Just curious…
I’ve been thinking of adding a “Previous” hyperlink to the previous day’s prayer thread. This way people can quickly go back and review the comments or prayers underneath the main post. The main prayer post will mostly be the same, though the sub-comments or other member comments/prayers may be different.
I’ve always had a “Previous posts” hyperlink on my wall posts so I can easily jump to previous content but I’m not sure if this is something people would find useful for the prayer posts.
Any thoughts?

Please remember that the Texas lawsuit wasn’t a part of the game until it appeared a few days ago.
That said – I find the SCOTUS decision bizarre and see it as an attempt to weasel out. It also raises an eyebrow with respect to the constitutional nature of the Union.

Maybe this will motivate the State Legislatures to vote Trump. They have at least heard the fraud from Trump’s team. It is laughable that Michigan will certify a vote that has 174,000 over votes with no registration attached to the ballot. Obvious fraud.
You raise a good point about the Texas lawsuit not being part of the game until a few days ago.
President Trump’s confidence level has not outwardly changed since before the Texas suit was even known about.
That being said, if he has something to use……….time is running short.
I’ve seen the calls to declassify everything. At this point, if he were to order it, I fully expect every agency with all the documents that prove their corruption to refuse to comply. They have nothing to gain and everything to lose in revealing their corruption. They will run the clock out. After all, they’ve been running out the clock for nearly four years, why would they change such a highly successful strategy?
I pray that God will provide a way for President Trump to conclusively and undeniably prove the wrong that took place, in a way that even the media have no way to hide it, and prevent Biden from taking office.

I do not wish to mock anyone here, but I never understood the amount of trust placed in a court that forced gay marriage on the nation. The idea that you can sue your way out of a China-controlled coup is a testament to America’s lack of experience with European authoritarianism.

For every General Flynn, how many General Mattis and Kelly’s are there? I think most of the police will stand with us, but some won’t. I will never forget how in the last election, policemen and fireman watched a teenage Trump supporter being chased down and nearly beaten to death. If I recall correctly, they did nothing.

I live in a state where not one single county goes blue- and since March – my hundreds of conversations have been around how people here are ready to stand our ground- Veterans and PSO alike- thus the only people who will think to come to the doorsteps here of citizens would have to come from the UN- Which we know what that signals with the NWO. SO, yes, the concern is do you live in a Blue state, yes you do. I also believe that besides the business gains, the other reasoning for the CA people flooding to Texas and Oklahoma is for this reason as well. My best advice–> MOVE!

This Texas lawsuit was not part of PT game plan and I thought it would be great if it went our way but it did not and all that happened was our side is more fired up.
Perhaps this outcome has “merit” and the SC has their lawful reasons but what ever their reasoning all they did was help our side out.

SCOTUS was silent on the merits of the case. They only ruled on “standing”, which I confess makes no sense to me but I ain’t no lawyer. Plus now they cannot “un-see” all that evidence attached to the filing …

We don’t know their reasoning. It COULD be “we are doing what our CCP masters tell us”, but it Could be “THIS is not the RIGHT case. We can not ORDER the State legislatures to do what is asked in the request for relief.
The Constitution gives plenary power to EACH State legislature, to detirmine the manner in which that State chooses electors. They can draw straws, if they want rather than conducting elections, as long as the people of that State accent.
In the past, State Legislatures HAVE directly appointed electors. They can do that IF THEY CHOOSE, but SCOTUS can’t order them too.
In effect, its up to them to allow cheating results to detirmine, or not.
IMHO, this was not the case, and I’m not sure there IS one, will have to see what cases are in the pipeline.
Ultimately, however we need to continue to support those in the Legislatures working to reject the bogus results and as Texas asked, either appoint Trump electors, or in the alternative appoint NO electors, throwing it to the House.
While the second may be harder, we only need ONE State legislature to act, rather than 3-4.
And, while we can’t influence the Court, we CAN and SHOULD try to influence these State Legislatures. If they think we have slackened off, are giving up, they may, too.

This unsigned order ironically makes the Supreme Court look weaker in the eyes of the country by allowing State Supreme Courts to edit and modify election laws, procedures, rules any time they want despite not even being part of the state legislatures without any fear of push back by the Supreme Court any more.
Standing is a concept that the Plaintiff has the right to sue because they have suffered actual harm by the actions of the defendant…in this case, it’s sort of an esoteric concept that can be argued either way…it can be argued that Texas wasn’t harmed because the actions of PA, GA, etc. didn’t actually harm the internal Texas election process…but it can also be argued as Texas said that in the larger context, that PA, GA, etc not following the Constitution in their election process adversly affected Texas and the other states who constitutionally will award the electoral votes to Trump in the larger electoral college…that is, PA, GA, etc actions unconstitutionally skewed the total result toward Biden, which is an actual harm to the states who followed the constitution and electoral results that would contribute to a Trump win in the electoral college
Couldn’t Texas have argued that the Constitution is a contract between all 50 States and that states like Georgia and Pennsylvania violated this contract with their corrupt actions, causing injury to all voters in Texas?

