We have a rather unique situation here… The digital U-Haul is loaded after our eviction from WordPress/Automattic for violations of community ‘wrong think’ and questioning narratives against the interests of Big Tech. After a decade on the platform we are sweeping up the porch and saying farewell to the WordPress community.
The CTH family is disappointed at the business position of Automattic, but we are also excited about the new home we have created. CTH 2.0 is going to be awesome, liberating and even better. We are so blessed and fortunate beyond my wildest imaginings.
Right now we are patching the holes in the walls and running the vacuum while our long-time friends stop by to express their anger about our eviction. Simultaneously, those who moved away to the big city are coming back to visit and express their support.
I cannot go into details, mostly because I haven’t yet decided whether to accept a proposal for a grand exit – or stick to our customary & understated simple wave farewell, but the big city folks want to use this eviction as a warning of sorts.
Apparently, the youthful rebellious spirit within those who sold-out to mega-media conglomerates and bright lights has been triggered. A spirit we at CTH retain.
Out there in the land of the MSM right now there is a group of ‘journalists’ ideologically reminiscing for a time when the counter-culture was fighting for the truth; damn the consequences and without care for wounded feelings, delicate sensibilities or financial livelihoods. They reflect on a spirit we have retained and protected within our CTH community. A spirit we will never stop safe-guarding from enticement and compromise.
We are rag-tag misfits, we are proud of it, and -if needed- we clean up well.
We are a crew more comfy eating pizza from box on a tailgate than trying to fit in with a new media outlook of highfalutin’ big technocrats. We are, quite simply, the rebel alliance.

Bless the Israel move. Why contain what hasn’t worked except for dissolving sovereignty?

I believe I have been lead to a community of like minded individuals and stick around because I do not believe another community in quality exists in the vastness of the interwebs. I’m often truly amazed at what I can learn here on any given day, how could I not want to consider myself some small part as a member here?
What was it that brought you here?
Landed here following others on a faux conservative site referencing a few articles of yours Sundance. The amount of pure reality I discovered both in the content here, along with many of the comments/commenters, kept me coming back.
And why did you stick around with this group through whatever endeavors you found of value?
I discovered I had become quite jaded and weary following the information off other sites – To the point I also realized I was becoming a person I did not like allowing so much propaganda into my mind through several of those sites. Here at the Treehouse I found my head clearing, and along with how Sundance articulates information, I discovered I was able to express myself to the point family and friends were listening to what I was saying. This alone has become most valuable to me.
In 2016, everyone I spoke to, and every mainstream media source was telling me that candidate Trump was going to lose in a landslide. After attending his rally in Albuquerque, which resulted in a riot, I was completely invested in his message and agenda for our country. I could not accept that he would lose. I knew the media was lying and searched the internet for validation of what I believed. I stumbled on CTH and noticed a community of people who ended their comments with MAGA. I was hooked and have checked in everyday, multiple times a day, since.
During the Obama years, as the country sunk into despair, my family member found this site before the 2016 election.
The mixture of truth, intelligence, faith and detailed analysis felt like we had all found a lifeline.
This site became a multi generational source that helped us move forward.
Simply put, we believe in America.
We believe in freedom.
We are definitely flawed human beings but we want our families to have a chance at the American dream.
The Obama years kept young people coming into my office saying there are no jobs.
I knew then we were being betrayed.
So, President Trump became a beacon to follow.
And the Conservative Treehouse, the last refuge, became a home.
No matter what happens going forward, thank you for your shelter!
I found CTH in the summer of 2015. I’ve been here ever since. I don’t recall how I found this website, but by the hand of god I clicked on a link that led me here. The reason is stay is very simple. CTH provides an entirely different way to view things and the topics they choose to cover are rarely discussed at length in any of the media sites I go to. But not only that the sentiment here is what I had been feeling for many years. I had no voice no representation in WA. The decision to back Trump is one I agreed with. Over the years I’ve had my eyes opened and now that I see the wires on the marionette I can’t go back to not seeing them.
Thank you Sundance for the first time in a long time I truly feel I can make informed decisions based on politics..

