Looking for any organ of the corrupt swamp or swamp rat for that matter to self correct is a fools errand. It was what I expected. I’ve read some great posts that contend that SCOTUS left the door open to re-file and make adjustments to the pleadings on standing and it’s possible to get Cert and be heard. But even then it requires life long swamp rats to fix themselves. I think our Great American President Donald J Trump knows this and has more arrows in his quiver.

Yes many people, including me, have not only reported the problem with word-wrapping but also suggested solutions to it as well. So it’s crystal clear admins know about it. The fact that it’s not yet fixed suggests it’s more complicated than it appears to be. I have faith it will be fixed by the admins, exactly when, of course I can’t say.

So, here we are, more than a month past the election with dozens of legal challenges thrown out, yet not a single court has actually examined even a tiny pebble in the mountain of FRAUD.
Lawyers have done what lawyers do–argue obscure legal technicalities to take a “short cut” to victory–and have utterly failed.
You can’t show HARM unless you actually demonstrate the FRAUD, so all these cases have been tossed on technical grounds.
The Supreme Court has now officially ignored the real HARM that will be suffered by voters in EVERY Trump state if a Biden presidency is forced upon us by fraudulent actors in just a few key counties.
Every court has an excuse why they can’t review the mountains of actual EVIDENCE–too early, too late, lack of “standing”–and meanwhile, the clock continues to run.
These lawyers are supposed to be smart people, with legal expertise necessary to figure out how to crack the nut of getting the evidence before an actual court.
As it stands right now, the Supreme Court has essentially green-lighted fraud from here on out as long as nobody in the state committing the fraud has any objection.

The problem is lawyers – and every single judge (well, except for some city court and magistrate judges) are attorneys first. They are trained to be attorneys and think like attorneys. It’s twisted logic to the average non-legally educated person. What would seem logical to most turned on its ear with legal theory and logic. It’s a hard way to train your mind to think, but they are MASTERS.
I have worked in the legal field my entire career as a paralegal, have an uncle who is an attorney and was married to a “constitutional” attorney, who focused on criminal law, for 15 years. His best friend was a circuit judge, elected every 4 years. I have been involved in political campaigns in the past and at the present work for an attorney who was a politician in his younger years.
I have seen the corruption, the behind doors deals, manipulated “political cover” votes, etc. – it’s disgusting.
Here’s one takeaway for everyone to remember: I asked my husband once how he could defend people who were obviously guilty of heinous crimes and his answer was twofold – “Everyone deserves a rigorous defense AND I can argue either side of the coin just as eloquently.” For every legal theory and argument there is an equally compelling adverse theory and argument.
We will not find relief through the court system – there are a million ways from Sunday that the justices can justify denial of relief. What it all boils down to is, this is too big and the potential for exposure of the U.S. government intervention in other countries’ elections too great. Therefore, harmed or no, we the people are going to be forced to live with this unless we refuse and we all know what that will entail.

They did say that Texas et al had no legal standing to raise objections to how another state runs their elections. That is strange given that the objections were based on constitutional violations which in turn led to wide spread fraud which in turn led to a rigged election. The Texas case was brilliant and deserved to succeed. The SCOTUS cowards are somehow more concerned about the effects of revealing mass-scale fraud than they are about the actual mass-scale fraud itself.

Besides, the American farm system for “public intellectuals” runs straight through Harvard’s and Yale’s PhD programs to which no conservative has been admitted for the last 25 years. Last night I discovered a giant, run down looking warehouse full of voting machines… Must be thousands of different Dominion, Smart-matic and other brands of machines in there… Don’t know if the votes recorded on them have been counted or not..makes me wonder how many other warehouses across my state, across the country and across the world are full of these hidden machines…

Right now in MI the judge is refusing to allow the forensic analysis be made public… so the judge is a stone wall helping to hide the evidence.. he knows what’s in the analysis.
It’s the typical swaying in the breeze…. he was pressured to allow the inspection.. patriots stop the government workers access on the weekend. The sheriff was call and the forensic team got to work.. the judge tried to play the game and lost.

