Yes they rejected Dominion BUT deployed Election Systems & Software which shares technology, financials and business ties with Dominion.
There is NOT much difference and suspect the parts of ES&S that the Obama DoJ forced them to sell off to Dominion included election system technology and that ES&S either licenses back or retained user rights to the same APPs used by Dominion.
Interesting that swing states Ohio and Florida, which could also be open to fraud, both ended strong for Trump and did not use Dominion.
I still think Nevada went red, if Clark county’s voting was audited it may yet get set aright. Even in that county (which is Las Vegas) two always Democrat seats turned red for the State’s assembly and senate, taking away the Dem’s hoped for super-majority to push through all their pet agendas and force the rest of the State into a mini-California.

Do not ignore the financial and technological ties between Dominion and ALL the other voting machine companies, especially Election Systems & Software that also holds 30-40% of the US Market.
Do NOT ignore the role of Bill gates owned Micro-Soft that owns all the infrastructure and over seas companies involved.
Do NOT ignore the role of Jeff Bezos owned Amazon, who infrastructure now seems to also be involved.
Gate and Bezos are two of the richest men in the US and the world. Soros is just their bag man and provides a control infrastructure via his his foundations.

As far as I know, they have given NO explanation for this unprecedented behavior, just as they have given NO explanation for preventing the poll observers from being able to observe.

I have been literally making this same point on this site since November 4th.
And as for Team Trump being on this, I wish I could be as sanguine as you. So far, i have not heard any trump representatives, attorneys etc bring up the stoppage of the count as being the beginning of the fraud conspiracy. This is a simple, yet crucial point and needs to be hammered home to the public and to the courts.
That same stoppage in the middle of the counting happened in that Iowa caucus, if memory serves me right. At the time Bernie Sanders was ahead in the count, they stopped counting sometime during the night, and while everyone went to bed thinking Sanders had won, they woke up to Biden getting the majority whereas before the stopping of the counting he didn’t have enough to even be legally allowed, according to Dem. party rules, to proceed to any future primaries.
My opinion only, but I suspect when they pulled at stunt off the Dem’s waited to see if there was going to be any blow-back; saw there wasn’t other than comedians making jokes about how bad Iowans count, and saw their test run for the national vote scheme passed muster.
What I believe is catching them off guard is the large number of people attending rallies, not just national but in each State’s capital, to true the vote, catch the fraud and hold people accountable – I don’t think they expected this huge outcry. This dance of patriots (when deep state hears only as deplorable noise) gives the Trump re-election lawyers time to prove up and file their case in the right courts.
Am beginning to wonder if this is why CTH is hit with the deplatforming notice at this time, deep states way of cutting off outlets that get information out amongst those who love this nation and its freedoms. If they can cut off these avenues of communication they must be calculating it will be a simple matter to get all the msm outlets to not air what the Trump team discloses to the courts.

We can do the troll dance thing if you want to witch hunt, but I am just calling it as I see it… for the umpteenth day in a row they go on TV and say they “discovered” the algorithm. Unless they mean the actual code from the software, this is a factually incorrect statement. What they appear to have is the same analyses we see on twitter and GWP, etc… these are external statistical guesses, effectively, at what was done: compelling and highly suspicious to be sure. but evidence of wrongdoing in a court of law they are not. When you are running a statistical analysis from the outside of a system looking in, you do not have access to all the variables that could be impacting it. Judges will NEVER mass invalidate votes based on it.
Each time they have said they have a “dominion whistleblower” – they instead produce an IT contractor who “saw things going on” in a counting room and NOT a developer who worked for it who can produce the code that caused this. Here again, this does not make for evidence of mass election fraud. At best, it could invalidate any single ballots that can be proved to be mishandled at that moment.
I sure hope I am wrong, and they better hope so too, because they are all staking their reputation and careers on these repeated statements.

