Do we know the number of provisional voters in these 200% voter states?! Because if they were same day registrations, they would have to file a provisional ballot. If there are high same day registrations and few provisional ballots, that would be a red flag indicator of fraud. Also, generally provisional ballots are counted last.
I really have to wonder what can be going thru the minds of law enforcement officers and US soldiers at this moment.

The big question as I understand it is:
Which extenstions to mail in ballots were authorized by the legislature, and in which states do judges by statute have the ability to extend?
If the legislature has not expressly given the judiciary the ability to extend, then any such extensions are a violation of the US Constitution and can be overruled by the Supreme Court.
It is my understanding that this is what the PA case is all about. The PA SC was not given the authority by the legislature to extend, therefore ALL ballots received late must not be counted. The same would be true in any other state that accepted ballots after the statutory deadline.
But if PA did not segregate late ballots how will they now be identified?
I’m not a lawyer or anything, so this is just my opinion and worth what you paid for it. If the PA law covers a situation like this, then the SC would default to the PA law.
Assuming it doesn’t, I would think there would be two possible remedies.
1. Eliminate all mail in ballots
2. Tell the state legislature to decide what to do.
My money would be on #2, which is kind of punting, but also probably the most appropriate constitutional remedy.

None of this matters because the Voting Act of 1845 as modified in 1872 and 1912 is STILL the law concerning the date, ballots should be allowed to be counted. That ACT was never undone by the Congress of the US nor even modified to account for China Virus. Aside from the outright provable cases of illegal votes, this is the major issue the Supreme Court needs to hear. If the Supreme court is really staffed by 5 “Constitutionals”, all votes for national office elections received after 3 November need to be erased.

It’s not just that state. Comparing down ballot R votes to the presidential vote in many states is very inconsistent. The MSM has a talking point that voters have done this on purpose. That does happen but traditionally at a very low percentage (like, less than 10%) but the percentage from this election is above 50%.

The steal goes back way farther than 2020. Integrity of national elections has always been a priority for our President, but the establishment blocked him every step of the way. Remember that soon after his election in 2017, the President established the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity led by VP Pence. That Commission died almost as soon as it was born.
Pence was blocked by both parties in Congress. The Dems buried the Commission in meaningless document requests, and the Republicans, led by traitor Paul Ryan, provided Pence no support whatsoever.
The final nails in the coffin came from the states (both Red and Blue), which refused to cooperate and provide data to the commission. Some states filed numerous suits in federal court to block the work of the commission. The President and Pence were forced to eventually throw in the towel.
The President has always been lacking enough team players who are willing to kick in doors and break dishes. The only thing the domestic enemies will understand is good old-fashioned smash-mouth. I expect they are going to learn what that feels like beginning this week in the courts.

The Pfizer/BioNTech statement is being overreacted to. The test results are partial: 94 patients of the 164 who were tested. After the full results are recorded and analyzed, and then reported to the regulator, the drug may be approved for emergency application only. Vaccines for just 15-20 million people would be manufactured and distributed. Before a public use application is awarded, the testing must be increased. These matters take time.

My parents, however, in their mid-90s, have been in some degree of lockdown in their apartment since March of this year. All agree that they don’t see how we will ever get back to normal.

Good Morning, Happy Warriors! I just ordered some PDJT swag to take to the second Stop the Steal rally in TLH this Saturday! I can’t wait to aske the middle-finger waving leftards again if they are bragging about their age or their IQ.
Was anyone else at the TLH rally this past Saturday and ran into that hugely fat dyke-looking cow with the Buy-Dem sign who was shouting obscenities and championing baby-butchery? She grabbed my son’s “Four More Years” sign and tried to jerk it out of his hands, saying he put it in her face (he and some other young people were walking together with the crowd going around the Capitol). He jerked it back and kept walking (Good boy! You did great!) and didn’t engage the heifer. The young ladies with him accused her of damaging private property, but the heifer just kept changing the subject and shouting obscenities. I intervened and we walked on calmly.
The bottom line is to be CAREFUL. These crazy communists are trying to take a fall and point the finger at us. Give them NO reason to accuse us of anything. ALWAYS go in groups at these rallies. ALWAYS. And have a camera rolling, if possible.
Also, there was a fat guy across the street from the Capitol with a brown shirt and binocs. He was carefully watching the crowd and then getting us on his camera. He’d then crouch down and text away. I got a lot of film of that guy–including a close-up of his face. I told a lot of the attendees who were around me to beware, he’s probably getting facial recognition data or physical descriptions for the communists little purge lists. He saw me filming him and it didn’t phase him one bit.
When a carload of leftards stops in front of our happy peaceful protest and hangs out with their vile mouths flapping and their middle fingers waving, just laugh. I got another protester to laugh uproariously at a fat cow doing that. She didn’t know what to do. She finally put her window up and stared straight ahead until the light changed and she could go on her way. RIDICULE them. Laugh at them. Destroy them. NO MERCY! (Because I guarantee you they will show you none!)

Our so-called media, for the most part, is mute or insisting that we did not see what we very clearly saw–i.e., votes for Biden magically appearing in the middle of the night, Republican observers being barred illegally from doing their job, Trump supporters showing up to vote and being informed that they had already voted, and long lists of dead people who were resurrected from their graves to cast a vote for Sleepy Joe.
