circumstances dictate but i couldn’t accept my world like that so i tip my hat to those that can. you are tougher than me.
California here…got a notice that 3 of our county libraries are closing on Dec. 22nd, indefinitely! Will be closed for at least 6 months. No Covid restrictions on libraries (they have been open) but the reason given: the librarians will be assisting the vaccine rollout! Since when are librarians trained in healthcare? The ultimate of stupidity. They took away one of the community resources. Want to read a book while in lockdown? Forget about it! Grrrr…screw Newsom, and our county supervisors!
Librarians are trained in healthcare the same way Walmart greeters are. About five months ago, the Walmart folks started wearing badges that indicated they were now “Health Ambassadors” – the first day I saw that, I did a spluttering, laughing burst of reactions, pointed to her “badge” and said, “You have GOT to be kidding?”
She did not look happy to be a health ambassador. Apparently it was not considered a promotion.
God save us, please.
I spent some time in the emergency room this week and the stuff I witnessed was down right scary. My heart goes out to those that are too sick to have a voice. You might be better off w/librarians running things.
In one interview of a doc in Europe it was stated that the scale of the testing being done required so much personnel that lab workers inexperienced were being used, thus furthering the inaccuracy of testing data. And isn’t it ironic that the government’s inane policies put so many healthcare employees out of work that now we have to use librarians? Librarians! We’re doomed.
Orlando Area:. Orange County fining businesses that do not follow Forced Masking… DeSantis does nothing against Orange violating his order of no fines. Seminole County is not as insane but still has Forced Masking. Rural Florida counties like Dixie and Levy totally different…no Forced Masking
I guess it is by county in Florida. St johns county never had mask mandate, still probably 85 percent wearing mask. Corporate stores still require it but no employees that I have encountered are enforcing it. People take the mask off!
SW Missouri, although our small city has a mask ordinance because the 2 big hospitals in the county to the north plus the Health Department in the county to the north brow beat our mayor till he gave in, not all including myself, pay much attention to it. I go into Walmart and my grocery store without it. No one seems to care. Micky D’s and KFC still hasn’t opened inside dining even though they could back in early June, so I refuse to eat there. The mom and pops all are back to normal with 100% seating.
The schools have been on site teaching all this year, and high school sports are letting fans watch. People for the most part have put the WuFlu past them and seem to getting on with their life.
I continue to sasy it: the healthcare profession has a lot to answer for. Like the MSM, they will never again be looked on liked they used to be.
Went to the salon this week to have my hair cut. There was a sign on the door that announced that masks were required. Once inside, I was told, “You are welcome to take off your mask if you would like.”
Most schools are meeting in person in this area.
================
My daughter and her family live in Southern Mexico. The story is totally different there. The family is staying home voluntarily. My son-in-law teaches, or used to teach, on a university campus. The campus is closed. The healthcare insurance was through his job. Now is not a good time for anybody in the family to get sick and have to go near the healthcare system.
So, they are living during a pandemic in a country with a stressed hospital system where many of the early deaths and serious illnesses were among the healthcare workers. About a month ago, I was told there were plenty of ventilators but not enough people who knew how to use them. Testing is not as available as here so a portion of WuFlu deaths are not reported as being from COVID. Funeral homes are opening new locations and there are NIMBY objections to new crematoria.
Mexico needs their tourism industry so the morbidity and mortality numbers are being underplayed while ours are being overplayed.
I might be a good thing not to use ventilators, as they pretty much seem to be a death warrant.
Here in Maryland near swampistan(D.C.) the covid panic seems to be wearing down many folks. I’d say that most people wear masks in stores except for those few of us who refuse. Mom and pop stores don’t seem to care about me not wearing a mask so I give them my business. The sense of foreboding is real here though, all of the old timers are saying the same thing “never would they have thought they’d see such a rapid decline in their lifetime”.
Medical worker in North Louisiana. I wish everyone would consider these cutesy cloth masks. We can’t get people to put on a clean disposable mask. Then I have to touch this mask that hasn’t been washed EVER! How Staph and Strep and other resp virus’s don’t spread like wildfire, will be a miracle. I have never had such filth taken into a medical facility, especially for a surgical procedure! I just wish ONE person would read the print on the side of these mask boxes that say this is for some protection from blood and body fluid splashes only. Will not filter bacteria or virus’s!!! Just use the sense God gave us!
