I went to a major retail store yesterday.
The salesperson looked twelve.
Asked him to clarify a sales add.
He said he didn’t know… looked clueless.

Definitely odd that it is not being addressed. I read a LOT here yesterday and did not see AdRem or Menagerie post either. I use my phone for everything and the mobile version not working yet is not fun. Sundance said 50% of the users are on a mobile device, so surprised that issue has not been addressed in a while. However….in
comparison to the mayhem in our country, it is a big nothing!
P.S. I think Sundance could possibly be working with the white hats around the President to assemble the facts necessary to execute the final winning strategy. I have no fact to base that on, but just a strong hunch.

I agree we are seeing the intended effect forom 30+years of State education and propaganda. But, you have no idea what you are talking wrt CTH website hosting – so what FUD do you expect from that comment?
Big Tech and the DS thought they torpedoed CTH. With effectively zero notice, Sundance and his team switched from WordPress.com hosting to a self- hosted WordPress.org installation damn near overnight!. No downtime, no data lost – not even a comment or a prayer request!!!
They moved all the passengers and our luggage to a new bus without even pulling over to the side of the road. My hat is off to Sundance, his moderators and all the technical support that stepped up to the challenge.

I honestly find it very difficult to read, and annoying as hell.
Suppose I’ve been going through some Sundance withdrawals lately.
If word-wrap is you biggest problem, then find one of those “millions and millions” and STAY THERE for nice, pretty sentences.
I’ve been on this blog, one of the founders actually, from day one. Sundance has never had more on his plate than now. I’ve never seen him try so hard to make everything perfect for all who come to the Treehouse as quickly as possible. As near as I can tell from his communications with us, the man hardly ever sleeps.
He has not blinked, complained, or paused at the criticisms that come his way since we moved the site, just tried even harder to get things fixed.
I assure you and all that he does not have time to play with you, and what the heck is a NEW Sundance?

Years ago Texas (as a border state) certainly would have been aggrieved enough to bring suit against states passing permissive pot possesion laws…

My understanding was Texas case would never have provided the opportunity for the broadcast of all the rampant crimes committed anyway. I’m selfish as I don’t want to win the fight on “points”. I want to knock them the “F” out!

I concur with Kayleigh. This SCOTUS has now established that the President of the United States doesn’t have standing with the Supreme Court. We’ll remember that one. On the other hand, it was a bluebird when it flew in early last week and it vanished almost as quickly which I think may eventually turn out to be a positive. Time to release some declassed documents and prepare the battlefield.
SC did not say the Pres did not have standing. They said Texas did not have standing the way it was presented. The case needs to be presented in a way that does have standing.

The 3 McConnell Judges will find another administrative, non-law process or non-constitution based reason to NOT hear the case. The same excuses have been used up to this time by all those wonderful Obama, Bush and McConnell Judges at the District Level.

They are weak Justices that didn’t want to disenfranchise anyone. They took the easy way out kicking the can down the road. Ultimately Our President will have to be the one to reveal the truth by declassifying Everything! I don’t see any other way around it.
More accurately the justices are particular about who they disenfranchise – anyone not living in a large urban are it’s a-okay with them.
IMO at least part of their maneuver took into account the path of least chaos and anarchy. And given precedent, they are not wrong to satiate the mob. The right will talk tough and be outraged online – and then we will be back at work Monday AM. IE, we consent.
They happily disenfranchised all legal voters in lawfully conducted elections. The only franchise they upheld was the fraud franchise. They declined to do their duty in an original jurisdiction case. Roberts’ finger prints are all over this facile, cowardly ruling.

I don’t suspect that the intention of Alito or Thomas was to dodge. I really don’t. Additionally, their comments appended to the brief order were, I believe, purposeful. I believe they surveyed the landscape of the Texas lawsuit, and determined it wasn’t the proper vehicle, and, moreover would waste valuable time.
SCOTUS’s request for responses from Defendant States supports this. The Court didn’t need to read their responses to determine lack of standing. So why did they request them?
My belief is that the Court knows there is a cause of action, but wishes it in the proper form and, critically, presented AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
So there’s my hopium for the day!
Well, it would be helpful if a few of these SC justices spelled out EXACTLY what form they would like presented to them NOW. Over a cup of cofefe would do.
A few years ago, I submitted a “declatory judgment” application to our county judge. I followed instructions I had found on the internet. The judge’s clerk called me after receiving it and before my court appearance and told me, “he says you just need to show ‘due diligence’ in this area here…” I addressed that and won! You’d think SCOTUS could have done at least that in one of the most important cases in election history.

When I read that yesterday I wondered how the SCOTUS can refuse ANY case. The Constitution clearly states “The judicial power shall extend ‘to ALL CASES’…to controversies between two or more states.” What am I missing? I hope there are signs at the DC rally today directed at the SC and they get the message that they don’t count anymore. If Joey is allowed to take the WH by fraud, this time next year we will have 2 dozen or more justices and 2 more states with 4 more dim senators to pay for.
I cannot help but notice the similarities of the changes that happened in
the courts in the early days of pre-Nazi Germany, verdicts being handed
down were also not according to their constitution. It happened slowly.
But in criminal courts in this country we have already seen this injustice
playing out through the past few decades, where less and less justice is
being served. Now we see that injustice has been extended even to the
President of the United States in a time of an overthrow. After the “wow just
wow” shock of it. Roll up our sleeves we’ve got work to do because even IF
SCOTUS is reneging, that doesn’t mean a US President has to. There are
Constitutional options President Trump can take and he must in order to
save the Republic. And we must stand with him.