If any State Legislature finds its State’s tally fatally infected and unreliable, it should refuse to appoint/certify any electors for the State.

Again, I only mention this because it’s the reality if these legal processes go nowhere. There’s very little time. I know Giuliani talks a big game and Sidney Powell, God bless her for her tenacity.
But the fact of the matter is the opposition is also in the courts. We are relying on the Supremes to order audits in these states and for these audits to overturn the result of the election. Those are two big steps. I don’t have confidence in the Supremes except for Thomas and Alito. The rest are suspect or remain to be seen as with ACB.
Let’s say we get past the Supremes, these audits must find enough votes to overturn the previous result. I think the opposition will fight tooth and nail to keep the votes in.
So now you are left looking at the GOP legislators in those states to then dismiss the result of the audit if they dont go our way and certify the election for Trump or call a new election. How likely is that?
Let’s say that happens and we get new elections before Inauguration Day, it’s still not guaranteed we would win in places like MI and PA. Maybe in GA and AZ we might win a new election, but your need PA, MI or WI to put Trump over the top. And what if Dems demand the NC election be done over?
All I’m saying is, the time for big talk is well pass it’s expiration date. I hope we see it tomorrow presented in a court. I hope that they expedite the appeals process because the opposition will try to delay. I hope that the Supremes take it up and order an audit in the key states as a remedy. I hope the audits overturn the results and Trump is inaugurated Jan 20.
But if he isn’t, I know he will carry on the fight and he’s definitely the favorite for 2024. There’s literally no one else that the GOP base would consider if he says he wants to run again.

In elections you generally have only only one opportunity to convince a Judge to take action. That is why you must be careful in showing evidence. There are dates that will expire soon, but not yet. It is not like a war in which the side that wins usually is the first to get the moistest there. Not all evidence of fraud is valid, you need to be careful or you will fall for a trap.
The fight is being made on multiple levels, IMHO from what I see very well. What I am most worried about is intimidation of witnesses, by the Goverment Law Enforcement or Dems (maybe that is redundant 🙁 ) I am also worried about the pressure electors will face, I talked to some from 2016 from both sides and the stories they told about being threatened. I kind of suspect that some may even be physically challenged from going to their state capital to cast their vote, unless a State Police escort is provided. Not at all like the electoral vote I watched some 20 years ago, where the electors casually just walked in the Hearing Room in which it was conducted, the main topic was the danish supplied; we have fallen as nation.

Yes they do. The Dems picked up 100,000 more votes in round numbers than the sitting Republican incumbent in a Republican state from the results of 2014.
To recap for the math challenged, a recap. Purdue gained 1,100,628 more votes in 2020 than he received in 2014. This is primarily due to Trump being on the ballot in 2020. There was no presidential election in 2014 and hence the smaller turnout.
John Ossoff, with little name recognition running as a Democrat, received 1,211,396 more votes than Sam Nunn’s daughter.
You are to believe a relatively unknown democrat in a republican state was able to grow his base by 110,768 more votes than the sitting Republican incumbent was able to grow his base with the help of Trump and his cousin Sonny Purdue who heads the Department of Agriculture in the Trump cabinet.

I love Sidney, but the thing that bothers me about her is she’s a Q follower. That gives me pause.
I wasn’t aware she was a Q follower and I myself researched it far enough that, coupled with SD’s posts, I steered away quite some time ago. It’s hard to reconcile the freedom with which she, LLin Wood and Rudy are throwing these allegations around without some seriously damning evidence.
I did watch part of the video circulating last week and I must admit, the issue with mis-spelling (using a capital “I” inplace of a lower case “L”) on the ballots in the contested cities/precints, is part of what has sucked me back into at least, entertaining the possibility again the President has set them all up and watched the fraud in real time.

