The Supreme Court is where the real battle will be.
The State Legislatures of MICH, PA and GA (perhaps others as well) hold the key. They must step up and conduct their own independent analyses of systemic irregularities in their respective States, and refuse to appoint/certify electors if their tallies are unreliable.
It is imperative that State Legislative leaders open this “second front” ASAP. One public statement — asserting their independent rights in this process — would drive the other side crazy, and fundamentally alter the current dynamic, as well as DJT’s prospects.

Am receiving daily influx of donation emails and texts to defend against the election fraud. Made a couple of small donations at first, then noticed the fine print that a huge percentage of each donation goes FIRST to the RNC and other PACs, with leftovers going to fight the election fraud. A small example, back during O’s reign of terror when there was a sequester battle. One of the tactics employed was to slow down air traffic. My husband at the time was an ATC. For the first time in his career management and the union cronies worked in concert. My husband and many others were disgusted, this is a conservative area and yes many of these government employees were conservative.
Most of the guys, my husband included refused to play their silly games. Their facility can’t dictate the flow of traffic, bigger facilities in NY, DC, ATL, and Chicago carry much more weight. However to what degree they could keep things flowing they did here, once out of their airspace they had no control. So there was a bit of a slowdown thanks to bigger facilities, but due to smaller facilities in more conservative areas not joining in their games the effort fizzled.
Each of those guys, my husband included took a risk they would be retaliated against. Thankfully that didn’t happen. There could have been some long term this guy isn’t a team player effect. I don’t know, my husband retired a few weeks after that, but he was proud of the majority of his co-workers that they said not on my watch.
That’s small potatoes compared to police standing down in the face of violence, but my point is each of these officers has a conscience, each took an oath. So I can’t just dismiss their actions because of the mayor, they bear responsibility too.

Linda K If this monster truly exists (the evidence in voting trends in key states on election night seems to indicate it does) someone better pull the pin and darn soon. We have been told over and over, by literally everyone that this election is the most important one in our history, should it not stand to reason that if the course isn’t corrected here and now our Republic is doomed. I saw an article yesterday saying President Trump was going to try to win the election through the “legal process.”
So, one needs to stop and consider for a second, something that may be missed among all the noise.We are all hearing about the hospitals in danger of being over-run – COVID COVID – WHA WHA.However, a little dig into the ACTUAL data – at least for the UK, paints a different picture. Straight away one statistic jumps out – of the recorded excess mortality as of the latest (October I think) MORE people are recorded as dying at HOME than in hospital. Now why would that be? – surely if Granny was wheezing to, well death, the loved ones would CARRY her if necessary, to the nearest medical facility – you would do that right?? So WHY are people CHOOSING to die at home, WITH, obviously their loved one’s consent. I leave it to any sane person to come their own conclusion. M ine is that yes, hospitals are seeing an increase, but not due to Covid, but ailments, and delayed treatments CAUSED by lockdown and fear mongering. Yes, I was concerned as well until I researched more. A vaccine for corona viruses has been in development for at least ten years. The “warp speed” part is about federal grant money (it’s in the millions if not billions, sorry I don’t remember exactly) that Trump authorized to pay for massive research and massive testing, and also some nonsensical bureaucratic red tapes being cut. Also, a commitment by Trump for the government to purchase an effective vaccine resulting in probably billions in profits – sped up the process and the willingness of people to invest. Couldn’t find my original link to how long a corona virus vaccine has been in the works (pre-covid, yet exactly same virus family). Here is an article that explains some of what the “warp speed” part is about even though Pfizer didn’t take government money to actually develop/test it.

Remember the Unions in the US are not longer meant to represent and control ALL workers, just workers in very strategic industries that have controlling impacts nation wide.

4. Selected industries such as the auto industry that have major far reaching impacts beyond their walls if they strike.
When I was growing up in Southwestern PA, the Teamsters Union would try this crap every so often and had their asses handed to them by the Independent Truckers Association, who outnumbered them. It was so bad the State Police had to be called in to save the Teamsters.
It will be interesting to see if that “Independent” movement still exists and which States use their State Police to put the Teamsters in their place if they interfere. Also, since truckers cross state lines with commerce, the President can deploy Federal Assets both to do police functions as well as provide Transportation.
The really critical thing is if the retailers go along with the teamsters.
It was my understanding that the strike was called by the independents, not union, to protest the no fossil fuel nuts.
This weekend I was in get together and Some people are feeling that PTrump is not going to win and these court cases would not change big election fraud/recount. GA and AZ are not going on our way.
I have no ans except time will tell.
I’m inclined to believe that not all the cards are on the table. No direct evidence, but I doubt that a Lin Wood or a Sidney Powell would throw their weight behind something that would damage their long term reputation.
There are some unresolved issues in Arizona, not sure where they stand like the sharpie issue. Also in Maricopa alone over 14,000 people who could not prove citizenship voted “federal only”. I don’t know if team Trump has looked into that or not.
As for GA, the recount as I understand it is smoke and mirrors. Observers are so far away it’s a joke. Signatures are not being looked at.
What is more disturbing to me and what I’d love to hear from some of our GA treepers, based on an article in American Thinker by Clarice Feldman. It appears that GA used electronic voting machines. A judge ordered paper ballots, but was overturned on appeal in October.
What say you GA treepers did you have paper ballots for same day voting? Are there ballots from same day to recount?
I don’t know why people are saying this unless they are idiot trolls. The SoS of Georgia violated the Elections Clause of the Constitution with the consent decree. Believe me, I’ve spoken to a Georgia Senator, and he knows this. Their hands are tied right now because Kemp won’t call them into emergency session. The longer Kemp and Raffensperger keep this charade up, this more it reveals to the Georgia Republicans and the world that Kemp is in on the steal.
So, I say again, be patient. Don’t get bent out of shape because partisans in state and federal courts and offices #Resist. The state legislatures can decide themselves they believe the fraud occurred and send whatever electors they want. Will they have the cojones to do that? Doubtful. But Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett are going to be hard-pressed to deny what the Elections Clause of the Constitution says, and the way it was violated by Governors, Secretaries of State and State Supreme Courts who unlawfully ignored it in changing the election rules put in place by State Legislatures.
The Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment gets set off by the proof of Dominion fraud-inducing algorithms. That triggers an overturning of 30 states! People saying the President has no legal options are doomsayers who need to stop listening to the MSM and GOPe gaslighting.
