The extreme overload of crap being thrown at us was planned long ago. The Democrat leadership knew exactly what was going to happen with this election. Using “the office of the President – Elect” was planned long ago. The non-ending media about Biden and his “incoming administration” is all part of it.
I think POTUS knew this was going to happen to a degree but other than saying mail-in voting was a pathway to fraud, there wasn’t much he could do about it.
I’m frustrated, you are frustrated but this has to play out. They are trying to wear us down. Donald J Trump is our POTUS. He is going to fight with everything he has. We must hold fast.

Why does the GOP treat its voters like crap? Why do so few GOP politicians fight for what the GOP membership wants?
There is a simple answer, because there is no consequence for not doing so. In fact GOP voters voted in unbelievable numbers for RINO like McConnell and Graham because Trump needed them and campaigned for them. Trump was worth more than $100 mil spend against each.
Yet do they fight for Trump? No. Do the State GOP legislatures fight for Trump? No. Do the State GOP Governors fight for Trump? No.
Rewarded behaviour will be repeated. TheGOP keep being RINO and we keep voting for them.
Let me suggest a simple action. The GOP needs a mass walk away day where every GOP member resigns their membership and gets de-listed from mailing and donor lists. Unless their is a consequence the GOP will never fight for its members. It’s time for the great RINO Walk Away. Can I suggest Dec 9 as a great day to have a mass resignation event. Let the GOP feel the anger. Let there be a consequence for their perfidy.
Maybe then, at the last minute, will they consider the consequences to them of certifying these fraudulent elections. Without consequence the behaviour will never change.

First of all they will laugh at this suggestion. Rigged voting machines will ensure they rule in perpetuity. Second, the GOP chair is in on the deal. She has 100% Potus support (his words not mine) so count on the status quo continuing.
We may have to *vote* swamp to hold the Senate, but nobody said we had to make donations to the swamp. The elderly seem to be particularly vulnerable to their fundraising schemes. When phones are ringing off the hook with solicitors there’s a reason.
I say vote Perdue in and Loeffler out. Give the Republicans a 1 seat majority. Make it clear by not voting for Loeffler. Maybe they will finally get the message taht we control who wins and loses, not the GOP.

Thanks. I have been posting ES&S reminders since the voting machine discussions began because everybody was overly focused on Dominion. ES7s needs to be added because between Dominion and ES&S the supply over 80% of the voting systems used in the US, are linked technologically and via business deals, both share government contracts with same Federal Agencies and both use the same Micro-Soft and Google Infrastructure.
Also, ES&S assumed ownership of the disgraced Diebold System operations after they were wrecked due to past election irregularities.

Much as I would love to share your enthusiasm, I would bet on the most cynical possible outcome, then be pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong.
My most cynical prediction is a second revolution to defend our Constitutional Republic. Barring SCOTUS jurisprudence and Legislatures capable of appointing faithful electors, I’m counting on President Trump and the Insurrection Act to thwart my most cynical prediction.
I don’t view that as cynical. I view cynical as:
– SCOTUS rules against Trump citing that no harm has been done and the certifications went through from the States after “thorough” reviews.
– And SCOTUS rules that CV19 allowed the States to rewrite election law in the name of “saving lives” and this overrides any Equal Protection claims
– Then they say, “Well, the citizens of PA had every opportunity to vote “mail in” just like the “mail in” voters did, so no Equal Protection problem.
Then, having been defeated at the Supreme Court, the President actually does nothing at all, and all his supporters claiming it’s gonna be civil war go back to arguing about Biden’s tax increases like the election never happened, and they go back to screaming at all of us on CTH that we “just don’t understand” how important it is that we “hold the Senate”.
THAT is my definition of cynical. 😉
Well, that *is* nightmare. But President Trump knew this would happen, so I’m sure he is well prepared. The only ones that seem to be blindsided are us!
And not me, really, because I already knew what the ENEmedia were capable of, after I saw how they handled the election of 2016. I was traveling then, and I could not find a single newspaper or magazine in any store that covered the election that had just taken place! It was surreal!
This time, they took extra care to plunge in that knife and twist it good. But they’re *still* not as clever as they think they are!
It’s not going to happen. If Trump invoked the Insurrection Act, he would be impeached and found guilty in record time. The GOP would not support him. Governors would not support him. Most of the conservative media would not support him. Less than half the population would support him.
Only way is if he has definitive proof Dominion flipped votes
Proof? Who needs proof? What does proof mean to those nihilists who control the media, Wall Street, the educational system, our healthcare and everything else not nailed down? It means nothing.

