…Consider how many investigations has AG Barr authorized only to seemingly feed the accountability masses and keep the pitchforks at bay.
Associated Press – In a memo to U.S. attorneys, obtained by The Associated Press, Barr wrote that investigations “may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.”
He said any allegations that would “clearly not impact the outcome of a federal election” should be delayed until after those elections are certified and prosecutors should likely open so-called preliminary inquiries, which would allow investigators and prosecutors to see if there is evidence that would allow them to take further investigative measures.
Barr does not identify any specific instances of purported fraud in the memo.
“While it is imperative that credible allegations be addressed in a timely and effective manner, it is equally imperative that Department personnel exercise appropriate caution and maintain the Department’s absolute commitment to fairness, neutrality and non-partisanship,” Barr wrote.
States have until Dec. 8 to resolve election disputes, including recounts and court contests over the results. Members of the Electoral College meet Dec. 14 to finalize the outcome. (more)
Trump was ahead of Biden on election night in Pennsylvania by nearly 700,000 votes. He had a massive lead. You don’t have to prove every single fraudulent vote. You prove strong fraud indicators and verified illegal activity. 450,000 votes, at least, in a swing state, were not allowed to be observed by GOP poll watchers. Every vote after that is fruit of the poisonous tree. These votes could absolutely change the outcome of the election. At the very least they warrant an audit.
Funny here. The SCOTUS was deadlocked 4-4 on prohibiting the extension of the Voter deadline in Pennsylvania so the Democrats wrongly decided it was okay to drag out their fraud for 8 more days. Now the SCOTUS will end up re-hearing this case and probably rule all those late fraudulent votes were ineligible due to their timing.
So, if the Chief Justice had ruled against Pennsylvania earlier like he should have – the fraud would have been perpetrated earlier and escaped any subsequent ruling.
These states had no time to perpetrate the fraud earlier. All their fraud up to that point had been grossly inadequate to help Biden.
That is why all those states required extended time -away from prying eyes- to ramp up their illegal activities that pushed Biden up over the hill.
They didn’t *start* their cheating after the polls closed. They *continued* their cheating after the polls closed.
It all comes down to the Burden of Proof. The Burden of proof is on the person claiming victory with a fraud indicator. Prove to me this is a legal ballot or it gets tossed. The burden is not on the person calling fraud. Legal, legitimate ballots, have all the data and process to prove that they are legal and legitimate.
Ballots without signature? Fraud. Ballots without observer? Fraud. Ballots without a down ticket or a polygraphed attested voter? Fraud. Ballot while not a resident of the state? Fraud. Absentee without a witness signature? Fraud. Computer counted ballot without a hardcopy? Fraud. We are looking at honestly, in the neighborhood of several million fraudulent ballots by the Democrats. Prove they are legal or toss em.
I am puzzled that I only heard from Rudy a few days ago and not from other campaign bigshots on this winning argument. Are there other arguments countering Burden of Proof, such as disenfranchising the right to vote?
Yes. I think the idea was to throw so much fraud into the system that it couldn’t all be investigated so fast, but it doesn’t have to. Prioritize by picking the ones that changed the election and leave the rest for later. They probably expected more DoJ headwinds with that creature, Pilger, in place. Ha.

Historically – the DOJ has been prohibited from Investigating Voter Fraud until after the election results were Certified. The Senior Voter Fraud Investigator at the DOJ has resigned now because he stated that an investigation now – “might change the outcome of the election.”
I know Barr said that, but he never stated a regulation nor law that says that. And now, magically he is “allowing” investigation without saying how that doesn’t go against the 10 day rule. No one appears to be questioning these two actions that are directly contradictory in fact.
They have no interest in preventing voter fraud, OR in punishing anyone responsible for widespread election fraud (which is, by definition, a totally different matter) as long as that fraud benefits Democrats.

I had a real problem when I initially read in his memo “to insure that American voters have full confidence in their electoral process”. Seemed to me to maybe be just another deepfake investigation to convince all of us that although there was some fraud, that there was nothing on the scale that would prevent Biden from becoming our next president.

The House Oversight Committee learned about a database Lois Lerner, then head of the tax-exempt organizations division of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), shared with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after interviewing Pilger and reviewing emails between him and Lerner. The discovery of this database eventually launched a Congressional investigation into whether the IRS was improperly targeting conservative organizations applying for a tax-exempt status.
Pilger and Lerner discussed potentially prosecuting tax-exempt organizations, specifically 501(c)(4) groups, involved in political activity. Weeks before the 2010 midterm elections, emails between the two explicitly mentioned the expansive database. Lerner asked Pilger what format for the database would be preferable to the FBI. Pilger, in turn, relayed this inquiry to the FBI and responded to Lerner: “Thanks Lois – FBI says Raw format is best because they can put it into their systems like excel.”
In 2013, Pilger and Lerner were again colluding about targeting tax-exempt groups. In an email from Lerner to Nikole Flax, former chief of staff to IRS commissioner Steven Miller, Lerner wrote: “ I got a call today from Richard Pilger Director Elections Crimes Branch at DOJ. I know him from contacts from my days there. He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folks could talk to about Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false statement cases about applicants who “lied” on their 1024s —saying they weren’t planning on doing political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures. DOJ is feeling like it needs to respond, but want to talk to the right folks at IRS to see whether there are impediments from our side and what, if any damage this might do to IRS programs. I told him that sounded like we might need several folks from IRS. ”
After Pilger, at the recommendation of a DOJ lawyer, refused to answer questions 34 times, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) subpoenaed the Department of Justice. Issa said, “The Department’s refusal to allow Mr. Pilger to testify about matters highly relevant to the Committee’s investigation unnecessarily delays and frustrates the Committee’s Constitutional oversight obligations.”