This was never a legal issue, and no court was ever going to award us victory. This was always a political struggle. Sure the legal cases were a good place to accumulate evidence and arguments, but the persuasion needed to be focused on legislators, not judges. The GOP has majorities in the PaGaMiWi legislatures, as well as Az and Nv. The GOP has a majority of the state delegations in the House. The GOP was in a perfect position to “fight the steal.” If Trump had the same support among GOP politicians that he has among GOP voters, he would win. The PaGaMiWi legislatures would meet, hold hearings on the election, make findings on election maladministration and voter integrity, toss out the election results, and award the electors to Trump — or not appoint any electors, either way Trump would prevail. But Trump could not marshal the necessary support among the GOP state representative. I know they are GOPe traitorous scum, but they are susceptible to political pressure and political capital. That was where the offensive always should have been.
I thought he was going to start holding rallies on November 4. I had visions of him hosting 30k red MAGA hat wearing supporters in a traveling comedy show two or three times a day in PaGaMiWi. He would rile up the audience by mocking slow Joe and the Dems pathetically obvious efforts to steal the election for him. It would have been great fun, and hugely more effective, as he would have gotten out his message past the Big media and Big tech censors, and those MAGA hat wearing supporters could have been instructed to bang on their state legislators to hold a special session and overturn the election. Instead, Trump hid in the White House for a crucial month and a day, while surrogates dabbled in conspiracy theories and made dubious fund raising efforts. Obviously, I do not know all that is going on behind the scenes, but there was a winning strategy, but that strategy was not followed.
Legislators are political animals. There will always be a few willing to do the right thing for the right reason, but the majority are in politics for power and money.
Everything they do is a calculation based on how it will affect their reelection chances.
There is NO WAY that any of the legislatures will have the balls to do the right thing unless the American public is strapped to a chair like Alex in “A Clockwork Orange” and forced to view the fraud in vivid technicolor.

I don’t think the solution is going to be Civil Courts. Right now we are going through the Civil Court exercise so there will be no complaints. It also rallys the people to dig-in against voter fraud determining our election.
Ultimately, it ends in Military tribunals where the fraudulent election is remedied and the Swamp is drained. There is no way the Swamp is drained by relying on Civil Justice Courts. I see the Insurrection Act somewhere around the first week of January.
By January people will have learned more about living in Communism with mandatory lockdowns, social-distancing and Masks. I mean there comes a point where even dullards start to wonder?

Wouldn’t it make sense to test for antibodies before getting the Sars-cov2 vaccine? The government says about 15% of population has been infected with Sars-cov2. As much as 20% of population has natural immunity. That’s at least 35% of population that either doesn’t need the vaccine or who can go to the end of the line.
To reach herd immunity requires from as low as 50% to as high as 80% of the population be immune. Let’s use 70%. 70% – 35% = 35% or less than 116 million people who need to be vaccinated. The government could easily reach that number by the end of January.
No one “needs” to be vaccinated with a vaccine that has not been adequately tested; which can cause significant side effects; and for which the manufacturer will not be held accountable.

Did any of you really think the election would be overturned in the courts? One state? Maybe, but for Trump to win required overturning the results in 3 or 4 states. There wasn’t enough time and there weren’t enough resources.
When state Republican legislators and Republican governors, SOS, and AG’s refused to take action, it was over. The remaining court cases may force some changes, but the can has been kicked too far down the road. I still think the Supreme Court has to hear a case and reach a verdict. Unfortunately their decision will try to establish closure and make official the vote as declared by each of the states in question.
The problem is Republican legislators knew of the problems prior to the election and did nothing about it. President Trump knew about the problems prior to the election and did nothing about it.
I hoped it would happen, but the “realsville” part of me knew it was highly unlikely.

Courts can be used to challenge election procedures BEFORE the election.
Courts can be used to challenge vote counting procedures WHILE the votes are being counted.
Once the election is in the books, no Court is going to overturn the election results.
The only place this was ever going to get fixed was in the PaGaMiWi legislatures.
Too much time was wasted on conspiracy theories and court cases.
Not enough political pressure and political capital was expended on the GOP PaGaMiWi legislators.
Relentless pressure should have been exerted on them since 11/4 to hold hearing, making findings of maladministration and overturn the election results.