The print on the side of the box also says: ” Made in China.”
Merry Christmas tiredinla !!!
Common sense is absent in tyrannical societies. Nothing need make sense. We
must only obey the master. Questions and doubts are forbidden.
The more non-sense the tyrants casn make the serfs believe or just accept, the more powerful they become. Not making sense is intentional.
My cloth mask has been worn since June without being washed. I am a clean person but I refuse this regimentation. So it lays on the floor of my car, in front of the passenger seat, exactly where it has been laying since last June. When I need it to gain admittance to buy groceries, I pick it up and put it on. When I come back out of the store, I take it off and toss it back on the floor where it waits for some future use.
Since we are forbidden to have any contact with anything that is less than super sterile (and are being forced to “stay home – stay safe” the signs along the streets say that….) the only way I can see to keep my immune system functioning at all, and give it something to do, is just wearing that dear old mask.
We’ve been living in a germy world for a long time. Over 76 years for me. I am long past the point of needing to be lectured about such things. And when the person lecturing me is likely manipulating stats ‘n facts for their own purposes…..sorry. Find another audience. I’m not interested.
Thanks Sharon. I’m a few years behind you but of similar mindset. Some around my community are “religious” about the masking and others are not. Hope more come to their senses.
bverwey
I watched a man exit his car and, seeing a cloth mask on the ground, picked it up. Stated he would take it home, throw it in the laundry and now have a spare mask. Walmart lot. Lots of blue masks available.
Wasn’t it just last year there were numerous articles about the dangers of too much sanitizing everything. Antibacterial soap, Bleach wipes, hand sanitizers etc.?
In our little conservative city in the middle of Commifornia lots of folks wear masks but the restaurants are mainly ignoring the Governor’s order of no inside dining. A close friend and an acquaintance were both hospitalized with the virus. Both were elderly. one passed and the other came home, surprising me as she has many co-morbidities. Our positive cases (what does that even signify) are around 500 and our population is roughly around 34K. We are a rural community. Another rural community within an hour’s drive with the same population has over 2,000 cases.
Reporting from the Blue Rhino Ministry of Massachusetts. Things just get more ridiculous as we go along proving, at least to this deplorable, if not to others that are “all in” with this thing, that the powers that be are just making it up as they go along.
They don’t have a freakin clue nor a plan. Taking random shots in the dark seeing what might work, because as we know, the powers that be (PTB) must be seen to be at least doing SOMETHING to combat the Virus. The Cult of the Virus.
A big restaurant/bar/music fan here, trying hard to keep my spirits up – and thank you for the recent Hope column Sundance, it helped a lot.
On to the ground report: Heavy traffic, stores busy. I’m usually in a restaurant at least once a week but haven’t been yet since the change last week – where restaurants have reduced indoor capacity, masks must be worn at all times if not actively eating and drinking, and now your seating time is limited to 90 minutes. Doesn’t matter if you planned to stay awhile or if the table will now be empty because no one’s waiting for it, times up, you must leave – whether this part will be strictly enforced or not we shall see.
Actual bars/nightclubs that do not offer food service have been closed since March and God knows when some of these places will open again, if ever.
But of course the casinos are open! Their capacity might have been reduced but I’m not certain. And no restriction on the amount of time one spends in a casino though – of course not (unlike restaurants, see below).
Gov. Charlie Baker, aka Charlie Parker (see China Joe), admits that most new “case” counts are coming from in home gatherings. Well no kidding! What do you think people are going to do when the restaurants must close at 9:30 and there is literally nothing else to do! And it’s cold outside! (That was instituted a month ago) and residents are “advised” to be safely at home between the hours of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
And here’s the sick part, despite the Gov knowing and saying so in his press conferences, that most new “cases” are from these frowned upon “in home gatherings”, the restaurants get whacked.
The Mass Restaurant Association whines and complains but does not DO something – like getting all its’ members to stand up together, open up, and stay open. No, they have a petition to Congress that they are asking residents to sign asking for help and outlining their desperate situation – and I get that, I do, but also, get together and Stand Up! I will be making some phone calls and sending emails and visiting some of these folks to put a bug in their ears to do just that.
