Actually, two State legislatures are in the process of calling a Special Session, bypassing the Govenor, which IS required by State law.
But, “what part of Plenary don’t you understand?” since they are calling it to reject the election results, and appoint electors their plenary powers under the US Constitution overrule State law.
Once they appoint Trump electors, the whole process will be challenged, and it goes straight to SCOTUS, no lower court b.s. first.
The first issue they will win on, calling the Special session cause,…plenary powers.
Then SCOTUS will have to rule on rejecting election results and appointing electors.
It IS Constitutional IF the Court detirmines that it was reasonable, rational and not for corrupt motives. And the only way they can detirmine that, is to look at the evidence the Legislature looked at.
Assuming they rule in the affirmative, I suspect that gives the green light to other State legislatures to follow the same coarse.
We only need 3-4, and thats the ball game.
One way or another, its gonna go to SCOTUS, and I can’t see how they can rule, without seeing the evidence, nor how THEY can see the evidence, without the American people seeing it.
But, we’ll see what happens,…

Not only should we hope the Supreme Court will hear these cases when the State Legislatures pick Trump electors, there is also a good chance that the Pennsylvania case going before the Supreme Court on the 8th will result in a disqualification of mail in ballots that were not returned to their original sender, not signed, late or otherwise in violation of the Equal Protection Act.
Plus, Sidney is going to court in Georgia today. And, the Dominion machines are being audited in Michigan. If they have been scrubbed or fixed I assume that will be apparent as well.
It is waiting and hoping for Justice that makes us all feel sick, after all these years of watching The Big Ugly. But, at least we are now seeing how very corrupt our system has become. Innocent dreamers no more.

I just took a look at Raffensberger, Georgia Sec of state’s, Twitter account. It is full of a majority of “concerned” citizens thanking him for showing integrity and gaining control over the rogue republicans. They are praying for his and his family’s safety as well. Are these real accounts? It’s hard to believe.

I just found an article that confirms my post from a few months ago when I was questioning if there was a national standard for how many amplification rounds a COVID test sample is run through…. logically you would want every lab running a standardized procedure.
A judge in Portugal has ruled in favor of German tourists that were forced to quarantine : the judge found that the COVID PCR test is basically fraudulent .
Specifically, it is fraudulent because it relies upon how many cycles a sample is run before testing it for viral load. Some labs may run 25 cycles while others run 40 cycles.
This is so important because each cycle (amplification round) doubles any viral load from the previous round (think of it like a xerox machine except each copy is 2x the original).
If you need a community COVID outbreak in order to justify a new lockdown, just amplify a few more rounds & you will see more positive tests!

I read that Florida is going to force labs to report the amplification used on PCR tests so they can screen out false positives, which appear to be a majority of cases. Hopefully this will catch on.

What is implied in the article is that the number of amplifications can even vary between lab companies, further implying there are no amplification standards, which is shocking and displays sheer negligence by our FDA.
I recall that DeSantis was shocked when he learned of the high number of amplifications used in the PCR test labs.

Fox News is under huge pressure to push Left to please these advertisers. Tucker and Hannity can resist them due to their large audiences, but the daytime people are trapped. The My Pillow guy is outnumbered and outvoted.
The sports leagues are at a weak point (forced by Co-Vid to play in empty stadia) and the advertisers have moved in for the kill. The sports leagues need that ad revenue to survive. The advertisers are actually pressuring these leagues to attract young urban women to watch their telecasts. What group in America least enjoys or watches sports on TV? Yup, young urban women.
I find the advertising the most disorienting and disconcerting aspect of modern American culture. I try to watch a football game, but I lose the will to continue during the commercial breaks. Cultural Marxism force fed by junior executives? Sumthin’ gotta give.

Off went the game.

You are so right!! I started teaching in 1971 in public school and many (if not most) of my fellow teachers were absolute nut jobs. I lasted 5 years and then switched to Christian schools which, while not perfect, were much better at teaching basics, had way more parental support, and were more interested in education than indoctrination. Never looked back. Pay may not have been as good but the peace of mind and enjoyment of my job made it worthwhile.