So back to the question, if you are Sidney how do you expose the truth?
1) First, go get the original WB and get his video testimony, under oath about his years of involvement with the Hammer Program. Have him tell the American people who orchestrated it, for what purpose and what where it’s capabilities. Give examples of some of his break ins. In essence, get the American people to see that the Hammer Program has ALWAYS been a weapon used against Americans since Feb 2009.
2) Now get PT to declass everything on the Hammer and Scorecard Program so the American people can see it is real and has been used to spy and gather information. Additionally this declass of Scorecard could describe in detail for the American people what it’s primary purpose is and if that was always to manipulate numbers such as votes in elections, all over the world.
3) Then show the world the 2-3 real time videos captured from Tues night, where it shows quite clearly, the actual votes count within seconds going down for PT by 19,958 and at the exact second the vote count for Biden goes up by EXACTLY 19,958. Images like these stick with people and help validate #1 & #2
4) at this point the American people will know what it is, what it’s capabilities are, what it was intended for and have seen examples in real time of its manipulation so now we move on to deposing people around the Hammer Scorecard Program and with declass already out it would be hard for those deposed to lie, especially under oath.
5) I’d start with the man overseeing the Hammer program as reported in the WB Tapes, when it launched in Feb 2009.
6) I’d then go to the company and depose all officers and all software engineers who worked with Dominion to understand what they know and if Hammer /Scorecard was connected with Dominion in anyway. I’d depose both senior and junior software engineers and programmers
7) next I’d go to those cities where we saw these “glitches” and depose those in charge of the vote count along with one to two layers down to understand what they know if anything.
8) I’d bring in a team of outside experts such as a guy like William Binney who understands the Hammer Program and can look inside the Dominion code and see if indeed the Hammer / Scorecard had access and/or are connected in anyway.
9) and finally I’d depose the big name company investors we have read about just to have on record and under oath what led them to this company/investment and why and what they might know about the Hammer / Scorecard program.
I think you have enough time (3-4 weeks) to get #1-4 out to the public and remember the SC is also interested in knowing if there has been any substantial ELECTION FRAUD too. And one would think that exposing 1-4 would be enough for the SC to want to hear and see more.
I think after these 9 steps you would pretty much have a good chance of exposing the truth to the American people, to the point I’d think it would be considered……

The extent of the corruption and fraud had to be exposed in such a shocking way, and in the context of something so crucial as a presidential election, in order to wake people up and ensure that it is fully fixed for the future.
Getting ballots thrown out is going to be challenging even with the statistics showing the obvious fraud, but we have Republican Legislatures in several of the swing states and they own the process.
We need an audit, fast. I am contacting every Republican rep I can find in Michigan, and I don’t have one in my district because of this crap. We have a Trump army of volunteers that can recount these Dominion boxes and retabulate manually if necessary. The ballots in the boxes don’t even need to be validated for eligibility in the first pass.

More examples of both of these are starting to pile up. Our boxes need to be audited, recounted, and retabulated by hand, or by some other means that bypasses the original systems. Compare the retabulations to the original submissions. You can not use the original scanners to do this.
You have an army of volunteers that could do this, because we all know there is massive fraud going on right now.
Please make this happen. There are so many tight races that need to be checked, and statewide President Trump, John James, and all US Rep races are on the line.

It’s looking like the State Legislatures hold the fate of the GOP in their hands. They either demand accountability for the judiciary making election law in direct opposition to the constitution and order a complete audit, or they will be voted out of office within their states and the GOP goes down along with them.
That is note true. The State Legislatures do have the power with respect to process, methods and voter fraud within their borders.. The Supreme Court has full jurisdiction over compliance with Congressionally mandated requirements for National Office Elections, to include the setting the date for ending voting for Presidential and Congressional elections. The Supreme Court also can rule if individual rights were violated as they were, in case of voters who complied with the law by voting on/before 3 November having their votes nullified by votes arriving after 3 November.
Michigan Legislature is looking at their vote.
The State Legislatures have more authority over presidential elections than you indicate. Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution gives State Legislatures the authority to “appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct” the Electors from that State who will vote in the Electoral College. The Supreme Court held in McPherson v. Blacker (1892) that a Legislature’s authority to determine the method of appointment of their State’s Electors is “plenary”, meaning that it is a complete and absolute power of the Legislature. That case even indicated that their authority in this regard is not limited by their State Constitutions. Governors have no say in it either. No one can challenge it. What this means is that if a State Legislature determines that the presidential election in their state was tainted by fraud to the degree that the popular vote should not and cannot be honored, the Legislature can set aside the popular vote and select their Electors themselves.
All the presidential elections up through 1860 had at least one State where the Legislature chose their Electors without a popular vote. There were multiple States that did it this way up through the 1824 election; two that did it this way in 1828, and the last holdout was South Carolina doing it until 1860. There has been no Constitutional amendment or Supreme Court case that changed this. It was a gradual change by the States themselves because the people of the States wanted to have a popular vote. But the authority to overrule a tainted popular vote exists today in that section of the Constitution. The only thing limiting it is whether a Legislature can muster the nerve to do it. After all, it is a hugely risky political decision. But the Republican-controlled legislatures in those contested states could do it.
Needs a Special Counsel appointed. Sooner the better.