Oh and restaurants cannot have live music now – when they did one was forbidden from getting up to dance. (Something else depressing for me personally, it’s one of my favorite things to do).
Churches still limited capacity, must wear a mask, cannot sing! On Christmas, midnight mass is my favorite and I get such joy from singing along with the choir the beautiful Christmas songs – not happening.
One bright spot to report that made my day. Went to the supermarket after work on Wednesday – big snow coming Thursday so of course the market was very busy. Nobody, and I mean nobody, was paying any attention to the ridiculous directional arrows still adorning the aisles – this is new!
I haven’t paid attention to them from the start.
And people were just talking, I mean just started talking to one another like it has not been for a long time. I actually laughed with others several times over near miss shopping cart collisions. The mood was different – I walked out of the store with a smile on my face, it’s been quite awhile since I’ve felt that way in the supermarket.
I’m currently working in Springfield (I live in Alabama but come up time to time for work)
It’s absolutely depressed here. I saw the other day teachers actually had a snow day here even though it’s remote learning.
What a freaking joke this place is and most of the idiots.
I can’t wait to leave this dump.
I moved from here 4years ago and I’m so thankful I did.
I second your comments! Yes, very depressing – I’d be out now if I could, no can do at this time. It was much more bearable during the summer of course, particularly since it was an exceptionally good summer weather wise.
The fact that businesses and their associations, like the restuarnat one you mention, do not stand and fight, is one reason I refuse to patronize them. I did in the early days, but no more.
South Central PA here, currently all restaurants and bars closed except for take out, pop up covid testing stations all over the place (thats how they keep up the fear) We live relatively close to Maryland and believe it or not you can eat in a restaurant or sit at a bar in commy MD, go figure! So we defy comadant Wolfe and head to MD for meals and shopping and ignore the 10 quarantine order for leaving our own ridiculous state, I also happen to work in MD but my wife doesn’t. Lots of permanently closed up small businesses and restaurants though, it’s definitely taken its toll!
Free COVID testing was offered in the civic center parking lot again the other day.
Nobody there except the staff when I drove past there.
We noticed how relaxed folks were in Southern MD last weekend during our visit. We ate out twice and all businesses were open and busy. Stayed at a Holiday Inn in Waldorf and when my wife went to check in the girls behind the desk had there masks down. They saw my wife enter and pulled them up. She told them not to bother and they all lowered there masks and had a good laugh and light conversation. My buddy told me covid restrictions and attitudes varied widely in the state from county to county.
TX…Georgetown, Liberty Hill area…
Everything back to normal other than mask wearing..I have gone into some small stores with no mask and no one has said anything…I’ve seen a few others do the same thing.
I think big box stores are the most strict but I wear mine under my nose , no one seems to care.
Chief epidemiologist already pushing the “you still have to wear mask and distance even though we are vaccinating” …
Points of interest:
* new restaurants still opening up- I’m surprised at this but the resiliency of the American people
* big Waterpark resort opened in round Rock
* places in suburbs and further out seem to be selling fast
*my bank branch near me is shut down for a week due to employee getting it
*i finally know some people with it..relatives in their 50’s, 70’s in NOLA..no one hospitalized , my hair cutters kids, my parents friends…again so far no deaths or hospitalizations
People still pushing gov abbott to get rid of mask mandate along with others crying no masks are wonderful.
Tradin’ my time for the pay I get, i ‘m livin’ on money that I ain’t made yet!
That just won’t work but it is where we are at. “i’ll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today.’
Reporting from Tulare County, near Porterville, in the Central Valley of California, things have actually become much better.
Newsom declared we all had to go back to the the beginning and close down everything that was unessential a week or so ago. But it didn’t happen, at least here in eastern Tulare County and Porterville.
I don’t see any businesses closed down again. I frequent several that were closed down before but they are still open now.
More than that less people are wearing masks. Noticeably less. Thursday I had to go into town. Went into the auto parts store with no mask. No problem. There were several other customers and only one had on a mask.
Went to Lowes with no mask. No one said anything. About a third of the customers I saw had no masks.
I do confess, when I am out in the county there is really very little different than before all this started. Our Sheriff made it clear he will not enforce Newsom’s edicts. Our very small elementary school opened last fall so only high school kids are still at home. No one out here wears masks and we still shake hands and hug each other.