The only way the Insurrection Act will happen is if SCOTUS rules in Pres. Trump’s favor (unlikely), that they throw out the illegal votes in PA (unlikely), and then issue orders to the states of MI, GA, WI and AZ to halt certification pending responses by those states to the Supreme Court explaining their deviations from long-standing election laws giving preference to “mail in” voters (no ID checks, no signature checks, etc.).
That would trigger riots and terrorism because the Democrats will unleash Antifa/BLM, and that violence will escalate if the result is Pres. Trump being re-elected.
He got held back from the Insurrection Act in June by Def. Sec. Esper. I don’t think he will get held back a second time.
But the Supreme Court would have to do something it is unlikely to do.

(December 5, 2020) | Saturday, Sen. William Ligon (R – Brunswick), Sen. Greg Dolezal (R – Cumming), Sen. Brandon Beach (R – Alpharetta) and Sen. Burt Jones (R – Jackson) drafted a Petition calling for and convening a Special Session. The petition serves as notification to Governor Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger that an emergency exists such that a session of the General Assembly is being called for and convened on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. in order to attend to such emergency and for all purposes provided for pursuant to Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States.
This Petition comes after the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee was inundated with affidavits, signed under penalty of perjury, from citizens all over the state who testified to blatant election fraud and many violations of the law that have taken place during the 2020 General Election as well as during the follow-up recounts.
“We recognize our duty to move forward with this Petition due to the level of fraud and violations of law which took place during this 2020 election cycle. We urge others to join us,” stated Sen. Ligon. “We need at least 29 signatures in the Senate on the Petition before 9 AM, Tuesday, December 8, 2020. A similar Petition in the House requires at least 91 signatures by that same time. Now is the time to call your senators and representatives to stand up and be counted on this effort to restore integrity in the election.”
As the Petition makes clear, testimonial and other evidence given before the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee demonstrated a systemic failure to observe Georgia Election laws. Underage individuals and convicted felons registered and were allowed to vote. People voted who were not listed in the state’s records as having been registered to vote. Voters who moved to a different county more than 30 days prior to the election and failed to re-register were allowed to cast votes. Voters registered using bogus addresses such as UPS facilities and other stores, yet their votes counted. Ballots of individuals who were deceased prior to Election Day counted. Over and over again, ballots were counted outside the view of poll watchers or designated monitors, defying the law. Even the law itself was modified by an unconstitutional agreement which weakened signature verification requirements for absentee ballot applications and absentee ballots as set out in Code Sections 21-2-381 and 21-2-386.
According to committee members, that was just a part of the testimony that came before them and much more is still being submitted. Any certification of electors by the Governor of Georgia or the Georgia Secretary of State in light of such systemic failures, the Petition states, would not be in conformity with the Georgia Election Code enacted by the General Assembly pursuant to its plenary power. Therefore, following Supreme Court guidance in Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. 98 at 104, a state legislature, “after granting the franchise in the special context of Article II, can take back the power to appoint electors.”
“We believe we have reached the point that the results of this election are untrustworthy,” stated Sen. Burt Jones. “Such pervasive disregard for election laws by our election officials requires a decisive response. It is time for our legislative body to do its job.”

A good step forward. In PA, Sen. Mastriano wound up not being able to get the votes he needed to decertify the election. But at least some Republicans in GA “get it”.

Thanks to WSB, I had all the GA Senator’s emails, and I told them (as many other people doubtless did) that they could call themselves into session. The GA Constitution cannot be used to obstruct the GA Legislature from performing its US Constitutional duties. Kemp cannot stop them by refusing to call them into session because Kemp cannot override the US Constitution.
Now, whether or not GA Legislators will actually DO anything is another matter. PA didn’t do much in the end.

It is said often, but the best option for getting rid of these RINO swampers is through a very strong, powerful and well funded primary challenger. However, we’ve seen how difficult that is due, in part, to $$$. The swamp rewards it’s club members with major funding, both direct and through PAC’s. VERY difficult to uproot Senators, and still hard to throw off House incumbents unless they are weakened in advance.
If our President was to establish a defined, vocal and highly active wing within the R’s, very soon after the final results of this attempted steal, it could draw in enough people to lead and organize the effort relative to the next 2 years and the 2022 election. Obviously the R party wouldn’t like it, and would push back gently, then with exponentially increasing force, to repel the invasion of their uniparty space. Then, if this wing could soundly defeat installed RINO’s and non-MAGA, that would be the shot heard round the world.
It’s a tall order. A taller order would be a new party. Might be the best way to try it, but no third party in the modern era has had any success. This could also drive more lefty R’s to declare as Dims in order to protect themselves.
The PATRIOT PARTY could be the one hope, the real hope, for average people who find their lives suddenly shaken by the brisk socialist advance of the Harris-Biden administration. Life happens fast…much faster than just a generation ago. Maybe the new party can take this outrage we all feel and turn it into a huge revolution. Or it could be pummeled over and over to the point that tired and exhausted people can’t hang on. Just not sure.