What was it that brought you here?…
My only ties to being an active political person was listening to talk radio, which I started to do as I realized I enjoyed listening to people talk than music. I ended up listening to Talk WABC radio which had Rush, Hannity, Levine and Batchelor as it’s daily lineup. That was great for years until the run up to the 2016 election.
I had early on chosen Trump because he was not PC – which by itself was good enough for me, but then as time went on all his policy proposals resonated with me. As we went through the summer into September the 2016 campaign really got into gear – and the radio was stressing me out. Everything Trump did was wrong according to them, but I didn’t see what was wrong. I disagreed ad they kept me stressed out. After about 5-6 weeks of that I stopped listening to the radio.
So I went online to Breitbart because I figured they were a stanch Trump supporter. I just wanted some peace of mind going into the election. … Kind of, but not quite. They were also either click-baiting or yanking readers chains everyday as to why Trump had made a fatal mistake. So I left them and went o ZeroHedge – which was great. Sure there’s a lot of the anti-jewish crew over there, but there was otherwise some good content in articles AND posters. It was a ZeroHedge poster that responded to something I wrote with a CTH link. I don’t even remember for what. I then went into a massive CTH article with many sublinks on some of the DeepState moves as of mid-October 2016. My mind was blown by the article and then I started to read the comments and I had never had n experience like that on the internet.
And why did you stick around with this group through whatever endeavors you found of value?
I never left because I learn equally from articles and posters here. CTH really helps weather the storm of media/SocialMedia spin. I didn’t post for months. There is so much knowledge on this board from so many walks of life. I joke to a few people that the average age on CTH is “retired”.. I’m kidding but that’s how much life experience is mixed with deep knowledge about everything else.
May I be right up there with the others saying ‘**** WordPressure’. When it comes the time that the Americans start winnowing the traitors from their midst I hope the progressive WordPressure ring-kissers are one of the first to feel the burn. They’re an embarrassment to the Constitution and are burning bridges.
How did you find yourself a member of the CTH community?….I came, I saw, CTH conquered. It’s that simple, it is an open and vibrant platform for free thought.
What was it that brought you here?… It was Google, back in the days before Google became the Left’s house be-atch. I was Googling something, can’t remember what, perhaps plans for a tree house with a conservative design, and poof, CTH jes done showed up. I touched the flypaper and I done been here for around 12 years, not zackly sure.
And why did you stick around with this group through whatever endeavors you found of value? That’s easy, the rare treat of a ‘like’ from Sundance as he works those switches and levers from behind the curtains.

The “Communist Democrats” – let’s call them what they have aspired to for about 100 years – are hell bent on destroying everything good in our Country, starting with our History. They were patient for a long time, but then got greedy and sped things up through Obama – they exposed themselves and that became a blessing! Stalin, Lenin, Hitler – history, is attempting to repeat itself. It will be another epic failure.

How did you find yourself a member of the CTH community?…. A couple of years ago, I was reading another blog and decided to click on one of the “recommended reading” links and found my self here through pure serendipity.
What was it that brought you here?…
I kept coming back for the thoughtful analysis of current political events.
And why did you stick around with this group through whatever endeavors you found of value?
As mentioned above, the analysis of current events is thoughtful, insightful, and presented in a style that works for me. On top of that, I believe that the readers of CTH are some of the brightest people that have graced the internet. Although I come for the blog, I read the comments and replies thoroughly. Not only do I get to read some top notch analysis by CTH, but the amazing readers of this blog always present additional insights and also alternative viewpoints. Probably, most importantly people are nice here. It is very rare to see comments that are mean-spirited or rude here.
Bright people providing points and counterpoints with cogent, persuasive arguments in in a thoughtful manner and style that I find appealing. That is why i visit CTH every day.
My dad has instilled in me to always question and to seek the Truth. It’s who I am. I have never been a “news watcher” I don’t have patience to listen to a so called journalist tell me what to think. Once I know they are lying it’s over they’re not welcome. (A wolf in sheep’s clothes) So, I would scan online news articles instead and read the comment section.
I was reading in the comment section of CNN, trying to find more information about Jessica Chambers. Someone had posted that Sundance at The Conservative Treehouse had a good write up. CTH had actual facts and names of people involved in the JC case and they were doing REAL journalism!
The powers that be wanted me to feel like I was the only one. The only one who cared about God, Truth, Family, and Freedom! Being a part of this community was so refreshing. I had finally found like minded people. People all yearning for the Truth, wherever that may lead. And that is why I stay.
I first discovered the ConservativeTreehouse in doing my own digging on George Zimmerman and the third generation gangbanger he had to shoot in self defense. I didn’t subscribe then, and again found the CTH when I started pulling the strings of the FISA Abuse. I’ve been a member ever since.

