The more you think about it the ‘insurance policy’ was this very same voter interference in the 2016 election??
That is why Clinton refused to come out on election night and concede the race. She probably thought that they still had enough time during the night to conjure up the votes as thought they did this time.
This time, to make sure they did not fail again they ended up overegging the number of corrupt votes with fake mail in ballots.
They severely underestimated Trumps popularity in 2016. They did it again Nov 3rd 2020 which is why they halted counting at 2am and miracle of miracles hundreds of thousands of votes appeared. They possibly altered the algorithms on the Dominion software. There might have been a firmware update applied and then within a couple hours Biden took the lead and Trump actually lost votes, his numbers went down. They had to cheat on a massive scale to make up the difference. When fraud is rampant it becomes so much easier to detect. They have been cheating with this software for a long time but were smart enough to keep it just below the radar so the numbers didn’t look ridiculous. Not this time. This time they tossed caution to the wind and cheated in every possible way. Absentee voting has been enhanced with mail-in balloting and reducing the requirements on absentee ballots. Cheating where the dead vote has been a problem for a long time and it’s always via absentee ballots. Taking advantage of those in nursing homes and mental hospitals mushroomed. Ballot harvesting from elderly housing, etc. Registering thousands of homeless, filling out their ballots for them, etc. You name it, they did it. Every shady trick possible.
In 2016, there were a limited number of absentee ballots, so by the time the day of votes were close to being figured out, there weren’t enough outstanding votes to steal the election.

I do hope the scotus argument is simple equal protection clause for all voters (votes) that could be nationwide. Really just needs to be a few sentences. I hope not ambiguous with some fancy dancy language and charts, etc. Also, whatever failed at lower courts has to be the exact case that goes to scotus. You can’t add more stuff or change to “fix” from lower courts. It has to be tight and precise.
Problem with this particular legal truism at this point. The cases havevbeen dismissed in most or perhaps all cases without seeing the evidence. They are responses to the filings. Filings does not include all evidence. No testimony No Cross, No discovery……so there is that.

I’m not sure that’s true. I have read that things can be added if more info becomes available. That’s what I have read anyway.

You get ONE fix, unless the court agrees to another. I believe the tumult with the attorneys quitting in PA made them use their one fix, the court did not allow a second so far. Maybe 3rd Circuit might?

I talked about this here, well before the 2020 election. Fake polls are advanced for plausible deniability, to justify the coming “steal.” The ballots themselves are always close to 50/50 split to make the steal not as obvious. But there is always a built-in spread to avoid the automatic recount.

But hard to say how deep the swamp is. Just look at the FBI and DOJ not moving on anything of the mountains of just the publicly available information. Voter fraud has been entrenched for decades. It’s like a subject nobody in government wants to touch – in the end they depend on BigGov.

Talked with a first responder with knowledge of GA pipe burst. When they arrived on scene, election workers were busy loading ballots into personal vehicles and moving them to another location. The original location was video monitored, the new location was not.
That is verbatim of what was explained to me about the situation. Obviously, I have no way to confirm or refute that statement.

As to $, it has been reported that the Dominion contract, just for the State of Georgia, was over $100,000.