The difficulty is developing honest, competent candidates. The cancel-culture dems attack their ‘enemies’. The courts and law enforcement protect the attackers, and in fact attack anyone who might be an honest, competing candidate.
People will need to be protected, physically and financially. Start in the Primaries within the GOPe. If that doesn’t work, go 3rd party to defeat the GOPe.
Note that the Farmer-Labor Party “merged” with the Democrat party in minnesota (to take over the dem party there). A similar MAGA Party could develop talent and organization in MAGA stronghold areas, combine with the GOPe for some candidates, and field its own candidates for other contests. Then “merge” to take over the GOPe?

There is a group of people who call themselves “accelerationists” who view the speedy collapse of Constitutional governance to be the best medicine. There are too many people sitting on the bench hiding behind a skirt called “We have to hold the Senate”. The acclerationists argue that the status quo servers the interests of the Ruling Class. By accelerating the demise of Constitutional governance, this removes their status quo.
The GOP exists as a branch of the Uniparty to keep up appearances. If those appearances vaporize, there is no more need for people to buy into the idea that their vote matters or that the State is acting on behalf of We The People. That opens the door for We The People to remove them from power by force.
That is exactly the opposite of what the Uniparty wants because it is too unpredictable. They are just as likely to swing from a rope as not.
A lot of what the Uniparty uses to control We The People is a court system, the media, and unelected bureaucrats. They serve as a barrier that controls the information, controls the rights of people to fight their government based on the rule of Law, and the bureaucrats exist to do what Kemp likes to do: “Well, I told the SOS to change the rule, but he just won’t do it.” The bureaucracy provides a layer of protection and plausible deniability.
Those groups are HIGHLY VULNERABLE though. They cannot be protected in a society with half a billion guns and a trillion rounds of ammunition that knows where all these people live. And, just like during the first Civil War, the lines will not break down evenly. Not every FBI agent is a committed Leftist, nor is every police officer a mindless weapon of the State, nor is every soldier going to turn his guns on Americans because a lot of those soldiers, FBI agents and policemen are every bit as abandoned by the Ruling Class as Joe Bagodonuts.
The Uniparty needs stability first and foremost. Things start to spiral out of control quickly on them once people come to the conclusion that the only way to deal with the problem is to go find the people who are causing the problem…and deal with them.

I think they moved the responses up one day specifically because they want to move on this quickly. The million-dollar question, of course, is do they want to quickly snuff this out or do they quickly want to excise the cancer that is mail-in voting?
Personally, I think we’ll have our answer on whether Biden will be certified the winner or not by Friday. The closer we get to Friday, the more likely it is bad news imho. Bad news always gets buried on Fridays.
The EC is supposed to vote on Monday, so my gut tells me they are trying to give states time to respond to whatever ruling they issue in PA because it has the potential to affect every state. One of the reasons why these judges are refusing to hear these cases is that the fraud is REAL, and they are terrified of ruling that these mail-in ballots were illegal. Sure, many of them are Democrat judges, so there’s that. But I think fear is driving a lot of these rulings and a lot of what the States are doing (or not doing).
I’m trying to keep my hopes checked by the cold, cold, reality that is our Justice System today.
They could certify, but there is still the possibility that SCOTUS could rule against one or more states and throw out some votes, which might force it back to either the state legislature or to the House.
A possible outcome tomorrow could well be that SCOTUS throws out the illegal ballots – those without signature verification and those without post-marks and those received after the 8pm deadline on 11/3. That is several hundred thousand votes.
That, in and of itself, does not give PA to Trump. It would force PA to go do a recount, excluding those illegal votes, and report the winner based on this.
PA will then state that they ignored Alito’s order to segregate the ballots, and they will call the Supreme Court’s bluff. SCOTUS will either rule that it’s now too late, or they’ll overturn the entire PA election and kick it to the PA Legislature to resolve by 1/20 and if that doesn’t happen, then it goes to the House of Representatives.
One way or the other, I think we are going to find out soon.

Based on the massive corruption I have witnessed over the years and more so as of late, along with the broad civil (leftist anarchist) unrest, I have a strong feeling we are headed towards an Insurrection Act/Martial Law declaration by President Trump.
I feel this will happen whether he wins and/or loses in the courts, as I have no faith in the Judiciary as well as the Legislative branches or overall Government Bureaucracy.
Whether President Trump wins or loses (I believe and know he will win FWIW), civil unrest will reach a crescendo, either by our side or the leftists.
So my question is, why should we ultimately care whether our Decepticons control the House or Senate?
Would they not under the Insurrection Act/Martial Law be subject to being imprisoned for crimes committed while in office?
While it is fairly well assumed that the majority of our Legislative and Judiciary members are corrupt, I’m quite sure there is actual proof and evidence of their improprieties/crimes and in my opinion this would lead to their arrest and detainment (throughout the investigative phase) until their trial date is set.
So, with this hypothetical situation/action in mind, why should we care about the balance of power in the Legislative and Judiciary Branches?