I have to admit, when I saw that Barr had instructed the Justice Department to investigate “substantial allegations of fraud,” I thought that it might be a linguistic dodge–that DOJ investigators could brush off any evidence that crossed their desks by claiming that it was “not substantial.”
Or, they could just slow-walk it. There’s no better way to do nothing while appearing to do something than to do it so slowly that, by the time you’re done, it doesn’t matter any more.
I thought this even more when I heard that Richard Pilger, who helped Lois Lerner get away with her targeting of the Tea Party, was in charge of the Election Crimes division at DOJ.
But, now that Pilger has resigned in protest, I’m feeling a glimmer of hope. If Pilger saw no advantage in sticking around to pour sand in the gears of the investigation, then it may be that this is going somewhere that he won’t like, and he realized couldn’t stop it, and he decided that he doesn’t want to be personally associated with that outcome, because he’d lose powerful friends.

We need a SCOTUS that is proactive and not just reactive. Immediate action is needed and they should take the initiative to save the Republic. That’s not too much to ask, IMHO.

After hearing Sydney Powell on Lou Dobbs she has a very strong belief that the Hammer and Scorecard programs have changed/flipped about 3% of the vote. She said the MI county example of the 5500 or 6000 vote flip was indicative of the operation. She was not as clear on whether she has the definitive proof and suggested that intelligence agencies and the military would need to help in the investigation. Although she did say they were going to include some information about the programs in a law suit. Not being negative it but it sounded like more investigation and help from dubious agencies were required. That was my interpretation.

I am just one of the many flies, but if you are able to have the chance to send the message ASAP to Pres. Trump, can you please tell him to keep on going ahead with filing all lawsuits to individuals and entities in those battle grounds and not depend on that DOJ. In my own opinion, it does not matter what DOJ do or not do at this point. Honestly, in my head they are useless long time ago.
And if Pres. Trump needs a lot of money, his group that are no tainted should publicly ask for people to donate to him for his legal suits. They said there were 71million people who voted for him. Just $1.00 each will amount already to $71milliondollars. If each of that 71million voters donate just $10.00 dollars each, it would total to $710,000,000milliion dollars already. The reason why I suggested this because the headline of MSN screen when I opened the computer this morning in which I did not click was—“Trump donors are hesitant to give money to his legal suits.” I take it to mean that this so called “donors” are the millionaires.
And lastly, Sundance, do PLEASE tell Pres. Trump to NOT CONCEDE and MUST NOT CONCEDE. Millions of American Patriots, Christians, and Catholics lives and way of life will be the first among the casualties of this battle. I saw headlines saying, that Jared Kushner, Ivanka, and yes, Ivana (her former wife) wants him to concede so they can get to normal lives and Ivanka wants to run for President in 2024.

IMO Sidney needs to keep the pressure and evidence coming that the Hammer / Scorecard vote manipulation is real and did happen in multiple states so it forces Barr to address the topic.

Just imagine IF PT were to declassify the documents:
1) that prove to the American people that the Hammer & Scorecard Programs are real
2) that prove to the American people that Scorecard does have the capability to manipulate numbers.
3) that show to the American people IF Scorecard and Dominion have any connection capability.
4) then sow to the American public the real time videos of actual vote count manipulation where PT’s total votes go down by EXACTLY the same number as Biden vote counts go up within seconds.
Overnight it changes the narrative and IMO greatly enhances the argument of potential Election Fraud via software vote manipulation.
The SC would have to rule IMO that this evidence requires more time, a deeper investigation and actually delaying certification by electors. Or order an immediate re-vote in the swing states but frankly the software manipulation if true was probably done across all states to pick winners and losers in the lower races.
They always flash a shiny object that they want us all to look at but don’t be fooled, this is their real crime and it exposes so much more than just voter fraud IMO.

What knowledge of election outcomes can one have prior to an investigation until that investigation is complete? You’ve given your subordinates ample space to investigate NOTHING, and nothing is what they will investigate because your ever-so-cautionary provisos and disclaimers reduce the memorandum to a mushy porridge of non-urgency.
One might think that a sequence of such low probability electoral reversals, occurring under identical circumstances of inexplicably closed vote count offices would SCREAM ‘CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD.’

What I see “trending” in comments here is more disturbing than what the real issues are. Let us remember that God is in control. We can proffer every scenario under the sun but in the end, all we have is prayer that the Lord will bring truth in righteousness, justice, and mercy.