I am in Chico, and even though it’s a liberal bastion, we recently voted in a conservative city council that is starting to enforce the laws where the drug abusing homeless are concerned (eliminating tents on the freaking freeway on ramps and in the city parks) and I just had a wonderful lunch at a restaurant with indoor dining-it was so nice and so normal. And epstein didn’t kill himself.
“epstein didn’t kill himself.” Nope. He died of COVID.
I’m in north Forsyth county & I only wear a mask in Costco. I’ve only been there 2 times this year. I shop in Dawsonville a lot & eat at Papa’s Diner at least once a week. Also, I shop & eat in Gainesville. I never wear a mask. There are more people not wearing masks than ones wearing them. I was so happy to see Ingles Grocery Store bringing back their salad bar. Even the cashiers do not wear masks where I shop. It’s just not that hyped out here. I’m going back to the beach in Fla this coming weekend for the 3rd time in the last 6 months. I wish I could buy a place in Fla but the prices are sky rocketing to the tune of $300 – $500 a sq ft. Yet, my family is in Ohio & apparently everyone has the China flu. My brother just tested positive & my mom will get tested tomorrow.
Visiting relatives in the Vegas area, got a haircut the other day and had to wear a mask during the procedure. Barber told me the city of Henderson had hired a handful of retired cops to enforce the mask and distance mandates with the ability to levy stiff fines. Stores have the usual mask mandates and I still wonder why grocery and Home Depot clerks have not been dropping like flies from the ‘rona. Have not been out to eat here as yet but my brother in Minden Nevada told me the new restriction there requires you to wear your mask until the food is delivered to the table. One could surmise the virus is frightened of food and drink. I’m doing my part with a small supply of 20 yr old whisky to keep the rest of the family safe.
“Barber told me the city of Henderson had hired a handful of retired cops to enforce the mask and distance mandates with the ability to levy stiff fines.”
That’s like the evil ranchers in the westerns calling in hired guns to kill off the farmers. Where’s Shane when you need him? But then, perhaps each of us needs to be a Shane.
Just trying to pass on what I think is a great idea in New York and spread that across the nation.
Any government official that orders any business or any entity to close due to Covid is automatically BANNED for Life from their Business!
Please pass it on.
Since March, no government employee has been fired or laid off due to covid. Leeches.
California, SF Bay Area. After every cell phone in the Bay Area went off telling everyone to sheltering place. I went to “the mall” on Friday night and it was hard to find a parking spot. People wandering everywhere. Our governor “chicken little” still declaring the sky is falling. It’s clear more and more Californians aren’t buying the endless propagande. Bay Area TV and radio news are 80% Covid fear porn stories. I only watch or listen to catch the traffic and weather. I have yet to meet a person who knows anyone who has died from this.
Bob Aloo: Our Governor Newsollini has to keep the charade going, so he can get his lobbyist payoffs and his federal bailouts.
I just spoke with my neighbor today who said she had a friend who “died from covid” He was 72, and wheelchair bound from MS. Too bad he wasn’t given the option of hydroxychloraquine, perhaps it may have helped.
I agree that the people still dying definitely have underlying health issues AND doctors who don’t provide early intervention. We know a lot more now than we did in March. Nobody has to die from SARS-COV-2 anymore.
We should all push this website/idea out every chance we get. Also support those small businesses willing to fight back.

For all the shit we take for being from NJ and it’s corrupt liberal shithole reputation. I’m proud to have the owners of Atilis Gym as neighbors. Those guys have more balls than many small business owners.
Can’t say I disagree with Ian Smith’s take on how many weak feminized men we have in the country founded by rugged individualists.

That gym still has not had even one case traced back to a person’s time spent there.
A doctor I know has been masking up all day every day while at work. He uses fresh disposable surgical masks, not dirty cloth masks.
Guess who ended up with bronchitis.
Serves him right. Will he learn anything form it?
Arizona: I’m in Mesa (greater Phoenix area): I have been here since October. My wife and I are both between 65 and 69 years old
Well … were you at the State Capitol today protesting? We were and we’re 70 and 78 years old. Get active ~ please.
When is the next protest???
