Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett and Barr did not want to be perceived as putting their fingers on the scales of Justice during an election season. Instead they stared election fraud in the face and would not listen to the arguments or the evidence. Unjustly, they sat their cowardly fat asses down on the man who appointed them, suffocating the continuation of, arguably, the most successful four year presidency in our Republic’s history. In the end it is they who played the worst of politics, perhaps, busting the scales of Justice forever.
Donald Trump’s presidency was stymied by a lie–the accusation that foreign influence advanced his election. Nothing could have been farther from the truth. Those who accused him then have done the actual deed themselves with the specious election of Joe Biden. Betrayal is not a strong enough word for them.

Scotus is there to make the final, sometimes hard, life-altering decisions. If they don’t have the cojones for the job, then resign and let someone take their seat who does have courage in the face of threats and evil.

In a world where neither voting nor the courts guards the people’s rights to choose their leaders, what next?
Unlike the left, a lot of people who support Trump, regardless of party, are the kinds of people who perform various essential tasks (trucking, plumbing, electrical work, logistics, etc.) and who feel duty-bound to work to support their families and keep this country running. If these people aren’t going to engage in civil disobedience, and if they’re not going to strike en masse, then there are ways to make their displeasure known and felt.
I’m not suggesting this by any means, but given that the fraud and the steal seems limited to certain cities, why wouldn’t we start seeing location-based surcharges? That truckload of grocery items going to Philadelphia arrives with a $500 surcharge, and the price of groceries in the city goes up accordingly. Plumbing service calls to certain Detroit-area zip codes cost an extra $30 per hour. Atlanta-area electricians would apply similar charges for the new construction work they’re helping with. And so on, and so forth.
I don’t see a separation, but that Middle America might “fire” some of its customers. And one of the best ways to “fire the customer” is to raise prices. (In many instances, the “fired” customer will simply pay the higher price if they don’t think they have any better options!)

I think PT is trying to get Bill Barr to resign by publicly shaming him. For whatever reason PT prefers this to firing him. I can think of a few reasons of my own. Watch for the public shaming to be relentless.
I don’t think it will work. Barr already said he’s staying until PTrump doesn’t need him anymore. Barr plays for the uniparty/ deep state and he will hold out for another month unless he’s fired now. Not sure why PTrump wouldn’t just fire him at this point.

That’s a different argument than saying election results were due to fraudulent votes and counts. It’s implying that unfair bias influenced the results whereas previous arguments say bias was of little effect and that he won overwhemingly.
I took it not as the president saying the election results were due to that… but rather, as just the president referring to the polls that cited 17% of people who voted for Biden, but said they wouldn’t have if they had known about the scandals that the FBI was sitting on or that the media refused to report. It’s IMPORTANT to remember that we don’t know the SCOTUS vote in the Texas matter, since it wasn’t stated. We know there were obviously at least five. So people placing blame on all except Thomas and Alito shouldn’t be so quick to judge. I find it telling how the left for months complained these judges that PT picked were just going to do his blind bidding. That’s what they think the court should do for whoever they appoint, and as we have seen, that’s exactly what “their” judges do. Whatever the left is screaming about is exactly what they are doing or going to do, always remember that.

