A MAGA inspired party would not be a third party because there is currently only one party in Washington DC. Thankfully, a larger portion of the American electorate is now awake to a situation that has existed since long before Donald Trump entered the political arena. As of this writing the indefatigable leader of the MAGA movement gathered 74 million votes for his re-election, and still climbing. Subtract the fraudulent and manipulated ‘mail-in’ ballots from the Biden operation and you have a reality of 74 million MAGA army members staring toward an opposition front containing battalions of cardboard cutouts.
No amount of media spin is going to change the reality of that political landscape.
Regardless of whether Donald Trump’s legal arsenal is able to overcome the entrenched media operations drum-beating a deafening noise to distract from the 2020 fraud, that MAGA army is solidly behind our leader.
If President Trump takes that army into a new political party of his choosing, that new party is structurally set to lay waste to any candidate within both wings of the Democrat and Republican assembly. A Trump inspired new political party can wipe out the illusion of the Democrat/Republican two-party system; specifically because much of the Trump movement consists of former democrats and brand new voters.
The MAGA coalition is the most diverse, widest and deepest part of the entire American electorate. President Trump’s Main Street army consists of every creed, color, race, gender, ethnicity and orientation. It is a truly color-blind coalition of middle America patriots and middle-class voters that cuts through the political special interest groups.
Quite simply Trump’s MAGA army is the ultimate political splitter party.
No Republican will ever hold office in the next decade without the blessing of President Trump; and there is absolutely no reason to believe President Trump will not lay waste to the system if the GOP acquiesces to the transparent fraud that exists behind the Biden-Harris sham.
Beyond the politics… this 74 million vote assembly are consumers of products, goods and services generated by the same elites that hold them in contempt. If President Trump transfers and directs that energy corporations can be wiped out.
There is no precedent here. Seventy-four to one-hundred million angry Americans resolved to a common objective is not something to be trifled with.
We do not yet know where this current political crisis and ongoing battle is going to end; but we do know that 74,000,000+ Americans will not accept the outcome of a political process transparently filled with fraud and manipulation. That makes President Trump a very dangerous entity to the DC system, regardless of whether they admit what surrounds them.
There is no reference point for a hundred-million Americans being disenfranchised by Wall Street, bribery, corporations, media and big tech. That army is fuel for a stunning and cataclysmic shift in the American political landscape.

It’s more realistic and workable to go for a new party. RNC is a legal entity, a non-profit organization. They have charters/by-laws, boards, just like many big non-profits. It will not be easy to take over RNC just with voters. It’ll take years if RNC establishment decides to protect their interest in the organization and takes the matter to the courts. The entrenched Senate RINOs will definitely fight hard to keep control. I suspect all of them have access to the counting machines when they need them, voters be dammed. It will not be easy to defeat them by voting them out if we don’t cleaning up the voting/counting machines first, and we know how they will “help”.
GA’s mess is a case in point. It’s likely both parties cheated in the primaries (Doug Collins losing to Loeffler?) . GA governor’s race two years ago was apparently a match between two cheaters.

The Tea Party became The Freedom Caucus. They did become a force to recon with, but were not able to take over top leadership roles within the GOP. They were able to take over many Committee leadership roles and became partners/aligned with Trump MAGA movement during Trump’s first year. Trump’s current Chief of Staff came out of The Freedom Caucus.
MAGA is stronger than Tea Party movement in action/fighting ability/ and in taking on the uni-party. However, I don’t know if actual third party is better than party take over from within.
The problem with the Tea Party was that it was not a “movement”, it was an emotion expressed in rallies; there really wasn’t any leadership and we got co-opted by the GOP who “assumed” a leadership stance for us.
With MAGA, we have a leader who created the mantle for himself and for us. As Christopher said to Tony Soprano, “I’ll march into hell for you” and I think that the vast majority of us feel that way about President Trump.

We start at the local/county/state level. Incumbents either switch to the new party or they are primaried. Dem incumbents are challenged by MAGA candidates, properly vetted MAGA candidates. VA elections for Governor on down are next year–2021–this is the place to start. And it needs to get moving ASAP. Candidates are already declaring. VA does have a MAGA candidate ready to go but I cannot mention his name yet as he has not declared. But President Trump’s team knows who he is.

