Border Patrol agents in Yuma, Arizona discovered and intercepted enough fentanyl, a highly-potent synthetic opioid, to kill 200,000 people, according to a recent U.S. Customs and Border Protection press release. The seizure was made last Thursday at the Wellton Station, which makes up 65 miles of the U.S. border with Mexico, when agents were inspecting a vehicle moving through the checkpoint.
A Border Patrol canine alerted agents to the vehicle and a secondary inspection uncovered two plastic bags wrapped in hospital gowns full of fentanyl pills. The packages weighed 1.276 pounds and were valued at $18,500.
No! That’s not true because Fentanyl really isn’t dangerous and won’t kill anyone. Just look at George Floyd. Floyd took four times the lethal dose of Fentanyl and it had nothing to do with his death. It was the police officer kneeling on his back that killed him. The Fentanyl was harmless! LOL

The problem with this whole line of discussion is that the voting machines WERE NOT HACKED. This will be the excuse and spin after president Trump prevails in winning the election.
This was a premeditated and planned assault on the election process by the owners of the voting systems (Dominion and Election System Software), the infrastructure (Micro-Soft, Google, Amazon and Parts of US Government) and political opponents of the President.

Or maybe they did use it in 2016, but their algorithm wasn’t set high enough to steal enough of the votes; maybe too many people voted for Trump. That would explain the mail-in ballots this time to use as a “back-up” on top of the votes switched by the Dominion software. It appears all their fraud almost wasn’t enough this time either, hence why they stopped all counting in the middle of the night and pumped in more votes. Sidney made it sound like they didn’t have the algorithm set high enough and had to change it in the middle of the night to give more votes to Biden. I can only imagine how much Trump really won by.

I have nothing personal against treeper so please do not take this as a personal attack. I’m concerned if/when this goes to scotus, how many justices will follow constitutional law? And what happens if they turn a blind eye to justice, and kick it back? I have such strong faith in President Trump, I’m sure he has an answer for this also.

If a majority of this court is craven, they just won’t take a case, and will let the dem lower court findings stand.
I’m cautiously optimistic, but only barely so, on the SC.
If the Supreme Court doesn’t take the case, I believe the Constitution puts this contested election back to the state legislatures for a vote. A vote that is based *not* on the merits
of this case, but on how each state legislature is comprised: a Republican legislature must vote for the Republican candidate, and vice versa.
Please explain to me how it could ever come to pass that a “lower” court will decide this election.
Because if legal challenges are made, and a lower court rules against us, that challenge is null and void unless overturned by a higher court. So the bogus vote count stands as is. It is not legally “contested” at that point.

My understanding is it would occur when we lose in a federal court and appeal to the SC, and the SC takes the case and rules in our favor. They could then dictate a remedy if they saw fit to. When we win in Federal court without going to the SC, that Federal judge can dictate a remedy.