What if it was 3-2 and the 3 Trump picks were bullied into recusing by the compromised Chief Justice?
I’m not saying that is what happened, but plausible. I truly believe Roberts is compromised. This case, like Obamacare, is one where he’d need to do his “thing”. Remember, Bush appointed Roberts directly to CJ instead of elevating Thomas or Alito who were on the Court before Roberts and Jeb came out with his tweet forecasting exactly what would happen, hmmmmm. Also, although Thomas and Alito would hear the case, we don’t know if the outcome would’ve been beneficial.
Ultimately, someone in each state with obvious fraud has to have standing to address the fraud. The fraud cannot occur without a single person being able to seek remedy in Court to counter corrupt Executive and Judicial intentions to circumvent the legislature.
Although, I skimmed the complaint and thought Texas had a good case, I’m not a lawyer and, unfortunately, I know a few lawyers who say the same things there is no “guarantee” in Court. The best remedy is some action in each states: either by the legislature or judicial remedy from a citizen/candidate/political party/legislature member within each state with fraud.
There’s a reason the President hasn’t directly filed suit in some states. All we can do is show our support for him and know that he 100% doesn’t want Joe Biden, or really Kamala, to be President for the good of the country and not himself. He will do what can be done, period. We can speculate all we want, but he, and only him, alone has the access and power to certain information.
I’ve said it before, this election was one item and really a must win where people needed to vote straight R; however, after this election we, the people, need to actively campaign, support and seek, even run ourselves, candidates to win local and state election in order to cleanse the liberal/communist minded American value haters. Only we the people can do that, you see how difficult it was for President Trump to get his agenda through and make quite a few appointments because of the actions of McConnell and Ryan’s that’s on we the people for being complacent. We need to be in GOTV (Get Out The Vote) mode for true Republican (the form of government) minded candidates starting the day after the GA Senate election (we must get these 2 RINO’s elected to put a finger in the crack of the dam so we can work on field real candidates in local, state and congressional seats from January 2021 into and beyond the 2022 mid-terms – then we can blow up the Uniparty dam!)

The technocratic elite – aka the managerial class – has already collapsed after losing authority and legitimacy. They now maintain their positions through raw power, including rigging “elections.”
The biggest problem with civil war, aside from all of the horrific death and destruction, is what happens after the civil war? What vision of society still remains in the wake of such destruction? If you study those segments of northern society that were most confrontational with the south in the 1850s, you could argue that they were among the biggest losers in/after the 1870s.
We must destroy the corrupt technocratic regime with the same thing that represents our best hope for future progress: a resurgence in American industrial production and everything that goes along with that. The technocratic regime opposes American production because they don’t produce anything tangible, themselves; increased production actually undermines their agendas. Our VSG PDJT truly understands this mission and hopefully will still be able to lead us another four years, but if the steal is “successful,” the mission continues by other means.
And there are better ways for the MAGA army to carry on that revolution before it comes to a shooting war. Everything we do, buy, and organize around, must be directed toward that larger mission. Instead of “boycotting” products and projects, per se, though, which is a negative orientation, we must buy and support everything that is consistent with our mission and vision. And I suspect that such positive actions will strike the greatest blows to the technocratic regime.
How do you propose a resurgence in American industrial production when the left, just like they did under Obama only worse, will force American companies to close or ship all production overseas because of the new green deal and other regulations designed solely to kill heavy industry.
First off, we buy only goods and services that are either entirely made in the USA, or are partly made in the USA with no connection to China whatsoever. This becomes a “movement” that encompasses a central part of the what we talk about, plan and organize for, etc. If done on a large scale, this movement would A). bankrupt a lot of the regime’s evil investments; B). essentially “force” via economic forces greater economic activity based on US production.
.., and sideline the new green deal in the process. Substitute our program for theirs and make it a practical reality, making theirs a farcical fantasy.
I do most of my shopping online.. I don’t know until I get the products where they were made. There is no way a Biden admin would allow any law to pass that everything be labeled on line.

When I was getting ready to order on Amazin last year the date of delivery was lengthy. I then inquired if the product was coming directly from China. Amazin said yes.
I never ordered it.
If the delivery date seems unusually long, I assume it’s a China direct order and I don’t order it.

It is perhaps time to remember the power of non violent civil disobedience. In recent times, Ghandi and Martin Luther King have used this method to obtain justice.
The most obvious thing we can do is start by stopping obedience to the tax law. Hell, the hardworking middle class pays plenty to the government, they cannot arrest everyone.
We can assemble, as patriots are today, in our capitals. We can block traffic and refuse to move. We can surround the White House, the Supreme Court, the Congress.
It sounds silly, but what do you do when your government ceases to be your government and disses you with contempt and steals your vote?
Gandhi and MLK were pleading for justice from opponents who were largely amenable to giving them what they wanted. Gandhi’s strategy worked fine against the Brits – a small, distant population who’d grown weary of trying to maintain their empire. It would never work against the CCP. Our struggle is against our fellow citizens (and there are many) who want open borders, world government, forced vaccines and universal basic income. They’ll tolerate a rapacious military industrial complex if they also get student loan forgiveness and Medicare for All.
We must make ourselves seen and felt.