Searching for information without having to listen to moderators/news people trying to impose their interpretation of what is occurring in our country and world. I’m staying on this small beautiful Treehouse branch to read and learn from a most extraordinary conveyor of information which is delivered without bias, includes documentation when warranted, and encourages us to think and pursue truth. I (octogenarian) enjoy reading and learning from the great group of Treehouse posters. Thank you for all do for us.
First of all, I’m 79yo, slept a few times since I first started hanging around the treehouse. I can’t even remember when that was. I just know that I’ve been hanging around for a while. And, enjoy the articles and comments of other treepers, and, of course, Sundance.
I’ve enjoyed my stay in the treehouse and the many conversations. I’ll still hang around when the new treehouse is built to continue to learn what I can. And comment when I think it might add to the conversation.

There is nothing more noble than the search for truth. It is embedded in the very fabric of the universe (all truth is God’s truth). We may see only as in a dim mirror, but the zeal for truth remains unquenched. Seek truth and respond in love–an attitude of kindness, servanthood, and care to the community. I find this to be the prevailing principles here at the Treehouse. Yes, there will be an occasional stumble and an unwitting stray, but the zeal for truth and a heart for others sustains the community for the betterment of all.

I can’t remember how I found you. About 4 1/2 years ago. I came to trust day by day, always check in first thing in the morning. The research is primary and the character of the writing shines through. I don’t know what I’d do without you – I live in a “holier than thou” city and conn’t know any people who have the same background and judgment I do. I don’t argue with them – my 20 years of post-BA education continues at your site, and I simply cannot understand the ignorance my highly educated and “sophisticated” friends wave around . I live a different reality. I always wanted to be sophisticated, and I am certainly sure I achieved that, but I cannot follow them off the cliff. Yes, I am lonely, but I cannot sacrifice my individuality and independent judgment just to have friends. My husband died recently – I spent more than 40 years “educating” this brilliant man. He finally said “I guess I’ll have to vote for Trump” following several years of corruption, but he couldn’t take the pain of the disappointment. That, I think is the difference between “the idealizers” and the realists. I do think it is based in infancy, but I do not see how it can be repaired. I am afraid it is those of us that have had difficult beginnings that develop this strength.

Your post is exactly the format I have written on my scratch pad. Most of the commentors’ names too.
So, I’ll sum up just by saying “MegaDittos”
In late 2015/early 2016, the blogs that I had been following, such as Redstate, became vehemently anti-Trump. I actually got suspended from Redstate simply for saying that I didn’t like the way those supporting his candidacy were being treated by the admins. Commentators would simply argue in favor of candidate Trump and were being booted off! And then I expressed that this wasn’t right and that was enough for me to be booted off! I saw a new side of totalitarianism in these sites that was dismaying.
I searched for conservative sites and came across The Conservative Treehouse. There was free dialogue for other candidates and I found everyone respectful and quite intelligent. Sundance’s research was much more insightful and informative than the regurgitated comments in other sites.
Now, my two places for informed discussion are Rush Limbaugh and The Conservative Treehouse. With the rise of totalitarianism in social media, this is one of the last bastions for sharing informed opinions.
The Conservative Treehouse represents the best of America, the best of Americans, coming together for some great conversation and fellowship. From Sundance, Ad Rem, Menagerie and others who start threads to those who participate in the comments section … (we’re all friends and neighbors here), and the best of participants from other countries who are also friends and allies. Posts and conversations are intelligent, real, insightful, personally meaningful, relevant, encouraging, uplifting, inspiring, useful, and helpful to my daily life … there’s much to learn and apply.
Every new day starts out with the posting of an “Our Father” prayer to begin the Open Thread, which helps support American culture and most importantly, puts God first. In the Open thread, people post music videos from classical to rock, cute and sometimes silly pet videos (the ones featuring cats and birds are my favorite), artwork, Bible verses, and friendly greetings.
The Presidential thread is more businesslike yet can be fun or serious as the situation calls for, and stays on topic while being broad enough to cover many related political aspects at once. Love that there are prayers near the beginning of this thread as well. And some of the Wall photos are veritable works of art in the form of marvelous landscape compositions.
Other specialized topical threads appear like Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get. But you can bet it will be worthwhile. Good news is celebrated, sobering news is presented in a way that challenges each of us to respond as best we can to Make America Great Again and Keep America Great. Ideas are always welcome.
Knowledge is shared by Sundance with plenty of evidence and background and communicated in an easily understandable way … (my goodness, Rush Limbaugh is said to visit the Treehouse to prepare information for his radio show!) and knowledge is also shared between and among citizen journalists … which all of us can become simply by posting as best we can.
There’s also a Prayer Requests section which is wonderful.