Indoor and outdoor dining in LA and Santa Monica are shut down and lots of small retail businesses are dying. Many vacancies. Storefronts papered over or boarded up. Meanwhile, real estate development is everywhere. Probably part of the plan, to create more vacancies, so that old retail properties can be torn down to build new mixed-use buildings. Newsollini and Garcescu are criminals. Thugs in suits.
Dave Cullen and Californian Rosa Koire discuss that, among other things COVID and Great Reset, here:

Here in small-town eastern NC, I had begun Not wearing a mask with no repercussions when The Coop issued a state-wide mandate, and now every store has a “Mask Required” sign on the front door. I recently had dental work that resulted in a significantly and very obviously mis-matched crown and it will take another three weeks to rectify that, and that is the ONLY reason I am happy to wear a mask in the meantime!
I did just see an ad for the Nutcracker which showed all the dancers in masks. About spit out my drink.
Out here in southwestern NC, most businesses I frequent have the signs up but aren’t enforcing the mask mandate. I go to Lowe’s, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, Ingle’s, and even CVS without any pushback (knock on wood). Those that do require it I refuse to give my business to. Sadly, 98% are still masking in this conservative county.
On an aspect of Covid not talked about. My sister told me of some friends of hers, in oklahoma.
3 family members all got sick. One was so severe she was hospitalised, the other two, although they had difficulty breathing, headaches and loss of taste, were sent home.
Now, Covid IS a virus, and it WAS “weoponised”, obviously.
The challenge is, HOW do you weoponise a virus, and not have it effect your own troops or people?
What they did, was develop a virus which is COUNTERINTUITIVE.
That is, knowing what “standard medical practice” would be, they developed a virus where standard practice is WRONG.
For example, a patient comes into hospital, complaining of difficulty breathing from cold, flu, pnuemonia, etc.
They put them on pure oxygen, instread of room air. If they are congested in the lungs, they give them decongestents or bronchodialators, to reduce congestion and open the airways.
If that doesn’t help, and they begin wearing themselves out, from trying to breathe, they put them on a ventilator, which forces the oxygen in, so they don’t have to expend energy to breathe.
With Covid, for SOME patients, it causes microclots, it the blood.
Can’t SEE them, except under a microscope.
But, they cause headaches, and interfere with the gas exchange in the lungs.
Point is, all lesser treatments do NO good, as the oxygen can’t cross into the blood cell, with these microclots.
And, FORCING the oxygen into the lungs, when it has no place to go, does lung damage.
Best treatment is EARLY intervention (more about that soon) with ANTI-COAGULENTS; Aspirin or coumadin/wayfarin (Rx.)
Dissolve the microclots, headache and difficulty breathing go away.
Now, “Triage” is prioritising patients according to severity. During flu season, hospitals will sometimes reach capacity, and have to turn away any new patients.
Beyond that, when the ER is busy, someone with a broken arm may be low priority, over say a gunshot wound.
Point is, EARLY intervention is ESSENTIAL with Covid.
By turning away patients with less severe symptoms, in order to focus on patients with MORE severe symptoms, they are digging themselves into a hole.
With my sisters friend, the hospital SHOULD have treated all THREE patients. Sure, the “critical one”, but ALSO rapid intervention with the two they sent home.
They could have treated them with blood thinners, monitored them, and sent them home after several hours with pills to keep the clots from forming.
By sending them home, without treating them, that means when they return, they will be critical, AND past the early stage when treatment is most likely to AVOID them ever GETTING critical.
Easy to say this is deliberate, but A) it IS “counterintuitive” and B) The medical profession has a long list of blunders they have made, over their history,..so it could just be institutional stupidity.
Anyway, THIS is why many urban hospitals are at near capacity for ICU beds, they still don’t “get it” that you have to think OPPOSITE to the way your used to thinking.
Az is open, but they ARE reporting ICU beds at 90% capacity. Where I live, signs SAY “masks required”, but only hospitals and clinics are requiring it.
Everywhere else, some do some don’t, and nobody cares.
I’ve read a lot on Covid but blood thinners are a new one. If true, you could simply take a Krill oil supplement to get some of the blood thinning effects and additional health benefits.