I agree with your analysis. I have no faith in the courts or institutions of government at this point. Carrying out the Executive Order President Trump signed is probably the way this will go. It would have been a softer blow if the courts and AG Barr had done their jobs though. The EO states that the reports have to be delivered by the DNI to all parties listed 45 days after the election. That is this coming Friday. To quote America’s greatest President, “Let’s see what happens”.

Send for the ballot, for my .02 but under no circumstances use it except to show the fraud. Publish a copy on all possible media with the story. Then show it to your local Congress member regardless of party and relay their response to all.

“Hi Jermisha, I’m Lynn w/ Black Voters Matter. We saw on the public record that you may not have requested a mail ballot for the Jan 5th run off elections. Would you like this important ballot mailed to you?”
The number they reached out to is not a Georgia phone number and my name has never been Jermisha and I have had my number for years.
Suggestions on what to do with the above?

Last month, the Secretary of State certified the results after a district-wide recount found Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks won by only six votes. Hart’s campaign plans to appeal the results in the U-S House of Representatives. The campaign could have appealed the certified results to the Iowa Judicial System. But they say this process would not have allowed enough time to count the thousands of votes they claim should have been counted…Once it’s filed, the House administrative committee in Washington DC will review the case. Miller-Meeks says that takes the power out of Iowans’ hands and gives it to a Democrat-controlled House. “Every legal vote was counted,” Miller-Meeks said. “What Rita Hart wants to do is to not follow the rules of Iowa law. She wants a partisan political process in Washington D.C. to override Iowa law.”
Why would anyone stop her? not only is there no accountability, it has been endorsed and emboldened.
This Georgia senate election is a great reminder that we need to work to repeal the 17th Amendment. Senators are supposed to tend to the interests of their state, and not of a political party.

1778 – The French Army and Navy arrive in Colonies.
Very few of the Colonists supported the war effort. Most of the men who fought in the Revolutionary War were over the age of 40. It took the deaths and the losses of those first battles to finally piss off and galvanize more volunteers. But even then, the Colonists were divided and troop morale was low. (My paternal ancestor was hung for siding with the British.)
More than half of the signers of the Declaration of Independence lost every penny they had before it was all over. I’m not sure too many of us would make that kind of sacrifice today. But it’s a different time. I see those bar and restaurant owners protesting and crying on the news and it occurs to me that sacrifices are already in progress. The Elites should be very afraid of those who have nothing left to lose. I feel like we are living in a pressure cooker. I can feel it.
My 5th great-grandfather was one of them. Thomas Nickell
THOMAS NICKELL was born in Staunton, Augusta County, VA in 1740. Thomas married Jane “Jennie” King in Monroe County, (West) VA in 1760. Together they had eleven known children:
Margaret Nickell; Barbara Nickell; Thomas Nickell; Robert Nickell; Elizabeth “Betsy” Nickell; John Nickell; George Washington “Wash” Nickell; Mary Nickell; Andrew Nickell; James Albert Nickell; Jane Nickell.
Thomas Nickell and his brothers served the cause of American Independence. During the French and Indian Wars in 1758, Thomas served in a militia company under British General Braddock and a young Colonel George Washington. General Braddock led over thirteen hundred British and American troops from Fort Necessity (now Fayette County, PA) with plans to capture Fort Duquesne (now Pittsburgh, PA).
They were ambushed by French and Indians at the Monongahela River. General Braddock was killed in the ambush, and the expedition became known as Braddock’s Defeat. Colonel Washington demonstrated his courage and leadership by rallying the troops and safely returning the expedition to Fort Necessity.
In 1772, Thomas Nickell was on the Muster Roll of Captain James Henderson, Greenbrier Virginia Militia. Thomas Nickell and his brother Joseph served as guides for Major John Connally and Captain George Aston in the Colonial Militia. Thomas served 117 days and Joseph 116 days.
The Nickell brothers, Thomas, Isaac and Joseph served in the Battle of Point Pleasant in 1774. The Battle was fought between colonial militia and Shawnee Warriors under Chief Cornstalk. As the Indians were supported by the British, this Battle is considered the opening engagement of the American Revolution. In defeating Cornstalk, the Ohio country was opened to settlement.
Thomas Nickell passed at the age of 67 in Monroe County, (West) Virginia on April 3, 1807.
Thomas Nickell Sr had another son James Albert Nickell who built Nickell’s Mill. James Albert’s son, Thomas, moved north to Logan County Ohio and is buried in Huntsville cemetery. I descend from Thomas.
With the advent of the information age, events move much faster today than they did in the 18th century. This won’t take 35 years to play out.
TheDocoo, I would only quibble with the end of your timeline and # of years
to attain full status of a country. We did not have a Constitutional Republic in
effect until 1789(an additional 6 years beyond 1783). That is the year when
we had our 1st official seating of the 3 branches of out government–
Executive, Legislative, and the Judiciary. (Although the Supreme Court did
not meet for a quorum until January 1790).
But I certainly agree that it took a long and sustained effort to get it done!
If the worst bears out in all of this, what does a conservative “resistance” look like? We don’t set fire and throw bricks through heads and windows. We don’t have a media and institutional apparatus to support and fund that kind of “activity” anyway.
We respect the rule of law and even if we don’t agree with some laws we obey them until we can change them because we defer to societal order and eachother’s good. However, if the law and its system is in itself corrupted to the point it doesn’t function as legitimate law is intended, and we cannot affect it, what is there to defer to? Really, nothing, especially if the law serves injustice rather than justice.
I wonder if maybe we will dispense our trust in the law and instead act more on our own behalves, following our own best sense and not giving the written laws and regulations the benefit of the doubt when they are seemingly contrary to our interests. When everyone else is speeding on a busy freeway you also speed because the law is not enforced, makes no sense, and can even be dangerous to obey. Could that be the model for how we respond to the rules of the land in a more widespread sense? Unless it is common sense based, screw it because it has lost our trust? We go along with regulatory and other burdensome laws out of respect for order and trusted authority. Maybe those days our over and we will come live in a private “bunkered” system of justice that secretly finds its way around the official dictates where it can, kind of like devious children who scheme around their parents rules. I just don’t know…
peaceful civil disobedience is an option…I guess the founders of this country were not conservatives; if they were we would be part of the British Empire right now.
So is the option to declare independence and start another country? If this one is gone I guess I’m up for it. Maybe the question is when is America not America anymore…

