Many of us have visited Washington, DC to see the monuments and buildings, etc. Little did we know that visiting there is just another visit to a fantasy land like Disney World.
Having physically walked through every museum in and around the Mall in DC and given the current destruction of monuments as well as History taking place around the nation…I wonder as well as fear what changes WILL occur in every one of these Museum Buildings to rewrite US History.

I assume so. I was curious about the breakdown. When I looked at the bios, I only saw 3 Obama, 6-7 Clinton, and the rest are Bush/43, Trump, and a slew of Reagan appointees. Even one Nixon. 13 GOP and 10 Dem appointees. 3-4 of them are Trump appointees.
Probably 50-50 at best like most of the appellate courts.

I think in general the appointees are 8-6 Republican. See my above statement about the state of the US legal system making this somewhat moot. But it’s better than the DC Circuit which is Democrat and I had no expectation (for example) that the DC Circuit would follow the law in the case of Gen. Flynn.

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals at Philadelphia ruled that the private citizen plaintiffs had no standing to challenge a three-day extension for counting ballots that had been imposed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Sept. 17.
If anyone had standing, the appeals court said, it would be the Pennsylvania General Assembly, not the congressional candidate and four voters who filed the suit.
Even if there was standing, the appeals court said, it would not have blocked the counting of late-arriving ballots because it would interfere with the settled expectations of voters and election officials.
Yeah well, in 1963, white supremacists had “expectations” that their kids could continue to go to segregated schools.
The convenient new excuse of this or that group having “expectations” (which seems to be applied on an ad hoc basis depending upon the result desired — compare DACA) needs to be trashed. The government isn’t a party to some kind of contract with part of the population against another part, let alone a contract that’s founded in illegal acts.
That’s a very bad holding. The “settled expectations of voters” is NOT a right angled legal standard, it’s some sort of misplaced estoppel argument. We need to see the bright line test of ‘changing the rules set by the legislature.’ Indeed, why isn’t the ‘settled expectations of the candidate” that the election rules set by the legislature will be followed to the letter not of equal or greater weight.

It seems judges and courts like to make their “mark” in history by being the first to Chip away at the it for this and that. I really do think that is their motivation.

Regardless of outcome, we Must make sure that such evil voting systems and software never again are used in our Country, or the concept of “Representative Government”, that is to say, a Republic is gone and we can’t vote it back in.

Consider that Judge Brann in his opinion appeared to approve counties’ applying state law instructions as may be necessary to fit local issues. That flies in the face of the elections clause and Bush v. Gore. Who were Judge Brann’s law clerks, Joy Behar and Don Lemon? The votes associated with the Pennsylvania counties that made up their own rules are more than the current vote delta between the president and Biden.
Consider that Judge Brann extoled the citizens’ right to vote and condemned the president’s assault on that right, but citizens have no federal right to vote for president. Citizens may, if and as permitted by their state legislatures, vote for a slate of electors for the EC. But, it is entirely within state legislature’s authority under the US Constitution to submit its own slate of electors if, for example, it concludes its election was fraudulent. This used to be covered in civics and constitutional law classes, but perhaps Judge Brann was too busy practicing family law in the family firm in York and shining Tom Ridge’s shoes to remember.
Consider that the 3rd Circuit may or may not clean up Judge Brann’s opinion. Might not it be best to have SCOTUS issue an opinion with a clear principle applicable to all states?
Consider that three sitting SCOTUS justices worked for the winning side in Bush v. Gore, and that Alito and Thomas are givens.

A Republican majority Senate may be useful in stopping the court from being packed or DC/PR statehood. 4__allowing each voter to take a picture of their completed paper ballot

We believe the Supreme Court signaled that all ballots that came in after 11/03 are illegal constitutionally. So they will be looking at who was ahead election night, and the states will be flipped back to President Trump. It just has to go through the process legally in the lower courts.
Or they say that unless state election law says so, the extension of election beyond Nov. 3, the acceptance of mail-ins after election, et al is unconstitutional because the state legislature establishes the election law not a judge nor governor nor secretary of state. Therefore all ballots that were not received in accordance with state election law as defined by the state legislature, are invalid.

I would add the “federal only” ballots in Arizona. Those were issued to people that could not prove their citizenship. AZ does not allow non US citizens to vote, but Obama’s DOJ went after them so they agreed to give illegals federal only ballots so they vote for federal offices, but not state or local
The AZ legislature passed a law that each county has to keep a tally of how many federal only ballots are cast. I’ve read Maricopa has over 14,000 of these kind of ballots.
Surely SCOTUS would agree that only citizens of the United States should be voting. Otherwise why not send a mail in ballot to Putin and Xi?

To me, there are too many loose ends, all a-jumble like so many downed high power lines, needing to be unraveled without killing us all.
1. After the sting succeeded, his FBI handlers were joined by Peter Strzok, when they told him the sting was not going to be used against HRC by the FBI, but held by Obama as leverage – Kompromat – to control her while she was in office from 2017-2025. He says he was offered the opportunity to be made a billionaire (possibly in connection with Overstock’s crypto-currency assets, possibly the opportunity for them to become part of the backbone of the Global Cryptocurrency Plans underway by the Global Financial Elite).

IMO this is why Sydney Powell was announced to not being on the Presiden’s team. The FBI and the Justice Department have sat on their hands regarding this fraud election and everything else for that matter. Nice woman answered and rather than rip her a new one I simply repeated the reporting I had heard/ read and asked her if it was true and asked what Liz Cheney actually said: “Liz Cheney does not want the President to Concede, does not think there needs to be a transition but did say that evidence of widespread fraud needs to be shown”.
I responded with my request that once the evidence is presented I expect her to fully back President Trump.