I go way back to the start of Zero’s first term. As I remember, a bunch of us were at a website of some guy’s from Chicago, who turned out to be not very stable. When most of the group left, I was lost in the shuffle. Started googling terms we used in conversations. wolverines comes to mind. I was so happy to find The Last Refuge, and ran right into Stella who assured me I had indeed found my pals. Just try and get rid of me, this is a family and we care, Happy Thanksgiving!

For the last 5 years I’ve been here because of “cognitive dissonance” that was generated between my “common sense” response to P45 and the MSM and “Never Trumpers”. Sundance helped me solidify my beliefs with solid research and predictive analysis.
As a result, I am now much more grounded and secure in my beliefs, while being perfectly happy to change my view if anyone can present a better argument.
So, thanks MSM and “Never Trumpers”. You have created, perhaps for the first time in a long while, a massive segment of America that is secure in their beliefs. We know what we want now and we want President Trump or someone like him!

1 – Driving home from work one afternoon listening to Rush and he mentioned the CTH. Don’t remember what it was in reference to now, but it was approx 6 – 7 years ago
2 – I was always listening to FOX and reading conservative websites, but always needed different opinions to help me understand things more clearly.
4 – Easy answer… By far your articles and analysis are on a level that make things, more times than not, clear and concise.. Helped me understand politics and the economy on a level that was usually over my head… Last but not least, the Treepers that comment; smart, articulate and add tremendously to the conversation..
I think the 2009 Tea Party but quite possibly during the leadin to the 2008 election.

This is where the serious and intelligent conservatives hang out. Most comments are well thought out and people here value the opinions of others. Other sites I used to frequent have really deteriorated over the last few years and have resorted to clickbait over substance.

I followed a breadcrumb circa early 2011/12 some kind Treeper left on a site I frequented during the early days of the George Zimmerman frame job. I’ve stuck here through the years based on the SD intellectual posts, administrators attention to detail and respect real Treepers give each other.
No trolls nor their crapola they spewed stayed here for long. As the Tree grew, knowing the admins had all sorts of muck they had to sift through, to help out, if I read something inappropriate I would do my part as a Treeper and forward on to the admins certain inappropriate posts as heads up and sure enough the cleanup was swift.
I’ve always learned something here and became a better person because of my designated branch, whether current events or spiritual. Truth be told I was never to religious to start, but I know I’ve grown exponentially and thankful for the Grace of God and every day.

