on sunday i watched a commercial back to back. they showed it twice in a row for some reason. this was a high end fortune top 50. 27 acotrs did the commercial. the second time i decided to check it out further.
1 white male with zero lines.
4 white females.
3 orientals.

that’s not a typo. those are completely accurate and honest numbers i kid you not. now i fully understand some will call me a racist and/or misogynist but in responding to your post, i just had to get that off my chest.
Also, if you pay attention the commercials depicting couples are usually mixed race. Nothing wrong with mixed race couples, but the level at which they appear in commercials is certainly higher than real world numbers.

Given the ages of my grandchildren, I watch their shows with them. I fear for my 5 and 3 year grandsons.
Anything made after 2018, on any networks by any studio has deliberately eliminated, demonized or massively diminished the roles of White Boys (children) and Adults. They are essentially writing White Males out of existence or casting them in roles of evil villains or inept idiots.
Worse is the belittlement and outright demonization of family and parents in children’s programming.
My pet peeve is showing pre adolescents as being wiser than all adults! Brats!

Alot of the Disney shows do this. Insinuating the kids are smarter than parents or grandparents. I started noticing this a few years back.

If the President-Elect is arrested for a federal statute outside of the scope of judicial process (e.g., mishandling classified documents, 18 U.S. Code § 798) that could eliminate a trial process [believe it or not, this happens]. If an executive statute is broken (CFR), the President is obligated through the presiding cabinet official (Secretary of State… Defense… Attorney General, etc) to deny the President-Elect executive privileges typically consistent with the Office of the Presidency (this is called debarment; not to be confused with disbarment, a procedure reserved for lawyers). There is no right to judicial process – as an American – if you are arrested and determined to have broken an executive statute. It is the only process in the United States within which someone accused is presumed guilty and must prove innocence during a review run by technocrats. If the President fails to act, the Senate could demand the Sergeant of Arms remove the President-Elect’s privileges by a straight up-and-down vote. At that point, the Sergeant of Arms literally bars the President-Elect from entering the White House until he/she can be removed by Congress or he/she resigns.
Then in either case it would be a an excellent day for the United States…

FTA: OCONEE COUNTY, Ga. – Two Georgia sheriffs are offering their office’s investigators to the secretary of state to help him look into cases of voter fraud in the recent election.
On Facebook, Oconee County Sheriff Scott R. Berry said he and other sheriffs “stand ready to vigorously investigate voter fraud across this State and to ensure everyone’s vote counts.”
According to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, his office has over 250 open cases related to the election. These elections included possible double voting, absentee ballot fraud, and other allegations. Start by investigating Raffensperger. I found out from my county registrar today that Garland Favorito’s assertions are true. The ‘hand recount’ was still a machine tabulation through ARLO. But the documentation for each batch submitted into ARLO is still at the registrar’s office and open to the public. Enterprising people could go to their local counties in Georgia and take a calculator. See for ourselves if the hand recount really matches the number the SoS’s ARLO system spat out, or if ARLO was simply programmed with the same algorithm as Dominion.
Per Favorito, Ware Co. retained their vote tally. I read only 8 other counties did also. SoS was demanding counties release their tallies to SoS database. Once that is done, Favorito said those counties don’t even have their vote tallies anymore == the making of a fraud.
Yes, ARLO tabulates the totals, giving the SoS the control over the results. A few slipped through, thank the Lord!
WSB, it is well you pointed that out. The ARLO program, as I understand it, was created so even a Recount can be manipulated. Devilishly clever, and I use the term advisedly, the votes are sent to the central server to be counted there, with no oversight and then the totals for the recount are sent back to the lower levels.

My thesis is that all those ballots – thousands and likely tens of thousands of them – were run off the printer with the bubble filled

Nimrodman – I think in order to find cause to throw out ballots, it would really require an investigative arm of government to be able to put together a case. Heretofore we have seen that twerpy Wray and Barr-zinni are not willing to get off their asses. I think this is why Trump’s legal team is focused on the election from a constitutional issue standpoint. It’s really sad that our DOJ & FBI are corrupt and suck as badly as they do. Makes me sick to even consider it.
Unless the plaintiffs are given access to the questionable ballots for discovery purposes, all their complaint is just allegation and conjecture. No judge has yet allowed discovery to take place except in the one Michigan county. Beware even this can be a double edged sword as the conditions attached to the discovery can still prevent a through enough examination to prove the fraudulent activity.
Oh in AZ also, where the 3% discrepancy was found.