I think your assessment is correct, Oldtradesman, but I don’t think it’s yet time to give up hope that the SCOTUS and/or state legislatures will come through. There’s always the possibility that the plan was put into play with the assumption of a Roberts controlled 5-4 liberal court and that God got in the way of that.
But if the those checks are not up to the task, the constitutional republic will have to be defended by force. I don’t see Trump backing down from that demand. It’s not like he can expect to retire to Florida to live in peace. And I don’t see the 50%+ of the country that knows the election was stolen just sitting back and hoping for the best.
Finally, it’s important to remember that we have all the muscle on our side, the cop on the beat and the soldiers themselves. The Wall Street/CCP/globalist complex is mostly like some kind of Wizard of Oz creation that, if it should get into a position of presumed authority, will be like the dog that caught the car.
Never underestimate the enemy, castelleto. They have the money, organization, media, corporations, intel and communication networks, transportation hubs, ports, prosecutors, police departments, 50+% of military enlisted and senior officers, et al, on their side. It wouldn’t take long at all to train and supply soyboys and girls to effectively hit neighborhoods in Orange County’s Lake Forest-Aliso Viejo-Laguna Hills axis. Police departments led by politically-appointed chiefs WILL arrest community defense forces and confiscate their hardware should they defend/presume to defend their communities from attack by antifa/blm/blacbloq/John Brown Gun Club, etc.
What the enemy doesn’t have on his side are *elected* sheriffs and undersheriffs in the red counties, federal marshals answerable to POTUS, and many (but not a majority) of the enlisted and company-grade trigger pullers in the national guard, army, and Marine Corps. The first three have the power to deputize the “unorganized militia” should PDJT call them out. Without elected sheriffs and federal marshals under the control of Trump, we have no means to effectively organize and put things right. That’s just how it is.

This group of approximately 500 were predominantly young men, which is refreshing that they are standing up. We need the youth to be a strong voice — for those of us who are no longer young.

A third party sounds like Hopeium at worst and a long, drawn out strategy at best. Forming another party is relatively meaningless in the short term. You see what the GOP did to the Tea Party. Look across the judicial system – those are Democrats and Republicans. None have been installed as America First – and why would they? McConnell has been pulling those strings not Trump.
Good luck getting anything through the courts. Don’t need to look much farther than what’s happening today with the election fraud to see how another party’s lawsuits would be handled. You think Lawfare is bad now? What happens when half the GOP starts supporting them openly?
If Trump doesn’t overcome this steal, all of this is moot. Doesn’t matter if the GOP nets both seats in Georgia. They won’t have enough of a majority to overcome the squishes…. unless Trump is back in office. If not, you think McConnell is going to forgo millions more in graft to let Schumer, Pelosi and Obama do whatever they want? Try to convince me otherwise.
If this steal isn’t overturned, none of this matters. You’ll never have fair elections again. Look no further than the supermajority here in California. Once the Dems took control they changed the rules to keep power. From how we run our elections right down to how petitions are signed and processed – it’s nigh impossible to get a petition past our SoS Padilla and it’s even more difficult to get a GOP candidate on the ballot in most counties because of our jungle primaries.
While this might be a neat idea to think about, forming a third party today, tomorrow, whenever isn’t helping anyone.
Just like the constant stream of, “you need to vote for Perdue and Loeffler.” None of this matters unless we stop the steal. That’s the only thing we should be talking about. That’s the only thing we should be doing. Whatever it takes.

Glad to find you again. I am not sure whether we can find enough true Republicans to use the 12th Amendment. Still, with the Supreme Court not stepping up as they should, it seems that the 12th (which the Democrats started to use against Trump in 2017, as recorded in a NYT article https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/06/us/politics/democrats-attempts-to-deny-trump-are-rejected-in-joint-session.html) should be used.
Additionally, since 222 Republicans in the House (the body in charge of certifying and, if certifying fails, electing the President) have not accepted Biden as the winner, it would seem the 12th would be the way to go.

Better to kick in the door, grab them by the neck, and dictate where you want to go. At least the second option does not require you learn how to fly and land the aircraft.

Donald Trump already did on the national level what WE need to do on the local level which is a “Hostile Takeover” of the RINO party.
You mention this in the middle of the article when you say no one will be a candidate for office in the Republican party without approval of DJT. We need to assure he has favorable candidates to choose from.
We CANNOT go through the mess of trying to establish a 3rd(2nd) party.
To do so requires petitioning to be on the ballot which cost millions.
The same turds counting the votes now would be the turds certifying our petitions.
Instead we need to go to the local caucus meetings in mass and take over the infrastructure of the Republican Party from the ground up.
We will probably loose all the deep state funding but we Will have a place on the ballot for our candidates.
This has to be the way we take our country back, not by getting a new standard, but seizing one of the standards and making it our own.

