Matt Braynard has been going over the Georgia voter rolls and with just a partial sampling have found thousands that are using a PO Box or UPS box as an address to register to vote. That’s illegal. That they tried to disguise the address as a home or apartment is a clear indication it was done with intend to defraud. He’s just a few from the list. Go ahead, check the addresses.

Can you actually register to vote using a UPS mailbox as your home address? I would think not and mail-in ballots should only be sent to the registered voters address.

I believe somebody said, maybe Braynard, that it is ILLEGAL in Georgia to use the PO Box address on your absentee ballot application. Doesn’t matter if it’s connected to a physical address or not. You must use the physical address, presumably because that connects more exactly to a precinct than a PO Box does. The use of the phony apartment numbers makes the intention to defraud clear.

Very likely that many of the people using the mail box address to vote from also vote using a residential address too. One can use, for example, Robert K. Smith at one address and Bob Smith at the other.

TVs are also good for security camera monitors. We actually got our cams for watching wildlife (Waaay better than any soap opera but we feed so we have a lot).

Interesting story, but I just read this past week that Newsmax has seen their viewership grow from the tens of thousands to over 100,000. It also referred to them having one show that had a recent episode that got a huge audience (for them) of 389,000. This provoked many good comments but I think I have a fundamentally different view of President Trump’s overall legal strategy. The cases brought separately by Lin Wood and by Sydney Powell, while civil and criminal in nature, are intended to and will end up in the Supreme Court. These cases and the constitutional case of equal protection brought by Jay Sekulow will be merged by the SC into one overall 2020 election case. It’s one strategy with 2 avenues. In this way all the strong evidence of a fraudulent election gets brought forward to the court. It is in that context that my 2:42 post should be interpreted.
The evidence will be overwhelming. There will be no alternative soft way for the SC Justices to hide behind. It will be that stark. The SC will go down as historical villains who let our republic die or historical heroes who prevented. Possibly 9-0 decision.
As infuriating as it is that all the dead people voting, people voting 10 times, people bullying old people into voting a certain way, etc. will not end up deciding this case for us, at least the equal protection cases are concrete and should get the job done. And I agree, you would be very hard pressed to say it’s perfectly Constitutional for only one party to allow something while the other is completely locked out. I’m sure the 3-4 liberal judges will make an attempt at saying it’s fine but even a 7 year old could tell you that all men created equal means ALL.
Thinking about it rationally, you would think the left could have come up with a better plan than to just strong-arm Republicans out of the building. These people have planned how to steal this election for 4 years, to go full on thug is low even for them and very stupid.

Jordan Sekulow said they would file something early this week, probably Monday or Tuesday. That’s hardly a definitive date. Just as Sidney Powell says maybe tomorrow, it is meant to let people know that they’re close but need to make sure they have it right before filing. Sidney has said she has a very small group working with her and there’s a mountain of evidence and details to handle. And, Sidney said the other day that she’s working 20 hours days. It’s not like she has any more time each day to work on it. I’ve been through way too many lawsuits in my career to know that things don’t always happen exactly the day you’d like it to. I know that Sekulow and his father are excellent attorneys and trustworthy. Sidney’s reputation is impeccable and she’s not going to ruin it by lying. If it neither suit gets filed today I’m willing to give them a few days, even though time is tight. They know better than anyone that the clock is ticking but they also know that doing the job poorly will cost them more than taking a little extra time to get it right.
Just do it. I thought Powell and Sekulow were to release their shocking bombshells by today. If not tomorrow it will be next week. It is late in the game, if they really have such solid cases it’s time to see the evidence. They can’t spring new stuff on the Supreme Court.

Amazing how the first instinct isn’t to reach out to the scores of commercial on office enterprises and come to a reasonable use agreement. No, the first thing is just setting a precedent of taking then making the owner settle for what the commissar dictates. I hope its true. What Fox did on election night really is unforgivable.
I don’t need TV personalities to say what I want them to say all the time or always agree with them, but if you’re unwilling to call out your employer when they cross ethical lines, you clearly care about your career over any other concern.
None of their hosts have directly called out their employer for running fake polls, making fake calls on states or criticizing people like Chris Wallace. Straddling the fence between what your viewers demand and what your employer requires isn’t going to cut it anymore.
I will never donate towards the GOP in general. I will only support #MAGA candidates for the future.

Contested States. Nevada 6 ev, Arizona 11 ev, Michigan 16 ev, Wisconsin 10 ev, Pennsylvania 20 ev, Georgia 16 ev. And maybe that one odd vote in Nebraska. From what I hear some funny stuff there, too.
There are some wierd numbers in the 2nd District in Nebraska, but the Nebraska GOP seems pretty wussified to me, so no one will ask any embarrassing questions. FYI: we use paper ballots, but our tabulators are from ES&S, and as far as I can tell they are not secure.
Ineresting thing about that Nebraska vote. PDJT has 232 EV’s right now. PA and GA would equal 36 EV’s. 232 + 36 = 268. Plus that one NE vote and it’s an EV tie and we would win the legislature game.
They might turn AZ back. They found 6k for trump so far. Only 4k needed for a win.

Trump won Arizona in 2016 by 91k votes. And he won in 2020 by about the same. Tomorrow me and my guy are going to call call call our representatives on this again and again and again. I can’t speak for other states about the gun open carry status but I CAN for Arizona. People aren’t crazed about guns, but they are a staple here, completely normal to see people wearing holsters with guns in them here, it’s just part of the clothing!!
The three he’s concentrating on right now would do it – GA, PA, WI.
Biden has to have the big 3 – GA, MI, PA, or 4/6 of : AZ, NV, WI, MI, PA, GA.
Team Trump almost seems to be playing defense at this point, which is where he has the advantage. Biden has to more or less run the table to hit 270.

What if the “SCOTUS” says for those states have certified the results we don’t want to interfere with what the States have already certified? In Florida in 2000 Bush v. Gore the State hadn’t certified the results before the SCOTUS had got involved? Anyone?

There’s a good chance they will say that. But, in the case of all three, the people doing the certifying are the same people who illegally changed the rules. It’s like cheating on your taxes, then claiming that the fact that you legally signed it, turned it in on time, and the IRS accepted your return makes it all legal. So that’s the argument I would make.

Hispanics voted Trump here. I’ve been doing home remodeling, talked to umpteen contractors and their workers, most are Hispanic and they all voted Trump, one told me “you know Biden is wicked.” I think when Biden and KamelToe came here they left quickly because no one showed up to see them.