From what I now know about the Dominion systems, there are two ways to vote.
Our county has sign in, receipt given, recipt is given to a human person who is a printer monitor, one single blank ballot is printed out. Voter fills in with ink and then inserts into machine.
Other counties have a computer monitor touch screen where the voter selects his or her choices, then a ballot is printed with the choices ‘bubbled’ in by the machine printer, then the ballot is inserted into the tabulator.
So, there would be printed bubles that are legal.
It would just be a matter of figuring out different paper and difference in those inks.

They can set the machines to literally knock every ballot into adjudication and then they must review each and every one. Then you run out of time and just approve all of the ones with Biden marked and wa-la election over.
We heard that in testimony numerous times.
Which is why many polling locations may have had two tabulators. Depending the poll worker, the QR at the upper left could alert them to make certain you placed your vote at the ‘Republican’ machine.
So, when one machine is taken out of service and counted, all votes could be wiped out.

The segment by Chanel Rion was a good bit of investigative journalism. I hadn’t realized the impact this could/probably did make.
Turn up the gain until stray marks appear, kicking out whatever % you want, then “adjudicate” them by scoring them however you want. No messy ballot v. vote count discrepancies.
Was that film of the Georgia official talking today (during a recount) or on Election day? If the scanner kicked out for wrong paper or watermark then they may have adjudicated illegal ballots. They were quite possibly couterfit ballots marked clearly for Biden and adjudication overode the scanner disqualyfing them
I think it was Election Day. He gave an updated stat on adjudications that night too, when he announced he had sent everyone home an hour before to get some sleep. The announcement he later lied and said never happened.
Adjudications are also how they stall for time to get the missing ballots Joe needs in and done. Sorry, we’re not done yet, lot’s of adjudications left.

This afternoon I wrote, again, to my State Senator. It was the Republican Senate in PA that profered the Mail-In Ballot tool back in 2019, in PA Legislative Act 77.
Only now, after all this, are those PA GOP State Senators diving for cover, in recognition of the cat they’ve allowed to escape the bag. If we prevail in PA, it will be a 21st century miracle. Did I mention that they passed this Act 77 sucker in an OMNIBUS BILL? They knew they needed to hide it from their R voters.
Was it sheer stupidity? Or was it tied to goodies for themselves? I’m guessing, the latter, because no one could be this stupid. I would love to see the portfolios of these characters, – but then again, maybe not so much. WE KNOW.
The GOPe position in PA, as evidenced by their failure, so far, to act, is an incalculable betrayal of their voters and their small dollar financial supporters. A number of you disagree, but from this kid’s POV, it’s #walk-away time – the only language the GOPe will understand.
I haven’t changed my Party affiliation yet, in deference to my most revered President. As long as he is active in government and politics, I will follow his lead. Supreme Court; that is something he is good at.
Honestly, I’ve always said he’d be a better SC justice than a senator. He has presented 9 times be SCOTUS already. I actually like to hear hime drill witnesses in hearing. He’s very good at narrowing down the issue and striking the opponent’s achilles heel. IMO he’ll do a great job and they will listen to him. I’m not that keen on him as a person, but I’d take him hands down as an attorney.

I suspect Ted Cruz feels he needs to establish a “record” for 2024. He has to stand out from the rest of the Republican herd that plans to run. Even if he speaks not a word in court and just helps with the prep, it gives him a peg up on the rest of the field who have been silent.
Also, as part of his record establishing effort, Ted is likely to make a run at becoming the RNC candidate for Governor in the upcoming 2022 elections in Texas. Again, the current recognized “conservatives” in Lt. Gov Patrick and Texas AG Paxton have not done much lately. Also, Paxton still has legal issue liabilities that are not yet resolved and the 2021 Primary season is around the corner.
Ted Cruz for governor is interesting. The only reason Cruz and Cornyn were elected to the senate is because President Trump ask us to vote for them. I just watched John Fredericks on Real America’s Voice. He’s the radio host in GA who’s fighting like crazy for Trump. He was talking about the push for a special session of the legislature, and how it can be done without Gov Kemp calling for it. It requires 29 signatures from the Senate and 91 from the House. Fredericks says he spoke with whoever is leading that, and he thinks they will have enough signatures. He also said he just found out that Pres Trump called the speaker of the house and the president pro tem in Georgia about this.
Fredericks was very confident that there will be a special session, and hopeful that the legislature will nullify that special consent decree between Kemp and Stacy Abrams so that those mail-in ballots would not be allowed. He thinks this special session would be the first domino to get PA and maybe other states to call special sessions. But of course, is there even time for all of that at this point?