The demoncrats here in California successfully ruined our family thanksgiving and soon to be 2 dinner Christmas parties because one of my sister-in-law had a fit when she learned that we celebrated my birthday party in my parents-in-laws house. First time in 16 years we will not be celebrating family gatherings.
I did not know what she was up to, so I innocently answered all her questions and when she learned that we went there, she started ranting, “I will blame you if something happen to my parents,” “did you wear a mask?” (she’s referring of us wearing a damn mask! inside the house), “where you sitting 6feet apart?”—-It was so rapid, that I wasn’t able to process immediately but I could tell my blood was rising up to my head.
I could not believe that what I have been reading from that damn demon fauci’s mouth is exactly what my sister-in-law was spouting. Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
I have calmed down now but I have not talked to my sister-in-law yet even though she send us recently a happy wedding anniversary card. That’s what she gets and all the rest from listening and watching mainstream media on tv. Totally brainwashed by………………
So to celebrate this coming Christmas in our house, I want us to just be wearing an ugly Christmas sweater for a change (no formal getup) and have picture taken in the dining table since this carnage and nightmare of open cheating before our eyes dampen my spirit ( I know I should not be because that’s what the other side wants to happen) of decorating our house.
Inspite of all these things, let’s count our blessings! We love you Father GOD, JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD, THE HOLY SPIRIT, and MOTHER MARY. I believe in my heart and mind that THEY will not abandon us–the American people and America.
Well, I don’t want to get too specific on the location, so somewhere, in Texas, the restaurants are supposed to be at 50%, but looking at the parking lots, they are full. I won’t tell anyone. Stores are all full, maximum commerce before Christmas.
We never wear the useless masks, as they do absolutely nothing to protect against viruses. No one ever says anything to us. About a third of the people seem to be like minded and don’t wear them either.
I would say most everything is normal here. People just trying to enjoy their lives!
Merry Christmas to all!!!
Im currently a snowbird in an undisclosed location in the middle of the desert. The cactus, birds, reptiles, and crawly things dont care what I do, nor do they have any restrictions against me other than to leave them alone. I do offer sustenance to the hummingbirds however which makes them happy, but competitive. In the closest small town, the mask stuff is as effective as the ink on the paper of the signs at the door. One businessman told me that there are rumors of lockdowns, but until that happens, and where it happens, they will just be rumors.
Back home in WY, gov gordon has instituted a mask mandate with fines until Jan 8th, but since Im not there Im not sure how the hoi polloi are handling it..or if the local LE are enforcing it. In several counties the sheriffs have said that they wont enforce it at all. If the gov extends the mandate, or if arrests are made, the people may rebel.
We have some *open defiance* going on here in PA…Wolf wants everything shut down, masks 24/7…
356 PA Businesses Defy Gov. Wolf’s COVID-19 Mitigation Orders
PENNSYLVANIA — Hundreds of restaurants and bars across Pennsylvania remain open for indoor dining, and many gyms have also refused to shut down, in open defiance of the recent coronavirus mitigation orders put in place by Gov. Tom Wolf, according to a directory compiled by opponents of the shutdown.

When I see pics of your gov, and what passes as the health authority standing next to him, I see insanity.
And evil.
A friend and I went to Mossyrock today and had lunch and did some shopping.
Not many stores but we wanted to show them support.
Ate indoors and no masks in sight.
Spoke to 2 different couples who were from Portland and they said they were there for a little sanity!
It was great!!
Family and I are set to close on a house in Onalaska next week. I’m glad we decided on Lewis county.
checing in
In Illinois, I’ve been working with the mask since springtime. It’s the only way I can keep my job. It’s not a great job to begin with, but I’m fortunate to have it now.
Our restaurants and bars remain closed, except for outside dining. The current temp is 34 degrees. Figure that sh!t out.
The BS masks are making us sick, unable to breathe doing our work, and noses running all the time. If you think we can wash our hands every time we touch our noses, faces, masks, the stuff you buy…you’re an idiot.
God Bless those with common sense. I wish I were back in FL.
Living large here in North Central Florida! The closer you get to Gainesville, the more the Karens come out. The county requires all businesses to post signs that you must wear a mask, even though the business doesn’t require it. The trick is to walk inside without one unless they ask you. If you still want to go in, take it off once inside and no one hassles you. I prefer not to do business if they tell me to wear one on the way in (except Sam’s Club because I have 12 cats, and I REALLY need their kitty litter!)