We have to find out when the local Republican meeting is, show up, take up duties, and when they vote for officers, have enough people there that WE BECOME THE OFFICERS.
I was personaly involved in doing this in Missouri when the Libertarians organized and went to the Republican Caucus meeting and made Ronald Reagan the nominee vs Ford. The party chair had to beg us for speaking time at the mike at the convention so as not to lose all face. We let him speak second but we cast Missouris votes for Reagan on the first ballot. If more states Libs had done so Reagan may have got the nomination then.
Right now Walter Block (the famous Libertarian Theorist) has an open letter to the Libertarians in GA. He notes that the 2.5% they got in the Purdue/Os-whatever vote was the difference and could be the difference in the run off and despite all the Libertarian theorizing they MUST SHOW UP and VOT FOR PURDUE.
We have to do the same in the spring of 2021 starting with the local elections of 2021 and the prep for the Midterms in 2022.
We MUST be in control of the grassroots Rep Party by Mid 2021 and make it the Lion Party and kick the RINO/Elephants out.
I like the plan. I would suggest an attempt to convert RINO’s before handing them their walking papers. Converting would require something like what AOC does in that she has a constituency and it functions at the grass roots, and Dems are scared or at least wary of offending her.
We should look for our grassroots leader and get him or her elected or re-elected. Somebody who can articulate the seriousness of the rebel alliance like Candace Owens or recently elected Trump supporter Maria Elvira Salazar, or Matt Gaetz. And finally, a very serious and credible presidential candidate that understands the swamp and supports Trump needs to step up now if they want a chance in 2024.

A second call to muster has been set for December 12th in Washington DC. The first one last month, the Million MAGA March , attracted hundreds of thousands of peaceful protestors to STOP THE STEAL. I think it is in the Rep party’s best interest to acquiesce to PDJT. And I think for the most part they are. The rally in GA for the Senate candidates shows that there’s a dance going on between the party and PDJT. That’s a good thing. I trust Trump to use his muscle to push out the RINO’s in the coming years. In the end, he’s a rational leader and when it’s in our interests to keep a RINO, then he will.
On the issue of election fraud, if Loffler and Purdue win their seats back I think there may have been a deal made with PDJT and Mitch that election reform will be addressed. If MAGA supporters stay strong, more court cases will be filed, more investigations will dig up evidence, and change will be required. I think it’s likely the SC will do something to encourage this – like throw out PA election results.
Our country has serious structural problems – with regard to voting, representation, etc. – there’s only so much PDJT can do by executive order. But if he can lead the party, he/we have a chance to break the current system and instill some integrity.
As I consider this, it may be that this election was serendipitous. An opportunity for the Rep party to be formally moved toward the people. PDJT is a great negotiator – particularly when the people he is working with share the same goals. PDJT has expertise in rebuilding companies. He knows how to move quickly. He’s only been in politics 5 years and he’s accomplished so much. He is ideally suited to manage the Rep party and maximize and upgrade it. He’s an expert on trimming waste and utilizing the best resources – which is great because they have significantly more money than we do.
Don’t get me wrong, my small business is very likely to be gone if the Trump second term doesn’t begin in 2021. So the prospect of PDJT not being there is serious for me. I am not taking this lightly. But in my short life, I’ve come to know that sometimes you have to be willing to give what you have up in order to bring about serious change. God is always with us – so we’ve never lost everything.
I think it is very important right now and throughout the next few years to loudly support and love this man. We need to be keenly aware that he does not need to do this. He is literally doing this for us (that’s the part the MSM does not get.)

Firstly…..if this coordinated treason should succeed and President Trump is removed from office, there will be no Trump party. The traitors will destroy and imprison Trump and his entire family.
Secondly…..traitorous, corrupt politicians/elected officials from both/every party has no fear of retribution. Treason and crimes are not prosecuted, they are covered-up, ignored, and allowed to continue year after year after year. There are no consequences, only financial reward and control of power.

I don’t just mean local place, I mean local where people at least vaguely know each other. Giant rural counties are much less corrupt than high density city–because of the “faction” problem.
Factions out-compete and take advantage of the majority. Example: small town of 1,000 people, rule passed that taxes everyone $5 to translate library books into Klingon. Ten people in town speak Klingon, they split $5,000, each get $500. This is unfair, but majority lose $5 while faction gain $500. Hard to organize 990 people over $5, faction is already unified and $500 is worth fighting for. Now consider at federal level you can tax 350 million people $5 each. It’s nearly impossible to organize any kind of resistance while the faction gets almost $2 billion dollars.
We know our factions, we just don’t call them factions. Defense budget is the place to look first–so much money, almost no accountability, and if you criticize it, then you’re a bad, bad person. Big Hospital, Big Pharma, public education system…so much money, no accountability, and no criticism allowed.

Sorry, guys. A third party or independent effort would be a huge mistake. I’ve seen this movie before: with Ross Perot, with Pat Buchanan. It seems like a great idea at first. After all, isn’t a populist agenda exactly what most Americans want? How can it fail? The problem is that most Americans simply aren’t that tuned in to politics. Most of the people that voted for Pres. Trump are not movement populists. They really couldn’t tell you exactly why they were voting for him.
The sad truth is that most people like to vote for winners, and historically, third party and independent candidates are losers. They just don’t have the weight of tradition and legitimacy that the Two Parties have in the popular imagination. Add to that the dirty tricks that are used to keep independents out of the debates and so on, and it really does become the impossible dream. If Donald Trump had not run as a Republican in 2016, he never would have become president.