Massive (but not widespread) election fraud occurred on November 3:
Smartmatic election software was developed in Venezuela with porous security and built-in functionality allowing system administrators to override the security features it pretended to incorporate. Among the extraordinary privileges it granted to administrators were abilities to:
shave votes continuously from one candidate to another;
batch ballots for later “adjudication” but which instead became a pool of votes that the administrator could simply assign to the candidate of choice;
generate blank ballots.
Through a string of corporate mergers and acquisitions and licensing agrteements, that software ended up in systems made by Dominion for use in the USA and other countries, where that same overly-generous functionality and porous security allows manipulation not just by administrators, but by those outside the precinct and even abroad.[1]
These functionalities were strategically & aggressively used to rig the US election on November 3.
It was strategic in that it was not “widespread” but targeted at six cities[2] which, if flipped, also would flip the swing states in which they are found (and thus, the electoral college);
It was aggressive for the simple reason that Trump broke their algorithm, because he was on his way to a win that exceeded their ability to overcome through minor cheats alone. It is for that reason that in those 5 locations the bad guys went full-on-goon (e.g., thugs intimidating observers, newspapers taped over windows, “water main breaks” shutting down counting “for the rest of the night” then immediately reopened once Republican observers had departed, etc.)
Proof of this is found in three forms that dovetail perfectly;
Documentation of the extraordinary administrator privileges embedded within Dominion’s systems;
Affidavits from voters and volunteers describe experiences that match exactly what they would experience in locations being gooned by the measures to which I refer;[3]
Charts (such as those below) expressing outrageous statistical oddities (e.g., thousands and tens of thousands of sequential Biden votes that occur with quadrillion-to-1 improbability, ballot processing velocities physically impossible given available site equipment) that themselves coincide with windows of intense and aggressive intimidation of and interference with those observing the voting and counting.
In each of several swing states Biden achieved a come-from-behind victory with a margin in the tens-of-thousands thanks to getting hundreds of thousands of votes through these measures.
Conclusion: The US 2020 election was wildly compromised: it is an egg that can’t be unscrambled.
The fraud does not need to be widespread to be effective. It all occurred in large Democrat run cities and counties. That’s where the population resides and that’s where they can fake it and get away with it. Rural GOP majority county election workers would never have allowed such fraud to occur. I called my County voter registration office.
They send a form, so they have a signature verification.
There are certain parties that are officially recognised; R, D, Green party, or “I” which is “unaffiliated” etc. If the voter chooses to register with a party which isn’t officially recognised, they are listed as “other”.
So, I asked, “What does a party have to do, to be officially recognised. Heres the key;
When ENOUGH voters register as America First, the party becomes officially recognised, and registration totals are listed by the “new” party designation. The detirmination is made by the Secretary of State. In Az, we have a SoS (D) who is blocking any recounts, etc.
But, even if the parties “official recognition” is denied or delayed, the drop in #’s from other parties #’s can not. And, with our #’s, they will be forced to recognise the America First Party, eventually.

It is very very hard to establish a new viable party. There are may laws that make ballot access very difficult, THEY WILL TIGHTLY VERIFY SIGNATURES FOR THAT.
Access of the polling places and tabulation places will be just about impossible, in most locations.
Many good office holders will readily change party, instead they will try to get nomination from both parties for the office the seek, if the new party becomes somewhat viable. ALL incumbents generally like the system as it got them there.
Not saying it might be needed, but it would be incredibly hard. Maybe a purge of the current party would be much easier. Mostly, we need to ENCOURAGE good, individuals to run for School Board, local council and local offices; as well as serve in a multitude of boards on the local level next year. I have seen the left actively filling thees boards over the last 20 years with far left individuals, it does matter. The following year we should work on State and Federal offices; but always ENCOURAGE the good. It is very difficult to run for an office when you gave less the 25 percent chance to win, but it needs to be done for make your politics viable and not foreign to many individuals.
Personally, I have never been a member of any political party; for many political and professional reasons in the past; so I do not feel as strongly the sell out of some politicians.
I also still have not ruled out that the Current POTUS will get 4 more years.
As we have seen before, signatures get tossed at a 50%+ rate for things like getting on ballots.

I’ve never been affiliated with a party. Never plan to. I vote for the candidate whom espouses conservative values and places America and The Constitution first. Importantly, I focus on actions and results over words. Substance over style.
That’s how I roll and it has served me well over the years.

In my county you only have 2 choices for party declaration. Republican or Democrat. I tried to register Independent but they don’t recognize that party. So I registered Republican. And I HAD to choose one…couldn’t NOT choose one.