The Supreme Court passing on the case was predictable, and some of us said as much. What we are seeing at the state legislative level and in the high courts are people afraid to do their job. These are cowards who think the oath they swore to uphold is just a fun ceremonial tradition instead of an obligation.
Now people are holding out hope that the military will intervene, or that some executive order Trump signed will halt the steal.
No chance. And honestly, Trump has only himself to blame. He packed up his election fraud committee years ago instead of pushing back against the states. He did nothing to prepare for what was to occur in 2020, despite tweeting about the foreseeable issues with mail in voting and witnessing Democrat fraud in 2018, and lastly, he is the one who nominated terrible Federalist Society Justices who all stabbed him in the back. Ironic that several of them worked on the Bush challenge in 2000, but now don’t want Trump’s case heard.

When I go vote in person on Jan 5 I wonder if I can legally tell the clerk to stick the requirement of ID where the sun doesn’t shine. This still pisses me off.
Millions of mail in ballots and not a smidgeon of ID required. But if I go vote in person I have to show my ID. Do I have standing?
We have heard from various courts as follows:
An individual voter does not have standing to sue for election misconduct. (He/she is only one person and everyone can’t sue all the time for all elections.)
An official who may be adversely affected, cannot sue before an election in anticipation of bad conduct because it is speculative (not ripe)
An official who was adversely affected, cannot sue after an election claiming bad conduct because it is too late (laches)
A state does not have standing to sue on behalf of its citizens to remedy other states’ bad election conduct (no standing)
The result, strangely enough, appears to be that no lawsuit involving the recent election cycle has been heard on the merits. Insofar as I am aware, the substance of misconduct claims have not been heard in court. (In fairness, there has been no decision on whether a state can sue itself for election misconduct.)
The USSC has created a constitutional right to abortion from emanations and penumbras. It has told us there is latitude to provide jobs and college admissions based on race or sex. It has created a constitutional right to burn the flag. It and other courts have determined limits on constitutional rights to: free speech, bearing arms, freedom of assembly, religious worship, who can use which bathroom, whether the state can hang a murderer, whether men can compete in women’s sports, whether you can operate a restaurant, how hot your coffee can be, etc. ad nauseum.
However, when it comes to the citizen’s right to make sure his or her vote counts and is not nullified by corrupt and dishonest practices, the courts have decided that it is imperative they restrain themselves from taking a position on the merits. They have thoughtfully informed us of constraints on them that no one knew existed.
The recent USSC brush-off cites only a conclusion, but no reasoning. If a state sues, is it not representing its citizens? Isn’t that the only function of a state government? Are the citizens’ rights to an honest vote not affected if another state runs a bogus election and the first state’s votes become nullified? Please, courts, answer and explain why.
Does a state not have standing to sue because the court anticipates it will not succeed on the merits? Why do courts ever bother to write legal opinions when they can save time and tell us the outcome they have in mind right away?
My untutored mind is having difficulty figuring out just who, and under what circumstances, has a legal right to a fair election.
It seems the answer is: no one.
The Courts are not the right venue for this fight.
Courts can challenge unlawful/unconstitutional election procedures before an election.
Courts can challenge unlawful/unconstitutional vote counting procedures while the counting is taking place.
After an election is in the books, only the most activist judge would ever get involved.
I guess a State legislature could sue its own Secretary of State for conducting an improper election, but I do not see the point, as it has its own built in remedy. It could ignore the election results and reclaim its plenary power to appoint electors.
That was where this fight was all along — in the PaGaMiWi legislatures.
We’ll soon see if their Republican-majority legislatures are filled with patriots or cowards.

I am no lawyer, but if the obvious fraud, for instance in Michigan, of 174,000 over votes with no apparent registered voter is allowed to stand and be certified, we have no fair and free election. If Pennsylvania can receive 400,000 more mail in ballots than they sent out, and no signature check is required, we have no free and fair election. If Georgia can send home poll watchers and run up Biden’s total with manufactured ballots on camera, and no police arrest the poll workers , no judge will hear the case, we have no fair election.
Perhaps the State legislators will be outraged enough to disallow this fraud. It is amazing to me that the Supreme Court lacks courage to take this on.
As a free people in a civil society what to do when the system no longer addresses these wrongs? This government that is filled with elites who want power only and are bought by foreign actors in China do not represent the people of this country. They have forgotten that they govern with our consent.
We could start by having a tax revolt. No more funding to the fraudsters and cheaters who have stolen our voice and our country. If they don’t like it, and arrest us or force us to comply, we proceed to the next step.
