This is fascinating since there are now 3 Judicial “Friends” of Bush II, now on the court; Roberts, Kavenaugh and Barrett. Yet, it is still 50-50 on how they would vote today.

To me the only fair thing to do is an in person, paper ballot, 2 day re-vote, split by last names A to M, N to Z. President and all Down ballot. Have the Army administer, collection/secure and count. No curing, no mail-in, very limited absentee balloting. Voter ID and check against Place of residence. No exit polling, no results until all ballots are counted. If we can’t trust our armed services then we can trust any one in this country.

In complete agreement. I think we should vote GOP at the state and local level but not vote for any GOP House or Senate starting with the GA runoff. The GOP is just as much our enemy as the DNC.

In flittering paranoid moments the thought flickers across my mind that Democrats were instrumental in the creation of the China virus and its transport to the US. Not that the results were fully predictable beforehand, nonetheless they surmised it would cause untold trouble for Trump and deplorables. Of course we know they’re exploiting it to the max, though it’s effect is destined to dissipate in the next several months.
We’ll see what they do for an encore, I guess that depends on outcome of the election challenges underway. I have been listening to Mark Levin for the past couple of days. His show with VD Hanson was spectacular. He is on the radio now and he is beyond brilliant.
Mark Levin is the ONLY Constitutional lawyer I have heard yet who can make the case in the Supreme Court to overturn this election.
Levin has studied and written about these issues for years, including his book “Men in Black” all about JUDGES.
I don’t understand why a LIGHTWEIGHT like Jenna Ellis is now the spokeswoman for the legal team. Yeah, she’s easy on the eyes, but that’s not a real qualification if you get my drift.

I think she’s great. Mark has a lot of knowledge and I love to learn. But he can be a bit much. He is not well liked and though he and Jenna were both at one time Never Trumpers, I can excuse her a bit because she was/is very young. Mark has been around and has an ‘I want my way’ about him. He did come around and supports our President but I think his weekly shows spreading knowledge are better than his representing someone he once couldn’t stand.

The goal being to get the swing state legislatures to give their electors to Trump. I think that’s the only viable path. I don’t see how the SCOTUS will be able to weed out bad ballots among the mess in each state. I suppose if Sidney proved to the SCOTUS that the software flipped the votes to Biden and Trump would have won handily, then the court could void the election results (right, legal eagles?) and the state legislatures could then give the electors to Trump. But it’s going to come down to those legislatures in PA, GA, WI, AZ, and MI.

AUSTIN – Attorney General Ken Paxton gave this statement on today’s ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit:
“The Fifth Circuit correctly rejected Planned Parenthood’s efforts to prevent Texas from excluding them from the state’s Medicaid program. Undercover video plainly showed Planned Parenthood admitting to morally bankrupt and unlawful conduct, including violations of federal law by manipulating the timing and methods of abortions to obtain fetal tissue for their own research. Planned Parenthood is not a ‘qualified’ provider under the Medicaid Act, and it should not receive public funding through the Medicaid program.”

This whole business with Paxton is being lived out in the press. The Texas Tribune posted an article 6 days ago. I have not read that one because I don’t want to give them the clicks.
Here is one from The Texan. It is not pretty. However, it pretty much boils down to Ken Paxton appears to have intervened to fulfill a couple of FOIA requests from counsel for one of his donors. When things were getting too strange and the Travis County DA’s office referred an investigation of his friend the donor, Paxton sought to hire an independent counsel to handle the investigation rather than have a widening conflict of interest. There was a stir in the office so that now he has a whistleblower complaint against him and the FBI is investigating Paxton. It is a big darn mess. I’ll wait for the outcome. In the meantime, I’m happy to watch the progress Paxton is leading.

Judges and juries for tribunals come from the Staff Judge Advocates Corps for uniformed branch of the military services. There are literally 100’s if not 1,000’s of JAG Officers. Sydney would be lucky to even sniff the chairs for the “Judge’s bench” as she would never be assigned.
She may get to prosecute or defend but that is NOT the same as serving on the panel of Judges who hear the case and decide the verdict.

Once again, the President only has to “tie up” a few states which are currently “in dispute”. Six are currently engaged in some form of litigation by my count – MI, WI, PA, GA, AZ, NV. Biden HAS to have the three biggest ones (PA, GA, MI) or 4 out of 6 with any other combination. If Trump successfully “flips” GA and PA, he’s two electoral votes away. PA is pretty huge, which is probably why Biden’s team released an election night statement they “still see a path” without PA when Trump was up 700K.
