I have a tiny phone here, so hard to scan and look at stuff. But for 2000, Florida, Bush v Gore, what was the Bush team approach? And what was the court actual verbiage finding? That could be an approach to take since it is precedence. Since 3 on SCOTUS now were on Bush team then, they would look favorably on a similar approach for this time. Those three probably want to help, but if you insult their intelligence with wild theories (even if true, but require months of testimony in lower courts), those three will be forced to side elsewhere.
Probably our best chance is if they send it back to state legislatures to fix. Then little ole state representatives who before could probably go to lunch in their home town and noone would recognize them will suddenly be overwhelmed with national/international attention and scrutiny……possible threats. Will they be able to withstand that?

Maybe just maybe SCOTUS could decide to decree a uniform decision for the 5-7 states in question to both have same remedy for all and spare the state legislators untold pressure. Maybe a remote. That takes time. Maybe a decision that election was over on Nov 3rd and at midnight local time on 11/3, no more activity can take place. I know that puts a tall order on counts to be done just a few hours after polls close. It would be hard for them to give some arbitrary time to complete after, 2 days, 3 days. This is so tough. SCOTUS (the few, hopefully at least 5, who care) know how monumentally important this is to the future of this country. Im sure they want to help. I dont think there has ever been a needle that will be so hard to thread.
Maybe they could say that technology has gotten beyond our ability to control it. The remedy at this point? I have no idea. A new complete national election? How to do in decent amount of time and without……technology? Sheesh, what a pickle.
It really is tough to come up with a remedy that is effective. A focused revote gives the dems the opportunity to get a legitimate 100 percent turnout in the critical few cities they cheated in prior to knowing how much turnout they needed. Only a national revote would give the repubs an opportunity to up their turnout to match the dems. Not that my opinion matters, but I’d rather they just toss the tainted votes, since they will be the dem votes that gave them the edge.
As someone said above or maybe one of the posted articles, Texas got its count in by midnight. I think midnight, November 3rd would be good uniform across the board. If Texas can do it, why can’t smaller states. Yes, some votes, real votes, maybe not counted, but I know I would relinquish my vote to count if it also stopped thousands and thousands of “votes” to also not be counted

It was really a different problem. Gore just wanted to keep recounting forever in the dem areas to gain an advantage, but he never got the most votes, and the SC finally just turned off his effort. They didn’t need to adjust a count, just stop the endless recounting and let the election stand at that point.

Yes, I have not turned on Fox since election night either. Calling Arizona for Biden as soon as the polls closed was outrageous especially since they would not call Florida. There are NO “glitches” in software. A person, a computer programmer, programs the software to perform a specific task (as in changing R to D counts). It is not arbitrary or intermittent.
There are “bugs” in software, unintended actions caused by an error programmed into the code. These are things like the programmer wrote a line of code to do “x” but forgot or didn’t realize that later on in the code “x” would cause “y” to occur and “y” is an unintended action.

In a nutshell: media companies, among the many different ‘hats’ that they wear, are principally PR firms for Democrat Party issues who then hire pollsters for TWO separate, and distinct purposes. The first is to find out what is truly happening on the ground (what people are actually feeling, their voting preferences, and in exact percentages per race, age group etc.) This information will not go directly to the public. It goes to the media company’s news desk as a guide regarding what news items need to be stressed, suppressed, twisted, ignored etc and how to present different angles on the news in such a way as to favor Dem electoral chances.
Then these twisted, slanted news programs begin to air which were created by the first, real and actual data, and then followed by new and different polling which seeks to measure how well newsroom strategies have worked to increase Dem favorability, while, at the same time, increase Rep unfavorability. These latter polls are then publicized (often long before the public has had time to absorb ‘breaking stories’) so as to inform voters quickly about what majorities of the American public believe, hoping to herd them, and manipulate them into the majority Dem opinion that was formed (let’s not forget) by purposely slanted news stories. These LATTER POLLS are the exaggerated, manipulative ones, used for suppression or herding of opinions toward Dems and away from Reps.
It is all an enormous fraud committed against the American people, and will continue to do so until a gutsy AG goes after them on constitutional grounds by charging them with fraud, and or reclassifying them for tax purposes as PR operations. People must know they have ulterior motives. A law professor at Ohio State University was found to speak the phrase: “I don’t see how these lawsuits will get very far because there’s no evidence of fraud.”
Listen for it, look for it: I suspect it is everywhere by now.

These CTCL Zuckerberg funds are ILLEGAL campaign donations.
Where did these millions disappear to? $$$ are somehow being laundered to potential voters and Dem partisans.
Here’s one possibility. Pay the potential voters to vote by hiring them as poll workers, paying an extremely large wage for a small number of hours worked.
That community is quite organized voting-wise. So heartening that those rioting andusing explosives on multiple ATMs to unmoor them made sure to take time to do their civic duty at a rate that’s incredibly hard to believe, no?
Great so it should be easy to sample and call 5,000-10,000 and ask them simply did you vote – Yes or No.

For years, we’ve been given false hope after false hope, that someone else was going to save us, and save our country.
We naively thought that the cancer of corruption within our governments institutions was limited to just some areas. We can see now just how deep and widespread the corruption is – corruption both by those actively doing evil, and those who are not motivated to do the right thing, to do good when it doesn’t directly benefit them.
And maybe we put too much faith in ourselves and those on our side.
It might be Gods will that we suffer the coming events under a Biden/Harris administration. Or we as a nation may have become so repulsive that he is allowing us to reap what has been sown.
We imagine that when push comes to shove, we will stand up against the violence that might be brought against the remaining good people, or that we will at least stand when it comes after us.
Yet, out of the 70 or so million people that voted for President Trump, we can’t even manage 1% descending on Washington, demanding that these contested states aren’t just recounted (locking in illegal votes) but audited to reject illegal votes?
Such a show would inspire others, perhaps even some that could help expose the crimes.
But we should know by now, that if it’s left to just men and women, we will fail. Durham won’t save us. Without a lot of prodding – Barr seems content to stay in the background. There’s no “Q” coming with the cavalry, Sundance can’t set things right, nor can even our beloved President, Donald J. Trump. The evil is too widespread, too deep rooted.
It’s time to pray, and ask God to help us make things right. To acknowledge to him that without him, we are lost. And if it should be his will to push back this evil in our time of need, that we will proclaim for the rest of our lives that it was God that did this, not us.

The full court press by the media to declare Biden the winner is designed to put implicit pressure on the SCOTUS judges not to overturn any result no matter how unconstitutional it was. Georgia – recount, ‘missing’ military ballots?
Nevada – 6k+ out of state voters, likely Cali residents with two homes who got sent a ballot in Nev and decided to fill it in even though they are not registered.
Mich/Wisc – glitches, 4am cut offs, boarded up windows, poll watchers removed.

Simultaneous pause in vote counting in key counties of ALL 6 states listed, to “adjust the vote vs real count”.
Unless he can pull 61% of the remaining ballots (unlikely), Trump doesn’t have enough votes left to overtake AZ. They need to hope enough Biden ballots can be ruled ineligible to win.

I think Daniel Cameron joining the fight is his recognition that Trump got massive numbers of minority votes. They put their trust in the system and this is what they get. They stepped out to think outside the box and took a chance. Im sure some are getting threats themselves from Dims. “You better get right with us or you are our enemy too.” They’ve also seen the “making lists” texts. Maybe he got an earful from them. Vernon Jones in GA started it on the smaller level. Cameron getting in takes some pressure off of Vernon. Hopefully there will be more……although I know there aren’t many minority Reps in high office to begin with. Would be nice if Tim Scott would join. Maybe he is testing the winds.