We have less deaths this year than 2019 or 2018. We are on track to match 2017’s death toll.
So WHERE ARE THESE 400,000 DEATHS? WHERE ARE THEY?
For this they wreck our economy, steal our freedom, censor our speech, leave our grandparents to die alone and ruin a generation of kids?
God-damned Power-mad Liars.
it was always about removing President Trump from office-they weren’t positive the voter fraud alone would be enough…
Also China crippling America’s and world’s economies.
Boise, Idaho: our Central District Health board has tried three times since December 4th to pass a mask mandate for inside and outside ones home, punishable by fines and jail time. Would also stop all visits to nursing homes, assisted living facilities and prisons. A provision to force businesses to hire social distance and mask monitors was put in early drafts of the mandate but I believe that was taken out. Protesters (500 plus, from little kids to elderly, few wearing masks) showed up in the cold and snow EACH TIME the board tried to take a vote. We have stopped them each time with prayer, patriotic chants and songs, loud voices, etc. The last protest police showed up on rooftops overlooking the protesters in the the CDH parking lot; drones also appeared. Kids and elderly can be so disruptive, donchakbow…..
The city of Boise has a mask mandate due to that city’s fascist mayor, but other town and cities around Boise and throughout the state have no mandates, just recommendations. The further away from Boise you get–even just 7-8 miles outside of city limits–and people shun wearing masks or wear them below their noses/chins and are not bothered. Boise businesses have bent the knee, and some appear to relish being the mask Gestapo for unelected bureaucrats and the mayor, so one more reason people avoid the city. (I officially live in Boise city limits, but just barely. I simply walk/drive two blocks from my home and I’m in freedom loving Garden City and Eagle. A few miles more and I’m in freedom loving Meridian, and beyond that, the cities of Nampa and Caldwell, which also have shown up en masse to stop their SW District board of health from issuing a mask mandate.
Our governor is a RINO, listed by the Chinese as “friendly.” Our Lt. Gov is the real deal, the Kristi Noem of the Pacific Northwest. On 29 October, she traveled the state with a gun, a bible, and denouncing the civic restrictions put on residents from unelected bureaucrats. Hope she primaries our squish governor in 2022. Our Republican-led legislature refuses to meet virtually in January–they will conduct the people’s business face to face at the state Capitol. Dems are fearful and want to either cancel the year’s legislative session, postpone it, or do zoom sessions. R leadership so far has not caved. Bills already drafted to EXPLICITLY prohibit the current and any future governor from making statewide edicts and decrees, including no longer unilaterally deciding who is and is not an essential business or worker, without legislative approval. Other bills drafted strip health boards of any power to order mask mandates, etc. These should pass overwhelmingly, but time will tell.
My church has never required masks and asks that only in the sanctuary during service families sit in pods together and social distance from other families, but in the large gather in foyer everyone socializes much like pre-covid.
Here is our Lt. Governor in October. Note: the Idaho Statesman is a liberal rag of a newspaper, but the picture they use is great. https://boingboing.net/2020/10/29/idaho-lt-governor-drives-around-with-a-gun-and-a-bible-protesting-covid-19-restrictions-in-video-questioning-if-virus-is-even-real.html
Wow. Sorry. I thought I had put spaces between my paragraphs. Sorry for the paragraph blocks above…..
Rose–after you first post, look at it. Then on the botoom right, there is an edit button you can find with your cursor to fix any issues. It has a time limit though. Best,
Thanks! I’ll remember for next time….
I don’t know about the edit function helping, but I found that if I use two returns between paragraphs in my first posting, I get normal paragraph breaks.
Black Irish Rose – I live in Star! I don’t/won’t wear a mask. I work in Meridian and don’t wear a mask. If I go to a business and they try to make me wear a mask, I ask what their “accommodation” is. If they don’t have one that entitles me to the same shopping experience, I kindly let them know that is not fair and I’ll take my business elsewhere. Many of these are small businesses – I haven’t been inside a major chain store in months. I want to support small business but I refuse to support the small businesses that either do not have the balls to stand against tyranny or honestly believe they are doing the world a favor by forcing customers to do something specific to enter their business. Can’t stand our spineless guvna’. Voted for him once but won’t make that mistake again, and I let him know about it. Used to love going downtown Boise. Won’t do it anymore. Wish there was a list of businesses who are non-mask friendly – but too risky for them to be mentioned.