It seems to me Pennsylvania has put the USSC in a corner now. By certifying the state vote and I presume not keeping the ballots received after 8.00pm on election night for separate counting and thereby defying the SC Justice’s ruling, they are directly challenging the USSC authority.
The USSC have no option but over rule all the states legal games, especially the state SC rulings.
If the USSC does not do this the respect/faith of over 50% of the US population in the USSC will be gone, along with the future of the US.

When the evidence gets presented to the Supreme Court it will show clearly that there was massive fraud and the election results were fraudulent. It will therefore go down in history as either a successful steal which was sanctioned by the Supreme Court or it was an unsuccessful attempt which was prevented by the Supreme Court. You are a Supreme Court Justice – how do you want to be remembered in history? I’m betting at least 5 (and maybe all 9) do not want to go down in infamy.
From the I understand what they will eventually file is in regards to the Equal Protection Clause. Actions by the PA state officials were unconstitutional. I’m not sure they will be cluttering up their argument with a bunch of voting irregularities and acts of fraud. I could be wrong about that though.

And different states have different problems. PA was unique in that they violated their own state’s election laws, and the Federal Supreme Court already weighed in on the separation of mail-in ballots. I think election officials have defied those orders.
Each state is such a mess that the Federal Supreme Court should either toss out all the ballots that can’t be verified or else bounce the whole mess back to the state legislatures.
And they are intentionally a planned mess.

Let’s pretend that it’s factual that the server in Frankfurt was confiscated by our military.
Let’s assume it is in the hands of the Good Guys.
Let’s assume the Good Guys have verified that the data reveal election interference to the
point that it can be visibly demonstrated.
First, to what court would this be presented?
Second, if your answer to the above question is “SCOTUS,” would SCOTUS rule that yes, votes had been tampered with and then send that decision to the sTates where the sTates would determine the winner of their state

First, the machines would have to be offered up as evidence in a lower court. Now the lower court can deny it when they dismiss the suit. However, presenting denied evidence can be permissible in the SC. So dismissal by the lower court without vetting or viewing said evidence does not disallow its presentation to the higher court.
Now the rest is my opinion – the court could throw out any suspected fraudulent votes, rule the votes as of the time allotted in each state for voting to end are the end result, or send it back to the state legislature to select the electors knowing the vote was fraudulent

Let’s take the argument that in state X, 150k votes were tallied for Biden at almost the split second in time that 150k votes were detracted from Trump.
Let’s say this occurred several more times in state x,more specifically in precincts 1, 2 and 3, and each time it happened, the number of votes appearing for one candidate matched the number of votes detracted from the tally of his opponent.
As I understand things, election computer experts and cybersecurity experts can quickly demonstrate this by pointing to data sets.
My understanding is that they don’t need a voting machine to show that election interference has occurred.
The machine itself and what it could and could not DO is another matter.

You are correct. We need a court, even if just the SC, that is willing to listen to that aspect. However I also believe they’ll need at least some machines as the data will likely only pinpoint the precinct and time, but not the actual tampering or how it occurred

The data from the servers would be presented as evidence in the court under the jurisdiction of the state where the trial for voter fraud has been filed.

Equal protection and due process are the way to go. Equal protection to all votes/voters. I signed and showed ID, why doesn’t everyone have to. Gore v. Bush was about stopping the counting so the election can be finalized. Once the slate of Electors are chosen by the Legislatures of the several states, the constitution (from what I read) prohibits any federal intervention by the Executive or the Judiciary. Even the state executives and judges are powerless after the fact.
I just want an explanation of the end game of going to the Supreme Court is going to work.

The Supreme Court will rule the election invalid based on equal protection, changing election law without the Legislature, and perhaps blocking monitors. The solution will be for the State Legislatures to do their job and select the electors. The Congress will also have cover to reject electors from states that the Supreme Court indicated violated the Constitution.
The best thing would be for honest state governors to bring suit against the dishonest states under equal protection clause. This immediately elevates it to the Supreme Court.