The constitution calls for a domestic militia.. that’s like we see in the typical western movie..

Being in the militia provides one with the ability to use force and provides judicial protection.
There are many ways to serve the militia, food , transportation, communication. Not everyone needs to be on the front line.

Bikers too–the noise alone is an intimidating factor. Would have liked to see a biker force in DC and in NYC at the networks.
They talked about this stop tires protest over Thanksgiving and it never happened. But yes, parking the trucks in the middle of the interstate highways would definitely get attention.
To many innocents get hurt.. if you are going to do that it needs to very directed.. like cutting off the power to the Govenors mansion and make sure there is no functioning generator.

It will and should NOT be just a “conservative resistance.” We are making a huge mistake if we even use the word “conservative” to define a battle against a government, a society run by oligarchs. You leave out people who are not necessarily conservative but, when educated about the situation in which the country finds itself, would be just as against an oligarchy as we.

Its going to look just as it does now. This is what Rush has been harping on for the last few days. Where is the resistance? As he points out, there was no resistance to the lock downs in March. We don’t need the 2nd amendment. We don’t have the courage to organize and use it. The DC swamp knows this. The test came with the lock downs and mask mandates. We did nothing but do some peaceful protests. We failed. But we could still salvage it all but it will take more than marches and protests

I have always thought that was nonsense about “saving the institution”. You don’t save an institution by protecting the criminals within.
IMO, Barr has proven himself to be part of the coup, and has protected the coup members, and stonewalled any foia’s to shed light on their criminal acts. He was silent/complicit in the persecution of conservatives. He was -not- protecting the institution, but assisting a coup against a lawfully elected president (hiding evidence during impeachment for example).

I too have very little to no doubt Trump will end-up being our President. It will have to be by something I had not hoped it would be. I have yet to see anything which tells me with any confidence it will be done without a Military solution of tribunals.