What makes this site different than any other is a search for truth wherever that may lead by Sundance but also by the posters on this blog. One can have a dialogue with Seneca the Elder, Dutchman or GB Bari about seeking truth, politics or life in general as if as Sundance said we’re sitting on the front porch having a conversation! Another unique aspect is the thread of Christianity that runs throughout! Every daily 2020 Presidential Politics post begins with Grandma Covfefe offering a Bible passage and a list of prayers for the country, the President and a host of others. Not everyone is a Christian here but all are welcome who search for the truth and aren’t burdened carrying around some extreme ideological baggage. If you are argumentative, highly critical of others, or their opinions your tenure here will short lived for Ad rem knows how to cleanup a mess in any isle! If you have a prayer request that is welcomed not ridiculed. The diversity of viewpoints is welcomed but not worshiped. Some posts I make are agreed to, reinforced by others, or liked and some are challenged, disputed or just ignored. Sundance’s knowledge of the deep state, the doings of the Uniparty, the Washington DC elites and the massive corruption in our government is unsurpassed. Along with all the articles, videos, comments, insights and data provided by other posters it all adds up to shinning light on truth for those seeking understanding. Hope that was too esoteric? I found my way to this big beautiful tree during the Travon Martin days. This was the only place that was discussing the evidence, Travon’s past and Broward County’s evil ways. I appreciate honesty and this is one of the few places left where you can get it. The Treehouse is my first click for news. I can’t tell you how many nights I’ve found myself nodding off at the keyboard trying to read all the comments. I found this site some time in 2014. I am thinking it was because of an article on American Thinker blog where they had embedded a link, if I remember correctly. I was constantly on the lookout for sites that carried information more accurate and detailed than the group think on most media sites. Because I was interested in a couple of other WordPress sites, I had found it was easier to post a comment by opening an account, I set up my own site. I haven’t done much with my site lately but that may or may not change in the near future. Because of that I found my way into my own “kinda sorta” blog simply because once signed up, might as well do something with it.
Mostly I lurk, but I have found the work of Sundance and all to be very fascinating and the comments often even more so. I found myself welcomed and accepted when I did comment which was very refreshing considering so many places that were only little short of an ongoing state of out and out warfare if one was not of the “proper” mode of thinking, or not numbered among the “in-gang”. I never liked the insider “jokes” and elitist attitudes of the “favored” posters at a lot of sites I visited.
It is the basic civility and simple respect shown by the commenters toward one another here that keep my interest, my respect and my appreciation for this place. There are very few sites out there that I would truly, truly miss if they went away. But this place, ahhhh this place, yes. It would open a huge hole in my life were it to go away.
Here for truth. Started the week before 2016 election, no one else was telling the truth. What keeps me here are the articles and the treepers
Greetings. After almost ten years of continuous reading on this site am writing my first comment. I am a native Californian, but all American citizen. Family goes back to before the founding of this nation (g/grandmother Shawnee), fought in the wars, one signed the Declaration of Independence. My husband’s family the same (came in the 1600’s, helped settle the Texas territory)–up until the Vietnam conflict where he was rejected to unworkable knee. Grew up in the farming world where there was many ethic groups making a living in the central valley of California, and where they attended church, raised family, honored the country, voted, paid taxes, went hunting/fishing, worked hard and helped one another. My California has forever changed!
To find true information, based on facts, not emotions, information where within can be found eternal truth–standards unbent, unbowed– information that builds on a ‘firm foundation’ and comes to a logical conclusion, this is the reason I come here daily.
In college many years ago, had a teacher state the following–‘By the end of this new century (2000’s) only 4% of school aged children up until the end of high school will be able to trace their family prior to 1970 in this country,’ Seeing the massive inflow of legal/illegal since the beginning of this century, that percentage will probably be smaller. Please think of how and why this will impact the country, and the enemies of our country that reside in the halls of congress.
Sorry for the meandering–but I feel strongly about our country–and I am grateful for THIS place of ‘refuge’. As a side note, I have taught concerning the coming changes and deterioration in society for over 45 years (as a pastor for the past 34 years) to people who have little in the way of material possessions or education, but have riches invested in Christ.

I have long been interested in true crime, and justice for the victims of it. I found the CTH in late 2014, when your writing on the tragedy of Jessica Chambers greatly impressed me. Sadly, there is STILL no justice for that young lady. At the time I was a lifelong D with no interest in politics. The Treehouse piqued my interest on what life is like on “the other side”, and what I have learned here has greatly contributed to my walking away from the D party. I don’t post much but read every day. I treasure the knowledge of everyone here, and applaud you all for telling the TRUTH, thereby enlightening countless others.
I knew they were lying to me since I was 18 years old. I’m almost 68 now. So, I searched and searched for Truth. Would find some here and there…National Review, Crossfire on PBS, McLaughlin Report. Then…finally, the American Spectator! What glorious truth! Oh joy!
But, still I knew I was being lied to by the majority of media, despite Rush Limbaugh in the 80s. The internet, however, changed everything. My search was richly rewarded. One site led to another and Lucianne led me here. Prayers answered 40 years later.
Still grateful every day.
I saw CTH articles posted on Lucianne’s line up and I followed them here and found the Treehouse. At the time, you were uncovering “The Big Ugly” and the framing of Michael Flynn and the spying on President Trump. You had names, positions and motivation behind the shallow msm headlines. No propaganda, but well reasoned insight. You were a well of information.
You still are one of the only analysts who actually followed the trail and I tag along. There also is a high quality readership here and I’ve learned a lot from commenters along the way.