So I know we have discussed before but I think that A.G. Barr and DNI Ratcliffe have nothing to do with “voter fraud” but are addressing “election fraud”. For voter fraud to be so widespread that it would overturn and election requires large numbers and I believe judiciary is loath to change a vote regardless.
Election fraud calculates numbers quicker and therefore easier to overturn and election.

That’s a mighty big IF. However, if he does so, expect the entire “#resistance” to switch from shadow warfare to hot warfare within hours.
The Insurrection Act, in modern terms, especially in the context of election fraud, would be a declaration of war on the Uniparty. There would be a response. Not every General in DoD could be trusted to follow orders at that point, and you could expect a long line of elected and unelected #resistance members to very visibly and publicly (the media will call them heroes) disobey orders. Not all of them, but in a city that voted 96-4 for Clinton, Trump’s not going to be safe in D.C.
What Trump needs is for the Supreme Court to reign all this in decisively. They either need to tell him to shut up and accept the results (and I mean a harsh rebuke) or they need to tell MI, GA, PA, WI, AZ and any other state that effed up their elections that specific votes are hereby declared illegal, and they have 7 days to recount their totals minus the illegal votes. There can be no wishywashy here.
The harsh rebuke of Trump would pacify Democrats in the short run (no riots/terrorism), and MAGA voters would be left reeling and unsure how to respond. Trump might feel like this election was stolen fraudulently, but a harsh SCOTUS ruling defangs this.
The only way Trump would really use it is if SCOTUS says “those votes are all illegal in PA” then sends orders to MI, GA, WI, AZ (and others) where mail-in voting laws were rewritten on the fly and orders them to do the same. That will result in riots/terrorism, and that will be Trump’s only opportunity to use the Insurrection Act…which he wanted to do in response to Antifa/BLM last time, but Esper stopped him.
Bet on SCOTUS ruling against Trump. They are not stupid, and they know what comes next if they throw out PA and open Pandora’s box in the other states. The question is only whether or not they lack the intestinal fortitude to do what needs to be done. I simply do not think SCOTUS fears MAGA voters the way they (and people in general) fear Antifa/BLM.
The Uniparty NEEDS the status quo. They NEED all of us to go back to pretending that elections matter, and we should be fighting over taxes or abortion or whatever. It is realistic to assume SCOTUS wants the status quo restored in some way, too.
If they throw out the status quo, the Uniparty will unleash Antifa/BLM, and it’s Katy bar the door because Team Red isn’t going to wait for the po-po to show up and defend the city from terrorists.

I think a lot of us won’t even know its happening until its over because most of it is going to be centered in Washington D.C. and select urban areas long held by corrupt Democrat officials and that one of the first targets in putting down the insurrection will be our complicit media (my guess, you may see a lot of unfamiliar “guest hosts” that night if the craven talking heads don’t play ball).
I think it will mostly look like Army and National Guard forces securing specific locations and the transfer of certain people in those locations to detention facilities pending military legal review. There may be limited exchanges of gunfire, but only because someone panics… there are precious few private security forces who are going to be willing to open fire on uniformed US military forces until they’re 100% certain of what’s going on and by the time they find out what’s going on they’ll be even LESS likely to want to engage (if the US military is called out in force and you have an ounce of brains between your skull you stand down because the only alternatives are a body bag or GITMO and you can also be damned sure the paycheck of whoever’s paying you is NOT going to clear in the morning).
I think a lot of the deployed military units won’t even know their place in the larger picture until after the fact (i.e. go and secure this building, don’t let anyone in or out until X [SpecForces/MPs/US Marshals depending on the situation] arrives to take over). They might even be told that its a training exercise at the time.
Antifa and BLM won’t even know to try and mobilize until its too late. Their paymasters and head organizers will be out of action and without them any street violence will be limited and uncoordinated.
The ONLY chance the Deep State might have is if they can cause a significant percentage of the military from obeying President Trump’s commands, but while everyone’s been focused on the court case side, President Trump has been completely restructuring the Department of Defense to make sure that Obama-appointed flag officers can be bypassed by his newly appointed people and the rank-and-file of military ARE loyal President Trump.
Odds are that we will only become aware of this when every channel interrupts its broadcast and President Trump comes on to address the nation and reveal what has happened (including Foreign bribery by hostile powers) and also that the coup against the government has already been put down.
He’ll urge calm and may even state that he will resign as President as soon as new free and fair elections can be held which he will order to be conducted at the earliest feasible date.
THAT is what I think it would look like.