How I view the current members of the Senate. Their abandoning of the President along with their ties to China just adds to it.

The reason she lost, that she couldn’t list in her book, was that Candidate DJT broke the algorythm, of weighted votes and vote flipping, both of which don’t cause a discrepency between the paper and electronic BALLOT counts, and so won’t be detected in a recount, only in a forensic audit.
She couldn’t just dump electronic votes into the machine, because she couldn’t dump an equal # of paper ballots, to keep the ballot counts in sink.

The TX case was never the prize, just a flash chance that failed.
The important lawsuits have always been the election contests. And there are at least four filed – WI, GA, NV and AZ – and headed toward SCOTUS.
President Trump isn’t quitting and neither is this American.
Yes there were many, many other things in play, Texas just showed up and grabbed all the attention, you have to look what’s still active, and there is a lot. It was also nice to see where these states stood in regard to TX. More people in power being exposed for who they really are.

The relief Texas requested, but not by Court order, but by State Legislatures doing “the right thing”, and yielding to public pressure.

Marbury versus Madison was the biggest mistake that ever happened to this country and George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and the rest of the Founding Fathers should have deported the entire Supreme Court back to England right after they made such a corrupt ruling that arguably was unconstitutional and forever destroyed the Constitution’s separation of powers.
One thought I had is that in the long run it may be better that President Trump prevail more directly in the other voter fraud cases and not through the Texas case, because it could have set a precedent where Blue states could start filing suits against Red states, claiming that Democrat votes were suppressed because “racism”, etc, the usual false “voter suppression” rhetoric they use constantly. We wouldn’t want a situation where say Oregan sues Arkansas because the latter doesn’t help serial killers vote, that kind of thing. Hopefully we can win through the many other lawsuits out there, or else through the state legislatures.

Here is a reminder. President Trump is still the most powerful leader on the planet and he is still the President.
Seems to me that lack of standing is simple to resolve if the team gets going. Moreover, the Parnell case has a motion for expedited hearing pending and presents squarely the PA constitutional question. Standing isn’t a problem there. The constitutional questions arising out of the four defendant states in Texas v Pennsylvania just aren’t going to be waved off.
Fellow treepers, collectively we’re a really well read group of people but have seen nothing about this in the news. I have read about the Chinese training with the Canadian military to learn cold weather techniques but nothing about war ships off the E and W coasts plus masses of military now at Ellis Air Force base in Las Vegas.
If true, might this have something to do with POTUS invoking the insurrection act or enacting EO 13848?

I lived in Las Vegas for a very long time, even graduated from HS there. My ex-husband is stationed at Nellis and I still have a lot of family and friends that reside in LV. So far, I haven’t heard anything about “masses of military” gathering at Nellis. I can’t say one way or the other, as I have no proof, but I don’t think the article link you shared is accurate. If something really were going on, I more than likely would have seen/heard something about it from friends & family, and I haven’t. I come from a long line of Military people, several are stationed at Nellis, currently.

I just saw the breaking news that SCOTUS threw out the Texas lawsuit for lack of standing. I can’t actually say I’m surprised, because I’m not. I expected as much. Roberts is compromised, in my opinion. He’s too willing and eager to carry water for the Left. The only Justices we can even depend on are Thomas and Alito.
I’m not giving up hope though. I’m still in Trump’s corner and I back every patriot that supports this country. The country and the President need our prayers, now more than ever. I’m almost certain that the Trump Legal Team has a few cards left yet to play. I’m putting my trust in God, and in the President.

Not sure if you know but I’ve discovered that at the bottom of the box where you post the comment – just to the left of the “post comment” button is a button you can hit and that will allow replies to be sent to your email – replies to that comment only. I think you have to agree in your email each time to get replies to that comment but at least it isn’t replies to everyone else’s comments also. After you hit the button it changes to a bell – a lot like what we had at WordPress.

The problems with China and out corrupt government go back decades. Look at, for example, 1994 Operation Dragonfire, a joint US Customs/ATF operation which penetrated a Chinese arms smuggling group.

Maybe this is what it was like in WW2 when the odds were stacked so high against freedom and liberty… I’ve come to terms that this level of corruption may not be able to be conquered and that there may indeed have to be a reckoning outside the niceties of courts and legislative hearings. I’ve chosen my side. Still there is such disappointment and grief that we’ve gotten to this point. Money and power have always been tools of the devil, but so evident of late how easily our country was bought and paid for. There has to be a reset, I can’t abide. And here I sit turning it all over in my mind as we wait, and wait, and wait for what is rightly ours and justice for those who are & have been actively for years now trying to steal it in a most treasonous and disgusting way. Not whining, not giving up, but WOW feeling raw at the moment… steels my resolve even more.

Huh? Texas wasn’t suing PA/GA/WI/MI because they didn’t like their election laws. Texas sued because their election laws were rewritten by their respective state Supreme Courts, SoS’s and/or Executive Branch, which is in direct contravention to the US Constitution which says only the Legislatures can write the election laws.