Cohens vs Virginia 1821 Chief Justice John Marshall established that in matters of the Constitution and the Federal codes derived from it, any State or other Court rulings are null and void.
For that reason, Georgia or Pennsylvania rulings extending the date of the time for selection of Electors are null and void.
Only votes counted before midnight Nov 3 are Constitutionally valid.
Zachary, according to my Georgia State Senator Marty Harbin, the Georgia Legislature CAN CALL ITSELF INTO SESSION without Kemp if there is 3/5ths support for it. And as Rudy has explained, the Elections Clause to the Constitution gives power to State Legislatures to pick the electors for President. They can take that power back, which they delegated to the Governor, any time they want. Fk Brian Kemp, the Chinese traitor. Let him sue if he doesn’t like it.

From Article Two Section One., the Federal Constitution only says thenstate legislatures can select federal electors in any way they see fit.
So, in my mind, all they would need is a Zoom meeting with a quorum.

But then he screwed up and said this:
Kemp and Duncan said any attempt to retroactively change that process for the Nov. 3 election “would be unconstitutional and immediately enjoined by the courts, resulting in a long legal dispute and no short-term resolution.”
Which, to me, is the perfect reason for the GA Legislature to do it. They don’t have to award the electors to Trump. They can state that they election WAS NOT legally held on 11/3 due to multiple instances of widespread errors and video evidence of voter fraud covered up by the GA Secretary of State himself.
The Legislature does not have to award the electors to Trump. It can issue a finding of fact that is has weighed the evidence from the Trump side against the obfuscations and cover-ups issued from the Kemp side, and determined that the 11/3 election was illegitimate.
Their option is to hold a new election (impractical, since the fraudulent actors are still in their jobs), or decertify the election results published by the Secretary of State, and award NO ELECTORS at the Electoral College next week.
The Legislature should simply reply, “We’ll see you in court, and we’ll be bringing the ‘affidavit’ by your investigator which will be compare and contrast with the video evidence from election night which shows the investigator’s ‘affidavit’ is willfully false.”
Dershowitz said a while back the President’s goal was to get Biden below 270. Georgia legislature taking certification back and not certifying gets him down to 291. PA to 271. Wisconsin to 260.

I think he is a jerk; we have to get over our hurt feelings from the November election..is he kidding me? It’s about hurt feelings? Wow, a true swamper..I would have a very hard time voting for him, but like Tillis in NC, I would force myself to do it…but that is how it always works with the Republicans…a bunch of empty suits.
I know. I always thought he was one of the better swampers in the Senate. But the reality is he played along with the pro forma sessions to obstruct the President picking his own cabinet. And lately, he’s sounding and acting like Rubio or Graham.

