The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled today that Governor Tony Evers and other state and municipal officers did not have the legal authority to expand the definition of “indefinitely confined” citizens to permit absentee voting without showing a state ID.
The ruling appears to open the door for the Trump campaign to challenge any absentee ballot cast in Wisconsin that was outside the legally defined rules to receive them. This judicial decision was reached at the same time Wisconsin legislators voted to affirm their electors. The sad irony is thick.
The state’s highest court ruled only those voters whose “own age, physical illness or infirmity” makes them homebound could declare themselves “indefinitely confined” and avoid complying with a requirement for photo ID. The avoidance of in-person voting under the auspices of COVID-19 mitigation was a violation of state law.
WISCONSIN – “We conclude that both the contention that electors qualify as indefinitely confined solely as the result of the COVID19 pandemic and the declared public health emergency and the contention that Wis. Stat. § 6.86(2)(a) could be used for those who ‘have trouble presenting a valid ID’ are erroneous because those reasons do not come within the statutory criteria,” the court ruled. (Ruling Here)
It’s a fraud. The Court is saying a quarter-million ballots must be challenged one by one.

None of the margins are insurmountable if illegal votes are pitched. It’s a no brainer. The only ballots that need t be thrown out are just enough to CORRECT the injustice that is being done.
So I understand that this means that those ballots cast absentee can be disregarded. But how do you prove who those absentee voters voted for? (we all know who how do you show that). The ballot itself would have been separated by now from the envelope and identifying information . So is the strategy to show that more votes have to be set aside than the vote margin and therefore the legislature decides who won?
Absentee ballots have to be requested. There has to be a log, and that is one of their problems. Their logs don’t match up to those who voted absentee.

You discard them at a minimum proportional to the votes the candidate received from the precinct/county they are being thrown out of. If it went 70/30 Biden/Trump, you kill 140k Biden Votes and 70K Trump votes, etc. This should be pitched in all the fraud states. This whole you’ll never know argument is stupid hogwash. There is always a way to fix things even when you can’t be 100% precise.
It better be a YUGE team. 20,000 people will have to be found and contacted. No small task. How many per day can be found and verified? Divide that number by 20,000 or however many votes needed and you get how long it will take X number of people to accomplish. Not impossible if enough people are working on it.

That said, his main contention, that there are artifacts on paper ballots that can be studied forensically to determine their authenticity is on its face very logical and clearly true when it comes to whether the paper has been folded or not – the naked eye can see that well enough.

Technically I think it means comparing the list of those WI voters who voted by absentee ballot last time versus this time. Only those who voted via absentee ballot last time are considered to be able to vote without presenting photo ID with their absentee ballot request this time.
Because the law requires the voters had complied with WI law and presented photo ID and verified name and address when they first requested absentee ballots, and it then assumes they have remained an absentee ballot voter ever since then. Only that way could they request absentee ballot for this Nov. election.
Then I guess Team Trump and the GOP up there better get crackin’ because there’s 160,000 extra “absentee” ballots compared to 2016, and you can get that 80-90% of those were filled out by somebody for Joe Biden.

The remedy is that b4 Jan 6 the Republican state legislatures decertify the vote in their state and notify Congress that Biden did not win. How do you invalidate ballots? They are not associated with a particular voter; it is secret ballot. One cannot tell if they are voting for the President or for Biden.
There’s really only two options.
Seems like those are the only two ways to deal with it. The first method preserves the voters’ legal votes, the second one basically declares the election illegitimate and throws out everybody’s votes (treating everyone equally).
Sadly, if Wisconsin Republican house members behave the way Michigan house Republicans are behaving, they will vote Biden.

The way I understand Jovan Hutton Pulitzer’s method, they only need the scans of the mail-in ballots. If the paper had been folded, as a proper ballot would be folded when it was mailed, the scan will show “kinematic” fold marks. Any mail-in ballot without these fold marks is fraudulent, with the exception of the few that are made for damaged ballots.
There is no need to match the ballot to an identity, they are just counting the pristine ballots that were never mailed.
This counting can be done quickly since they don’t have to handle paper ballots.
This election will go to the house delegations. One vote per state. Trump wins!
That was why seven states sent competing electors. On Jan 6, those seven states will not have their votes added because of the competing slates. Neither candidate makes it to 270.
V.P. Pence presides over the joint session and counts the votes.

President Trump announced his intent to nominate Mr. Rosen to this position on February 19, 2019, and the U.S. Senate confirmed the nomination on May 16, 2019.
Heck, Mitch could have suggested as much. At the time, Jeffrey Rosen had already been affirmed as general counsel at the Dept of Transportation where Mitch’s wife was/is secretary. That should have simplified matters.

Given that we have evidence of large-scale electoral fraud and Chinese influence, President Trump can prevent Biden’s Inauguration by invoking the Insurrection Act even after that date.

Election officials knew they were not processing the mail in ballots correctly.. they knew that by law it was a two step process.. receive the written voter request..file the request and note in the voter data base.. then send them the ballot.. no part was followed in Milwaukee .. it’s a coup plain and simple..

My question is why did the Wisconsin Supreme Court hold their opinion from the earlier case until after the election?
How could the court hold onto a ruling in Jefferson v Dane County knowing that it could result in a disorderly election outcome when they had already heard the arguments on such straightforward claims?

Not only are we talking about 171,900 newly-incapacitated voters, the onus is on the election officials who provided that advice were *warned* this advice was legally undefendable… Advice given “on duty” so to speak, in their official role, makes it difficult to plead ignorance…

This ruling is flawed: If it is solely up to the individual to decide if they are indefinitely confined how do they reconcile that conclusion with the following statute:
Wisconsin 6.86 2(b) …The clerk shall remove the name of any other elector from the list upon request of the elector or upon receipt of reliable information that an elector no longer qualifies for the service. The clerk shall notify the elector of such action not taken at the elector’s request within 5 days, if possible.
The clerk shall keep accurate records of all claims of indefinite confinement.
Seems to me there is an open door in the statute for the GOP to start providing that “reliable information”.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court used the same rationale as the Nevada Court. Each fraudulent vote must be contested individually and the intent of fraud needs to be determined. This is an impossible standard for campaigns to ever meet in challenging systemic voter fraud.
There was nothing ironic about this decision. The court waited to rule until after Biden could be selected and announced nationally by fraudulent electors. You may even see the corrupt SC do the same and say ‘well, what difference does it make now, can’t overturn things this late in the game.’ The corrupt court system needs to fear the wronged voters more than they value their ill gotten bribes and more than they fear the BLM and ANTIFA Mobs of the Democrats.

Actually, no. The Wisconsin Supreme Court basically said there was not a fear of COVID exemption. That was a privilege the Dane County clerk was trying to create outside of Wisconsin law.