Dec 7 is Pearl Harbor Day. Growing up in Arizona back in the 1950’s (yeah, I really am that old…) Pearl Harbor Day was near-sacred. I very well remember listening to the hushed tones of the announcer on radio as the ceremonies in Hawaii unfolded.
It was probably similar in other places, but I think the fact that it was the USS Arizona that was the focal point and symbol of the “dastardly attack” made the day especially poignant in Arizona back then.
Those memories and appreciation of the historic significance of Pearl Harbor have stayed with me. I’ve visited the memorial at Pearl Harbor several times and it’s never failed to be deeply moving. To anyone who has not had that experience I highly recommend getting there to see it if at all possible.
The shameful conduct of Americans involved with the attempt to steal this election stands in stark contrast with the heroic men and women who risked or gave their lives defending the nation. Perhaps the current struggle with anti-American forces is as profound as it was in WW2, albeit waged with different weapons and in “virtual” battlefields. The survival of America may well be no less endangered even if the damage and losses are less immediately palpable.
Our support of President Trump in the fight to prevent our republic from succumbing to alien forces requires diligence and determination to see it through. Just like America in the months after Dec 7, 1941 it’s not a time to give in to despair but to persevere in fending off enemies seeking to destroy us.

The difference in Ware County was .26%, just over a quarter of one percent. Sundance has a post about this, it was up yesterday. It includes an interview with a Ware County man involved in elections and with first hand knowledge of this.
Somewhere along the way things got changed to 26 the decimal point was removed and the number of ballots changed.
Once again the difference is .26%. Ware county hand counted all their ballots and found the difference. They then ran them through machines again and the machines again took 37 from Trump and gave to Biden or .26%. They hand counted again to double check, sure enough their hand count was correct. I think at that point they ran them again through machine, I’ve heard that and heard not, but I think they scanned them through machine and it again took 37 from Trump and gave to Biden.
I know they were hand counted twice to be sure and I know they were run through machine twice to be sure, but what I’m not sure about is if one of those machine counts was election night.
We need to be careful not to repeat the 26%, because that can be debunked. The fact that the machine clearly took .26% is bad enough. If applied across the state it would have changed the outcome, without throwing out illegal votes from dead and fictitious people.
The man from Ware County said they had ruled out a lot of possible causes, it has to be some kind of malware. Nobody has been allowed to examine the machines. They don’t know if it was one machine or many or in the counting mechanism at the main office or what. They have X number of machines and not all were used election day. They used spare machines that were ready to go to do the experiment, but those machines came up with the same alteration as the voting day machines.
This man is wanting the machines to be examined by experts, but so far that has not been allowed despite rumors that it has.

I believe most all the votes counted after the monitors left, seen in the video, were entered into the machines and went for Biden. That is statistically impossible and the person who went under oath to say the ballots were legitimate will regret it.

Normally, if resources are limited, you concentrate on most severe cases. But here, the ONLY way your going to keep the medical system from becoming overwhelmed, is (if necesary) IGNORING those with the worst symptoms (as they are already gone) and focusing all your efforts on those with less severe symptoms, in order to prevent the flood of patients from overwhelming the system.
As I posted above, the common syndrome that leads to serious symptoms, is headaches followed by rapidly progressing respiratory distress, CAUSED BY microclots in the blood.
At the first sign of symptoms, I would take ASPIRIN, and while staying within maximum reccomended doses, would use these symptoms to titrate dose.

Aspirin fights chronic inflammation
“Aspirin reduces the risk of cancer by fighting inflammation,” Bresalier says.
Inflammation is an important part of your immune system’s healthy response to sickness, injury or disease. “But chronic or prolonged inflammation can create an environment in which cancer thrives,” Bresalier says. Put simply, if cancer is a fire that’s spreading through your cells, chronic inflammation is helping fuel it. Aspirin can help cool the fire.
“Aspirin blocks the production of the enzymes that increase inflammation in your body and speed or assist the growth of cancer cells,” Bresalier says. Ultimately, this helps lower your cancer risks or slows the spread of the disease.
Aspirin comes with risks
That’s not to say everyone should start taking a daily aspirin. The drug comes with some very real drawbacks — most notably an increased risk of internal bleeding, Bresalier says.
That’s especially true among older adults who drink alcohol, have a history of ulcers or who take anticoagulant drugs. The risk of bleeding may be too great to recommend an aspirin regimen, research suggests.
While bleeding risks are lower among people taking low-dose aspirin compared to those on full-strength versions of the drug, aspirin swallowers are still twice as likely to suffer from life-threatening bleeding compared to those not on aspirin. Low doses of aspirin or “baby aspirin” are generally 81 milligrams in the United States (100 milligrams in Europe), while a regular-strength adult aspirin is typically 325 milligrams.