Hopefully, we get an acceptable case before SCOTUS. If one gets there in some fashion, I know we have 2 quite good rule of law conservative veterans (Alito and Thomas). And the three newbies, Gorsuch, Kavanagh, and Barrett. Besides the obvious adherence to constitutional law, I cannot imagine that the 3 newbies would want to be in a perpetual minority for their 30-40 years on SCOTUS (promised court packing).
Secondly, these wimpie GOPe state guvnas and sec of state. I wonder if inside they are hoping SCOTUS steps up and saves them from themselves. They can all just say it was SCOTUS that did it. SCOTUS, I think, does have pretty good federal security details and quite numerous as needed. State folks just have a few state cops/sheriffs.
We could know if they’ll take the PA case as early as tomorrow.
Ok after listening to Jay Sekulow today and PT comments about some big things in the next day or two I think I see a possible play.
So here are the steps we could see tomorrow IMO.
1. As we know, Kelly filed an earlier lawsuit in PA arguing that the Gov and SOS acted unconstitutionally when they themselves vs the state legislature, went around current state election law, which eliminated many of the state’s ballot safeguards and is now asking the SC for an emergency application for a temporary injunction to prevent the state of PA from seeding its electors.
2. Alito originally asked the state to respond by 9:00 a.m. on the 9th only to move the filing of the State’s brief response to Tues at 9:00 am. Why? IMO to beat I believe, the noon safe harbor time where states can begin selecting electors.
3. IMO Alito moved this up because it signals that the conservative justices WILL take the case and wanted to head off or nullify any media/counter argument that the SC acted AFTER the safe harbor deadline.
4. IMO the SC WILL act almost immediately after this brief is filed at 9:00 am tomorrow and could rule that they will enjoin (halt) the state of PA from seeding any electors until such time that the SC can rule on the merits of Kelly’s original lawsuit.
5. Now comes the good part or the secret sauce – Original Jurisdiction which is when two or more states are locked in a dispute, the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction to gather and hear evidence much like a trial court.
6. So, what could happen between 9:00 and noon tomorrow is, multiple states where PT won overwhelming with friendly Gov and state AG is, these states file suit against ALL of the 6 battle ground states asserting if these swing states are allowed to select their electors under alleged election irregularities, it will dilute their state’s voters votes and thus these Pro-Trump states are asking for a temporary injunction to stop the seeding of these 6 state’s electors until such time that the SC can hear all of the evidence.
7. The brilliance of this approach is, in one shot they can move all 6 states to the SC and temporary halt the seeding of their electors, all by possibly noon tomorrow and all beating the safe harbor deadline.
8. Now if the seeding of electors has been temporarily halted with no one having the required 270 electors then Jay Sekulow and team can present to the SC, all the evidence that Rudy, Sidney, Lin and Jenna have been collecting in each of the 6 swing states. IMO they may have been working as a team feeding all of this evidence into Jay’s team who may have been compiling it specifically for this presentation at the SC.
9. This is where Jay and team can introduce not only voter fraud evidence and how various state governors and SOS decided election law without state legislature approval but also presenting possible ELECTION fraud evidence via the alleged machine vote count manipulation and fractions that we have been reading about.
If you want to hear more listen to the first 20 minutes or so of Jay’s show today as he doesn’t come out and say this is definitely what they are doing but it presents a possible play and if this is the play, IMO it would be pure brilliance.
While many have been frustrated with what seemed like unsuccessful attempts and discombobulated synergy by Rudy, Sidney, Lin and Jenna at the individual swing state level, the reality is they may have all just been collecting MASSIVE amounts of evidence within the 6 states knowing Original Jurisdiction was ALWAYS going to be the play.
It immediately consolidates all of the swing states with many of the loyal PT states like a Florida for example where a very friendly Gov resides.
And here is the best part about Original Jurisdiction cases……..
Because it is the highest court in the United States, the Supreme Court’s decision in original jurisdiction cases is final, with no right of appeal.
So IMO, get ready to hear the term Original Jurisdiction and watch if many pro Trump states don’t immediately file suit post 9:00 a.m. tomorrow as IMO they could already have them cued up just waiting to hit the electronic file button.

As a side note, if this does occur, I’d look for the leftist cities to explode. Major riots. And I personally do not think the President let’s that happen like he did over the summer when he deferred to the states. Maybe not immediately, but we do know DOD is now set to implement the Insurrection Act with the change in leadership. There’s no way IMO this doesnt get ugly quick. But I also know the President will uphold the law. The left wants to crush the President, and I do believe he will lawfully reciprocate

They might try that move, but I would not count on the Supreme Court granting a temporary injunction against the remaining swing states. It’s apparent the court as composed does NOT want to be seen as having swung the election. But they do want to take a look at what PA did – and possibly rule their election unconstitutional.
The delay in getting a case to the court has been very harmful, as whatever happens with PA even if it’s good for the President, will have happened so late it may very well not be possible to stop the steal in NV, AZ, WI, MI and GA. Let’s remember – the President only needed to play defense in 2 or 3 of these states – China needed to run the table to seize power. And with help from hordes of RINOs in State governments it appears they may do just that.
All are in dispute. As the Thomas More Society has already shown through their Whitepaper, the only constitutionally set date is 1/20/21. 12/8 and 12/14 are statute, not Constitutional. This would allow time for everything to be heard. 5-4 gets it done
