They failed, and their failure led to the Deep State being even more brazen. If Trump does not somehow pull this out of the fire, America is over. It would seem there is only one institution that can save the Republic, and that is SCOTUS. BUT, will the Deep State accept a SCOTUS decision that gives the election to Trump? If SCOTUS fails, then the Deep State will have effectively neutered SCOTUS and in effect the whole legal system of the USA. Very dangerous times ahead. Trump must win at SCOTUS and the Pro MAGA soldiery needs to refuse any unlawful orders from senior military officers to use military force to overturn a pro Trump SCOTUS decision.

I drove through NM on my way to Tempe to pick up my daughter from college last April. They had police at exit ramps preventing people from taking the exits and entering towns. Entire exit ramps on the interstates were blocked and gated.

The problem I see, is that the judges are not data scientists. And while the evidence is clear to people that actually understand data and statistics, I fear SCOTUS needs hard proof in order to make the requisite judgement. I can look at those charts and read the blogs opining about algorithms that carry forward a prescribed and precise % split of votes and come to the rational and logical conclusion that the vote was rigged. I’m sure SCOTUS can logically agree on that premise, but we are all well aware that MANY a crimes go unpunished bc of technicalities. This is likely headed down that same path.
From what I understand there is legal precedence for the use of these types of statistical evidence in other election fraud cases.
The standard of proof for civil cases is preponderance of evidence. The proof need only be such that it is 51% vs 49% that election fraud existed. Not so difficult in view of the amount of inexplicable events (inexplicable w/o fraud). That doesn’t included all the evidence that courts illegally changed the protocols passed by legislatures and individuals modified the treatments of votes from precinct to precinct.

Relating to Covid Ground reports – I had a interesting visit to a couple of stores today. Went to a Health Food Store for something and even with a sign saying Masks were mandatory for entering, I went in mask less and found the staff and other customers all mask less as well. Went next door to a “boutique” grocery store and it was Mask city – I was the only one without a mask.
No one said anything but I got the deer in headlight looks from the sheeple.