But I think what FreedomOverAll was saying is that accepting the case would set a precedent that states can sue other states over matters happening solely within the state being sued, which would open a new can of worms that has never been opened and lead to all manner of state-to-state lawsuits in the future.
The case was not dismissed on merits, but on standing. The Supreme Court never said that the defendant states didn’t violate the Constitution, but that Texas had no standing to sue them over it (but others, like President Trump, would have standing due to being a directly-affected party by legal standards).

I see the recent SCOTUS disappointment as another step to the ultimate goal of Military Tribunals. There is no way to “Drain the Swamp” depending on Civil court remedies. Their are too many crooked, corrupt, criminal Politicians and Judges to expect anything positive out that crooked-road.
The military courts are the only real solution for setting the election straight and draining the swamp. IMO Trump’s ultimate goal all along. However, he needs the people to be behind him. I want every single person who says “Vote for Republicans. Vote for Loeffler and Perdue. If you don’t you’re crazy!” I want you to understand who you’re voting for. But please be clear-eyed about who these people are. Excellent point! Whining about whining. I agree with you. And I also agree with the logical part of Tracy’s message, that Texas was a moonshot out of nowhere. It has nothing to do with any of the many cases working their way up, and local hearings ongoing. If the SC had indulged Texas, it would have cheapened the whole story. We need injured parties to show up, bloodied, at the Court. They’re on their way there.
And if the SC had remedied Texas per its request, it would have set a disastrous precedent, which even now in our fevered state we should worry about, should we emerge from this whole as a nation. That’s not certain! But I’m in for the ride, and the fight. We have a country to save.

Some of the defendant legislatures filed supporting Texas. That doesnt sound like Texas v State, does it?

I thought the only place for Stave vs State grievances was the SCOTUS? Which is why they went right to the top…as there is no other court to hear such cases.
The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction in a dispute between states.
For example, let us imagine a scenario where States that border the Colorado River start suing each other over water usage rights.
There would be obvious bias if a state sought relief from their own state supreme court to handle this dispute over the Colorado River, so this is where the Supreme Court steps in
Re-filing might be effective if the SC decision was really about standing. If the SC was interested in making this call they would have taken the case. Like all but one prior court in this election cycle, the SC made up an excuse not to take the case. As a result, the SC essentially said they are not going to make this decision. Filing it in a different court is not going to change their mind and I think it makes us look a little unsophisticated to think otherwise.
At this point, I am not sure that relying on our institutions to fix this is prudent. One side is engaged in a war where all is fair. In contrast, the other side (us) is still attempting to play by the rules and refuses to even acknowledge that the other side has declared war upon us. If you think that is extreme, stop and really think about what they have done in 2020 alone. It is astonishing and a total abandonment of the law, decorum, and the covenant that holds our country together.
The institutions that we are depending on are either terrified of the other side or engaged in the war on the other side (FBI, CIA, almost all of the US Congress, the state legislatures and some executives, courts, many police departments, etc.). As a result, none of them is going to pull us out of this.
As long as we continue hoping that the left will play by the rules and refuse to engage, we all know where this is going. I see a lot of people admirably doing their best to be positive, but rather than mere conjecture, I wish they would identify an institution where there is some evidence of both an ability and a desire to pull us out. A lot people right now have their hopes in the military. While I think a lot of that was set up by the Q situation, I also think people are placing their hopes in the military because there really isn’t another institution available. In other words, I think it is a last, best hope. If anyone is interested in land in Costa Rica, we have some available in Ojochal and you can be our neighbors. Yes, the idea of going to Central America for freedom is hilarious.

POTUS stood by Kavanugh during his darkest hour and when POTUS needed him most he stabbed him in the back..That is how I see it. If POTUS had been like any OTHER Republican POTUS he would have pulled that nomination..But he didn’t and he told Kavanugh to fight..
I am not a lawyer but I just want to say that the the decision yesterday by the Supreme Court of the United States was an act of supreme moral cowardice.
When decent, freedom loving Americans slowly and reluctantly come to the conclusion that the only way to preserve their Republic and to prevent a corrupt family entering the White House is thru direct and violent action because all other avenues have been corruptly closed down the current SCOTUS will in large part be responsible for any innocent loss of life that ensues.
Dark times.
What is the point of SCOTUS any more if they refuse to hear a dispute between states even though the Constitution tells SCOTUS it is their job to do so?
States might as well start ignoring SCOTUS rulings, then.

It is my opinion that not until we hear from DNI Ratcliffe. If he goes the way of SCOTUS, and weasels out, then it will be up to Trump to show whatever evidence he has, and evoke EO 13848. I believe they are positioning the armed forces to be in place so that when it is evoked, they will be ready. And we will probably know about it hours later, because the wording of the EO gives authority to make these moves with no notice. Perhaps getting teams in place now to be in position to apprehend at least the worst of these traitors initially? We will see. Strange days indeed…most peculiar mama.