As an American citizen in a state that follows the constitution, I was just told I have no legal standing to protest against states that disregard the constitution. They can cheat however they want, and as long as enough of them do the same, their guy wins and our guy doesn’t.
This is so simple to understand, and it’s why I don’t believe the bullshit about the SCOTUS dismissal being some sort of “hint” to try again. Texas DID have standing, and any layman can see that.
I read an interesting article… “Standing” was made up in the last 100 years… Basically as a way to not take cases that the courts didn’t want to take a side in.

As not an Attorney, and furthest thing from it (PhD Stats), I feel like standing is a joke. I do not know as I said I am not an attorney, but to throw a case away like they did today when America is split 50/50 and none of the lower courts want to touch any of the cases brought, I feel like it does a great disservice to our country. Every case thus far has been dismissed due to standing. Ohh you sued before the election… No damages, dismissed standing… Ohh you sued after? nope shoulda brought this up before the election, dismissed standing.
Once again, I don’t know but I feel like SCOTUS should have heard it as it involved 4 states acting unconstitutionally that affected an election for federal office.
That’s my take.
Precedent Precedent …fraud in elections has a very long history and courts mostly ignored it based on
no citizen dares have standing..Legal system is for maintaining the established ruling class.

I am in Georgia and read on a social media site in my area. Immediately after the General Election the dims were telling everyone they could register to vote even if they weren’t registered for the GE. Several messages even encouraged getting people to move to GA temporarily, register to vote and then after January 5 they could ‘move’ back to their former home. In the GE there were people who did ‘move’ to GA, got PO box numbers and used those as Apt numbers. But there was no fraud…SMDH! The dims will cheat any way they can. That’s why we have so many in government at all levels.

I disagree. I think this is all part of their plan. They purposefully instructed the MSM to withhold any reporting until after the election. Who supports the President?? Time for a reality check regarding the Insurrection Act or any EO’s.
The condition of the military units in the US is abysmal. One only has to look at the circus occurring at Fort Hood to get a feel. The leadership of the Armed Services are 50-50 at best, on the president’s side. Look at how the National Guard reacted when they were called to action, very specific units had be used and they were used for “security” of fixed sites only.
The President does not have the support of Congress, the Courts nor the vast majority of the Executive Branch of Government (i.e. the Swamp).
Plus, a large majority of citizens are either with the democrats, with the Uni-party GOPe or outright ambivalent as long as they are left alone in their suburban existence.
We are at the equivalent of the 1777-1778 Winter of Our Discontent or Valley Forge. Time to preserve forces and work on the plan to conduct the counter-revolution.
The President’s, our ONLY leader of consequence at this point, physical survival (due attack or legal liability) is less than 50-50, at this point. Also, weighing on his mind is the fact the chances of physical survival of his family and closest associates is about 50-50+. Now is the time for cool collective thought and not suicidal attack.
The Courts and DoJ have removed legal legitimacy from the president. That alone will cause even his supporters to pause. This alone gives cover for the Military and Law Enforcement to refuse to act.

Color revolution tactics that have been used against foreign leaders are now being used by President Donald Trump’s opponents to oust him, a former special forces officer has warned.
“A color revolution is a tactic to affect regime change,” the officer, who asked to remain anonymous, told The Epoch Times.
“What I see happening is a Marxist insurgency that’s using a color revolution to affect regime change.”
“It may not have fallen out just as they wanted, because anytime you carry out an operation like this, the enemy will get a vote. But the plan was we will not concede the election. The goal here was never the presidency,” the officer said.
Some of the most notable color revolutions took place amid turmoil sparked by disputed elections. In 2004, mass protests in Ukraine following allegations of a fraudulent presidential election, which initially showed pro-Russia Viktor Yanukovych as the winner, led to a new vote won by Viktor Yushchenko, the candidate backed by the European Union and the United States.
The officer said the tactics used by the anti-Trump opposition can be found in the Special Forces’ guide for overthrowing a government.

In Pennsylvania Rudy has a case he plans to take to the US Supreme Court. The couple congressmen from Pennsylvania still have a case at the US Supreme Court where they argue that how absentee ballots were processed in the state was unconstitutional.
In Michigan an Obama judge threw out Sidney Powell’s case claiming massive corruption in the election process in the state. The judge must think carting tens of thousands of ballots into a counting area with no Republicans present is entirely fine. Powell has suggested she will forward this to the US Supreme Court.
In Georgia Lin Wood has a case now at the Supreme Court. Sidney Powell has a case which was thrown out which she plans to bring to the Supreme Court. President Trump has filed an emergency petition with the Supreme Court in Georgia
In Arizona the RNC and Sidney Powell both have cases they are sending to the Supreme Court.
In Wisconsin President Trump has a case in progress with the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
In Nevada its Supreme Court dismissed President Trump’s election appeal. We are not sure if this is going on to the US Supreme Court or not.