On a side note – I was in direct contact w someone who tested positive -. I tested negative. Then my neighbor (48) was hospitalized this week w Covid. 5 days of IV remdesevir, lovenix blood thinner, rosephine antibiotic, and dexamethasone. The virus is real. It hits everyone different. Stay safe out there. God bless and Merry Christmas!!!
“I ask what their ‘accommodation’ is. If they don’t have one that entitles me to the same shopping experience, I kindly let them know that is not fair and I’ll take my business elsewhere.”
This got me thinking. Here in NC, if you have a medical exemption, about which they can’t inquire, the store is supposed to accommodate you some other way. If they had no way to do that, why couldn’t the unmasked threaten them with legal action instead of just leaving?
I also wondered if enough people insisted on curbside, the businesses, unable to support that en mass, would finaly start letting us in, or at the least, start screaming to the government.
“Would also stop all visits to nursing homes, assisted living facilities and prisons.” – thus causing much mental anguish leading even to suicide. But, but, but, if it saves only one life! yeah, right.
In NH the Gov. issued a mask mandate a couple weeks ago (not sure the exact date) but no penalty for non-compliance. Only one place I frequent got a bit hysterical when I entered uncovered, no place else has mentioned word one about it. At the grocery store, or anywhere else I go, it is rare to see anyone else unmasked. Hard to win a fight with miniscule numbers of warriors.
As per vaccine, the Gov. issued an EO requiring entry onto a registry for recipients of the vaccine; a registry that won’t see my name.
Except for the democrat run dead zones, it seems Texas has not changed much. Some places like my gym, we put on mask at door so the young kids running the door are not fired by the A-Hole manager, but then can take it off inside the door, go figure.
It seems MORE people are giving into the fear and wearing masks ALL the time, although Governor “Hey” Abbot has not changed the rules…yet, but the local TV stations, subverted healthcare workers and democrat politicians claim all are going to die.
Then the fun begins, while watching all the lemmings wearing masks and some of whom are mask Nazis. These clowns wear their masks all the time except to use the PUBLIC drinking fountains or refill their water bottles at the PUBLIC drinking fountains used by people with no masks. These same masked idiots never clear up after themselves nor pre-clean anything they touch. A real circus. No masks worn outside.
Arizona: I’m in Mesa (greater Phoenix area): I have been here since October. My wife and I are both between 65 and 69 years old. We have eaten lunch out at various area restaurants literally every single day. While masks, reduced table capacity and distancing is pretty much universal we don’t know of a single retail business that is not open. People are pretty casual about the rules and I have not seen any “compliance nazis” so far, maybe has to do with Arizona’s concealed carry/open carry laws. LoL. Frankly, other than all the masks, I wouldn’t really notice much out of the ordinary. Sorry for the earlier premature post, still getting used to the new system.
You are so right! We visited washington recently and all wear masks and the outdoor dining is relegated to a small number of people and I was thankful for the heaters. Frankly, it was depressing walking around seeing so many in masks. Even at the hotel we stayed at I wished to see servers’ faces in the restaurant just to see them smile. I felt a sense of what Soviet Russia must have been like.
In DuPage County, Illinois last night, we ate inside at a small restaurant/bar. The local authorities have wisely decided to ignore those who wish to freely socialize, and those who want to earn an honest living. The beer, wings and brats were delicious!
Used to live in Wheaton and loved dining out. Did you have to wear masks?
Her in Ohio, today I walked into a store & the clerk immediately told me to put my mask on. I said “No”. she said, you cant come in here if you don’t have a mask. I told her, I” don’t wear a mask because a doctor told me that putting a mask on t0 stop COVID is like keeping mosquitos out of your backyard with a chain link fence. I pulled a wedge of 20’s out of my pocket and said, I can either spend my money here, or I can go somewhere else…your choice to stop being a mask policeman. She let me proceed and then said, “I’m just doing my job”. I told her to stop doing her job on behalf of the COVID tyrants