Today’s Catholic Mass readings had the Gospel with the Parable of the Three Servants: one is given 5 “talents” (roughly 70 pounds, usually of gold or silver coins), another 3, and a third is given one. The first two double the amounts, but the last one buries it, fearful of taking a risk with his master’s wealth.
The priest in his sermon mentioned that one of the lessons is that “God expects us to take action, not to be passive.”
No lesson could be more appropriate now: above I keep reading “What should we do?” “How do we take action?” “How do we support our president and save our country?”
What the priest did not address in his sermon was that last servant’s other option: What if the third servant had indeed invested his master’s money, risked it on a venture of some sort…and the investment went bankrupt? What would have been the master’s reaction?”
From the parable one can answer:
The master would have preferred failure over inaction and fear!

Wearing a mask is a personal choice and for many people, not at all subversive. After reviewing most of the available information, I believe it may help and probably won’t hurt.
I think a mask can reduce the amount of virus inoculant I am exposed to, giving my immune system a better chance of fighting off the virus.
I won’t question your choice to not wear a mask and you shouldn’t question my choice to wear one.
Wearing a mask in certain instances CAN be harmful to your health, such as physical exercise. I continue to be amazed when riding my bike on local bike paths the number of people wearing masks and thus making themselves prone to hypoxia. These are healthy individuals in good condition, so are probably at significantly less risk (even those >65) than the average population.

So we move on to find LHS Associates is a New England election contractor, responsible for setting up voting machines throughout most of the region. Their activities are shrouded in secrecy, immune to public records law.
But we know Ken Hajjar is the former director of sales and marketing at LHS Associates. Before working for LHS, he was convicted and sentenced for cocaine trafficking. He was sentenced to 12 months and fined $2000. As things go for the politically connected, he was then given a deferred sentence and $1000 of his fine was suspended.
Every new piece of information we are getting leads to another link in what is increasingly likely is an (alleged) widespread criminal network.

As we watch all of this slowly unfold before our eyes, with daily tidbits of at least anecdotal evidence of wide-spread election fraud and hints of things to come from Trump’s legal team, it helps me to visualize it all as building a court case. Ultimately, the Supreme Court will be the judge(s), but the Republican controlled state legislatures are the jury that will decide the case. What Team Trump needs to do is to create enough reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury. If they do, then they will not certify the Biden win, no one get’s to 270 by Dec 14th, and then it’s up to congress to pick the next president.

Exactly. I see no path to a PT win other than convincing the state legislatures in WI, MI, PA, AZ, and GA that the election was a fraud in their states. I don’t see a path through the courts. Overwhelming evidence must be produced. Also, the GOP must convince the public of this (aside from the lunatic Dem base of course.) That’s not easy because of the Dem news media. However, when the state legislatures give their electors to Trump, the news media will have to report why.

The hardware & software used in this election cycle will finally be formally evaluated by DHS and found so deficient that their use in federal elections will be barred. Any future equipment/software will also have to be certified by DHS for use in federal elections. For the U.S. government to expose the fraud perpetuated on the American people, it would also be an admission of U.S. involvement in election fraud around the world, in countries both friend and foe alike. Now that’s just one of the things making so many people nervous.
Likely our own government (CIA) is involved in the fraud in THIS election. They either knew about it and did nothing or they were an accomplice.

I’ve been convalescing at my mother’s house, and she reflexively watches Fox all day. This morning I reminded her and printed the flyer to show her. She became very upset with me because she is in mental decline and can’t make the connection between watching Fox and installing President Biden. I turned the channel to Newsmax and taped a note to the remote to help her remember.
Mom had forgotten that yesterday she and I saw some young, black-haired Fox anchor literally shout down a female Trump-campaign representative. I’d never seen anythiing that bad on Fox. He was seething and combative and highly aggressive, and yelled over any attempt by the Trump representative to explain why Trump believes there was voting fraud. It definitely was not journalism – as Mom watched, she agreed it was the most unprofessional thing she’d ever seen on Fox News. I was rooting for the lady to strip off the mic and walk off the set….