I don’t mind how big the spotlight is as I have stage 5 cancer and hanging in there to see President Trump start his second term.

Can’t recall when I started but found a permanent perch when you began to explain the two economies and where Trump was taking us. That was pure genius. Analysis not found any where else. I’ve been hooked ever sense.
Your ability to absorb vast amounts of detail to arrive at the truth wherever it leads is rare. There is no bias in your work which is why we all trust what you say and rely on you to keep us from falling off the ledge. We can’t thank you enough for all you do.

Once upon a time, a few years ago, I heard Bongino mention you on his podcast, then Rush mentioned you. I came for a visit and have been hooked ever since.
Every morning and every evening you’re the first place I go. You find stories I care about; analyze like experts; make clear when you speculate but oh my goodness how right you usually are.
I can only tell you that I am a deep and thorough brainiac; I needed to earn my living in the executive suites but I’ve never stopped enjoying all the manual and creative labor that makes a man a man; so I feel right at home in your treehouse, OUR treehouse.
Just promise you’ll never leave; that’s not too much to ask, is it?
I first read a CTH article shared by a friend. I immediately joined and am grateful to receive the insightful articles. I read the daily e-mails and share them with others. I especially enjoy reading the articles received in the evening, as it is a comfort to know that there are others in the world who believe as I do.
I saw The Conservative Treehouse mentioned on Hot Air in 2015 shortly before they disabled the ability to post comments. I checked out The Treehouse and never left. Aside from the occasional Troll here, I have found The Treehouse to provide a vast wealth of information, Both from Sundance and the “ Treepers”. I found a lower hanging limb and have stayed. Quite simply, I have found my “people” and will be forever grateful! MAGA!

I came to the Treehouse in December of 2014 while searching for information on the Jessica Chambers murder. She lived in a town close to where I live. I followed the case closely on this site. I continued to read the site daily throughout the 2016 election and the four years of the Trump presidency. I have always followed politics but the CTH provides a whole new perspective.
I actually found this site quite by accident. I was looking for something besides the garbage MSM. That was a couple of years ago. I’m a daily visitor and look forward to my daily visit. This site has everything I value. As Sundance says the truth will prevail. I believe that with all my heart. God bless President Trump .
I found the treehouse a couple years ago via several q decoders on youtube. Stroppy me mentioned your site alot. I live in iowa & cant believe how folks from all over the world come here & i love the great free speech discussion! All the regulars & lost handles. I still miss sylvia avery & the shovel, i never understood that btw im relatively new here. A2 hes a piece of work but you gotta respect the path in life he chose & knowledge beyond my comprehension. Grandma, stillwater, flguy, rvstdn, & far to many to mention. Sundance- thank you for your hard work in exposing truth. Nobodys doing it better. 2012 is when I found a branch here. It was the railroading of George Zimmerman for the sake of Obamas race war that brought me here. It was before his trial and I read every single day, multiple times a day.
I felt like I personally knew the commenters here at that time- Justfactsplz, Diwataman, lulu, stormy, Jello, Jordan, Chip,etc. etc.. I remember waking my husband to tell him he had been found Not Guilty.
No one on the planet came close to the Treehouse in exposing the corruption.
Sundance’s research and voluminous articles around Benghazi kept me enthralled.
I left for a while when I was not so sure about Donald Trump but soon returned when I realized how wrong I was, and that we desperately needed DJT in the White House. Haven’t left since.
My wordpress name has changed, and I often wonder if some of the folks from the Zimmerman times are still here and just posting under a different name. WordPress is awful if you ever forget your login info!
CTH is the first bookmark on my phone, iPad, and laptop.
